Well then her mom skill kicked in and said no you need this one and that's what you need. After a sigh I agreed. After loading stuff in to unit. I never had a wasted foot. 12 Mile Storage met our needs when we suddenly found that the rental we'd arranged in the Kootenays had fallen through. Staff was friendly, professional and informative. The rate for the storage space was very reasonable. When I lost the key to the padlock I purchased from them, I was assured that it was no problem to cut the lock and that it would not incur extra charges. When I've called there has always been someone to answer, and emails were answered right away. I would definitely recommend 12 Mile Storage. I would give 5 stars but I am waiting to see what refund I may get for moving our stuff out after two weeks.

The location was very convenient for us, & they have pretty much every size & type of storage available including covered and open RV/boat/vehicle storage in addition to all sizes of lockers & units. They even gave us a free window ice scraper as a little thank you for choosing them for our storage needs!

I rented from them for a year and a half no bugs, no rodents or water leaks great sevices great prices/rates and easy e-transfer payment option's!!! If you ever need to store items i would say this is the best place to go!!!
