Staff embarrassed me by shouting out that I “looked confused” in front of the 10 other staff standing in the middle of the store while I was checking out the products. Had I not already had items in my bag I wouldn’t have bought anything. Will not becoming back to this location ever.

Spring has sprung

For the most part I like this store however I'm not impressed at all with the Christmas candle day sale for 2019. It is the worst I have ever been to actually. The candle selection was terrible and all the very nice Christmas candles that first came out a month ago were all sold out and they did not order in any new ones. Whether that's the store or company's fault either way this was a terrible shopping experience. It is with my hope they improve their Christmas candle selection a lot better by ordering more in once they sell out before this event or I will not be coming to any more Christmas candle day sales ever again. I may also consider looking for candles somewhere else and not give my business to this store as well.

So many amazing soaps. Really enjoy the 6 for $22. But I find the perfume smell overwhelming in the store. I really like the cherry Merlot foaming soap. Store is clean and plenty of staff to help. Also super fast checkout.

The staff is great, and semi annual sales are well worth it. There's enough email coupons to keep the cupboard stocked at all times and the candles make great gifts. I wish they stocked more of new products...you find something you like and can't always get more.

Every time we order online we purchase over 70 dollars worth of soaps. But every single time we have an order they cancel one of the products. We have to pay for extra shipping an extra taxes in hope we buy more. Online shopping needs a rework for canada.

This place is so fun! The staff are friendly and more than happy to help you find exactly what you want! They always have amazing deals going on and the scents are changing frequently so if you find something you like make sure to stock up before its gone hehe. I got these 12 hand sanitizers for 20.00! I personally have one in the diaper bag the car my purse and the kid's backpacks as they also have really cool mini holders for them. They are awesome to add to gifts and I always use them as stocking stuffers. They have mini hand creams hair stuff masks etc that are so fun when putting a goody bag and or present together. The candles are super cheap but they last forever! They have soaps bath stuff everything that one could ever hope for! Always a must stop for me to check out what they have new :). ????????????????????????
