This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
Not bad for a strip mall
It's a nice little mall with a few good shops in it
A bit confusing with their signs. Great toy store.
Lots of little stores and services. The Nanaimo Health store had tons of products and the staff is very knowledgeable.
easy to access, lots of service and Nordia being there is an added bonus
Nice mall. Clean and great stores.
Well maintained. Great place to check out if looking for baby gifts. Food court is quite limited though.
It's home to the comic book store. It's got a nice atmosphere. Love the tea shops.
Not the best mall around, really nothing worth the trip
Small mall but okay
Always a great place to stop if you need anything from a dollar store, to a new computer from Best Buy, to groceries from Save On, to a coffee from Starbucks. (The Starbucks has one of the fastest drive thru's on the island!)
Great stores but closes early on several days during the week
Very kid friendly mall. Best Curry in town. Not too big.
It's a mall. No real food court.
I think I’ll added to one of my favorite mall in Nanaimo. They have best buy, running room, games store. They don’t have many options in food court but I’ll tell you if bored with food court options, this mall you might want to considered to.
Nothing much to shop here..! Except two places.
A variety of stores. We shop here for groceries at Save On. Desserts at Burnt Honey are fabulous! There are bathrooms in the mall, and a small good court.
Great mall has everything
The parking lot is terrible!
Clean shopping facility, centrally located
Lots of positive changes have been made, such as new stores.
Not much reason to come here. Bestbuy? Sure. The Ikea rip off? Meh.
Nice mall. Good stores
Not specifically this store. Shopping in store at Best buy is always an absolute disappointment.
So many amazing shops. Always a regular stop to shop.
Not alot of parking and I fine that the mall is slow . deals are ok but nothing crazy.
It has all the main businesses that you would want but it is small and limited.
Another positive experience while grabbing a few snacks for my kids. Super friendly staff and kind to my children. Good deals at decent prices and the location is convenient for me. Cheers
Brand new eating area with great kids play area! New Family bathroom!
Clean mall. We went to burnt honey for the Nanaimo bar trail and they had delicious Nanaimo bar macarons.
Spinners, Shoppers Drug Mart, Local artisan shops and dollar store. Liquor and postal Starbucks and more. A great mall with kids racecarts!
Not much inside but the stores on the perimeter include Carter's/Oshkosh, lazy boy, best buy and Alberni outpost, as well as a liquor outlet, and of course Starbucks.
Mall is clean and well lit at night. There's a number of stores inside and also outside. Parking here can be tricky at peak hours and we couldn't find any parent parking when we were here. Food court was a bit disappointing compared to the past. Washrooms were moderately clean for a mall but located right at the back.
Since country club is my go to mall for almost every thing as always ots a good place busy but not over whelming
Can be very busy but a great place to shop
Lots of parking and great place to bus to and from.
A much better mall than Rutherford in the North End. But, It is very tiny and feels sort of pointless if you enjoy wandering around. It is more of a place to simply get in, & get out asap. Get your business done with and on with your day. Nothing really draws me in here personally. For the city of Nanaimo, The best mall still remains Woodgrove. I only come by here to do banking at CIBC or to use the post office inside of Shoppers Drug Mart. Maybe a trip into Starbucks nearby if I have a few extra dollars and an empty stomach.
It is a mall. Small food court. Not much selection
Some great businesses in this shopping center. It is very clean and well maintained.
Nice mall with a mix of small shops and some big box stores. They also have some decent stores and restaurants littered around the parking lot.
Super cool place with great stores.
I enjoy coming here to pick up a quick few things. It's a nice little strip mall with a save-on and a dollar store. The parking lot is always half empty which is a huge added bonus. The thing that irritates me about this location is the opening hours. It opens at 10am on weekdays. I wished it opened earlier so I would be able to shop at an eariler hour.
Was good accept for the managers at save on foods demeaning their staff.
Large and weirdly quiet but good ahops inside.
A small mall but very clean and very friendly
Not much to do a very small food court but they do have a few nice stores. Clothing stores and a toy store but over all you can't really spend more then an hour in there.
You need a better layout the reflects on people that shop there
Good place to shop
Country club is a one stop shop, with shoppers, the library and save-on plus amazing Indian food... You can't go wrong. Also the best local shops for adult clothing, comics and children's clothing, books and toys!
A small mall but still enjoyable. Small play area for children. They will love this place
Just go to Woodgrove if you can spare the time.
It is remodeling, so I hope it will be much better in a few days
Very few stores and almost all are niche type places. Terrible food court.
It's like a great secret mall.
Covid protocols in place. Neat and clean, with some good food and shopping
My bank CIBC and Best Buy is there. That makes it great for me.
Dead mall but it needs help.
A comfortable shopping experience at C.C. mall
Its got a few major retails . Atmosphere, running room, Best Buy.
Good mid sized mall
Always has stock of stuff on sale.
Most of more popular stores are located out side of the main mall.
Friendly staff, interesting shops such as a cute tea store and organic soap and crystal shop
I like the selection of independent retailers here.
Friendly knowledgeable staff that know the exact position of any product you need.
Convenient and great parking with lots of great stores
Adequate free parking, efficient mall layout, diverse boutiques, liquor store, large grocery store.
The mall has little to no attraction, all the good stores are outbuildings
Great place, most everything you could need and a lot less busy than the big one farther out. Remember when it was just a little strip mall.
Curious Comics, Bootlegger, and that insurance place with rude staff. What's not to love? I go there several times per week.
That's fine over there
Country Club Mall still offers a wide variety of shopping options despite the declining nature of malls in North America. The food court is almost nonexistent though, so be sure to grab a drink from the nearby Starbucks, or visit the little cafe inside the mall.
Dollar Store and post office everything I needed
Many nice shops!
Nice selection of stores and services!
Nice clean mall, Save on Foods, dollar store, food court, Shoppers Drug Mart, Bootlegger, Home and Car insurence, tons of parking and also has starbuck in the parking lot !!
I think its recently had some work done but its very nice inside! Perhaps a bit small, especially in the food court; as of this review there's only 2 restaurants! But its more small-scale businesses than in woodgrove, so you can avoid the worst of the capitalistic, rushed atmosphere that comes with cruddy old woodgrove. Still has some big stores like Save on Foods and Jysk though, so you can still find what you need here.
Breakfast in the parking lot after shopping at save on. Friendly staff and allowed me to use there card. Thank you.
This place has the best shops! A total hidden gem.
Good selection of business
All ok satisfied
Nice place
Cute mall. Decent amount of stores, toys for kids, no complaints.
I rely enjoy the section of actually good little places to ship the outdoors store is great and has a variety of survival gear ready with waters sports In mind. There's a theatre here a comic book store and also includes multiple coffee and eateries that are there to service you. Please note although there is a shopping centre here as country club mall there also Is a Dairy Queen. Behind country club mall there's is a fairly confusing bus stop please note the difference between downtown a d service rides up to woodgrove shipping centre the buses are indicating north to south as woodgrove is north downtown is south bound routes. Feel free to like the review if it helps also I can answer any question on this centre. Canadian Google guide Heather Phoenix.
Love the Santa at this mall.. Was pleasent and no long lines to sew him
Needs more variation of stores...not all baby stores...
Great place to shop with a huge Save-on
I feel comfortable here. It's modest. Small. Has a playground that is now being renovated. The whole center is being nicely renovated! It's our hang out place with kids, especially when it's raining or too cold. There are two kids' stores inside and one outside. Two food options inside and plenty just outside but connected to the center. Our favorites ate pita pit and the Indian food. Many services like clinics, dental, travel, etc. And also businesses. I like that a supermarket, save on foods, is attached to it and has an entrance from inside. It's very kid-friendly and wheelchair friendly. There is also a decent-sized library with babies and toddlers programs on certain days. I've noticed that the security of the center is enhancing the quality of visitors but investigating sketchy people. After all, this is a family space.
This mall has struggled over the years with anchor tenants with Save On Foods the only dependable retailer. Currently this is where the Best Buy is (but that could fold up tent overnight) as well as JSYK. Parking is ample, and the mall itself has some "unique" stores.
Love bestbut here saveon and it's a good place has been for years
Its smaller and more unique than the bigger malls. ..
Decent, less variety of where to shop and a couple odds n ends in there but the comic book store & the book store are nice to hit, as well as the cafe in there being amazing! Social distancing is fairly easy whenever I've gone, and the floor markings are easy to follow.
I recently purchased a phone and plan at Telus Koodo mobility located in this mall. Good service, I was treated with courtesy and all my options were explained clearly and fairly, and I didn't have to wait, even during black Thursday sales.
Check out Curry Point if you are into awesome tasting real food made by very nice people. I come often and have never been disappointed with any of the selections I've chosen.
Some shopping is good I like best buy and save ON food
Place is good, lots of crazy drivers in the parking lot so be careful!
Quiet , bus turn around, plenty of parking.
Nice and quiet
Went to best buy. Actually had food customer service for a change. Had what we needed and bought it.
Small shopping mall, good for furniture shopping
Great place for a quick shopping trip for anything in need.
I themalls great but one of the best buy workers was quite rude and smug when I went to get my phone. She assumed I was some sorta thief, meanwhile I just got off work not to mention probably had 75-80 hours that week
As someone who grew up in the area, this place is memory lane. Easy parking, fair prices, and great location. Always was a fun place to wander around and window shop during those lunch breaks from my highschool days.
Good variety of atores
A little bit of everything here
Many stores closed now ...
Everything we need is Under One Roof almost
Luv this place???? always a good deal happening here????
Food court is a bit sparse, but the mall is nice and clean.
Nice mall love going to Jysk
There are a few solid stores here like Huckleberry and Jysk, but a lot of the mall feels under-utilized. It's often near empty.
Not much to the mall, but what is here is really good. Theres a toy store and a comic book store. Jysk was good found a few really cool deals. Tried original Joe's for my first time. It was a good meal. First time in the area and enjoyed the couple hrs we spent here.
Whether it's groceries, $store items, specialty shops, a hair cut, ethnic foods or a visit to the library, you can find whatever you need...
Not bad, small but decent variety
This mall is pretty much close to a lot of small neighborhoods. Has got Save on food. Lots of food joints. They use to organise various events every now and then. So good to keep a track of those. They have got library too now. So a great place to kill time. Its not as big as woodgrove mall though. But for me library here makes it a better place to visit sometimes over woodgrove.
Standard and typical north American mall... big box stores on the flanks with a food court in the centre. Large free parking lot off a major access road is nice.
Country club center is an awesome place to shop! First choice hair cuts is great. And having what is now the only quiznos im town also earns them a few brownie points.
Lots of shopping options here. Always very quiet with no waits except perhaps at the post office.
Some neat stores to shop in.
Decent mall. Part indoor part outdoor. Nothing spectacular but a lot a bit of everything.
Lots of great stores. Good parking and centrally located.
Clean public washrooms.
It's small but it has a Starbucks
I took my Brother in Law to have his phone changed over to an I Phone and he did such a terrific job for us. The best place to go in Nanaimo. Thank you
It is very small and compact but covers almost every necesssity.
It's a good mall in some aspects. Shopping is fine and the food court is average but there are other better malls like Wood grove that offer much more services. Country club is not ideal for hanging out at unless you are really near by.
I'm biased as I worked inside one of the units. Like the save on and staff, and dollar store as well as shoppers. The lotto booth people are good too.
One stop shopping here. They have everything you need, from a Starbucks and liquor store to groceries and electronics store. No need to go to a busier shopping center.
Beautiful store tons of items. Friendly outgoing staff. And decent prices!
Not much to shop for at this place. Pedestrians don't use the many crosswalks, opting instead to walk into traffic.
A few good stores ..... jysk,doctors,best buy
Needs more shops and food venders
In nanaimo there are 2 malls. Used to be 3 but that now is a plaza. Country club mall has ethnic food in the small food court. A save on foods. Shoppers drug mart. A spinners. There are clothing shops like bootlegger and other unusual clothing shops. An atmosphere for camping, hunting and sporting goods and equipment. There's a dollerstore. Jewelry store. A battery shop, Nordiques, insurance, good food health stores, lottery kiosk and Bella hair studio. Also much more like JYSK and BestBuy. In the parking lot and strip along side the mall is DQ, Starbucks, Bc liquore store, Aswell as Eb games,Urban barn, A place to get an oil change on your vehicle, soap exchange,, Pita Pit, Original Joe's and other restaurants like Quiznos, and teriyaki experience. It is a good place to find what your looking for Aswell as things you may have never thought of.
Not much there and need to walk outside of mall for alot
Teriyaki Experience is a good place to dine.
It's a little run down for a mall, but there's definitely some cute stores in it. More of a place to go hang around with your friends, rather than to shop.
A growing community mall featuring mom and baby stores! Little kids play area:) library coming soon! Food court, grocery store, outdoor store, minimal clothing shoping, jysk, best buy, surrounding liquor, susage store, tea, natural store, game store, Starbucks, home store, oil change, DQ. Pretty decent wrap around parking, bus stops, a few pokemon stops:)
Starting to pull itself into the 21st century, with services like a library, medical centre, community gathering spot.
Pleasant environment easy to browse
Has decent number of stores. Shoppers drug, save on and atmosphere makes it popularin the area
Best mall for parents of little kids! Huckleberry, Treehouse, the public library. We love it.
Awesome gaming shop!
Lots of parking, friendly staff, and family-oriented stores
The mall is pretty much dead, very small food court for the size of the mall. Huckleberry's is the only unique store; all the other stores are known chains that larger cities offer much better selection. The public library was closed during their operation hours which was disappointing. If it wasn't a dire need to make a pitstop in our travels, I'd say pass.
Teriyaki experience is great... Best Buy... & more.
I usually go there to go into best buy , there's a lot of fine stores here , a good food court , even a library , than ok you Country Club Centre
Had lunch at the DQ & they were very prompt & very friendly. Great service, thank you!
One of many strip malls I been to in Nanaimo.
I love that there is a library here now!
Got what I'm looking for
Very few stores and now its a 3 area kids jungle gym. Not interested in screaming kids. I will get my coffee at starbucks on the front lot. No reason to go inside the mall just use the big box doors
not a whole lot there but some good store's
It's the meh-mall
Great services & location ????
Good mall with medium selection of vendors
Lots of different shops. Easy access to Highway.
Friendly staff at Pita Pit
Loved the mall. It was not very busy and all of the staff in the various shops were open and friendly.
Small mall, but overall pleased with my experience
Has many shops, great location.
It's a mall.
Just a place to get my mail and buspass
It’s your basic neighbourhood mall with all the fixings and trimmings of what you’d expect to have in a neighbourhood mall. One thing that they cannot seem to figure out is the food court, seems to be an ever changing rotation of restaurants which can’t seem to stay alive. The public library is a nice new addition to the mall
Lunch was amazing and the food was great...

Variety of shops
Good selection of stores but the parking is like an accident waiting to happen.
Not much on the way of shopping unless you have a reason to go here
Nice place for shopping and VIRL also available.
There is this store I go there
Good shopping centre, with a selection of stores.
Nice littme place to visit. Not crazy busy.
Wonderful book sale in mall.
A smaller mall. No real food court to speak of. Some (wonderful) restaurants on the Save-On side.
Small and empty ????
Not a"browsing "mall, good for your basics though. Drugstore, groceries and hardware all there
A small but well kept mall in Nanaimo.
Starting the reopening cycle, few people as only a few stores open. Bank line up ridiculous long and erratic, people line up behind each other, didn't you learn in school?
Great small shopping mall, easy to park, right selection of shops and services.
This mall needs more chain stores. It's not poppin as is.
A nice easy hangout spot, very chill.
Clean and some great stores
Great food made right in front of you and friendly environment!
Nice smaller size mall, a few local ma and pa shops that could use your support can be found here.
Great place to shop for groceries.
It doesn't have a very big variety of stores
My local mall, Country Club is a transit hub and has a good mix of retailers with convenient shopping hours. Even the Wellington library is relocating here. And they have nice, clean washrooms.
Nice place to have a coffee, while children busy with the train table.
Small mall. Needs some updating.
Although the mall is clean and laid out well, the stores for adults such as Shoe Warehouse, Chapters, and Rickies have all been replaced with stores for infant children. I get 'the Vision' of the mall, but it really doesn't have much for the average adult anymore.
Has some good stores but not very easy to get to them... The parking lot is crazy and some stores are in the mall and others are outside it. But it's not bad overall.
I would like to see a shoe store.
Some good things in this mall. Tons of stuff to do. Security guards can be weird but besides that lots of parking always and to a of stores.
Big enough to do business, lots of service in one stop, rest, grocery store, book store, lottery, liquor store, clothing store, coffee shop, lot more
Nice quiet shopping, love curious comics! Awesome customer service
I like this mall because it it well located, has a good variety of stores for my needs and most importantly it is easy to get in and out of and find parking as close as I want to entrances most of the time. I have been shopping there since moving to Nanaimo in 1992!
Easy to navigate around this small mall
It's big! Will recommend to somebody one day...
This shopping centre lacks luster. There are not really very many appealing stores to visit. It is a bit dated and run down. The best and newest store is Canadian Tire. It is quite big and brand new. In the mall itself I recall there being a David's Tea, London Drugs, Cobb's Bread, Quality Foods. Of these I have only been to the David's Tea, which is smaller store. There is also a Dollarama which is also on the smaller side so they have less selection. I also believe there is a movie theater in this mall, but I have never been.
Curious comics is my favourite store. Makes my visit there worth while. Very friendly staff
A good place to go for electronics, groceries, bathroom amenities, and more.
Not the best mall in town but i love rhe comicbook store and its only best buy around and jysk sucks bad staff unhelpful and the single worst pillows I've ever seen
Small mall with a variety of shops including a grocery store, fast food restaurants and other shops
Small mall but perfect for getting kids stuff, toys, Indian food, and groceries. Jysk and best buy and Eb games here. For a small mall it's perfect.
Nothing really here at all.
Very clean Mall and staff are very kind
Stupid access to the mall there nothj g there realy to offer either
A number of great stores including Best Buy and Starbucks. Liquor store and groceries easily found here. A must stop for your shopping experience. Don't forget your oil change at the Great Canadian Oil Change or other car care convenience. These guys can get you in and out like a Nascar pit crew. Nothing but awesome shopping, eats and drinks. Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.
Not a lot of useful stores in this mall.
a great mall. stands the test of time
Great addition with the virl library. Food focus on children's things.
Lots of good choice for the size
It is great service
Lots of good stores, great central location
Good mall with lots of stores, lacks proper security and won't ever do anything about the endless amounts of vaping kids by the doors but inside the mall is very nice.
I love the quaint ness of this shopping center not to big or over powering
Getting better than it was before. Some good shops, lots of food options.
U can do your banking buy berates shop for dinner and then get desert
Love the selection
Parking lot can be very busy and congested during the day. Has an alright variety of features. Half indoor mall half strip mall. Half business, half pleasure. Tea shop, ice cream in the summer, library, insurance, groceries, clothing, restaurants.
Decent mall. They have Best Buy, JYSK, Shoppers Drug Mart, DollarTree, Urban Barn, grocery store, and of course, best liquor store in town... all in one big parking lot.
Not much to see in this mall but very good for the conventions and swap meets they host.
Had a poor experience with one of the business in the mall but overall great experience with the other businesses here. I greatly appreciate Country Club for directly messaging me in regards to the poor experience I had. Great management here!
car show it was good
Limited stores. Mostly a targeted destination place. Not great for general shopping
Was a wonderful place to stop in for a bite to eat, and even my celiac friend was able to grab some fast food here! The independent liquor store had a great selection and friendly staff, and the save on foods had everything we needed to stock up on for a great New Year's Eve party.
This mall has a little of everything.
My go to mall. The best for kids shops and activities.
One stop shop, dollar store, library, shoes, food, and lunch!
Undervalued little mall. It has very convenient big box stores but inside there is curious comics, a children's book and toy store, and one of the best fast east indian food places around. Dont forget the selection of liquor at Lucky's.
I saw Santa
Very nice place to bring kids, very kid friendly!!! Cute mall, on the smaller size, but nice.
It's nice a quiet with lots of good stores and a a Indian restaurant
The mask has some really good stores that you really don't find anywhere else in Nanaimo. It's a pretty regular stop for me when I'm in Nanaimo
There are two SUPER cute kids stores in here so it's definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately it is the only mall in the world that closes at 6 on a Thursday but hey...my fault for not checking hours before going shopping!
Smaller food court then other malls, but has some really great shops and friendly staff.
Nice and centrally located
Always great food!
The mall it's self isn't terrible and there has been an increase of variety in the retailers however the hours remain terrible and unrealistic. When a mall closes it's doors at 6PM (varies depending on season) you know they don't really have an interest in serving the community's needs. I've experienced rude staff on 3 separate occasions and had a positive experience on another. This mall seems to be on par with the minimum standards that Nanaimo has come to expect from it's malls. However, as mentioned above, there are more stores always rotating in and out. I should also mention that the mall remains very clean.
Our favorite small Mall has Save On Foods and Best Buy what more do you need
This mall is very nice, there are a few staple stores that everyone would like, but there's also some niche ones that not everyone might need to go into. I would recommend looking at the stores online to make sure you want to go here before choosing to hang out at this mall with friends. There is a nice play area inside for kids and the food court offers two different options of ethnic food.
Needs more shops
Good shopping place, great to connect buses
Typical mall. A few empty store fronts.
Good stop if you're from the mainland and travelling up island. Got what you need...
Nice little mall with a Save On Foods, JYSK and a variety of small stores. Convenient location and even better now that Wellington Library is in the mall!
Country Club is not what it used to be my trips there are specifically for Curious comics EB Games or Starbucks two of which are not within the mall itself. They do get some brownie points for hosting a art and gaming convention this year with free entry and guest panelists that were recognizable from popular recent games
Cozy food court, good shops, alright hours
Best Buy offers excellent customer service.
Nice, well keep, centrally located mall.
Save-On Foods is available here. In and out in no time.
Always a wonderful mall to visit just to look around or you can shop get a haircut and there are places to eat and drink.????
Physical distancing being followed, it's good to see.
Yup its ok
Great stores in this mall all you need really insurance bank, pharmacy groceries, dollar store, best buy and a hoard of other stores but theall itself seems a little drab
Clean with a good lay out.
It's a nice mall.
Excellent sandwich place, done as I ordered, because of certain foods I can't eat..much appreciated.
Curry point is so delicious. Like that the kids area is now in the food court.
A descent small mall with a great selection of different retail stores....along with a nice spa.
Great mall. Easy access lots of parking.
Easy access. Bus stop nearby. Beer and wine, grocery store, clothing, fast food.
Clean store wide Isles friendly staff
Very handy, excellent variety of shops.
Very nice, clean and has some good stores i use frequently. Only thing id change is that the food court is seriously wanting lol. I miss the taco place that was there for a minute.
Nice and clean. Some cool shops
Fine place for shopping
A bit of an odd mall. Lots of empty stores unfortunately.
There is a bus exchange around the rear of the mall, so it is easily accessed through Nanaimo public transit. A variety of restaurants, grocery stores, health stores, dollar store, furniture stores, a best buy, and a comic shop. They hold occasional events. There are cute plush "stroller" rentals if you have kids.
A good variety of shops for a centre of its size. The lack of options in the food court is disappointing.
Country Club Centre is one of the main stop for buses. You'll never get loss on this place. This mall is my salvation when I missed my bus. And when I need to got to the washroom quickly before the bus comes. They are lots of shop. Many things to do here too. There is the library. Lots of tables and chairs where you can sit down. If you cannot afford food court food. You can go to save on to buy some hot food. They Shopper's Drug Mart, Dollar Tree, and Save -On for grocery needs. They have best buy and Jysk. There are some cafe too.
It's a mall. it's has stores that you want to purchase things from.
Quiznos here had wonderful and polite staff!
It is a smaller mall with less crowds...I enjoy that
Clean, air conditioned...has all essentials you need.
Mall is dead mostly tailored to doctors offices and old peeps stuff... There is a comic book store though.
Nice variety of shops and a library location too!
I grew up visiting this mall all throughout my life. I love this mall and it's classy name. I miss the arcade 5 stars.
A pleasant, unremarkable mall. Check the internet to see if it has the shops you wish to browse. I shop there when there is a specific store I feel the need to go to.
Now adays not to many peoole
A smaller mall, Country Club Centre is a pleasant place to shop or go to the library.
Not the best mall for clothing shopping... The best store here is Bestbuy.
Has everything from good food to household to electronics..and more.
A good but struggling mall.
Very friendly and helpful staff at best buy
Very nice small mall. Lots of selection for the size. This mall is more shopping for household items then clothing. Although Carter's just opened up here which is a great place for beautiful well priced children's clothing. Also some good restaurants and fast food places here.
Kind of a run down mall on the inside. Only a couple places to eat, and a handful of stores that can't be gotten to from the outside. Sticking to the outside of the mall will get you to everything you might need from groceries, alcohol, clothing, and electronics.
Woman beater shops here! Not about the mall itself - See Photos. This man Attacked me in the mall after running the parking lot stop sign and almost T-boning me. Then he chased me going into the oncoming lane to swear at me, then at a red light approached my car door and threatened to bash my head in next time he saw me. 60-70 years old, white, 6ft', extreme road rage, black Subaru car - a newer (maybe 2010+) model. RCMP did nothing but Lie to me. Watch out for this guy. #rcmpfail #womanbeater
Pretty lame mall with small selection of stores.
Great family oriented shopping center with a relaxed atmosphere. Not your typical mall. Lots of independently, locally owned businesses and even a coffee shop selling local coffee. Great shopping for babies, kids, maternity and families.
I like the unique stores in this mall. You can find things here that aren't available anywhere else
Nice place.
Nice quiet mall to walk through with everything we need close by.
What a great holiday season scene at Country Club Centre. Thanks for the fun Christmas ???? music. #davehartmusic ????
Always great staff at the stores
Family friendly!! Two great stores for baby/toddler.
I only use the 1$ store ..jysk..shoppers drug mart ..save on , Would luv to see more stores
Beautiful nice friendly customers mall
The existing buisnesses in this area are great but the mall itself is quite sleepy
A mid town mall with robust store presence. Parking is often limited during peak times. The Starbucks is one of the most difficult drive thru’s to exfil from (technical speak for “escape”). The many satellite shops and structures have far outstripped parking now.
Super close to where I live, and always the happiest people around town! I'm lucky to live in this area, and this mall is a great thing to have close by.
Good experienced with the staff, one gentleman even found us after we asked a question about a product to let us know how we could request it be brought in, as it was seasonal normally.
Good place to shop, it's got a bit of everything. If you want some good quality flowers and plants, Simply Flowers is great!
A few great stores in the mall but they need to expand and change it up a bit.
Not as many shops but still my favorite mall in Nanaimo
IT is a good time to get the latest version you have a great day
Quiet now
went to best buy and got a laptop for my daughter. great price for a great computer. Best buys price was better than anyone else's period. ????
Tanishq provided great service for me today by reducing my monthly payment and getting me a great new phone! Very friendly and professional
Great place just rude custodians
Received excellent service from Cody and nic. Extremely helpful staff
Small mall with not alot of stores
Country Club Center is our Go To Mall in Nanaimo. It is close and convenient for residents in the area. Can find what we are looking for 99% of the time.
Great stores
Tons of great deals here, many places to choose from.
This mall is one of Nanaimo's mysteries. It's always quiet, no matter when you go. Yet some of the stores have been there for years. The anchor store is Save-on grocers, and is the busiest part of the complex. They also have friendly staff. On the outside, there's a pita joint (good, generous portions), an ice cream shop (new, rave reviews), a Japanese food place (also good food), Apart from the main complex, there's a Starbucks and Original Joe's (not an exciting menu, if you ask me) and DQ (that makes raw chicken sandwiches, more than once). Best Buy and Shoppers Drug Mart and Lucky's Liquor Store are usually open late. There is a municipal library inside the mall and a couple of restaurant/takeou. These never seem to last long. There's an Indian food place at the moment. There are many other shops in the mall, but I think I've got the main ones. Questions? Just ask. And I'll keep this updated.
Its ok. Food fare lacks choices
This mall is empty. It isn’t really somewhere to go and just shop. Few stores, a bank, grocery store and dollar store
Easy parking easy access to drugstore
As usual go for one store to get something, walk into two or three stores! So convenient.
Great mall and out stores. Great variety of stores and products.
Decent small mall. Stores are very local based.
The mall is nicer each time I'm there
Good parking and fairly good amount of shops
The parking lot outside of CIBC is more cramped than other areas of the mall and I hate parking there. Inside the mall is usually pretty quiet and not a lot of customers. The stores are pretty niche and appeal to certain demographics only (comic book store, spa, baby clothing, travel agency). The food fair is ridiculous as there are only two choices. There used to be more years ago but due to rent hikes a couple of the best places left (Mozzarellas and East/West cafe). They’ve spent a lot of money revamping the food fair, kids play area and added family bathrooms but it seems misspent seeing as how dead the mall is all the time. And there seems to be a higher degree of security measures in place due to an increased presence of panhandlers and shoplifters. You can’t get into Save-On-Foods from inside the mall anymore, they’ve locked those doors and the dollar store basically has a barricade across the front entrance making it much smaller space to go in and out of the store. Security guards in Save-On-Foods are visible and mall security is always around too. Makes one feel a little on edge while there.
Good place to walk around and look at things
Local store with essential stores
Good place to shop the staff at JYSK ate super friendly and the cashier Melaina is a super helpful and knowledgeable worker
Don't forget the dollar store behind Canadian tire and lowes
Lot's of parking, bus stop, banking, staples, grocery, Tim Hortons and much more.
Atmosphere, best buy, spinners,, and save on foods, all good
Good place to get groceries, has sports shops and a pharmacy as well as electronics store and a bank
Lots to see and do. Good cross section of stores. Parking can be a challenge at times.
Great little coffee shop. I'll be back there.
Its always nice place to visit, with all most complete mall cozy&quite place
Small but clean and many shops
I always find what I'm looking for, how well laid out store and very helpful staff.
Opens late and closes early. Nada for a food court but one Indian place. Little to brag about.
Thought I'd give it a try. I've been back many times since. It's nice to see your food being made. It's fresh and hot and tasty. Way better than a sandwich or burger and better than something found in a food court.
Good mall with easy parking available.
Worst country club ever! So many poor people.
Public library, Shoppers Drug Mart, Sav-On
Mall with all services
A bit of a dead mall, hope to see it change
Fantastic mall for seniors.
Good mall decent shops
Lucky liquor store is the best place to shop for all the drinks from low down to tip top classy.
Only a few stores here. Save on Foods,Shoppers drug store. A sport store ,Indigo books. Are the peak stores. There is a Dollar store there as well
I had appointment at Lilybelle wig store .... I have lost my hair and they were fantastic helping me purchase a wig.... I feel so much better
Small mall, but everything you may need.In and out. Great parking!
This poor mall has seen better times. Very sad.
Just go there to go to Best Buy!
Very clean. Very good quality goods in stores. Not a broad selection of merchants. Mall is never crowded. Lots of parking. Full service Post Office in Shoppers Drug Mart is very handy.
Frankly, a very "dead" place most of the time. There are too many malls in Nanaimo, and this is one of them. Good location, but not much else...
I go to the best buy. Mall is nice and quite.
Electeic car stall wasnt working
Save on food yhst all i needed . Hadnt gone any stores
Clean busy and nice place to go shopping
Clean, friendly security and quick in and out of stores
Its a mall that's geared for family's and has a lot of neat stores that you won't find anywhere else.. From clothing at Round the World to the emporium of Soap Exchange (they offer more than just soap..check out their stones and pendulums-lots of cool items) there's a lot going on in this welcoming Nanaimo, centrally located shopping center without the vastness and crowds! Curry Point, Teriyaki Experience, Pita pit and more offer delicious food when you get the growlies. Check it out :)
Nice mall
Miracle Ear was very clean and professional
Pretty good overall
Nice renovation.... Good stores
A good selection of stores including Carter's and Huckleberry's for kids stuff. I liked the kid friendly reading areas outside the library entrance. Save on Foods and Best Buy are spots I pop into otherwise that's it for my shopping there.
There are barely an shops here. A very small and quite mall. There is a Starbucks and EB games in the parking lot though.
Nice clean little mall
Really liked the play areas for the kids
We were hungry and thought we would grab something from their food court but the choices were pretty slim. It was disappointing. But the bathrooms were clean and open. Thank you.
Nice mall with quirky stores.
Pretty quiet mall. Needs some more updates and more popular stores for sure.
All kinds of stores. Small food court. Resturants outside the mall as well. With a Save On Foods
Good place. The curry point was good to have lunch
Drs is there few stores I like also
Pretty fair mall
Prices are high and not enough stores
Worth coming here just for Curry Point
Pretty not too bad, would make a great zombie mall
Comfortable.
Has some good staple stores, generally this mall isn't too busy, low foot traffic. Does have some great stores though like atmosphere and an aveda salon.
The place is like a ghost town with no good stores nor a good food court. Very disappointed.
Clean, amazing stores shop local
Great
The mall needs some better stores to attract customers
Nice but it's very far from the country club that it was long time ago, high prices and very limited interaction as it was the one small mall that everyone knew the other guy in or girl. Now it's only the new year 21
The employees are really friendly but a Best Buy is a Best Buy
Great job sanitizing common areas
Worse mall in Nanaimo
Good variety of stores.
3rd best mall in town Post office in shoppers, Starbucks, save on foods and more. Always busy but parking is always accessible
Great stores nice a quiet mall
Great range of shops. Easy access from 3 sides. Not as big as Woodgrove, but no way nearly as busy!
It depends on which shop you go to, but all in all, only 1 store has never failed when it comes to customer service - the parking lot. Lol. Always easy to find good parking. I think the CC Shopping center might be built on an old graveyard or something like that; because very few employees are happy - so it seems. Maybe it's just the restless spirits that are making most or the employees, I've come across, grumpy.
Mall is a mall and this one is just the same. Several restaurants outside Save on Foods and Best Buy are anchors. U can rent electric bikes 4 wheel type and drive around mall. They are made to look like animals. Great fun with grandson. There is a Doctor clinc.
Great service. Only downside is it's a smaller mall.
Great stores laid back vibe
Okay mall with some decent stores. This seems to grt passed over by most people as it's slightly put of town, but it's still worth the stop. Lots of parking and some decent stores. Probably on part with Wembley mall down the street.
Great parking, lots of selections
Quality good but prices a bit high customer service average
Good store to fix my watch
I really like the direction this mall has gone. Nice to see all of the locally owned businesses mixed in with the bigger ones.
A comprehensive shopping center, which includes almost everything you need, you will find comfort, safety and tranquility there, and a library where you can spend a good time.
Right by my house so it's perfect! Save on is one of my favourite grocery stores and this mall still has everything you would need from dollar store to clothing store to household items
As expected for this retailer
Not very big.usual stores.Parking at some places can be frustrating at times
Were at the OJ's annual classic car show. Great weather. Awesome hosts. Great turnout. ????☺
There use to be a few more vendors in the fiod court but they have all closed down except curry point which is amaxing
Great place to do some quick shopping
A couple cute clothing places not huge for shopping but a library and great play centers for kids!
Great place to shop a varity of store
Love this mall
Several very neat stores & helpful staff in them.
They have some good stores but and bad food court
A very convenient strip mall with dollar store, Save On Foods and a cold beer and wine store
Decent sized mall, with some good stores such as bestbuy and shoppers.
This Mall seems to make it too expensive for the kinds of specialty stores that would keep it people coming.
It doesn't have alot of shops like most malls but it is comfortable. They need a better food court though
Quite small selection wise. Duncan location has this one beat.
I only go there if I know what I need go to woodgrove if you are looking for something but you dont know exactly yet
Nice mall very upscale
Best buy is good. Lots of great stores. Haircut massage place. High quality
Very clean and parking is not so congested like woodgrove is
Solid mall love me some JYSK
Centrally located, transit available, shops are great. New food court stall.
Has pretty much anything you need. Wish there were a few more quality stores inside the mall and more than one place in the food court.
Some good stores
Awesome
They have a library, a play areas and a toy store.
Good grocery store has hardware store liquor store and a bank. Also has restaurants
Not the best shopping mall by any means but has a couple hidden treasures
Expert advice in the appliance section
Great quiet mall - lovely shops and kid-friendly play kiosks throughout.
Very accomodating. Just grateful to have such a pleasant library. Thanks
Nice central mall location. No real food fair to speak of and the one in mall coffee shop isnt very good. Nice mall with a limited amount of stores
Great place to shop around!
Good court has some of the best Indian food
The Mall Is Has Some Pretty Good Some Stores, Has The Source, A Skin Care Clinic, A 2 Furniture Stores And A Grocery Store, It Also Has The Nanaimo Library
This library is top notch. The ladies were super helpful
It's alright. Not a lot of choices but still good to go to
Nice helpful staff
Shopping at Shopper's Drug store was great ????
It is a nice place to have a high quality coffee.
Save On Foods is a wonderful store with excellent staff and customer service.
I love having the library and Save On in the same place, super convenient.
It's small, with specialized stores, easy to navigate, has a food court, grocery store, liquor store, baby stores...Just missing shoe store:(
Too many stores that has closed. Not much shopping left once Sears close down
The mall is slowly coming back to it's glory days. I can't wait for the library to open .
Outdated mall but some of the stores are well managed
Great place to shop. Ample parking and lots of store, big and small
Love this mall, it has good stores and restaurants. My favorite stores are Atmosphere, Best Buy, The Pita Pocket, Shoppers and Spinners, these places always have good sales on, enjoy everyone and Happy New Year's
Tidy and clean access to Library
Small mall
Nice mall good selection
Dollar tree nothing over 1.5 better then dollerama.
This would be an amazing place to study if the music wasn't super upbeat and a bit on the louder side throughout the mall ; lots of places to sit and set up a study space, good wi-fi connection : )
Dogs allowed inside the mall is a bonus
This mall is pretty dead for the most bit. I only go to this location for Shoppers and maybe Bestbuy/EB games. There isn't much going on inside the mall. They have a few tenants like Lazyboy, Jysk, and Save On that has been there for awhile. For me there isn't much, but sure you can find something here for you. Their food court had pretty decent curry for Nanaimo.
Country club has done some really great renovations. The play area in the food court and their new family bathroom are really incredible. Great place to bring the kids to play while you enjoy some butter chicken.
Convenient place to shop
Less crowded and peaceful shopping experience
Quiet shopping mall with two major retailers as anchors Best Buy and Jysk. Has major grocery store chain as well as outlying businesses like a liquor store and resteraunts
Dollar tree is the best!
Every thing ya need under one big roof. Food, clothes, hair and nails.... and so much more.
Aok not too busy just visited Jysk
Security guard lacked some professionalism. She was monitoring the kids play area, informing parents their children needed to wear shoes which was fine. However her reasoning was that it was a covid precaution when its just the pre-existing guidelines. Also the covid explanation didn't make sense to me either as shouldn't it be encouraged to remove footwear that's been walking through who knows what germs, before running around a place other children are also putting their hands everywhere?
Pretty cute little mall
Love this mall. Has great stores, food fair an up scale young people's clothes an products. Good experience for all.
It's a shopping mall,what can I say.
Very quiet but it has a good selection of stores. Save-On-Foods, Shoppers Drug Mar, LilyBelle locks and Wigs, Dollar Store, Comic Book Store, coffee shop, shoes , clothing , JYSK, Best Buy Ect.... I would definitely shop there again. Very clean and they follow the covid-19 protocols, very nice shopping experience and everything I needed in the One Mall!
Could use more stores and better food court
A good variety of stores. Wish it had better access to the bus stop.
Good selection of shops, public library, grocery, insurance, and restaurants. Get a good book, bottle of wine at Lucky Liquor, grab some food to go, and home to cry about the high cost of insurance . ????
I just got a new Iphone 11 pro from Telus after compairing different providers and stores finally got the best deal I am really happy as one of the employee Tanny had to stay after closing to help me that was awesome
Home of curious comics! Hard to beat that.
Great variety of shopping. Grocery, pharmacy, games, electronics and housewares. Central location makes it accessible to travelers, and locals.
You can find most anything you need there, friendly staff, good service and not too crowded
