Pretty expensive as I bought a jacket from this store for 400+ CAD and the thing stayed cold during the whole winter and is bulky. Don't go by name read their refund policy is valid only for 60 days and their is no warranty on stuff purchased from factory outlets. Better to go with eddie bauer with their one year refund policy if not satisfied.

I went in, looking for a pair of gloves for a gift. The two girls working at the cash wrap, dismissed my need for assistance by stating “I’ve never hear of them” as I showed them them product on the website. Then it was followed up by “we only have what’s there”. But didn’t show me. Waved her hand at me, as if I was inconveniencing them. I then helped myself to navigate by finding something similar. I then proceeded back to the cash wrap to pay. I requested a gift receipt, and was hit with attitude and dismay by the employees that with the gift receipt there is only 60 days and that is it is exchange only. Working in retail myself, I am fully away of said policies. But I’ve never been greeted with such attitude and projection of misery. If this is the kind of employees that The North Face wants and promotes as their Brand Ambassadors. The District Manager should rethink who they have working in this location.

This store only treats white ppl nicely, if you are minority just go shop at Columbia or Eddie bauer for much better customer service and shopping experience! It's holiday time and today I was trying to buy some winter jackets, I picked 5 jackets in total. When I cash out, the cashier lady told me that every customer could only spend $1000 in store. Each jacket is around $300, I could only buy 3 out of 5 jackets. Then I asked her could my husband pay for the rest 2 instead. Then this lady changed the policy again: "one family" could only spend $1000 in this store! What on earth is this policy? she changed the policy only on me! How does she know who is my husband anyway? ??I do not think North Face actually has this policy, really??? North face, if you have this policy, please ask every single customer about their family member !?? It is so not fair and it doesn't make any sense!!! This North Face store is very ridiculous, I told the staff that If the policy doesn't apply to everyone, then it's discrimination or racist again me. What a horrible day, this store should have a sign, show your IDs and tell who your family members are!

Decent place to shop. North face has shifted to cater to the masses with their brand of fashionable outdoor clothing that was once reserved for the rugged outdoorsman and mountaineer. Disappointed in the quality of clothing the sell relative to price. If you don't know better, you would probably buy there for the name.

Visited here August 3rd. Sign says max 35 people inside for covid. But there's a line up to get in and only 6 people inside. I asked the cashier she said they were short staffed. There were 4 workers there. That's ridiculous because it was storm rain outside. Where's north face area manager's when you need one?

It's North Face and it's an outlet! They have your current model of apparel and the previous model. Anything before that and you'll need to call in or ask the store associates. They have all sorts of jackets, shells, socks, pants, shorts, shoes/boots, backpacks, hydration packs, and pretty much most of your common apparel needs for an outdoor adventure! Again, ask an associate of you are looking for a specific model of clothing or anything in general. Plenty of parking in outlet mall parking lot.

This was my first time shopping from this outlet but would not be definitely my last time!we bought a jacket couple of months ago from another store in Vaughn mills, which we have been told that it is water proof but actually it wasn’t.we met Colin, the floor sales manager in this store and shared our experience with him.He is such a helpful and Knowledgeable manager that although we didn’t have the receipt he contacted with Vaighnmills and try so hard, put so much time and finally find a solution.I worked in sale and I know how hard it is to satisfy everyone but I really appreciate his professional way of dealing with us! I believe North face is such a known brand that may not need any reviews and it’s obvious that they are really professional on finding their associates .But more important is how they care about customers AFTER SALE! Lastly we left there with big smile which for sure will bring us back later.Maybe we will stop by to just say Hi to Colin!
