I have left 2 reviews online in my entire life (this being one). The service here was mind blowingly terrible. Listen, I walked into the store and was not greeted or even acknowledged with a glance. This actually doesn’t bother me I like to be left alone for the most part when shopping. The kicker was when I approached the front. There were 3 girls standing around gossping. I Also don’t care about this. But then. THEN, as I laid my purchases down on the counter, the girl didn’t even make eye contact or say a word to me. She proceeded to snatch my underwear and hastily ring them in, all the while still holding the previous conversation with her equally as oblivious co workers. I mean, maybe she thought saying a sharp “thanks” at the end would make it all better. I get it. People have bad days and retail sucks, but seriously! If I was your boss you would be terminated on the spot. For reference, this was Sunday January 13th at approximately 12:30. I sincerely hope these employees get a talking to.

Excellent staff, so helpful. This Boxing Day week they had 40% off all in-store items! When I saw that my size of matching undie was not up on display she found one for me in the drawer, whew, bonus! I was using a gift card & was still able to use the $10 save coupon with it! Wow! Can't do that at some other unmentionable store! TYVM La Senza!

So I was at La Senza inside the Woodgrove mall today with my girlfriend and she wanted to try on some clothes, she asked me to wait outside her fitting room to get my opinion and help her decide what to chose. I was told in a not so nice way by an employee, never got her name but she was wearing all black with black curly hair, that there was only to be 2 people in the area, wasn’t a very nice look either but I let it slide and waited outside. 2-3 minutes later another customer came in to use the fitting room and her friend was allowed to wait outside the fitting room without issue, breaking the rule of two people only. The employee even walked in and out but never asked one to leave. I understand this is a Women’s store and privacy is a right, but I wasn’t even allowed to be there when my girlfriend was the only one in the area. This should be a friendly environment for couples to come in together and help each other get clothes. I felt that I wasn’t wanted there just because I was a guy. Never in my life have I felt so discriminated against in a store.

While I've never had an issue with La Senza, my friend received this lovely piece of hatemail from an employee of theirs. If you don't agree with someone that's fine, but hatemail? Come on...I would be more than happy to change my rating if I find out something was done about this employee. Edit: not sure why but the picture I posted wont show up. hopefully the company gets it.

Horrible service at this location. Walked in, the woman decided to continue working instead of greeting my partner and I. When I asked her a question about the stock of a specific piece, she was super fake, and obviously didn't want to help me so I decided to look around myself. Later when I went to pay, she didn't want to wrap the pink tissue paper on the top so, I asked her to do it specifically. Many times, this one specific employee would stand around having personal conversations and not helping other customers. Had one girl help me who was really nice but I will not be supporting this location and will be going to spend my money elsewhere.

So I've been shopping at la senza for years, my fave place for underwear. Until a few days ago... I walk in try on a few bras and start looking around a little more, this overweight ugly brunette (employee) comes up to me and starts accusing me of stealing. So i line up planning to buy my items and i notice her following me and giving me dirty looks, so i leave, annoyed. I am a loyal customer and i shouldn't be accused of being a theif.

Worst retail experience ever. Worker was beyond passive aggressive, insinuating I was lying about products in the bargain bin. I'll never spend a dime here again or recommend to anyone. Screw nanaimo la senza you guys can do better. Go to Purple Cactus or LA Vie En Rose if you want superior service.

My visit to this store was excellent. I went in to buy a bra and ended up purchasing more but it was well worth it. Dana, the sales associate recommended a different size to my usual size. I tried the different size on and it was much more comfortable and better fit than my usual. Thank you so much, Dana for providing me with an excellent service.

Despite being short staffed, the girls on were still quick, efficient and helpful with all their customers. They kept checking the girls in the changeroom to check sizing and grab them other sizes. The manager runs the store well, ensuring everyone is taken care of. Thank you Misha for selling me my new bra, it fits well (for a bigger girl around and smaller chest size bra shopping sucks), also very cute. She owns a lot of the bras she sells which helps in terms of honest opinion as to what really does stretch out and is comfortable. Always good to see your smiling face! Keep it up!
