Walking around looking for additional Christmas gifts and we found ourselves in the Crocs store. Lots to choose from. So much more than when I purchased my first pair of Crocs. The staff were incredibly helpful. They showed us all the latest deals. We picked up charms for everyone in the family. We actually left and returned later to buy a pair crops. If you are looking for a Croc's store that has everything (shoes + friendly staff) I would venture down to St Catherine's to the White Oaks Outlets and go to the one there.

Staff did not open the door for me when the instructions at the entrance specifically told customers to wait and someone would let me in. After waiting for a few minutes and seeing the store only had two customers (capacity is 15 people), I just decided to walk straight in. No one approached nor helped me, customer service was terrible but I really needed a pair of crocs sandals so decided to still check out the store. When I cashed out, an Asian girl bagged my stuff and was pretty aggressive with upselling me another pair of sandals to get 25% off. I said no thanks and her attitude immediately changed, she was not happy and felt like it was because she lost commission or something. The sandals I picked were at the rack full of $19.99 sandals but somehow mines ringed in as $24.99 - given there were no price tags on mines, I felt ripped off and tricked into thinking mines were also on sale. The varieties at this location is lacking, all the ones on sale were either neon colours or in pastel, ugly choices to be honest. The ones that were not on sale had better styles and nicer colours. Feedback to this store: train your employees, don’t just have them walk around the store, they need to offer assistance and not just stand there to talk to each other. Also, tag all your items with prices please. I won’t come here again.

Amazed by the new croc running shoes line! The pacers and cloth cover sneakers are ridiculously comfortable and nothing like the older uglier croc lines. Give them a chance and you won't regret it!

The manager there is very rude. She has no sense in her small brains how to talk to people. She said insulting, offensive things when i asked her if i can avail the discount offer at my next visit since the store was closing and i didn't have enough time to decide. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE !! LEARN PEOPLES SKILL !! Nora or Laura whatever your name is. Such a pathetic miserable ugly soul. Went into this store to ask what options they had in size 12. They offered me TWO options out of the E.N.T.I.R.E. store. Waited a week because the manager said they were expecting a shipment. Went back in today, and was again offered the same two pair. Unbelievable
