I usually go to the Goodwill store or Dollarama. It's a small strip plaza with few stores. Lee Valley is one of them nothing much.

Nice to finally have a Lee Valley. Love this store. The gym is a waste of retail there are too many of them and it's American based. Nice to see a good will here now as well
