I had such a great experience for a first time buyer at Paris Jewelers. Rosa, the Manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. I felt free to say what I did or did not like, and Rosa was able to work with my feedback and help me find options that actually worked with what I was saying! She was open to showing me multiple pieces without any hesitation or frustration — to me this is a BIG deal when I’m not 100% sure on what I’m looking for. I was able to find everything I needed in one swift trip, and I was even able to stay on budget! Rosa did not try to upsell me or convince me of anything. I will definitely be reaching out to her first when I’m in need of some bling!

My husband purchased a 25th anniversary ring from Paris Jewellers. We celebrated in Tofino and he surprised me with this beautiful ring. It needed to be sized which service was included with the original purchase. When I went in to get it sized the employee told me I needed to have paperwork for the ring; paperwork I didn’t have and between my husband purchasing the ring from out of town and my daughter picking it up the receipt was MIA. Almost a year later, still needing my ring sized, I went back into the store and spoke with the manager Rosa. She was amazing, thoughtful and understanding. My ring has been sent out for sizing! It’s really about how issues are resolved and I am looking forward to wearing my special piece of jewelry.

I dropped in to Paris Jewellers today hoping to find a charm. Unfortunately the one I wanted would have to be ordered and I had need of it in a hurry. My husband brought me to the store to show me some rings he had in mind for an Anniversary band for me... Initially I was wanting a ring with Pink Sapphires and diamonds but we ran into a snag with matching it to the Pink Sapphire my husband purchased for my Engagement ring as well..The manager Rose was very helpful and called her supplier to get the information about how to match the stones in the band to the center stone in my other ring that we were wanting..The supplier suggested a Diamond band would be better to showcase the center stone so we went with that..I tried one I instantly fell in love with, it was a seven stone band with Canadian Diamonds and it matched my wedding band perfectly! It was a bit more than we were wanting to spend so we were shown other very nice bands but my heart was really set on the original one I tried on..My husband really wanted me to have it and Rose noticed that we both wanted this ring...She told us she would call her superior to see if there was something she could do for us..When she got off the phone she told us that she was able to get us the upcoming sale price that started the following day..This brought the ring down enough that we were both very happy with! I would highly recommend Paris Jewelers and especially Rose for her amazing customer service, going above and beyond and making the whole experience a joy to be helped by her..She even cleaned my other jewelry for me at no cost...Very happy customers and I went home with a beautiful ring!

Don't buy any rings here. Had a ring re-sized and it came back 2 weeks later looking dull yellowish colour instead of white gold.. Took it back to have it fixed and they sent it away again for 2 more weeks and want to charge us to have it re-plated. Not impressed

I came to Paris Jewellers as I was looking for a pair of earrings for my best friend's birthday. I had already been to two other jewelly stores in the mall but wasn't completely happy with what I had found. Rosa greeted me when I entered Paris Jewellers and asked what I was looking for. I told her and also described my girlfriend as being under 5 ft tall and soon to be turning 75. I was looking for a simple pair of gold earrings that she could wear all the time (day and night). Rosa showed me a few pairs. We talked about the different styles and sizes. I finally narrowed it down to two pairs and Rosa helped me make the final choice. We chatted in such a friendly easy way that it made shopping here a very pleasant experience. Rosa even beautifully gift wrapped my purchase. My wife and I visited today to have my necklace clasp replaced (that we purchased here and we were told could be replaced). Beside us another representative was talking with another customer telling her she couldn't return the product she purchased because of their policy. She was told to come in today to talk with the manager, after coming in a previous day and they again told her today (while we were there) to come in Thursday. The representative helping us decided to join this discussion and leave us for 10 minutes while he argued it wasn't in policy to return, however the customer was quoting the return policy (and it was clear it was policy to return it). He then mentions that the manager will be in Tuesday (a different day than before) or she can call the head office. While my wife and I are waiting for this representative to come back, he begins yelling at this customer (while she was calm and collected the entire time) and she politely asked him not to yell and she'd just like to take the head office number and leave. After this, he yells at her saying he's calling security and refuses the head office number. The representative returns to us after yelling at her and calling security and smiles. I mentioned that he probably shouldn't have yelled at her, to which he replied in a yell with (at me), "She started the yelling, I didn't yell at all." Security shows up, and listens to the customer, us, and when the representative begins talking, he again yells at the security guard telling him to remove her saying she won't listen. My wife and I decided we would take my necklace elsewhere and left. We only went there for a repair. We had to wait 10 minutes while two people were arguing with the same customer, and ultimately were yelled at for wishing the representative talk to customers politely. If you'd like to experience awful customer service after spending several hundreds of dollars and talking to them politely, Paris Jewellers is your place to go.
