Taco time is great. Taco Bell sucks. Other taco places cost you an arm and leg. And I'm kind of attached to them.

What is not to love about this location. Super friendly staff that offered to answer any questions while we decided. After we placed our order we asked for additional sauce which they happily provided. I would highly recommend as the meal was amazing and the price super reasonable for how excellent the meal was prepared.

I had been wishing for taco time so i went to the mall today and i was so disappointed! What a waste of $8.24. I even asked the guy why my mexi fries looked so dark (double deep fried) and he just shrugged. The lettuce in my taco tasted gross tòo. Sadly, i ended up throwing all but my drink in the compost bin.

Tastes good. Not at all covid safe. They take refills and touch lids without washing their hands and take off masks to talk. They touch their masks without washing their hands as well. I work at a different food place in this mall and watching them work was appalling.

I have always Loved Taco Time ever since I was a kid. I found it to be a much better quality than Taco Bell, and maybe a little healthier too. This location is in Woodgrove mall food court. It is one of my favaurite go to restaurants in the mall. I would highly recommend this Taco Time to anyone who is looking for Non-Authentic Mexican cuisine or looking for fast Mexican Food.

Update 5/5: After reaching out to head office. It's great to see them take my review seriously and use it to educate the franchisee. I will continue my support for taco time. Original review 3/5: I only come here because I love the red sauce on my food. I ordered two Super beef burritos and because of Covid-19 they don't let you pour your own sauce. They give you these tiny take out container of sauce. When I ask for 6 for my 2 burritos. She said 4 is the maximum ???? The food here isn't as good vs other taco time I go to. The super beef burritos was a little smaller and they microwave it a little bit. I dislike when they microwave my burritos because the lettuce, tomato and sour cream becomes all hot and soggy. I do like their hard taco on Tuesday special and mexi fries drenched in red sauce! They also have a small burrito combo reasonably price. I would rate higher if she didn't cheap out on the red sauce and if they stop microwaving the burritos.

Will never eat here again, lady with the multi coloured hair called me a theif for wanting what I ordered and paid for after another employee rang my order up incorrectly. Left me stood their with a new born baby wondering what was going on...was a simple combo meal right off the menu (main/fries/drink), nothing crazy or outrageous. I was handed a taco and a burrito which I hadn't ordered. They served every customer in line before they would acknowledge me and my incorrect order.

Well I'm sitting here eating my taco time an I glance there direction an I watched one of the employees handling food with gloves on but then pulls they're phone out of there pocket and looks at that number Answers the phone and continues using the same pare gloves handing food and talking on the phone.... hmm food safe at its finest

The last time i was at this taco time , i asked for extra cheese on my tacos. The manager said there is a .75 cent charge per taco for extra cheese. I said thats ok with me. But i didn't get extra cheese on my tacos. If you pay for extra cheese you should get it. I talked to the same guy today about my last visit here. I told him that i paid the cost of extra cheese but didn't get it. He tried to say yes i did. Said he made the tacos his self. I said no you didnt make the tacos yourself. It was 1 of his employees. He said rudely if not happy with this taco time then dont come back. How rude is that ! I wasnt rude but he got rude to me. So if you pay extra cost for what you want , make sure you get what you pay for.

The food was delivered to me so quickly...but was fresh, flavorful and gluten free :) I highly recommend the beef taco bowl it had everything - salsa, guacamole, sour cream, ground beef, lettuce etc etc yum yum...the staff were helpful and happy :)

Disappointed on the large super beef taco. The contents of the regular was about same as large. Not worth almost $10 for dusting of cheese and little meat. Should of just bought two regulars. Roughly the same price, but with more food.

Ordered 6 mains, 1 side and a drink asked for more hot sauce and was told I already have 3, I then asked for more and they took back my order pulled everything out counted the 3 hot sauce then gave me a few more. By the time this was over my Tacos were cold then my husband showed me his super beef burrito that had hardly any beef. Really disappointing this used tobe our favorite not sure if we will be back again.
