Food is good and quick service, however, customer service can be improved upon.

Clueless staff (cashier), bought a large ice cream cake and tried ordering a blizzard. She took off to the back to put writing on it which took a while, then I ordered the blizzard (wrong lid). Cake was melting waiting for the small blizzard. Total time was over35 minutes.

Purchased a treatza pizza and after walking away from the counter we realized the easiest thing would be to ask the people behind the counter to cut it. They refused to cut the pieces for us. I say again, customers who just paid 13$ for ice cream and they refused to slice the pizza for us. The food was banging as always but damn, customer service was nonexistent.

What bad can be said about DQ? Lol such a great treat while walking around the mall

The blizzards are wonderful, although the service took forever... it took us twenty minutes to order and there were only two people before us. One of the two employees was slowly washing their hands in the back and the other swept while the line built up to about ten people. Bad service for such a good treat.

I almost get the same order everytime I go and it's always a different price. And their blizzard are NEVER fully mixed. Just past the half way mark its plain ice cream
