This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
Great experience, went around 530pm, no lines, tons of parking. I appreciated the washrooms being at the very front.
The new shopping mall is beautiful and the Saveon store has a new location which is definitely one of r nicest Saveon stores on the north shore. Great selection of ethnic foods as well as specialty items. The new shopping area has a bit of a California vibe to it which is really nice.
Great local mall, has just about everything you'll need.
Aside from some driving/parking inconveniences due to construction, this is a great place to shop. The indoor mall has several places to grab a bite, some unique stores, as well as Winner's. Save On and Safeway grocery stores are close to one another, and a stones throw away is the library, as well as a dentist's office (Dr. Van As is my dentist in this office, and he's the best!!), (his wife has a skin care area adjacent to the dental rooms), Vancity bank, a hairdresser, and several other businesses geared to your health such as a yoga facility, a fitness facility, etc. The liquor store is also in the mall, and it's my favorite one because it seems to be the only one that stocks the really big bottles of Bailey's! Long story short, this is a one stop shop everything place, and once the construction is finished, there won't be any place that can match it!
This mall is dying. Only redeeming qualities are the Safeway and save on located almost beside each other..just let this mall die already
Something for everyone. Mall is clean, nicely decorated and diverse. We tecommend
Small community mall that has a large grocery store, drugstore , liquor store, fresh produce market , chocolate store and the list goes . Just enough without being too big !
Has everything. Grocery, Liquor store, even a Winner’s Take Note: The Parking Lots look combined but they are for two different malls.
A Little mall in Lynn Valley, that are filled with a variety of carrier services and small shops. Its a bit far from the central area, but still a nice mall to visit.
Nice little local mall. Not too many choices but good to see in if you are in the area.
The traffic here is Terrible with a capital T. Even when they are not doing construction. But Lynn Valley Barbers Is fantastic. 5 stars for them (Visit the back parking lot)
This mall has a cornucopia of services- winners- romance jewellers- a cobbler - fresh produce at Kin’s market - daily baked pastries at the bakery- They’ve just expanded too so now you can go save on foods or find a Safeway right behind the mall. One stop shop!
Old mall, has a few stores. Definitely not a place to go visit unless you have a reason to go there
Do not really know how this place is, I had gone through quickly
Like that "small town" between the mountains. Lynn Valley is great and this centre perfectly fits there...
Parking lot full, hardly anyone in the mall Where are all the shoppers ?
This place is a ghost town. Great place to hide out if you're in the witness protection program. The bakery in the mall is amazing and there is a grocery store. Everything else is a bunch of junk. It'll take you 2 minutes to walk through the whole mall. If you have a scooter with an oxygen tank, you'll fit right in.
Amazing place. I hope they can finish the renovation ASAP
Nice place, every thing I was looking was there
This mall is a mess of constant construction and parking problem, hope it willl be better in the future
Nice little centre though nothing special about it. Honestly, I’m not a big fan of the parking space... too congested :(
I love this Winners, it isn't as picked over or messy as some. The fact that the mall also has a well stocked BC Liquor, nice Shoppers Drugmart and a Save on Foods makes it easy to get several errands done in one trip.
Small local mall but you can find some necessary grocery stores
Great place to grocery shop and the Black Bear pub and need something else the mall will have it. Great free parking and open 7 days a week.. Times vary..
It's a decent community shopping mall undergoing massive construction right now. Will be very busy in a couple years.
Everything you need is here
The experience here is beyond explanation. Will visit here again.
This is a good mall that the library Barber's liquor store multiple other businesses in there a couple of Vanguard centers a few repair guy and there's a pub on the property call the black bear some people say the foods too expensive but I would go to the work there as a shepherd a Baker but with covid and an minimum wage increase I'll be looking 25 bucks an hour for a 40 hour a week unless they wanna meet on Friday Saturday and Sunday then that we want more cooks get underpaid chefs get underpaid bakers are underpaid teachers are underpaid Nurses are underpaid
Very nice place to go even with little one
I really like this little mall. It has a small town feel with great shops and services including a good sushi stop.
Isn't a big deal, but it serves Lynn Valley well. Nice sub urban, quiet feel to it most of the time. Good enough to meet up at, though the place isn't exactly riveting. If you're in Lynn Valley, welcome to the Shire.
For a hot drink the A&W have hot chocolate machine and a washroom! Other than that there is no coffee shops here.you need to go across the street.
Not much for shopping here, Library is big but the rest of the mall is pretty boring.
Pretty cool little mall. Renovations look nice. Some great store in there especially Country Health.
Excellent. It has save on foods, winners, shoppers drug Mart in it
There is construction going on, but you won't be in trouble finding parking
Not one of my personal favorites. The parking lot is very crowded and there is nothing special about any shops there that I could recommend.
Very nice
We stop there every time we go to Lynn Canyon. Very nice and clean. We can find whatever we are looking for all under one roof.
This mall is small yet has everything's you need, the Santa and train were quite fun this year, it is right next to the library plaza which is very nice.
Honestly I can't provide complete review. I was there only ones and it was positive experience. Great place overall.
Great little shopping mall. Going there for years.
Good local shopping with adequate parking. A highlight is the bakery inside the mall, which offers great tasting bread and treats at very reasonable prices.
Nice mall. Has a few really nice stores. Parking is bit if a nightmare as can be very disorganized.
Brand new
Awesome place..nice view
This mall lacks a lot. Not a place to browse and shop. They need more stores. Great for a quick stop but parking is a challenge here and lately there are parking natzies ready to pounce.
This centre is currently under construction. The Westlyn Bakery and Westlyn seafood and Meats is amazing quality.
After the renovations this mall looks great updated. Lots of stores.
Clean and lovely. This place has a number of business that makes you feel at home ????
Its a really old mall that they have renovated on the inside, which was a bad idea because it took away all of the nostalgia. They are better off tearing the whole thing down and building a new one at this point
Traffic pattern still a mess...:needs a re-work.
I went for coffee at Starbucks there
Love the mall great place to hangout and girl-shop and we all LOVE MINISO!!!! Save on foods needs bigger isles that the buggie can actually fit down. Shoppers is good but needs more selection.
Good neighbourhood for family????
Always a nice and family friendly area. Close to my dentist and optical shop..
Lovely place to wander has mini shops and grocery
They are recently developing the mall and there are new and renovated stores here. Although it doesn't have a decent food court.
How long can the parking lot be such a mess? It is best to avoid this Mall until the construction is complete.
Can't wait until they finish the renovations.
For an older, community style mall, good design has allowed it to survive the times quite well for the amount of space it is limited to. While parking can be a struggle, the mall itself feels spacious to comfortably walk around in by keeping with large store fronts (without multiple mini kiosques that clutter the central areas, a trend in the larger malls). Stores are easily located with a good atmosphere of friendliness throughout.
Amazing
Very reasonable price . I fixed my 8 plus. And he gave me very good deal according to others. ???? thankyou
Parking is a nightmare due to construction nearby. Area is always very busy. Several restaurants, a Save on Foods and other shopping available for your needs.
Groceries. Discount stores. Typical mall. New section by library has nice sitting area coffee shop and upscale dining.
It a great shopping center with a little bit of everything. It's hard to find a specific items but works great as a quick stop and buy location
Has a nice variety of stores for a pretty good one- stop shopping experience. In the parking lot, there are electric car charging stations and what appears to be plenty of handicap parking stalls, as they were not all full when we were there.
It is a great shopping centre.
There is a noticeable lack of coffee shops in this little mall. Food wise, you won't find anything of the gluten and /dairy free variety anywhere - except in an emergency - if you buy some fruit from the produce shop, or dash into Winners. In Winners, at the far back of the store in the furthest left isle, is often to be found some of the most delightful packages of gluten and dairy free treats! These range from granola mix, to mini bags of baked beetroot chips! The latter being a surprise hit with my food-fussy kids! Searching for something on particular? Here's what else you might encounter here. This little mall is rather functional, hosting a Save-on, Liquor store, jewellery store, Telus store, Winners, Shoppers, toy store and a party store (which is more like a pricey dollar store really), a CIBC bank, dentist, Purdy Chocolates, a Produce shop that sells great fruits and veggies, a hairdresser, vitamin shop, delicatessen, bakery, a Sushi restaurant and a tiny Flying Wedge Pizza outlet, Hallmark card shop and a lovely botique gift store that sells local artisan made doodads. Of all the stores in the little mall, this little boutique is a diamond in the rough that should not be missed!
Didn't go in.. but the look was a mess...doing some updates
It's good for Local and daily shopping Activities. There is fresh fruits and vegetables market .
Nice small strip mall save on foods shoppers drugstore and a few other stores
Small selection of stores, better for locals than anything else. Winners is handy, as is the BC Liquor Store. But nothing ground breaking currently, and the renovations and construction are making a real mess of the parking, heads up.
Their home sense is awesome!!! Always neat stock & friendly services. ????
Only real mall in Lynn Valley. Quite convenient for groceries, liquor store, veggies, and other little odds and ends. The Winners location here tends to sell a lot of decent outdoor gear that you don't see at other Winners locations. Will be much better once all of the renovations are done.
Nothing changed here since 10 years ago!
Shaghayegh is a friendly representative. She answered all our concerns with diligence. Note: Although she helped us to complete our order until about 6 pm, they close around 5 pm during the pandemic.
The mall has been slipping for years. there's no department store there really except for winners and that's kind of a joke. If you need groceries it's definitely the place to go.
Not a bad place to make everyday purchases. Lot of the stores closed down in the past 1-3yrs though.
Great deals. Lots of little shops for every day things
Great new underground parking.. hey, it rains a lot here!!
Great place to be when I'm at work. Library, coffee, grocer, etc. ????????????
Some times the music es very loud, and each business have music, and people and children is too much
It's ok pretty limited needs more shops and food places
Pretty much a one stop shop to get all the basics. Plus Upgrades underway to exterior of old part of mall plus a new save-on foods one day.
Two food floors bakery drug store BCLC liquour store Winner’s and more
It is a small shopping center that is trapped between two eras. When a new housing development of condominium towers was built adjacent to the property the mall was supposed to get a facelift. But really what it got was a new Save-On grocery store and a larger Shoppers Drug Mart and BC Liquor store. The mall that sits between these new properties is still somewhat trapped in the 80s. It doesn't have much in the way of ambiance or high-end stores. It's functional and a little sleepy with some old-fashioned shops and services. It will likely be kept alive by the added business that comes from the new housing development but it's hardly a destination that many people would choose to shop at.
Grew up in Lynn Valley. That mall was THE WORST back in the 80s. It's much better now, but still lacking something to really draw a crowd. The bakery there has excellent bread.
I really hate the parking lot here. They renovated it, and somehow, it didn't get any more spacious. It just got worse. That is all.
Mall has changed a lot over the years. Variety of stores including a veggie market, bakery, shoe store, Shoppers Drug Mart etc.
While I'm sure their current renovations will bring new life to the mall, the simple fact is, there really isn't much there these days. A toy store, Winners and a few fast food joints are the only real draws.
Always a great place to shop all services from groceries to to clothes at winners and even the library and nice restaurants
Will be nice once the renovations are finished...kind of a gong show right now
This is a great little shopping centre for the neighborhood. There's something for all ages though since it's a small mall, the selections are limited.
Great bakery, butcher shop, FreshSlice pizza. Winners, and a few fast food joints. It's a small mall.
This mall has undergone so many transformations over the years, but it feels like it might finally be coming into its own. With Winners and the new Save-on-Foods, it’s busier than ever. We visit often, mostly just to pick up treats from Westlynn Bakery! Looking forward to seeing it finally finished once the construction is complete.
It's a disaster to try to park. It's all torn up and a lot of the parking has been taken away to build condo's. It's often chaos. I hate going there now and avoid it if at all possible.
Not a great variety of shops and the mall is looking a little shabby these days, but there's enough there for locals to get their groceries and a few other bits and bobs.
Enjoying the renovation work ????????
Mall has a few food shops but that is it, zero parking and the lot is always a mess.
The Mall has some nice shops but is smaller now no large anchor store has poor parking not sure that will get better once construction of towers is finished. Found most small shop owners unpleasant which seemed strange. Best shop is hallmark cards
fresh slice and peace
The updates by BOSA continue to impress and make this a great local community amenity. We'll done and thanks for investing in Lynn Valley. The Residences appreciate it.
Nice staff, scenic location
i am lost
Meh, it's okay. It needs some more stores that can attracte more people. It's great place if your 60+ year olds
Love that there's a library, delanys, winners and a safeway all nearby. Great place to shop and grab a coffee. Parking lot is a bit busy at all times though which is funny because it never feels busy with people.
Almost no reason to go here unless you’re stuck for a place to have a quick poo.
Nice little mall for all your homely needs and to hang out
The shopping center is not very big and the outside is under construction. This is only a ground level shopping mall.
A small shopping centre with a few shops. Main shops includes Winners, safeway, bc liquor, save on Foods, Rogers, telus.. Has a fitness centre and a farmer's market and a few other businesses. There is no real food court. But you can find a few restaurants including Freshslice and A&W. There is also a japanese takeout and a sushi place. It has lot of parking space available and is located close to a public library.
Love the new renovations! Great stores, too!
The mall is a bit old and run down. Westlynn Meats and the Bakery are great.
Currently under renovation. Parking is tuff but mall is improving with a good selection of stores. The A&W in this mall is great!
Small shopping centre under going lots of change due to new developments in the area. Various food options, but no real food court per say. Kids free pkay area is very simple but the kids love it (when its accessable).
Lots of things you must love to buy.
This mall is getting a bit dated, but it nevertheless does offer some convenient stores and services for Lynn Valley residents.
In need of more stores and services. Savon expanding to new bigger location.
It’s a local mall. A Winners, 2 grocery stores, a Shoppers Drug Mart and most important to the majority of LV residents a Liquor store.
I am sure that when all of the remodeling and Road works in the parking lot area, construction is done it will be lovely, however it is next to impossible to find parking
Great mall with excellent location, but smaller variety of stores compared to other malls in North/West Vancouver.
Doing work to improve the place, great selection of local shops and services!
Very good plaza for shopping groceries and food items. We were there for few quick picks of grocery and had burger at A&W.
Lynn valley centre has everything the neighborhood needs: 2 grocery stores, winners, pizza, coffee shops, lots of services and the best public library!!
Should be torn down and build new. Still to small. Not enough shops to offer, but... Yes but... I still like it small. ????
Small but it's nice to have it there in beautiful lynn valley, good library on the corner, safe way , banks, winners, save on food, autoplan, even there is a small house of knife, you can find nice fresh seafood and fish patties, and if you are hungry you have the choice of pizza by slice and fast food sushi, or if you like better quality food and dont mind to pay the bucks there is a browns socialhouse right on the library side.
A very nice village mall with a Safeway and Save On quite close to each other. Lots of different interesting shops, Great butchery, Has the Library close by. Plenty shops close by. Only drawback at the moment is lots of construction and directions in and out are very badly marked and construction guids not very interested in showing you the way. Will be great once the construction is finished. But once you in the parking normally plenty parking and a good place to shop.
Slowest cashier. Slowesr barista. Took 15min to get one iced americano. GG
The only reason I go there is it's close to my house. I can go there if I forgot something.
Crazy place right now in the parking lot over there but I'm hoping I can give it a five star rating when you're all done ok take care and for those who are going to visit the place best be parking on the side streets and walking in you'll be much happier trust me this one k jude
Beautiful courtyard space where festivals and music and dance are showcased. Good food with Browns on site. A great collection of shopping choices too.
Small mall with a good variety of stores and services . Sadly the bookstore is gone . Santa visits here !
Boring as it was back in 1993
Pretty small, no food court... hopefully they will be updating the mall one day!
Nice mall with everything you could really need or want. Has Winners, Save on Foods, Liquor Store, restaurants etc...
A husk inside with Save-On, Shoppers and Winners. There used to be more life but walk through now and all you'll find is retirees reading the paper
I come all the way from downtown Vancouver about once or twice a month. I go to the Save on Foods. Their prices for certain products are way better than anything I can get downtown. Plus they're open late always have parking available.
The mall itself is a dump. Traffic and construction have destroyed this little mall. The only saving grace is West Lynn Bakery. Still pumping out delicious fresh bakes sweet and savory fare. I'd walk barefoot over broken glass for their goods.
Small but compact mall. Not much selection of department stores
Nice mall for shopping, clean, good deals, location all amenities.
It's a small space with only a few shops, and there really isn't much to do. That being said, the atmosphere is very nice and quiet.
I think this could be the world's smallest most efficient mall. Everything you could need from a bakery to a seafood store. Could use more restaurant dining but otherwise a cute mall to make a quick trip to.
A really cozy, outdoorsy shopping mall. Lots of eateries, several pizza places and a supermarket.
My tropikale smoothie that I bought yesterday it taste too sour, I think there is no apple juice and banana in it. As well as the chicken wrap with Chipotle sauce is taste different as well. In Park Royal booster juice us better. Better service and friendly staff as well.
The place to go for shopping in Lynn valley.Good mix of stores and restaurants.Public library nearby.
They have a great bakery there. Go get there and get some pizza bagles
Good parking. Having both Safeway and Save On Foods in the same facility makes it easy buy sale items from both stores.
First time there, awesome place to shop
Great mall, small enough but has pretty much every store you'd want!
Parking is crazy. Please avoid shopping at busy time. I had to go round for 3 times to find parking at 1pm. If I knew I would go early or very late.
Great for simple, everyday errands... Groceries, liquor store, banking, bakery, prescriptions and so on. Anyone looking for anything beyond the basic needs of a general grocery store will be disappointed though and I'd suggest venturing a little further over town to either Capilano Mall or Park Royal.
Not too bad, but not very convenient. Not a good variety on food or shoping.
Small, friendly mall with a great bakery, nice shops and restaurants. We love it!
Dead mall trying to survive with an anchor store. However if you live in Lynn valley it has everything you need.
A great community concept with great potential to engage visitors and tenants.
This mall is handy if you live in Lynn Valley and of course there is Winner's, but they need to add more stores to draw people in.
So nice here now.
Such a welcoming staff! Awesome new renovations. I was really happy with my experience. Would definitely recommend!
Very nice and clean
Lot's of change going on at the moment. The new exterior look is coming together. Some fun and unique sculptured at the new plaza area. Parking is a struggle so be prepared and bring your patience!
Local shopping centre that seems a bit dated. Lots of construction going on right now with residential towers being built adjacent to the shopping area.
It's a nice and easy mall to do your shopping needs.
Great shopping centre hoping it expands more
Good size mall. Looking better every day with renovations! Big Save On Foods, Winners, shoppers drug mart and BC Liquor store
Not much too it. Small grocery store, liquor store, DQ, Subway. Can say lots of parking which is nice
Nothing special, but a nice easy to get around little mall.
Nice little community mall
Good for grocery shopping and you can dine in or buy your drink.
Conviniant location on the way to Lynn Canyon suspension bridge .get your food and water supply there . You can buy there selfie stick for $ 2 at Japanese store and many other things like phone chargers.
My fav mall on the Northshore,it's small, friendly and caterers to the community ????
Small mall. Very empty quiet most of the time.
A bit of a sleepy mall...but a few stores are good.
Winners is my favorite place to spend time with my daughters.
Not a great mall , very few stores
A mall for local people in area that's it
Nice cozy centre with a nice library and a few shopping places (Save on, Shoppers Drug Mart, Winners, Safeway.) Also there's Yyoga and dentists and optical. And Brown's Social house.
The mall is nice, but it lacks space for parking and parking for the disabled!! Banking is not available with a teller anymore at the CIBC!! You have to bank at the branch on Lonsdale Avenue in North Vancouver to get the teller's assistance.
I go there to use the public library.
Used to be a great center. Now it is one big congested construction site. Parking is insane and the shops here aren't worth visiting anymore.
Nice little mall with everything you need at hand.
Good for shopping, Nice ambience. A bit crowded on weekends.
The mall is sufficient for basic needs but one must ask "what the hell are you going to do when all the new people move in?" It is inadequate. I used to like shopping there quickly until my kid was old enough to play in the play zone. Now I'm constantly having to tell him to be quiet as you get harassed by the aging security guards every time one of them raises their voice. As I write this he is hovering by the stairs. Not cool.
Been going here for over a decade. Family oriented mall. Small but they have almost everything that we need on a daily basis.
Very nice love Lynn valley Center ❤
It's empty, and a bit sad. Stores are beginning to close up in an approaching cancer of white walls plastered with "FOR LEASE" signs. The people look vacant, young families come and go simply for the groceries they need. There's no life here. No vim. Nothing that sticks in the mind. The Lynn Valley Mall is a puddle of non-descript liquid on the sidewalk. A place that raises mild curiousity, but is best avoided. I often ask myself why I walk through the main mall. Often it's to avoid the cold, or to just pass through to the parking lot in the back. But I think the real reason is that I want this place to be more. More than just a large waiting room where old businesses go to die. There's a good barber in the back near the parking lot though. 2/5
I like to shop at Lynn Valley Mall It's one stop shopping and everything is available
Coffee, yes. Bakery, yes. Groceries, yes. Winners, yes. Pulling your hair out while you try to park or reverse out of a spot... Hell yes! 5 stars for going through all emotions from tears to smiles.
Everything you need. Very useful and convenient place. You can use underground parking for 3hours for free in rainy season.
Like being dropped in to a mall in a small central Albertan mall . The Bclb is way to angry ,same with the butcher . There are much better places .
There is no food court and hardly any shops just save on foods and shoppers
Every thing and place we require is within walking distance
Great mall easy to find everything you need
This mall has been on its death bed for a long time. Pretty handy if you need groceries or liwuor, though.
Great little mall. Currently under a few renovations.
Neighbourhood Shopping Center it's under construction hard to find parking good things inside not too crowded which is great.
