one of my go-to stops with a variety of places from RBC, save on foods, pizza place, coffee shop, shoppers drug mart, a party store, and walk in clinic to name some I remember and visit regularly. it's a convenient mini mall beside capilano mall that usually has what I need even the drug store has frozen, refrigerated dry staple foods and a post office.

This is a small town mall with little in it . Walmart , liquor store , Visions electronics and a vegetable market are a few of the shops . If you are seeking good shoe stores and clothing stores you need to go to Park Royal in West Vancouver

Small mall, I guess it works for north Vancouver, but after Guilford Towncenter, I was spoilt for the huge selection and variety of stores.

The place is showing poorly its age. With the pandemic restrictions, about 3 of every 10 stores has closed - leaving empty space. Of the remaining, still good variety and Walmart is the anchor.

Very well kept place lots of parking under ground , and in the back ,ice shopped at most of those stores for years ya the main parking area is difficult to get around but with all the other places for you to park there's not a problem it is kind of cozy when you do park in the court yard area can't see or hear traffic and that's nice ok c ya jude

The gentleman who showed us the place was very nice. I thought the maintenance was too high for not having anything included. the view of parking lot and being so close to Marine drive, was not something that I was looking for.
