I just moved here from Alberta, I'll tell you it's nothing like Iron Mills or WEM. But it was very clean, you can actually breathe there and not have to worry about millions pushing around you. Good selection of stores and restaurants. I give it 5 stars, would recommend this mall.

Its obvious that the owners of this mall care a great deal about this location by its overall cleanliness and presentation. That said, it suffers in two key areas: 1) the mall is dimly lit throughout, displaying a somewhat aged decor that really needs some investment (and additional light bulbs) to stand out 2) the mall has a sizable number of empty units presently, and whilst they have done a good job of seeking creative uses of the space (such as donating space to a local hobbyist group) could stand to find more innovative ways to prevent the mall feeling empty (such as mini farmers market or pop up stores etc)

In this mall is No Frill Grocery store, better prices than other top name stores. Free parking, mall offers a variety of smaller clothing stores, as well as a BMO bank, dollar store, smoke shop, resteraunt also has a Walmart in same mall, in same parking lot there is a KFC and a McDonalds.

Moving the city transit stop away from the entrance of the mall in order to accomodate the new Planet Fitness opening there is ridiculous. There are a large number of the disabled community who depend on transit to shop at the mall. Forcing them to walk so much further to get to the entrance, especially once winter comes, shows a serious lack of compassion, and may very well lead to serious injuries once the pavement becomes snowy and icy. Let the fitness enthusiasts walk the greater distance. They're actually capable of it. Shame on you.

Very small, not very many stores if any that I would actually go into. I went there for the Dollar store as I was getting groceries and this one was closer then the Dollarama but the one in this mall did not have what I was looking for so I had to go to the Dollarama anyway.

The Lancaster Mall is a great place to get all of your shopping for the holidays done. Honestly most of the stores are overpriced but the experience of spending the weekend at the mall with your friends is priceless. There's quite a few selection of clothing and restaurants.

Absolutely love the mall love shopping there whenever I can there my favorite but my only problem is I went to Northern Reflection and asked if they had a shirt I was looking at there in a L was trying to get it in a L for a friend for Christmas and the girl that worked there behind the counter gave me attitude and was extremely rude she responded with "yes we have it in a L but are you sure you don't need it in an XL?" I thought myself it was very disrespectful I won't go back there!

The stores are fine and good to have a library outlet. The recent renovation moved the bus stop from right next to the mall entrance to the furthest point out on the property. Its now no a freezing cold windy corner of the parking lot 1/2 km from the mall entrance. People are expected to wander through parking and driving lanes to reach it. The reason given for the move was they rented to Planet Fitness who wanted parking right at their doorway. Extremely poor decision.

Lancaster Mall is really the only place to go in Saint John. While it is great to have a Walmart and grocery store, it's just not enough for the west side. There is a great big parking lot, where the Aquarius once stood, now its empty with lots of parking and would be perfect for a Giant Tiger. If you want to go shopping, East Point is where to be, with all the new businesses opening and everything so close together but unfortunately for myself, living in Grand Bay, and anyone else living in Grand Bay, Westfield, Welsford, public landing, Ketepec, Mourna Heights, and many, many more, having to drive all the way out east and deal with the excess of people with longer wait times, hard to find parking and overall extra stress when businesses don't realize what they could have over on the west side. I'll admit that the stores and businesses that we currently have "gets a little boring". It's wonderful to see the new Kent building and to have a Wal-Mart but to have a Giant Tiger, or another place to get clothes, shoes, food, etc. As far as Lancaster goes, it's great for certain things but after a while we could use another store over west. I really do believe that another store on the west side would make money and turn a profit. Plus it would be really great for everyone living on the out outter parts of town. It would really help us.

This is a great little mall. It has a very quiet and home feel vibe to it. I feel the walmat is definitely one of the most valuable stores in the mall. I love the selection at this walmat location especially in the electronic department, for some reason or another it seem like you can always code a clearence on something tucked away on a lower shelf or something. It's like you never know what you are going to dug up.. I love this walmart. NoFriiĺs is also available in the mall as well which has great prices on all products as well as more then low price on items that pass expectation needs

Lancaster Mall remains a west side staple after all these years with the help of anchor stores Walmart at one end and No Frills grocery at the other. BMO is still here with some other shops and services. McDonalds, KFC and Jungle Jims can be found in the parking lot area.

This used to be a decent mall, but now there are as many vacant shops as there are populated ones. They need to reconsider their primary clientele and start arranging vendors based on that. No mall in Saint John needs an antique store.

Very rude and nosy security, Id like to walk around a mall without security breathing down my neck were ever i go. Im 15 years old and i feel the security have a hateful stigma for teenagers. Its not a good mall experience to be glared at by security just for walking around.

Wasn't happy when they took the dollar store out if there, but now I see they're making a bigger one in a different location, but still in the mall! Has an entrance to Walmart on one side and no frills on the other side, clean public washroom, a library, a smoke shop, a couple clothing stores with great prices, a hearing clinic, where they're more than helpful! A bank, and soon a new, larger dollar store! No need to leave the west side!! All your needs in one location!
