Went to find an engagement ring for my, to be fiancée. I was greeted with a woman that showed collections within my budget (4k+), but she seemed disinterested with the whole process and was insulting in regards of my lack of knowledge toward engagement rings. Once I left, the other customer that I had seen browsing in that shop was waiting outside the building for me. He had told me that the other coworker was fake yawning continuously behind me. My brother whom was frustrated and didn't tell me at that time, confirmed this with me. Never going back to that store or shopping within their brand again. It occurred on Friday, November 29th 8 p.m. PST. Paris jewellers were more accomendating and took the time for my ring needs.

As with all people's jewelers locations, the staff are friendly, jewelry is shiny, and they always have big sales. They cleaned my wife's ring quickly even though I got it another location. Their Disney jewelry is unique.

Went there today and bought 2 gold bands for a last minute wedding for my daughter. All of the staff were very helpful, especially Kate who put a rush on the rings sizing without us even asking! Reasonable pricing and something for everyone in this store.

The consultant that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we weren't only shopping for ourselves but our mother too who we were sending pictures to and talking to on the phone. Both my partner and mother ended up leaving the store with 2 beautiful rings

The necklace I got was originally for 509 dollars, and I got it for 199, which is a great deal. White gold with diamonds necklace. It is so beautiful. I am so thankful to the Asian-race lady who accommodated me the other week. She invested time with me by helping me find quality and on-sale prices of jewelry when I was window shopping. I went back the next week. I waited for a long time to be assisted, but no white-race lady sales associates approached me even though they were not that busy and closer to where I am located. Maybe they thought I wouldn’t be buying at all or just browsing. Don’t discriminate, ladies please. Thankfully a different Asian-race sales clerk assisted and approached me with what I needed. In addition, she is knowledgeable about what she is doing. Overall, I am excited about my new find. A great deal. It has a lifetime diamond commitment. I can go there to their store for refills of diamonds just in case I lost some. I spent another 50 dollars on the lifetime protection plan. I got an upsell, but I think it’s all worth it. Hopefully, the sales associates there will be approachable and helpful when I return.

We went to peoples jewellers on Feb7/19 to buy earrings .The clerk saw us at one booth & said the less expensive were sold.We told her around what we wanted to spend & just pointed to some other booths & started talking to another clerk & just ignored us. The store wasn,t busy.We bought my engagement & wedding rings 32 years ago in th Vancouver area & other jewellery other the years& have neither been treated like this!! We went to a another jewellery store that was friendly & should us all kinds of jewellry that was 20-30 dollars more which we were glad for the great service.I too was a clerk & never ignored customers! A child would of been disappointed if they were buying a gift for valentine's day & reacted as to get lost as we felt

it has taking a month and a half and I still haven't received my ring back that I sent away to get repaired. Multiple phone calls and I still haven't been able to get an answer.

I took my necklace in and they repaired it, it then broke in the exact same spot within a week of wearing it and they won’t repair it or refund my money. Stay away from this store and take your business elsewhere!

Excellent service and quality. We have purchased jewelry from other outlets, and have never been as satisfied overall. We are always greeted as soon as we come in the store, never rushed or pressured and always accommodated as to our needs. We will always purchase jewelry from Peoples in the future if possible.

Been a peoples jewlers shopper for the past few years and has allways been my first stop when looking for jewelry. That all changed today as the customer service was the worst I have ever had in my life. I have been saving and working overtime to buy my sweetheart a vera Wang love bangle that would normally be way out of my price range for a Christmas gift but due to my extra time put in at work and some extensive budgeting I was able to save the money and was excited to go to the store and make my big purchase. From the moment i got there the lady seemed annoyed with me and her attitude quickly changed my excitement into anxiety about dropping the 1000 dollars on it. Then the next issue was not having a vera Wang box to put it In and she seemed rather annoyed i didnt want a generic box to put it in and gave me attitude that the company dosent ship the jewelry in their packaging and i will have to make due with whatever she could find. We settled for a vera Wang necklace box that looks rediculase with a bangle in it but I'm sure her other option would of been a paper bag. Then she cut the sticky price tag off and shoved it in the box without cleaning the residue off or letting me have a final look at it before the transaction. I paid for the lifetime warranty and she wrote a number on a piece of paper and told me not to loose it or the number or my warranty would be no good and I asked why it wouldn't be in the computer and got attitude again and got some excuse of how sometimes it might show up and other times it wont so dont loose them. Needless to say the fact I was so excited to buy my sweetheart something I have saved so hard for the lady made me feel like I was buying a piece of string and made the whole experience e awful. Usually you get someone saying how beautiful it is and how special the girl must be. All I got was someone who should work at a dollar store and has no personality at all. That will be the last time peoples will be the first store on my list of jewlers when I'm in the market to buy something special again.
