Exceptional customer service. The ring I was looking for was discontinued and they were able to find something similar and in the same price range. The worst experience I have had purchasing Jewelry. When I entered the store I was not greeted for several minutes as it appeared the 2 ladies working were more interested in speaking between themselves. When I finally did get one of them to come up to me the other one kept coming up and interrupting because apparently whatever they were speaking about was more important than a paying customer. There are far better Jewelry places in the mall to be acting this way, save some time and hit up any other store

Well i sent a 1 of a kind ecko Cole tors watch to be fixed ( value at 6510.00 as it was 1 of 1 .. I got back with broken band and 2 missing platinum band pieces and now it didn't fit as the pieces are missing .. I payed over 300 dollars on a small repair and I have been going back and forth tiring to even get my watch back .. they have had the watch now almost 3 yrs worst experience with any jewelry shop or service in my life .. I haven't even received my watch yet to date ... I am about to make an actionable lawsuit ... and get the value as the store had me pay insurance o the watch as its value was high

Excellent customer service!! I had two rings repaired and was completely satisfied with the speed and quality of their work. Their employees were so friendly and competent. I would certainly recommend Michael Hill Jeweller in the Northgate Mall, North Bay, Ont.
