Actually shopped online. Everything I had interest in was sold out completely or only available in XS or S. Finally compromised on a "hybrid" jacket at a decent price. Arrive very quickly. Two teeth in the zipper were missing so the jacket won't zip properly or not at all or comes unzipped. Called to return and have it replaced but was told that they are now out of stock BUT if I send it back, after they inspect it they will issue me a refund as soon as 14 days after that??? Not impressed, very upset actually, now I guess I'm stuck with a super thin winter jacket with a broken zipper! Don't waste your money on Columbia unless you are INSIDE THE STORE to inspect the product. Oh, and by the way, I have sweaters thicker than this coat.

The best spot to buy those hard to find New Balance models. I bought black leathers and a colourful pair for the summer. There is always a great pair on sale and the selection is incredible! Fun shopping close to the US border

(Translated) Never again. 1st and last experience for buying winter boots at this company! Certified waterproof and warm boots up to -32. Surprise, I have my feet in the water and cold as I am a few minutes outside. And the worst thing after not even 2 months, the fabric is tearing. I am told that I can send my boots for inspection but that it will take 6 weeks ... during this time I have to find another pair of boots. I do not recommend this brand for winter accessories. (Original) Plus jamais. 1ere et derniere experience pour lachat de bottes dhiver chez cette compagnie! Bottes certifiées impermeables et chaudes jusqua -32. Surprise, jai les pieds dans l'eau et froid des que je suis quelques minutes dehors. Et comble de la chose apres meme pas 2 mois, le tissus sest dechirer. On me dit que je peux envoyer mes bottes pour inspection mais que cela prendra 6 semaines... pendant ce temps je dois me trouver une autre paire de bottes. Je ne conseille pas cette marque pour les accessoires hivernaux.

Columbia is a good brand with great products, but the staff at this location seems a bit out of touch of the products they sell. I live nearby, so I go to this mall often and shop at this store regularly, I've noticed that I know more about their products than the floor staff does. But it really doesn't bother me, as I know what I am looking for and don't need their help. I was really upset last time when I went there to return a product. The coat was purchased two days ago and I had the sales receipt, the item with all tags attached, and my credit card that I used for the purchase. I set them all on the counter and asked for a refund. The person's name tag at the counter showed that he was the store manager. He looked at the receipt and asked to see my credit card slip. I told him that I had left it at home. He insisted that I have to show the credit card slip. I was furious and had a short argument with him, he kept calling me "sir', but in a sarcastic manner and told me that I shouldn't raise my voice, as the camera is recording my voice and actions. I wasn't sure what it meant, but I felt like I was threatened. Still unconvinced, I grabbed everything and left the store to go home and get the cc slip, along the way I called the Columbia customer service and told the lady about what happened. She said that all they would need are my sales receipt, the product with tags and the credit card that was used for the purchase, the rest of the information is already on the sales receipt. In any case, I got the cc slip from my home and returned back to the store. I told him about my conversation with the customer service. He said that the customer service wouldn't know he retail store rules and went on with the refund. This was not a satisfactory answer either. Regardless, I got my refund and left the store with bad feelings. Have I lived far away, I wouldn't have been able to go home and get the cc slip. I've never gone back to this shop since.

The store was clean and lots of products to choose from. Merchandise was organized with a helpful staff. I went to buy boots for my wife that was 50% off online. Paul and the rest of the staff was quick to accommodate and adjust the store price to match the online price. (Columbia website) Other places I’m sure would have given me a hard time or even declined the price match. I highly recommend this store to friends and family and definitely worth the travel from Toronto.

Went shopping in the store on Saturday Nov 14 2020 and the service was absolutely terrible. When asking a question the cash associate was extremely rude and spoke to the customer as they were unimportant. Also speaking with the female manager she was just as unpleasant and will not be shopping in this location again. This isn’t the first time the service has been terrible and staff need customer service training. If service continues like this they will not be open long especially during a pandemic!!!!!!

If you're expecting highly discounted clothing simply because the store is located in an outlet mall, then think again. I had better prices buying online. They may have good deals every now and then, but the vast majority is at 20% tops. If you are a Columbia sportswear fan, then I'm sure will still enjoy shopping. For me, the only reason I go to an outlet location is to get good deals, and I don't get it often here.
