Jordy is the best! Always friendly, always upbeat and fun. Love his advice on products and I always love my haircut!

Worst place Ive ever been too, the girl who does eye brows , rushed when doing my brows and messed them up and then ran out of the salon. will never go back, this is the worst place in the world, if you don't know how to do you're job right, don't advertise that you can. don't trust these people to do your eye brows, they rush and don't care about what they're doing, will regret it !!!

Had a great experience here with help of one of the staff

I got my hair cut here a few months ago and I'vebeen thinking about going for another trim soon. The girl that cut my hair was great, fun to chat with, knew her trade well. I felt comfortable with her because I have long hair. Ive gone for a trim before and they cut it way too short. This girl didn't. Thanks.

I've never been, and Google won't let me by pass the rating lol

Absolutely amazing!!

Hi loved it when a lady named C(K)ara (sorry didn't know which spelling of the name was correct) was working there. She always remembered me and this seemed to be passed on by all staff as they would remember there customers even on infrequent visits. Price is kind of strep but quality is there. Would recommend for men and women. Some staff can be a bit sour though but once you find your guy or gal get there card!

I have been going here for simple men's haircuts for a couple years but this past week Envirotrends calls me and cancelled my appointment so I rebook for a few days later then that day they call me a within an hour of my appointment to cancel again. I then make an appointment at their sister store Beauty Trends for the following day. I show up on time and end up waiting 15 minutes. The only person in there was the cashier (he was very nice and polite) but had no idea where the hairdresser was. They really need to get their act together.

Great variety

Claudette is great. Niaomi great front end host

Very nice staff. If you're going for a traditional haircut, you're probably fine. If you're going in for a Curly-Girl Devacut, do NOT go here. Skip to the bottom if you don't want to read the story. I found out they very recently had some staff get Deva-certified and was beyond excited to try a Devacut. I booked a month in advance as I wanted to have my hair cut just before a wedding. The day of the appointment rolls around. I get a phone call at noon from EnviroTrends to find out the person they booked me with quit unexpectedly and they wanted to re-book me. These things happen beyond the control of the salon - this isn't an issue for me. We re-booked me for the following week. I show up to my appointment the following week ... and there is no appointment. One of the staff remembered I was one of the cancelled appointments from the previous week, but whoever took my call forgot to click "Save" in the schedule and the hairstylist had just left for the day. I'm starting to get irritated by this point, but we're all human, these things happen, so I stay professional (if a little curt) and we re-book for the next day as that wedding is coming up fast now. I called the next morning to make extra sure that my appointment is okay. Turns out they didn't book me with a Deva stylist, so they changed my hairdresser over the phone. I arrive for my appointment in the afternoon to discover I've been switched to a third stylist who they assure me is Deva trained. She sits me in my chair, breaks apart all my curls with her fingers (a huge no-no for Devacuts), and proceeds to pull my curls straight out to cut them square to my head. It was a straight-hair cut on dry hair. There was no curl-by-curl cut, there was no curl consultation, nothing Deva about it. Part of my request was that she shape my hair. She trimmed off the ends, then asked me if I was happy with the result. She did almost nothing to my hair and was afraid to cut anything off because the curls would change after she was finished. She was a very very nice person and probably an excellent traditional cutter, but Deva-certified she should not be. Finally, after all the hassle I went through, I was charged full price PLUS a $20 Deva licensing fee. I should have made a fuss, but I just wanted to get away from that place and go home. I cried in the car on the way home, I was so upset with my experience. After washing and styling my hair at home, it turns out I was given the dreaded shelf cut. I will never darken the doors of this establishment again and I'll be buying my Deva products online from Sephora. I've never been so disappointed by a service in my life. For the first time ever, I actually wish I had straighter hair so I could get normal hair cuts like everyone else. Devacuts are supposed to make you love your curly hair more, but this place will not do that for you.

Always get my hair done here. Conveniently located and decent prices.

Ok good for walking haircut

I have yet to see how my two daughters hair turned out. I am standing in front of this place, as with covid I am unable to wait inside. I see two employees standing/sitting around chatting. One, the receptionist I believe, is wearing her mask, the other woman isn't. I will not be back to this hair salon for this reason. One of my children in there getting her hair cut is immune compromised and I refuse to support businesses who do not take Covid protocols or procedures seriously. Now a third woman walked up to join the conve Very unprofessional rstaion and she isn't wearing a mask.

Nice staff haircuts a little on the expensive side

Awesome, knowledgeable staff. Called to inform me of my items left before from another store. ????????

I found there to be excellent customer service within a comfortable environment. The staff are friendly and my hairdresser did an amazing job with achieving the hair style I was going for????

Àmazing staff but prices on the rise

Great products and services ...

Jordy was awesome, very fast and did a great job.

Great place to get a good quality haircut. They also wash your hair (included in the price) before hand which almost puts me to sleep. Very friendly staff too.

I went in to get a simple wash and cut. They told me it wasn't possible because it would take an hour. I told them I didn't want it styled. They still wouldn't take me unless I was men's or kids because those cuts take half an hour. So I went to Parmino in the North Bay mall. They did a great job, including styling and drying for less than a half hour. Never again will I go to Enviro Trends...no matter how convenient.

Claudette did a wonderful job with my hair. She had great tips for me and I was very pleased with the outcome. Will go back again.

Love it. The walk in service was awesome!!!

Usually a good experience but had to wait a brutal 45 minutes because another client was late. Not sure what industry standard is or how it can be fixed but it really messed up a lot of other obligations I had in my day. I should have walked away and gone without

They were very good wit my daughter. A little upset that I paid 10$ for her first ever hair cut. She's only 16 month.

My friend and I went to get our hair done. She had a good experience with getting her hair cut and coloured. I just had my hair trimmed and styled. My hairdresser was very friendly but I was not completely happy with the way my hair turned out. Better communication in the future may be helpful.

I am a very satisfied customer. I love my haircut. My hairdresser was kind and she wasn't pushy. She did not con me into buying their products. Awesome!!

Polite. Listened and cut my hair exactly as I asked

Friendly staff. Never had a bad haircut here. Recommend getting a reservation.

I get my hair done here by Caitlynn, and I always come out feeling ten times better than when I went in!! I highly recommend the services here!

I’ve been going to Enviro-Trends (the old Chatters in the North Bay Mall) for over 3 years now. My hairdresser is Daniel, and she is a super awesome SYTLIST! Daniel will listen to want you want, makes suggestions and you can rest assured that my hair and brows looks and feel awesome when I strut my new self out of there. Daniel helps blend the young ladies’ hair trends with the 50+ years old ways. Chloe is the assistant manager and does this lady ever know her products! If you have any type of issue with your hair, e.g., dryness, frizzy, colour etc. etc., Chloe will get you the product you need. Chloe is full of compliments and if she can find you a discount, she will on the products. I must say that all the staff at Enviro-Trends, North Bay are kind & welcoming people. They are attentive not just to their clients but to everyone else getting their hair done. Yesterday, I changed my hair colour and all the staff told me how wonderful I looked, and at my age, I’ll take all the compliments I can get lol The staff at Enviro-Trends are PROFESSONAL SYLIST, they help in a way that you didn’t know you needed help with e.g., thinning my thick hair, adding more layers so that my unmanageable, VERY THICK head of hair is manageable. Yes, there are cheaper HAIRDRESSERs in North Bay, but you will get what you pay for, trust me, I’ve been down that road before, NOT PRETTY! I like to consider that staff at Enviro-Trends my HAIR ARTIST, they take me in and not only make me look fabulous but make me feel awesome about myself. My hats off to all the staff, you nailed what a hair salon should be! To anyone thinking about going to Enviro-Trends, give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a review for beauty trends Not enviro trend. Giving a lower rating so this is seen! I have gotten two gel manicures at this location by two different girls. My first time being with Kerrianne who did an amazing job. She made my experience enjoyable while giving me a beautiful manicure... While returning to have my nails redone I was with someone else. This time around I received a poor uneven manicure. My nails were not shaped properly and the gel polish uneven. Aside from the quality, she proceeded to tell me how much she doesn’t like her job and doesn’t want to do it anymore. As much as you are allowed to not like your job, I’m not paying $45 to listen to you complain and give me poor results!!! Totally not relaxing, she also skipped many of the steps that were done the first time like pushing back my cuticles, etc... got them done on Tuesday and they’re already peeling. So in other words, if you want a good quality manicure and experience book with Kerrianne!!! She is wonderful!

Great staff, very knowledgeable in hair care.

Got my hair done twice now, still wasn't happy with both stylists. I was not happy with my hair nor was I happy with the stylist or my experience. The store I found was uninviting, terrible attitude and unprofessional with all their employees.

I got an amazing cut from Jordy today. I will definitely be going back. ????

They do a good job on your hair cut. I want to thank you giving me a prefect haircut for my wedding.

This was probably the worst experience I have had at a hair salon. I actually had to have my hair recut afterwards. Very unfriendly hairdresser, overpriced. Will not go back.
