UPDATE: It is very apparent, LISA, had 2 people (only 1 review each), add puesdo good reviews, aimed at her, to counter my accurate account of LISA'S poor customer service skills & toxic personality. Exact behavior a person whom lacks integrity would do!!!!!
Returned pair of sneakers I bought online; was given gift card, as that is policy on returns when PayPal is used as payment method. I had no issue with that. When provided gift card, I saw the scratch off area was going to be problematic so I asked rep to do it for me. LISA/mrg scratched off area for pin # & only populated 3 numbers of a 4 digit code. I was unaware of that at the time, however LISA as a employee should of known that it was a 4 digit number. I went home tried to order exact same pair of sneakers in larger size; checkout would not accept gift card info. Contacted customer care & after rep assisting me to order sneakers, it was confirmed pin needed to be 4 digit & gift card was now coming up invalid, due to multiple attempts to use. Rep advised me to go back to store for new gift card & advised it would be simple process however LISA had me in there for over an hr & after all that I left with no replacement gift card. LISA was argumentative, rude, unprofessional & unhelpful. As well Lisa had the gall to tell me her name was Louisa when I asked her. So not only is she a poor customer service rep, she lacks integrity, morals & manners. LISA is pure toxicity!!!!
