Highly recommend checking out. This location always has aggressive deals, the stock is hit or miss, but it certainly is worth a walk in. They have started doing a few smaller tables with blow out watches. I really love the idea. As a consumer I notice when the seller starts getting creative, and it brings me back! We where able to exchange my husband's watch for a new watch for a large 75% off the new watch. We had no reciept and the watch was 6 years old and engraved. They reingraved it on site in minutes. I only recommend fossil watches now. Great customer service!

Received a Fossil Smartwatch as *the* wedding gift from my wife. 10 months later the broken charger ring / heat issue made it impossible to charge and impossible to repair. Local team members (J & A) were really good about it and even though I cannot get the same style of 2020 Explorist I've been able to buy up to the 2021 Juliana Gen5 for $80 more. Thank you.

I had to replace the pin in the band of my favorite watch, for the third time. The lovely lady (Paige) recognized me and said "didn't I just fixed that". I laughed and then her and another associate said..."listen, we just got those in again, we'll just replace it". Wow! That's more than great service, that's great business. I go here every year to get my brother a gift card I like to look at some of the watches their kind of nice the only thing about this story that I wouldn't recommend is that the last time I went there to go get something for my brother for Christmas is that it's just a bunch of teenagers that are making jokes with each other all day I understand that you're working and everything but I was waiting in line trying to get something done and they're just four people behind the counter just sitting there doing nothing.

The cashier gave me an empty watch box with no watch inside. Luckily my friend in another shop asked me to show her my new 'watch' and I learned I paid for a watch that is not even in the box. Went back and the girl on the cash didn't even apologise for her blunder, kept me on a wait and keep giving me looks as if I'm lying. I don't recommend shopping there but if you do then ALWAYS check that you are not paying for an empty watch box!

Excellent service! Picked up the Gen 5 WearOS smartwatch. Morgan was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in the product she was helping me out with. It's not always common to find employees that have great product knowledge and are genuinely friendly people. I have an older Fossil BQ2184 that needed a battery swap...easier said than done. Morgan wrestled with it to get the back off, but it was tighter than two coats of paint. She assured me if I left it with them they'd get it taken care of and give me a call. Early Monday morning (left it there Saturday afternoon), got a call and it was ready. Nicely cleaned up and like-new! Thanks again for the great service! Will send friends and family there to get an upgrade for their wrists.

The customer service at this particular location is disgusting! While on vacation, my family and I visited the Outlet Collection at Niagara, and because I'm a big fan of Fossil I decided to check out the store. When I entered the store I was not greeted by anyone. Instead a young lady with long black hair began to follow myself, my SO, and my daughter around the store. Not once did she offer to assist us, and not once did she greet us. Instead she followed us around the store and pretended to busy herself with shelf items that were already tidy. This incident occurred on Saturday February 17th, between the hours of 12:00pm - 2:00pm. I wish I had taken the time to write down her name. I would have definitely sent a complain to head office to have her disciplined for the utter disrespect that she showed us. My initial reaction was to fling the fossil watch, bag, and wallet that I was spotting at her to say "Yes I shop at Fossil often!" and "Yes they have great leather!"...apparently their customer service is lacking! I will not recommend this particular Fossil outlet to anyone! This doesn't take away from the amazing quality of leather styles that Fossil continues to produce. They are hands down my favourite company for bags and watches. However, customer service is essential to the success of every business. Better customer service courses needs to be given to certain employees!

???? I’ve never shop at fossil before for watches but got convinced at looking at what they have as my friend recommended that they also carry really nice watches. ???? Lots of options! They also have a sale going in when i visited. 2 watches for 128 or 1 watch that would start from $79. They also carry michael kors watches here and hybrid watchea but they are not part of the 2 for $128 deal. ???? They also offer free engraving and adjusting it for you. ???? Some staff are okay but i am most impressed of the matured blond lady who took over doing the adjustment of the watches as she is fast at doing it. Great Job.

Poor customer service at this location , wanted to see a smartchwatch and the customer service guy directed me to a wall holding the watches , when I asked about what are the features of the watch he said look at the counter it explains all. When I said can you show me how it works , he asked me if I am gonna buy and I said sure if you show me how it works it and he replied I have another customers to take. Such a disgusting and poor service , I am never going to recommend fossil watches or this store anymore. I already own more than 10 fossil watches but now they have lost a loyal customer.

No staff! usually we have great service here but my wife and I have come in twice in the past few weeks and both times there has been little to no staff to assist and the staff that is there seem checked out and exhausted. Took my almost 2 year old fossil watch in to get a new battery. It took quite awhile for them to replace the battery so when it was done the girl told me no charge since I had to wait. She noticed something before handing me my watch and went and spoke to her manager. They both returned and told me something came loose on the face of my watch while replacing the battery. I was then asked if I wanted them to send it out for repair free of charge or I could pick a new watch out. I picked a new watch with a brand new 2 year warranty. I found this customer service amazing and would highly recommend this store to anyone! Way to go Fossil!

We wanted to look at the smart watches. The staff just wondered around without a single look or effort to make eye contact. There was 2 people getting watch repair service and then me wanting to check out smart watches to buy. Esentially they'll rather wander around than assist customers. Well this is one customer ignoring Fossil. Pass on to other shops, there's a hell lot more options in the highly competitive market.

My husband and I waited in line outside until other customers left. One left so he was able to go in. I had to stand at the door outside waiting for someone to leave so I could go in. As soon as my handsome husband walked in, your employee (long dark hair and big fake lashes) says hi to him right away and basically eye fkd him the entire time chasing after him but not helping him. He walked over to another employee who helped immediately as she just googly eyed him but never offered help to him.....or anyone. She literally spent the entire time drooling over him and chasing him around the store being all flirty. When I and other customers walked in she did not say hi nor did she pay any attention to anyone, at all but him!. Although he is quite handsome I honestly question what her job is..
