This mall, which has been largely abandoned by retailers over the years, is complemented by its outdated early 90's décor. That being said, there are some pretty decent stores, restaurants, and a movie theatre surrounding the mall itself.

Roomier, Great screen and sounds. Overall good layout and snack stand is pretty stocked with everything. Decent arcade needs a pinball machine though! Booked tickets online :)

This mall desperately needs better managements. Very few retail stores left. Too many empty retail spaces. Although the mall interior still looks great, but the parking lot needs some TLC. Not much to do or to go for. A complete waste of time to go. Hope its future will get better.

Niagara Square is the only enclosed mall in the city of Niagara Falls. It holds the distinction of being the only dead mall in the Niagara Peninsula. The mall is very clean and is in very good condition but has always had a hard time maintaining tenants. As of January 2016, this mall has a 70% vacancy rate but has managed to keep its most of it's anchor tenants such as Winners, Cineplex, JYSK, Michael's and the Mandarin. Recently, the holding company that owns Niagara Square announced that the mall was to be closed and demolished on May 1st 2016. The mall is be turned into an outlet style mall similar to The Outlets at Niagara in Niagara-on-the-Lake. If you are into dead malls, Niagara Square Mall is worth a visit.

A little disappointed. Went there on a Sunday morning because the Web site said they opened at 11am. Well that's not true, yes the outside stores such as Michael's and Jysk open at 11 but all the stores inside don't open till noon. What a waste of my time. Guess I'll go to any other mall from now on. One that actually opens when they say they do.

This mall was a great place to go with the family during the day or even waiting for the Cineplex to open. It's sad to see it go, but I'm also interested to see what comes next. The one thing I'm annoyed about is that they took out the food court without giving any notice.

I just found out that the Niagara square mall is permanently closing at the end of april, I thought it was a good place to walk around but it is not the best place to shop there is realy only about 15 stores out of about 45 to 50 stores that are open so I realy am not surprises that this place is closing it has been like this for about 10 years now so I hope in the future the city will find a good profitable place for this area once the Niagara square is gone.

This mall is as empty as an ice cream shop during a blizzard... that said, it's a decent place to go if you have a specific shop in mind. Don't come here expecting to browse interesting stores, because more than half the shops within the mall are empty. But, there is a movie theatre, Michael's, a dollar store, Winner's, Carter's and Mandarin Buffet.

Obviously this is a newer mall to the area ...certainly is not targeting locals to shop in the boutiques offered...outrageously priced items in virtually every store. Food court is even a bit 'trendier' again for the area ...and is often empty creating an uncomfortable feeling while dining.

This review is for Rose Nails in Niagara Square. Worst place to get nails done! If I could give this place a negative I certainly would do so. Went in for a simple shellac change. I didn't even bother finishing my nails. The nail technician was extremely rude. When I pointed out that she had not removed all the nail polish prior to applying the gel she argued with me and refused to remove the excess polish. Next, she proceeded to apply the new coat and dropped the paint brush twice! Once on her lap and once on the floor and continued to use the same brush to apply polish to my nails. Unbelievable! I had told her that there was dirt and hair sticking to my nails and she argued with me over this as well! She tried to tell me that my nail was "bumpy" and that is why the polish was not going on smoothly. Are you joking??? Enough was enough so I told her I would not like to continue and I would pay for whatever she had done to my nails this far as I was totally done with this place and her attitude. As I tried to leave she actually grabbed my hand and pulled me back to try and dry the nail polish! I told her to let go of my hand and stop pulling me. She charged me $20 for basically NOTHING! I have never been so upset at an establishment before! I was honestly shaking when I left! Do yourselves a favor and NEVER go to this nail salon! By the way this is my FIRST bad review of anyyyyy establishment EVER and I truly hope it is my last!
