The Staff here are always very helpful and there's always a large selection of different funko pops! They have alot of verriying prices anywhere from 8$ sale funkos to 100$ rare funkos so always ask a sales associate before you but other than that I'd definitely recommend!

Great selection of games and toys. The store is a little cramped. Would be nice if they could be in a bigger space. The staff was helpful and friendly, although perhaps a little overzealous in asking to help. Had a really good conversation with an employee about board games. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy about trying to get me to buy anything. I did inquire about a board game that is currently out of stock, and the response I was given was that they did not know when they would get more copies. Seems there is some disconnect between the store and their supplier(s).

Great store. Has all your card games like yugioh and Pokémon. Role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons. And they have a yugioh dueling area for players interested

They have a lot in stock and sometimes can find things you wouldn't expect to find. Google prices before you buy anything there though...some items are way overpriced. Over pricing range from $5 to $159 extra to buy from them.

First time shopping there and will definitely be the last time! Bought 2 sets of Rail Stunt Cars for 49.99$ each, walked out pleased with my purchases, til I saw the same thing with more pieces for 24.99 at Showcase not 3 minutes later, in the same mall. So I immediately went back to return them for the better deal at first I was told no problem then the guy, assuming he is the manager, said he would price match a smaller version 75 pieces less. I just wanted my money back! "NO" ! Talk about horrid customer service! Told they weren't there a month ago so only here for xmas then gone again. But hey! A store credit will now be attached to my telephone number for a store that won't be here in another 3 weeks.

Scam artists charged me 30$for a pop figure only marked at 20$ value. I also bought pokemon cards there the packs only worth 6$ they charged me 10$ and there excuse was pokemon I's popular right now.

'Buy one get 10%off the second item' sale was advertised in store. Directly after payment I realized they didn't take 10% off my purchase. The assistant manager informed us he could only give us store credit for their mistake and would not refund the money they over charged us. I've just changed my review score from a 1 to a 3 as we received compensation and an apology 1 week later.

Some of the staff is alright, some are unbearable. I know they dont set pricing but almost every game is overpriced, especially when you can order on Amazon for 10-25 dollars cheaper
