Great shopping experience ! They didn't have my size in a pair of boots that I wanted....the manager called the store in Huntsville(as we were travelling) the Next morning (Store was already closed that evening). They were able to put my size aside in the Huntsville store. The manager in North Bay called first thing in the morning, as promised, to let me know.
