This Mall belongs to the category of Outlet mall.
Canada all shopping malls are same .i wenr next day of black friday byt still long ques on high brands .like mk .sake was good but i couldnt get chance to go inside .found one more shop ok kids .new in montreal .good verity but for newborn n todlers.prices was very reasonable .food court was good .halal option is also there .labanon food u can get
A good place to buy all you need for next year, during a month between black Friday and boxing day. Research before you go there to use your time instead of getting stuck in lines.
It’s nice but cold. Not that many things to buy for outlets. The specials are good
Awesome outlet. Has a food court top, Most stores have handicap door access. good price in all stores. Good to go with your friends, we will back
The scale is not large, but there are popular brands, the styles are older, especially the shoes, the price is close to the people
Stores are open for public, mendatory wearing Mask & hand sanitizarion. Food courts are open with sitting areas. Nice and clean walking corridor between the stores. Free Parking lot. Also, I saw a little train for childs ride with parents along with the walkaway. Budget friendly & huge collections.
This place is less than 30 mins drive from Montreal in Mirabel. Lots of stores to choose from and all are factory outlets. Ranging from brands like Ralph lauren to Fossil, MK, etc. Any day you will go, u can get good deals and variety. But I would recommend to go on a holiday weekends, that’s when most of the deals are on. On tip: make sure to subscribe for email alerts from most of the stores. Then u will get lots of deals like additional 20-40% off on the existing deals. Which is great way to save money. So, make sure u do that. You can ask at the cash counter they will help you to setup that.
All the best brands like Adidas, Under Armour, Nike, Puma, Old Navy etc., Come early for shopping, because shops will close by 5:00 P.M.
A decent location for not very reduced price brands!
Nothing great here. What people don't know is that certain brands have different quality tiers for their clothing. Here you don't get the quality version forest items. Prices are.not outlet prices like in the USA that's for sure. We imitate and often fail.
Has alot of stores; the experience is wonderful for shopping, since you can find almost everything your looking for at one place. - -However, dont drink alot of water since the washrooms are over crowded and u have to wait alot to enter to the washroom. -be prepared to wait your turn in line to enter each store, therefore you need to plan your visit for long hours if your intentions is to SHOP. - parking spaces are available, so chances to park your car is wide so dont worry about it. -food court has alot of different stores and wide choices but also around that area there are other attractions like a park, amusement park, and other restaurants. So most definately plan a whole day to visit for those taking a long ride to the place like i did.
Was better when the Gucci store was there. Unfortunately, they closed the only luxury outlet store in Montreal and replaced with North Face. Nice place to walk and shop when the weather is nice. You can find good deals too.
It was alright minus the huge lines to get into the main stores. Hugo Boss was not great & the items on sale were overpriced. I was expecting much better price since its an outlet location. Staff were friendly in most of the stores.
Premium Outlet. Pretty standard shops. OK selection of food choices for an outlet mall with food trucks and options other than the usual fast food chains. Parking was pretty full but sort of expected. Relatively clean but we did not find much in terms of bargains. Nice little play area with large umbrellas and seats for the adults while the kids play.
It was an alright outlet mall. There weren’t many deals when I went. The big stores like Nike, North Face and Addidas had a lot of people but the sales or discounts weren’t the greatest. The food court also has limited options to which I was surprised to, I was expecting a bit more. Not sure if I would come back again.
Big outlet with great brand names. Arrived around 1pm and shopped till 5pm (closing) Sunday. Clean and free wifi
Overall it is good but the discount was better a few years ago. You can find most of your favourite here. But not all of them have great sale. Make sure to check the price of any item online before you purchase. My favourite one is usually Nike, reebok, Pajar, North face.
A very good shopping experience overall. There were only a few stores with long, unbareable lines. The fact that you are outside when you travel from store to store, facilitates the COVID measures, and actually makes for a relaxing afternoon. Great prices and selection all around. Enjoy your shopping experience!!
Great selection of shops liked the northface And Carter's brand there.
Factory outlets there.. we heard that rates are cheaper then Toronto Outlet mall.. did not find he difference, however, taxes are more than Ontario's GST
Great to have Premium Outlets near our city. Good variety of brands, have a children play area of you are coming with the kids. Convenient and generous parking space. Great food Court and other local food trucks. Recommended to come early in the morning to avoid rush hour. This place gets super busy.
I don’t find there are many deals to be had and the line ups are really long on the weekends. I do like the atmosphere though. It’s like a little village.
Heard alir about this place and just decided to stop in. Nice stores but prices are not that great.
What you find at the outlets may come down to luck. Like Winners or Marshalls it’s good to visit them a few times every now and then to find some jewels. Plus, they have a solid hurray of high fashion brand names like: Gucci, Hugo Bo$$...
It's great place to shop brand name shops. It's smaller than I thought. Not many ppl on the weekdays. They have a small park for 5-12 years old. Our toddler loves it there, but have to supervisor him closely. Also, they have a food court, a few food trucks. Food court have about 5 choices. Food trucks were closed, not sure when they open.
This is a really nice place to find some good stores and good deals for different brands, Nike, adidas, puma, tommy, and more, parking is also available, for the weekends it's better to go here early, since many ppl tend to line up at least 1hr before certains stores open.
Canada all shopping malls are same .i wenr next day of black friday byt still long ques on high brands .like mk .sake was good but i couldnt get chance to go inside .found one more shop ok kids .new in montreal .good verity but for newborn …
This is a great mall to be honest The outlets are incredibly affordable and always have great deals in place! My only major problem with it is that its OUTDOORS why would you build an outdoor mall in canada where we have months and months of snow and cold This kills so much potential from the place because navigating the mall or waiting in the line outside is incredibly inconvenient because if the cold
Really far outlet. This Las time.i realize that the 45-60 min trip is not worth it. The offers and discounts don't compensate the long trip. Parking space is enough but 60% do not have asphalt is just gravel. The food court is really bad. 3-4 options (Chinese, Lebanese, Burger and pizza) 5-6 restaurants. I will recommend to go to Ottawa, is a real outlet.
Some great deals can actually be found here. Everytime we've come here we end up buying a few clothes or shoes. I've even got a great deal on a brand name watch and luggage. Well worth making a stop as it's also a nice outlet to walk around.
Best place with all premium brands with good offers and wide range of collections.
Good place to have fun, many kinds of stores with different good prices and promotion.
remote moon colony of fried foods and fast fashion. admission fee: $400 car mortgage
Amazing place, there aren't many restaurants and stores but the ones that they have there are very nice. The prices and customer experience really worth the travel.
Very nice venue - feels like you're on vacation. Lots of good stores and sanitary measures are well followed. I recommend.
It is shaped like and feels like a twisted version of purgatory, but you can get nice clothes there. Sales are good
ANYONE VISITING BE CAREFUL, THEY HAVE NO SECURITY CAMERAS AT THE PARKING! AND YOU CANT CALL A UBER We parked our car at the outlet facing banana republic and Nike store and when …
Decent place for an outlet store. Small compared to other outlets in Canada (or the US). Parking could be challenging in the weekend. Stores have line ups too. Best to come during the week!
Not well organized in this time of covid where people walk without a mask and people not respecting pattern for walking
Lots of brands , huge collection of variety compared to local stores , mostly have some promotion n easy offers n deals on products ????????.
Always kept clean, lots of store choices. Handles the amount of people very well. Good shopping experience.
Cool "states" vibe architectural design but prices were still pretty high. Old fashioned Doughnuts at the entrance are not to be missed. The rest of the food was unimpressive. I wonder if this outside concept will still be popular during the cold winter months
It's a great place to shop!
Some stores actually have the same prices as regular mall stores, but most of them have very nice sales! Nike has the biggest line everyday. Tommy is the one that I personally liked the most.
Nice place to walk but not much fun for shopping, the price are similar to brand stores while the stock is old collection “ previous season “ , the food area is small, crowded and no variety, no coffee shops etc etc
Nice place for shopping. Lot of choices for everyone. Went on a Friday and it was not too crowded.
These days premium outlets are giving good bargain
It's an amazing outlets, alotof well known brands, like fossil, Michael kors, ecco, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, watch station, and much more, you'll fine in these stores a huge selection of nice clothes, jewelry, watches, shoes, perfume, and great food as well, expect great service from all the stores, because I received very good service, I had an amazing experience, thank you.
Lots parking, and lots of outlet stores with discount price. Nice spot to find high quality brand named products with reasonable price.
Awesome! Loved it. Found good bargains. Definitely visiting again... left with lots of bags in my hands lol
Good selection of stores, selection varies as some of the stores are on the small size. The Nike factory outlet is GREAT.
Great to shop. I would never go there though. It’s way too packed. Long line ups. Restos are nasty, nothing too fancy. All fast food. And parking is hard to find. That was in winter. Imagine in summer. Nice to go once or twice a year only for a change
All the trade and commercial marks are located their .......alot of customers with big sales big parking lot.....beautiful place.
It was joyful to go shopping on a beautiful sunny day with music and great deals. Due to covid there were line ups to get in to most of the stores, but happy that our safety was respected. For lunch I bought Lebanese from the food court and it was delicious!
Great deals and Highly recommended????
Outlet stores, ok. Discounts, not really. They have signs "Up to 70% off", but I didn't see a single item that low. Tons of 30% off, but they have t-shirts marked at $39. Take 30% of that, you're still paying too much for the shirt. And the single clearance rack is only XXL and XSmall. So you can find items, just don't expect deep discounts.
The best. Great place to shop
Great place, I love it. Lots of stores, location is great and service is good
Line ups during pandemic are insane. I don’t even attempt going to Nike Adidas Under Armour. Other shops might have less of a line up but I don’t think it’s worth wasting my weekend there. At least not until things have settled down.
Love this Premium outlet! Prices in stores are better than in shopping centers. If you go shopping there, expect lines out of the stores (specially Underarmour, Nike) because of Covid19.
Very good
Average experience for an outlet conglomeration, must visit if you are a Vans fan; the Nike Outlet is nice as well as they have more selection than the Nike outlet at Marché Centrale. I would definitely check which stores are actual outlet stores before coming here.
Good place, lots of parking. Although it could be tricky to find space to eat at the food court since spaces are limited.
Use to be nice, now it's crowded, lineup almost in all stores and rebates are not what they use to be.
Love this place. Only down side is that you have to walk around outside from store to store but for me that doesn't devalue the outlets.
It's a good place with added summer activities
Very Nice stores.
One of the best shopping mall in YUL city if you looking for good brands at outlet prices same as in Toronto , Niagrafalls and Buffalo city.
Not a bad place foe shopping with good deals ...I was expecting few deals for black Friday but found none
Not bad, but not really outlets as much as it is another mall. Perhaps its a bit misleading. Almost the same stores, no real discounts to be had, and certainly much more expensive than counterpart American Premium Outlet centres. But really nice to walk around and beautiful (yet boring options) in the foodcourt.
Due to covid, now limited people can enter the store, causing very long line ups. You have to wait so long for every store, the line up barely moves. Not worth visiting anymore, unless you are willing to wait 1 hour per store.
Getting a little nippy in the air but it doesn't stop me from going to my favorite stores in the outlet. Great place for bargains.
Well organized for the COVID-19 measures and the security guards are in point with calling out anyone that dies something wrong!
Great outlet stores, great prices. Went here with family and friends...play ground for kids, cho-cho train for kids and parents...all- in-one great experience
Attention all those not from Montreal. Do not go here unless you have your own vehicle. This place isn’t even in Montreal it is in Maribel, so there is no bus from any train station that goes directly there. We had to take an Uber from the train to get there. Best part is when the outlet closes at 5 we called for a cab to pick us up because for some reason Uber wasn’t available to pick us up. So after waiting 20 min for a cab I called the cab company who said they had no cabs. No reason why that’s all they said. I tried calling the other two cab companies in Maribel but they said no cabs….I assume the town shuts down at 5 pm. I tried calling cabs from Laval, Montreal but no one would come up. So me and my friend had to walk 45 min to the nearest bus stop to get to the subway. That bus ride took 45 min as well. This whole ordeal could have been avoided if there was a freakin bus that went directly there. There were even some people from Montreal in the same situation as us. If you are from Toronto this place won’t impress you at all don’t waste your time.
