Bought a new phone on Black Friday, they had the best deals...went in for 1 phone came out with 2 with zero down and $400 in Best Buy Gift Certificates as an added bonus. The line up was very long but with deals like that it was understandable with all the sales and bonus offers on that day!!!!

After trying to get a new cell.phone at several.mall kiosks, these guys (Ricky) hooked me up quickly and the best deal. Samsung S20 with $200 tradein on a very old Galaxy note. Got to choose my carrier.

I had to exchange phone no problem and common sense was exerted with professional ease would recommend again. Further this location is purely cellular based services and mainly accessories for cellular phone product's however Skull Candy head phones just have vibration effect added to the bass which was pretty misleading of sound information vs putting something to vibrate on my head but hence Skull Candy maybe. However ok other than batteries two tablets and access to other move able application you can certainly have a rewarding shopping experience to certain products and knowledgeable experience.

Was in here on December 28th with my Son looking for something. The store was not busy at all and there were several staff standing around holding their clipboards. None of them acknowledged that we were there, nor did they offer to help us with our search. After searching the store on our own we discovered the location did not sell what we were looking for and left empty handed. On the plus side the store was bright, clean and well stocked.

Bought our phones here but only because of attractive deals. Staff were bored and reluctant to help at all; one said that he could call our carrier to arrange the transition but didn't and when we came back was openly mocking other customers to other staff when they were out of earshot.

Best buy mobile is a group of honest working staff. They are happy to help you get the best deal available amd want whats best for the customer beyond just making a sale. I miss Alex from this location. He was very helpful.

Best overall place to get a cell phone. The staff here are far less high pressure sellers. They seemed to want to help far more than anyone else in cell phone sales. Even the regular Best Buy store was terrible in comparison.

We had an excellent experience with Shiv that helped us purchased an iPhone X with a case and screen guard for my daughter . She made sure that we were getting the best value, set up our new phone, installed the screen guard, and answered every single question we had without hesitation. She genuinely was very happy to be helping us the entire time we were there and made us feel important . This place is great for answering all your questions - the staff are so helpful especially Jordan who knows everything about Samsung phones and tablets. Dealt with Chiv at the store. Called her the night before to put a phone on hold as she only had one left in stock. There were some difficulties with my account and she took care of all of it with a rep on the phone from Telus. She was very knowledgable about the phones and transferring contact, photos and more! Patience is a virtue when coming to purchase a new phone as it's not an easy process. It may take a bit longer than you think so make sure you have time when you go in to visit the store! Highly recommended to everyone! Financing available with 0% option so you do not have to pay up front out of pocket!

Bought a screen protector through the store with unlimited replacements. Screen protector came off. Went to the store talk to the only guy in the store and he was texting. He told me me that their machine broke. Went back to tetting if the other store could help me. He was unsure then not did not want to call.
