I brought my mother in law from the Bahamas here to shop for a new watch. We had the worst customer service. When you go to a high end fashion store like this you expect to be treated by at least only one person and not 5 different people who don’t know what they are doing. This has to be the most disorganized Michael Kors branch I have ever stepped foot into. I will never shop there again nor recommend any of my family or friends.

Do not shop here i went into the store today to buy two purses and two wallets and the cashier forgot to put my wallets in the bag so when I went back to get them they would allow me in the store because they were about to close very poor service

The sales people arent just pushy but they quite literally followed me around trying to sell me things, the second I picked up a bag to show my partner "hey, this ones nice what do you think" the girl would radio the back and tell them to bring one up? Like what? No. It was annoying and made it hard to shop especially because she was in the way. I wanted to go to the register to purchase a bag and said to my partner "well come back after lunch for a wallet" she wouldn't let me buy the bag then and told me to buy it when I came back for the wallet (obviously for the commission on both items ). Well, we never came back, and I have not gone to this location since. We went to Kate spade instead and bought a handbag and then some. If I return to this location I'm going to have to be very blunt about being left alone..

Worse customer service. I just bought a smart watch yesterday and when I got home and tried it didn't work properly. Very slow and I didn't like it at all. I came today to return it but they said is not possible. I bouth electronics and even drones and always I can refund it. They talking in a very bad way. I was surprised I can't even return it just with one day I bouth it. So I don't recommend this store. If you want to buy and not even return it then u can buy here. Every store always give at least 15 days to refund the money for electronics items. But this one not even for hours of purchase you can't return it.. Not good. I called the head office and they said the will call this store about this return.. Also I found is better just to buy online then you can get all the warranties and even refund the money if you not satisfied with the product. If you like Michael kors then I recommend to buy it online at the online store and not use this store.

Did some Christmas shopping here and I have to say the associate that helped was absolutely amazing! I went from purses to clutches to watches and eventually settled on a wallet. She was with me the majority of the time and when she wasn't because she was helping others, I only needed to look her way and she came back to assist. Not that this matters completely BUT she was pregnant and was running back and forth, attentive during a very busy period of the day. It really made my shopping experience that much better and she should be commended for an excellent job! Overall experience at the store was great. The cashout experience was excellent! I will definitely go back!

I had gone into Kate Spade and my husband and I left without buying anything because we were followed around like we were going to steal something. Hated the feeling of someone right behind me putting things back a certain way and just overall making me feel uncomfortable. Never once asked If we needed anything. Walked into Michael Kors and right away a smile and we were not bothered, but told if we needed anything to ask. The girls that helped us were so nice and we felt great being in there. We ended up buying a mens watch and I got a new purse. We both have lots of tattoos and I have a shaved head to support my mom who is battling cancer, and people do not need to judge someone by their appearance ever! Thanks Michael Kors....I will for sure but something again

Went to this store, spent money, and cashiers didn't remove tags properly. I can understand that this was a mistake, but the cashier didn't come off as friendly and everywhere I went afterwards I was setting off the alarms and had to go to the cash. Felt like other store reps thought I was stealing. It was disappointing.

Check your receipts prior to leaving!!! I was overcharged for a handbag here. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back for future purchases as they didn’t do much to help with reimbursement. I’m from out of town so I won’t be going now or ever again because of this.

Great discounts! Their stuff is always overpriced at the regular stores so this outlet is extremely busy. The deals are good and the products are fairly new in style. The store is small so it gets crammed in here. Staff is as helpful as they can be with how little of them there are.

The line up at Niagara Outlet branch is ridiculous, the entire store has up to 6 ppl cap and unfortunately there is no time limit on how long customers can stay at the store, we waited 2 hrs just to make it to the store, not going back there until they’re back to normal!

I truly wish there was a NO STAR option. Today my daughter and I had the worst customer service experience ever. Not only are the staff incompetent and disrespectful, but the manager, Miranda, is arrogant, rude, uncivilized and quick tempered. She has no idea how to deal with customers - no class. It was suppose to be a simple transaction. However, THEY made the mistake of adding an item to my receipt. After receiving the receipt and looking over it, I realized I was over charged - innocent mistake, easily fixable. BUT, not only did they not apologize but they made a BIG deal. Miranda started unnecessarily raising her voice, giving attitude and mentioning how ‘store policy is to email receipt to head office and check cameras.’ After I told her it was actually a mistake from their end and that I just bought the items not even a few mins ago, she changed up her story saying she was just training Sidra -the cashier who was responsible for the over charge. Why yell at your customer for your staffs’ mistake and say you’re just ‘training’? There was no need for Miranda to yell and keep interrupting me in front of everyone when they knew they were in the wrong. The attitude and how it was all handled was absolutely unacceptable and shameful. If it truly is store policy why don’t you take me aside and speak to me like civilized person (rather than yelling and getting angry like a little child). I had no idea Michael Kors staff are taught to treat customers as thieves, even though it was the staffs mistake (Sidra knew it was her fault and just stood there without owning up to her mistake). Finally after refunding my money (apparently she checked the cameras??), still Miranda gave me plenty of attitude, yelling at me to leave the store. NOT ONCE DID ANYONE APOLOGIZE! Good reputable companies should never keep a manager like this. You know what Miranda, I don’t know if it’s because you feel entitled just because you are a manager at a Michael Kors store, but with your attitude you will not go far. I know no one will reply to this review, but I think other people should be warned about you.

Worst costomer service at this location. I went to exchange a gift that was given to me at this location. The person who gave it to me was assured that I would be able to exchange it even though it was not going to be given to right away. I went into the store and there was only one person on the floor and so many customers waiting to be helped. I walked up to the girl who was on the floor and asked if I can do an exchange. She said let me go get some one to help you. 2 other girls came out from the back looking very unwelcoming. It took about 20 mins to get through the line. I walked up to the girl and said I would like to make an exchange. She barley looked at the receipt and said it's past 30 days. I said really there is nothing that she could do. She looked at me very rudely and said no. I explained it was a gift and I was away and couldn't exchange it right away. She said if it was a past a few days then she would but it was way past the time. It was bought at the end of January. Wow, I work in costomer service and know how it works. She just could not be bothered to help!!!!! I don't like going into this store to begin with because the costomer service sucks. I will never buy from Michael Korr again!!!!!!!

Really liked a bag and asked a lady if I was able to put it on hold for maybe 30 mins and she agreed to putting it on hold for an hr. Even though she took down my name and phone number, it was already sold when I was back to purchase around 40 mins later because it was apparently the last floor model. Could have told me that when I asked in the first place or even called me when she realized that, extremely disappointed.
