Both my wife and I were looking for a hardware upgrade, as well as a possible plan switch, and I'm glad we spoke with the folks at Wow! Ben was *great*, and priced out several options for us, explaining the pros and cons of each. There was absolutely no pressure, the entire experience was unhurried, and we got exactly what we wanted and needed. From a service standpoint, it felt like we were being looked after, and genuinely helped. From a price standpoint, we absolutely could not have done better! We'll definitely be coming back, and will be letting all our friends and family know about our great experience.

Some of the worst offenders of covid-19 practices. They might have protective shields and masks but don’t let that fool you . There is no cleaning happening , dusty and dirty finger print demo devices still out , and much more . The employees also don’t seem to want to be there to help, They might aswell stays don CERB if they can’t be polite or keep a tidy kiosk

the guys at the Nanaimo location are very friendly and helpful, they want to make sure you get the best deal as well, not commission based, no pressure sales. Wow gives great deals in terms of pre-paid credit cards as gifts, and they have a good trade in program as well.

My husband and I went out to purchase some new lines with Telus, after speaking to a few other locations spoke with Ben at wow mobile. The location was neat, organized and welcoming. Ben was very polite, professional and personable; he listened to what I needed and was not sales pushy but still offered me accessories I would not have thought to get. Not only was the customer service provided excellent he was even able to provide me a deal much better then the providers own stores. Very happy with my interaction today and will be giving my praise.

Can't say enough about this place. I won't go anyplace else. The guy I used to go for isn't there anymore so I was nervous but the 2 guys that helped us were phenomenal. Darcy and Jordan. They took literally hours working on our old/new phones. Called us to let us know the status. And Darcy helped me several days later with something totally unrelated. Such a friendly and kind guy. I actually tried to hire him to come work for us. But he likes his job. They are lucky to have him. Thank you Darcy and Jordan. Employees who go above and beyond are hard to find. You guys are genuine and made our experience stress free.

When I purchased my phone from Wow Mobile in Nanaimo the rep told me it was going to be $75 a month but once I got my bill it was actually $120 a month. The rep lied to me and didn’t even give me a copy of my contract. I think his name was Ben? I live in Alberta and don’t even have a wow mobile near me to return my phone to. I usually deal with the telus store but he said he was a telus store. I will be contacting head office about this.

WOW mobile refuses to help with billing issues and sends customers to the original provider once they get the sale. Its better to go with the carrier to set the phone up because they will actually help you with any issues even after they've taken your money.

I was just walking from cellphone to cellphone store shopping, and when i got to this area. I went into tbooth and go the info i was looking for. Before i had even taken a few steps out a wow mobile employee tried to pull me over. It felt like one of those Christmas soap stands that pop up. The rep also must have been listening as i was talking out the front too the tbooth rep as he knew my carrier and said we also sell them. First off dont listen to people convos, also its extremely disrespectful to talk to customers leaving the other stores around you before they even take a few steps out. Do that too the wrong person and and listen into peoples convos its a wonder no one has been knocked out

My boyfriend and I were on the hunt for a new rate plan when we started dealing with WOW mobile - it took a few weeks but our representative found us exactly what we wanted and kept us posted on all the new deals that came out until she could provide us with exactly what we wanted - even got me a great deal on the phone I wanted, not the free phone that was provided - even when transferring my number seemed almost impossible because it was a pc mobile number that got bought out by koodo but they stuck it out and got it done - amazing customer service and amazing people who work there - I recommend WOW mobile to all my friends and family

This store is not practicing social distancing, i saw customers being allowed into the kiosk, and no attempt at controlling the traffic. All the fake phones are out and i saw no cleaning, during this virus where people are dying i will pick the other 12 cellphone stores that are open and actually seem to be doing social distancing. Hopefully you get fined$$$

I am a senior who had difficulty updating payment information on a Telus Mobility account, and ended up getting locked out. Help from Telus on the phone was useless, due to language ! I visited the Telus store in Woodgrove Mall, but were polite but no help to reactivate my phone. They did however send my down the mall to Wow Mobile. I met the operator ,Noor, and she was more than helpful. She got on her phone and sorted out my outdated card issues, forgotten password, and pin numbers-the sort of things us older folks have trouble with! She was offering free lessons to Seniors who need help to boot! How's that for service folks, The star rating does not go high enough for this little Wow! mobile boutique. I rate it 25 on a scale of 10 and Telus an ultra low, off the bottom of customer service! They just don't understand that seniors need help!
