The sales staff here are appallingly rude, snobby and with poor attitudes. I don’t think my mum and me have experienced such poor customer service, it really put me off going in again and that was our first time in the shop, which does have some beautiful items. Such a shame I would highly recommend to the owner that Kathy in particular, has her customer service training reviewed promptly, losing customers isn’t good for business especially in today’s climate.

Love this store. Marine motifs. Cool signage. Fiesta ware. Unique home decor. Always new items. They also sell Pandora. Only complaint is somethings seem a touch overpriced. Highly recommend.

Im very disappointed with their exchange policy i waited for 33 days for my bracelet for exchange of size i got size 17 which is a bit small on my wrist it should be size 18 they dont know their excunge policy very ridiculous.

I walked in to Manhattan Home after a long days work on July 7, 2017. I wanted to get my wife a nice surprise. I was dressed in my work pants and boots, and did look a bit scruffy. An employee, a young thin brunette, ran over to another employee and pointed right at me. I overheard her say "watch him". She eyed me the whole time and actually said "Are you lost? What are YOU looking for HERE?" Guess what, honeybunch, I bet I make more in a half a day on the jobsite than you do for working your 40 hrs work week at minimum wage, so why not try to be a bit more humble and non-judgmental, ey?

I conducted my shopping online as I am 4550kms away. I really appreciated all of the patience I was shown in answering questions and sending me photographs of the items I was interested in. I was even more impressed with how quickly I recieved my shipped items! They arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and within days of payment. Definitely an enjoyable experience.

Probably the most unprofessional environment I've ever worked in. I left after 4 days due to catty/lazy staff who stood around like pylons yet felt accomplished with themselves. Was never even replied to when I gave my notice so didn't even bother going back in. Have been contacting them for over a week trying to get my cheque they still owe me (from about 2 weeks ago now, and 3 weeks since I quit - this is illegal by the way) just to have them over and over tell me "come tomorrow the manager will be in", then to be told after 5 days of this that it was apparently mailed to me (weird, have yet to receive it). The staff clearly does not communicate with their manager and vice versa. Highly suggest to anyone who wants a stable, good job to look elsewhere. EDIT: I had my comment (just copied and pasted above, after reposting as a review instead) deleted off their Facebook page, after being responded to by management on here that later DELETED their comment saying "your cheque has been here waiting" of which I asked why it keeps changing, to just be ignored. Still waiting on my cheque. Still haven't been told where it is. My next step is labour board. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS !!!!!!!!

I am never doing business with this company again. Their return policy is ridiculous. My husband bought me a necklace for Christmas but he purchased on Dec. 4 so when we took it back they wouldn’t give us a credit as it was past 7 days. My husband said but she didn’t get it until the 25th, was told that’s our policy you only can only get a store credit. So we will spent our store credit then nothing more. What is really maddening is that we have spent hundreds on pandora jewelery but we will now go elsewhere.
