I agree 100% with Jeff worst place ever. lies every time you call them about their orders first I was told 4 to 6 weeks then I was told 6 to 8 weeks and now I'm being told 8 to 10 weeks the manager needs to be fired and get some people with some brains in there. total B.S I will be updating this later with the dipsea manager's name. If anybody wants to deal with a charms I suggest going to Barrie that's a little far but at least they don't lie

Just incase anyone at all was considering buying something from this company please be aware that they will not honor a price on their website if it was mis printed I recently bought a ring from their website which was originally listed as 699.99$ and was showing an incredible sale price of only 69.99$ of course I swooped in to take advantage of this offer and get someone a very special Christmas gift. But after my order was made and processed I notice that my order was missing from my online account on the charm diamond website. This was quite alarming so I called into customer support and was told "sorry, the price you saw was a mistake and we cannot do anything about this as we will not honor a price that has been listed in error." This was beyond frustrating as I wouldn't have even notice this had I not checked my account. No one from the company reached out to discuss this with me, and they are doing less than nothing to make me want to be a returning customer. I have honestly never been so frustrated with a companies lack to honor there advertisement and advise anyone who was thinking of making a purchase with them to reconsider choosing charm diamond center as your choice for a gift for that special someone.

I recently had the privilege and honor of being assisted by Morgan, an outstanding representative at the Charm Diamond Centres location in the Charlottetown Mall. This dedicated young lady's endless kindness, gentle patience, cheerful disposition and genuine care is where this beautiful Christmas shopping experience began. From our very first interaction over the phone, it was easy to understand that Morgan is truly amazing. Reaching out from her heart, she went above and beyond while discussing my hopes and needs for Christmas presents. It was Morgan's top priority to let me know that that she was completely there for me to help with every aspect of my shopping. From the very start this reached out to me as an invitation to be a part of the Charm Diamond family and I felt deeply that my needs as a customer were equally, if not even more important to Morgan than they were to me. In person, all the qualities that made speaking with Morgan more than fantastic shone through in her smile and all the ways she had prepared for my in-store visit. As professional as she is marvelously warm-hearted, Morgan created a treasured experience that became a part of what made my holiday season extra joyful! Bringing my wedding band set here was a huge mistake, they charge 45/ring to be sized which is 15$ more than Whitmans, they originally said 2/3 weeks from when I dropped them off to it being 2/3 weeks from when they get the estimate.If I had been told it can easily take 5 weeks a.k.a the truth, I wouldn't have left my rings there they are unbelievably rude and I cant wait to finally get my rings back and be done with their awful, horrible service.

Worst place ever. Spent almost $5000. Salesperson lied about time frame to size just to make the sale. The next clerk lied about what included in the warranty program $169. Read the booklet before you purchase. I did and saved myself from being conned. Had a so called manager call to discuss my concerns. Didn't care at all. Just kept questioning as to who the other sales girl was that helped with the purchase. Clearly they had a internal dispute over commissions. Very obvious. Did not care about any of my concerns. Would never return. So disappointed we took the ring we purchased to another jewellery store to have it sized. Wouldn't trust that they wouldn't swap out the diamond. Never again would I even enter that store If your reading this Charm jewellers you should stop paying a bonus or commission because there lying and saying whatever they have to to make a sale

I really liked these .50 carat blue diamond earrings. The lady wouldn't budge on the price, didn't even try instead flatly saying no. I asked her if they were genuine or enhanced blue diamonds. She asked another lady and said the blue diamonds were genuine, not dyed. I bought them bc I liked them. WELL. It turns out my diamond earrings are DYED BLUE. I feel mislead by the staff, albeit not intentional?? Not quite sure... Had I been told they were dyed I would have negotiated harder. Part of the problem is they seem to not be informed about the diamonds they sell, which I find incredulous! Couldn't even tell me what the difference between a Champaign diamond and a chocolate diamond and it's just the colour...
