This place has done a real good job of renovating over the years and now has a state of the art complex . I love the new food court and the better choices and there are plenty of restaurants and other retail stores really close by Cant go wrong here. Even if most places are pricey, there are also cheap low cost places for the bargain hunter.

It's a one of the best place in Windsor for the shopping and eating. Different types of store for different type of clothes, shooes, furniture and required things. Everyday discount in each and every store. Food court servers great quality food. Multiplex is also available for providing entertainment.

Devonshire is a big mall and very clean. I did find some great deals at H&M and La Senza. The washrooms were extremely clean and the food court was average not much of a selection. If you're visiting the Windsor area I would recommend you pop in for some shopping.

If you can get there when it's not too crowded it's great, I grew up going to this mall and now that it's finally renovated I have to say it looks amazing. I would remember taking trips further north and want to go to every mall cause it's so much better than ours. I really hope people appreciate it now, cause dang it used to be ghetto ????

This mall seems to be going through a lot of transition and construction which is not a bad thing. I worked here for a weekend & experienced such nice customer service from all the employees and guest services agent ! Lots of shops in here and a gym, not much for luxury shopping though.

Lots of variety of stores to choose to shop at. Large walking areas help move the large crowds along without a lot of weaving in and out of people. A decent selection of fast food style food if you're hungry on the go.

Shame on anyone who has given this establishment a negative review; especially within its opening months. It is because of people like you that Windsor can't have nice things. This grocery store is exceptional and without a doubt, Essexs finest. I would be hard pressed to see if Michigan could even top this! Prices are competitive, customer service is exemplary, product selection is bar none, the establishment is pristine and the ambiance is welcoming. Instead of dreading grocery shopping, I now look forward to the experience that is Devonshire metro. I can't help but think that any negative reviews of this place stem from a very blue collar mentality. Please don't ruin it for the rest of us that can appreciate excellence!

I used to work at Devonshire Mall in the late 80s at The Bay So many memories shopping n working there! I was a face painting ????, I was Crystal the Talking Christmas ????, that was a cool job, plus I made $15/hr at 16, in 1984. I had never had a paycheque so big ! I worked there all through highschool after school and on wknds at the Portrait Studio at The Bay Going back this past weekend to visit was a walk down memory lane... and I also found the coolest Glow-In-The-Dark Skelton onesie at Bluenotes ! I went back home to London a happy Lady????????????

They had great covid measures, washrooms were clean. There are helpful workers in the stores and its not as busy if you come in the morning. There's not many halal options but it was a good experience.

With Sears gone, not much to look forward to aside from the usual overpriced name brand stores in the concourse. Sunrise Records is fun to browse. NY Fries is a treat. But after that can't wait to get outta there.

Devonshire mall is pretty modern and clean. They have some family bathrooms and nursing rooms which are great! They have a new food court which is very comfortable and clean, but not that many restaurants, and no garbages around for convenience. You have to leave your kids alone while you go to the garbage station to drop of recycling/garbage or take the little troop with you which is impossible because you’re carrying the trays of garbage/recycling and I have an infant + 2 toddlers. There are many nice stores with fair prices, but there are also areas of the mall that almost look abandoned. The parking lot is not really monitored so I often see cars purposely taking up 2 parking spots because they think their cars are special. Over all it’s a good place to go though. And I think they try to make it nice.

I dislike that the pharmacy section is lacking, but now that the Shoppers Drug Mart is there, its not to bad to pick up things. But the fact that I have to leave the mall to get there is terrible. This past summer, after it opened, walking just that little stretch was awfully hot. There's no shade, and its all cement. The Metro itself is nice. I love the self serve spots for quick shopping and now the beer and wine section. There's always things on sale, and the people at the counters are usually very attentive.

Has some of the best shops which you don't find even in Windsor downtown. Worth a visit, please try to book an appointment before stepping in for any special services to avoid the wait time. Mall is clean and tidy, one of the good places in Windsor to hang out. The food court has multiple cuisine and it's worth a try if you are eager to try out a different cuisine. The covid precautions are maintained and safety is maintained all around the mall area.

Some of my favourite stores are American Eagle Outfitters, H and M, Boathouse and many more. The food court is also good, some of the restaurants are Taco Bell, KFC, A and W and many more. Overall this is a great mall and recommend you give it a visit

It is a nice mall, however the new food court is poorly planned as a majority of vendors in the food court are Asian food, with only a few undesirable "American" choices. I can say that unless there is change i will not be spending money at the food court and by consequence the mall as a whole.

We go here once a year during Christmas shopping season. Probably not enough to keep them in business, but retail everywhere is down. However they are in the middle of renovating. Some stores have remained for a while, which is a good sign. The bookstore is a classic and Moxie's is a nice place to dine.

Windsor's biggest indoor mall, good selection of stores and movie theatre, good assortment of restaurants in food court. Interesting history behind the name, in the late 1800's this location was home to Devonshire Race Track, a world famous horse racing destination. The mall was named in honour of the track.

Been going to this mall since I was a child, we've both grown a little since then. Of all the malls I've been to, on both sides of the border, I think Devonshire is one of the better ones. I mean, if you like to shop you would have no trouble burning through an entire 8-hour day at this mall. For me, I like the food venues like Moxies and Buffalo Wild Wings and maybe a trip to the movies perhaps a little jaunt to Chapters to peruse a few books and grab an Americano at Starbucks.

The renovations are good. Food court is modern. Washrooms are poorly maintained. Hopefully they complete renovations soon so the only mall in Windsor is back in full form.

Just a great big pile of mess right now . The floors are all in even from putting in new tile. The new food court is half a small as the old one. Very disappointed in their 70 million-dollar renovation. The Sears anchor is still empty. The old Sears could really use a Ikea! store

Cool place for most of your one stop shopping here in Windsor. They're doing a lot of renovations so the interior looks a bit run down especially in the food court area. Something I've always thought was weird about it is the food court is across from all the women's langurie shops. So it's a bit strange in that respects. The dollar store is never in the same place. Theirs a lot of in and out shops there. Meaning that the lease is probably extremely high so it's not worth setting up shop most of the time. I go to the mall a hand full of times each year. 1-3 times. The shops are honestly never in the same spots, it's incredibly frustrating. A few of my friends who work there say that they hate Tuesdays (Matinee hours at the theater) and Friday-Saturday because the teenagers and elderly are running a mock or shop lifting. Bus service there is great but you can't see when your bus has arrived if you're waiting inside because of the weather. Floors need to be redone because theirs constantly dents and marks all across them. Parking lot needs to be redone. Period. The traffic is terrible especially near the book store entrance. Needless to say every time I try and park I am fighting with my inner self to NOT flip off and honk my horn and slap the person with a baby with their cellphone out, that has decided that they're going to walk blindly in front of my vehicle at that moment. Theirs no way you can get to the location via foot traffic. At all. Honestly you'd be better off shopping at Windsor crossing for prices, selection and pretty much everything else you can find at the mall without sitting in you car for 10 minutes sulking trying to get out and back into the express way. I've been going here off and on for 15 years.

The location is ideal and very well located right off the expressway. Parking is extensive and free and so I have never had an issue finding wherw to park; dpecially with multiple entries. The inside of the mall is newly renovated, clean, inviting and thr stores have a good selection. The Cineplex makes for a great addition.

It is reasonably sized. The stores and booths are good. It is a good place to go if you want to walk around and stop in some stores. It's also a good place to catch a movie as they have a great movie theater. a good place to go when in need of gifts. the food court is decent.

If you're looking for a place to walk around aimlessly and spend a few bucks, then it can be fairly entertaining. Generally, when you shop at a mall, you're buying items that are over-priced because you're paying the store's high rental costs, which is added to the MRSP of their items. There's a lot of foot traffic and kids, but there's also a lot stores to see and places to eat. A decent experience, all-in-all.

For such a big mall, theres not much variety. Food court is OK, but again, not much variety. The new renovations really open up the place though and give it a much more open atmosphere. Overall, whats there has been there for years, and none of it is really vibing with new stuff.

Griffin Jewellers- just left there after asking if they sold the earing with the screw on backs as its uncommon. One of the 3 ladies replied yes. I said great because I need a back as I lost mine. Oh we don't sell the backs. What do you mean I asked we bought these for Christmas and the back is lost. Well we have to take it and ship it head office and they give you an estimate and the cost of gold has gone way up. What is an estimate of the cost? Oh we don't know at store level. What do you mean. You have no idea what a back for an earing cost? No we know that at store level. Very unprofessional as she was abrupt, no customers there what so ever. I will not buy a thing from them again.

The mall has tons of stores open. The staff are great. Safety precautions still in place. WEAR YOUR MASK IN MALL AT ALL TIMES! Wasn't crowded but it was busy. No long lineups and all self checkouts were working great this time.

Kinda confusing place and there always seems to be construction going on but I believe it will get better over time they have done some nice renos on it. For now 3 star in few months probably a 4 stores are good over all but it just feels like it's never complete always being worked on in spots between stores.

The mall itself is okay and its stores are pretty decent but the food court seems to be scattered around the entire Mall. Also as of posting this there is still no ceiling, it is one giant construction site and the parking lot is absolutely brutal to drive through.

The new restrooms are wonderful but the old restrooms have so little light above the stalls your left using the restroom in the dark. Surely this is an easy fix! The rentable carts for pushing children through the mall are nice but most of the stores don't keep there isle ways wide enough for you to able to navigate through to shop anyways.

The mall timings are frustrating, hope they extend it. It’s accessible and has most of the stores you can find in Windsor. A good day out can be planned here as it has a good food court, a multiplex, gaming centres and shopping stores.

This is probably the best mall in Windsor. I brought my sister here and she didn't want to leave. They have dollar store inside where you can buy a lot of tourists items with Canada name on it,like shirts, hats, fridge magnets, key chains and cups for 1$ or 3$. We got here right on sale season. And everything was cheap. They accept credit cards and cash. Big parking lot. Clean restrooms and Big food court.

If u are a Windsorite you won't get the attraction to the one and only mall that's in town here in Windsor but it seems to be well-stocked it's updated constantly and it's got a good flow of people I don't know how the merchants actually do but not a lot of stuff in that mall that I'm interested in.

Good mall, only 1 floor. Am from Mississauga/Toronto area so the mall is quite small compared to Square One and doesn't have as many stores but that doesn't matter. Its clean, has lots of free parking, public restrooms, friendly staff and workers, a nice light-filled center food court, and everything you need. When I was there there seemed to be a lot of Reno's and upgrades going on... Looks like they're adding more windows and natural light to the roof all around the whole mall... A big project indeed but will look really sharp when complete. Enjoyed shopping here with family and will certainly go back.

I honestly think right now because of the construction and things it is taken them all down quite a few notches. I love the new food court but it not being in the center of the mall is really inconvenient for multiple other stores hopefully the construction is over soon so that the mall isn't full of Construction dust and causing people asthma attacks.

The new addition to the mall is a welcome change. The entire renovation of Devonshire made it look more modern with plenty of natural light. The food court is a larger size with many different seating options. The best place to park is always outside the movie theater or The Bay. Boxing day traffic can be a headache, but taking the back way from behind Leon's is always the most efficient in terms of traffic.

An all-round mall with great ambiance and the food court is really great too. It is currently under renovation and you would find some stores are moved. The renovation is doing wonders to the place and you would easily spend 3-4 hours if you go there with you family. It has all the major outlets and a great destination in general.

One of Two malls in the Windsor area. It's not very big nor is it extravagant in anyway, but for us who live in windsor, it's a good spot to spend some time. It was recently renovated new windows were out in place the bathrooms were overhauled, and the food court got bigger, There are quite a few options to choose from, such as Indian, American fast food, Americanized Chinese, Japanese, Deserts, etc. There is a wide selection of shops for clothes, shoes, and electronics. There is an attached theatre with an arcade that has a variety of games. Overall this is a great spot to go with friends, shop and eat. ✔️

What ever happened to the fountain? They have renovated the place with a great variety of stores and have everything that you need in one place. This mall grew massively from my childhood and adult years. However, it is still is just a general mall and doesn't compete compared to others.

Besides the Ceasar Casino and the Windsor river side, the Devonshire Mall is the liveliest place in the dieing city of Windsor. So many branded stores like Sportscheck and H & M, as well as Goodlife fitness; but the best part of the mall is the food court, so big and so advanced with is beautiful interior decor, clean and spacious, as well as the wide variety of food vendors, the food court alone makes the mall look amazing.

I agree 100% with Mike F. however customer service is EXCELLENT as well as well marked aisles where you can actually find groceries easily! They've done a super job on the boutique style departments at the back with selections of bakery with fresh baked breads and sweets, seafood with fresh fish, and meat department again with freshly cut meat. The floral department at the front of the store has a great selection of fresh cut flowers and beautiful plants. While shopping, grab a slice of freshly made pizza, it's awesome! Metro has done a fabulous job on creating a store with style and functionality! Wish them and all the great employees success and longevity at Devonshire!

Chapters bookstore first stop! The mall has many shops, department stores minus Sears! It has been a landmark shopping location in Windsor for decades. Currently undergoing renovations to interior. Great location for senior citizens that want fitness in the cold weather, early mornings many people just walk to stay fit in there! Lots of merchandise for gifts, window shopping and full Cinema for movies. Check Devonshire mall movie listings on Google. Clean facilities, New Supermarket with LCBO licensed wine and beer sales where Target used to be located on the south side facing The Keg. Free parking, restrooms, huge food court near the Cinema.

I've been visiting Devonshire Mall since I was a child. The mall is now undergoing some major changes with both shops and interior changes. Though modernising I really wish that SOME elements of the original mall were kept. The mall I grew up with had actual art sculptures and character ... some of it Should have been retained. I actually was excited to see a green 'marble' outline which defined where fountains and plants used to be placed when I was young. (Though it'll soon be covered up with new tiles). A big downfall to Devonshire Mall is the vacant SEARS building at the north end and the general location on Howard Avenue which, is ALWAYS congested.

It's a decent mall and the only real mall in Windsor, since Tecumseh Mall is a ghost town. Has a decent selection of clothing stores, standard food fare, and a movie theatre. Anchors include a Sears, a Bay and an Indigo/Chapters. There is no home basics store beyond the Dollarama for things like light bulbs, extension cords etc. (as there's no single store like a WalMart in the mall) but otherwise it's probably got what you need for the most part. Bargain shoppers will likely be disappointed, but if you're looking for something nicer, it's a great mall, considering how little options you have on the city.

The food court has a lot of variety that is great for locals and tourists. During the holidays its always very busy & beautifully decorated. During the the summer months its not as busy but has good verity of new fashion for that season. Overall, I shop there once every two weeks :)

My first time in Windsor and decided to stop by Devonshire and take a look. I was pretty impressed a very modern and upscale mall. Its recently been renovated and has large corridors and is easily accessible and stores are easy to find. From the moment I walked in the mall I was super impressed and the mall has a great positive vibe to it! Really impress with what Cushman & Wakefield had done with Devonshire. Excellent clean new store, great selection of products but brutal service. Stuck at self check out lane for almost 5 minutes due to machine requiring an attendant. Called for help on machine twice, no response. Service desk and main cashiers stare through you like you are invisible. Poor experience won't go back. Will drive further away for better service.

New food court is aesthetically pleasing but could use some work. Complete lack of self-serve garbage disposal led to confusion and dirtiness in the food court as some people don't seem to understand the tray station system. I was pretty offput by even being near it as it was over flowed with other peoples half eaten food scraps and trays. Lines seem to melt into each other and makes them seem longer than they are, making me weary to join the queue for food. The old food court area has been left empty and lifeless for now. All in all, theres work to be done.

Windsor's largest mall, great central location, good assortment of stores, but latest renovations turned what once was a large food courtwith a good variety of food choices to a much smaller food court.

Great mall and great stores !!! Problem here is the urban planners that designed the parking lot and walk ways should be fired . Poor planning went into the tight parking lot made for mini coopers and fiat 500’s. We should take a look at the US planners (ex somerset mall ) they have “one way” parking and are on 45 degree angle for quick entrance , and have small passage ways on each side of your car doors , so you don’t get pinned In when trying to squash your way out . I am tall a lean and have a hard time with my suv , what would a 250 lbs plus person do?? The exits are all routed at the crosswalks where people are walking out (Starbucks , new entrance, chapters) so cars instead of moving , are sitting there waiting . This is a pedestrian “hazard” waiting to happen Exits should be put on the side areas for quick exit , smooth flow of traffic. The boulevards as well, they look pretty with the landscaping and great , but the are a nuisance and just plopped their on angles with no thought process at all . Cars cannot make those 145 degree turns , unless you have the new Mercedes amg with rear steering . Let’s get you heads together fellas and come up with something that works on the next parking lot renovation , this is ridiculous !!!! Especially at Christmas and when a fire truck has to roll through .

Weirdest thing ever that on prime shopping days the mall closes the earliest? Should be open at least till 10 of fri-sun..take a note from the states..also it could use more diversity..seems like its99% clothes and jewelry..no holiday stors, no toy stores, should have some exotic food specialty stores etc?..BORING!!

I started coming to this mall because of the heat alerts. I don't have AC at home and work is a frying pan. The food court has a Tim Hortons where I buy a ice coffee. I spend about 30 to 45 minutes to cool down. I started buying meals at the Taco Bell and Mancho Wok and the food is good enough. The staff at all the above are respectful. The mall is good and cool. One suggestion is to remove the chairs from every other table in the food court to provide more seating and comply with the covid rules.

Don't go there for vaccine, this place make people to have a appointment but when I went there 250 people in the line , I don't know if they made that many appointments at the same time. I didn't even get the vaccine because they are not giving Pfizer 2nd dose to people over 18 years old

Love the mall..first time venturing in since covid 19 became a threat. Had a surprising experience shopping in the Mall. Felt safe as they had good protocols in place..watching number of people in the shops at once..hand sanitation at the door at entrance and when leaving the stores as well. Wearing mask essential ...just an overall good experience!

I do love devonshire mall but im a little bigger than what the clothing stores carry which is a 00-8 so it makes it harder for me to shop for clothes there, they have a store for bigger women but they are too big for me and they are like older lady clothes, not something a 19 year old would wear ! But other than that there is a wide variety of different stores and food !

This place is great and it has a large variety of shops. Is often packed with people. Bathrooms tend to get dirty often, especially the ones near Bath and Body works. The cafeteria is spacious and well decorated, you can find delicious food there. Overall, the mall is very clean. There is a movie theater attached to the mall. A bunch of benches are provided. A great place to hang out with friends or family. All the food booths offer delicious food (I have tried them all) The salad bar is quite bland though. Wouldn't recommend it. If you're looking for a tasty salad buy the one at the Mediterranean booth.

Great mall that I worked at while I live in Windsor during high school. Lots of food options as well as many different options for anyone's style. Under renovations right now to make it even better. Only issue is the parking lot. It takes you more time to get in and out of the lot than it does to browse the whole mall!

No security guards visible through the whole mall. Was very disturbed to see about half a dozen times through my journey in the mall of highschool kids not wearing their masks and no security to tell them otherwise. I had to go to the mall at that certain shop before covid ramps up to lockdown again. Generally I never go to the mall during Covid for this exact reason. People walking around with no masks on their faces !!!

This mall is under major renovation. The new food area will be awesome. The Sears store is currently closing, but the mall is looking for new tenants. This is a very nice place and there are many parking spots available. Easy to get there.

It has stores. Stores have stuff. There's also a theatre. There are awkwardly located pseudo outlet stores. People come here. People buy things. People eat at the food court which has food. People leave. Some drive some take one of the many busses. Maybe they go home. I don't know. This was about the mall.

The Devonshire mall is the best mall in Windsor! It has every store you want to go to! Not just that, it's the biggest mall in Windsor! Devonshire mall is always my go to mall. They have every kinda food you are wishing for too! I recommend everyone to go to the Devonshire mall!

It's a good mall and their upgrades are coming along smoothly. But the parking there is the worse. They haven't widened their parking spots for years. If they included buffer space between the spots and put the parking spots on an angle, it would make the parking experience a lot better. If anyone from Devonshire mall reads this, look at the local Costco as an example for the buffer spaces and look at any Wal-Mart in Michigan.

Its a good mall for the city of Windsor, definitely not a somerset mall though. It has a lot of stores to offer but it does need a few more of top brand stores to make it complete. The food court has a lot of variety that is great for locals and tourists. During the holidays its always very busy & beautifully decorated. During the the summer months its not as busy but has good verity of new fashion for that season. Overall, I shop there once every two weeks :)

Yep once again, the devonshire mall has to get that work crew going. People walking around the equipment & lastly.. it's been one whole year & it looks the same!! It's a great place to shop, bank, sit relax, grab a bite to eat! Charging your cell is even on the top of my list & lastly, Cineplex!! ????From walking around in stores I was asked if I needed help. But when I went back to purchase shoes for my daughter, I got no friendly smiles, no have you been looked after? I was watching all the staff and who amazingly stared at me & walked to the next person behind me. They even went out of there way by sticking up there noses & smiling at others well dressed couples with kids that day. Single mother looking like hell on a hot day with her teen looking for school shoes. So I smiled walked to 3 staff members & they treated me the same way! ???? No that don't come in the size & walked away & helped others. ???? We smiled & decided to buy these on that hot day! And $$$$$ on other stores instead. a whole row of shoes & no friendly faces I didn't feel like spending!!! I can only imagine what they say when we walked out!!???? so next time I come into town I hope to find better manners cause I don't like to dress pretty! I like shopping just the way I am!

Very large, their oranges taste great, not like other stores where they taste like water. Prices are generally higher but I enjoy having my groceries packed, love the deli. Cashiers are very, very nice which is nice these days as customer service isn't what it used to be but it is here. Metro makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

I don't go to the mall often as I prefer online shopping for ease of browsing products, however the mall is still great when I do visit. The mall is clean, has a wide variety of stores to shop from, a food court with plenty of options to choose from and a good atmosphere. Maps of the mall layout are posted near each entrance with atms, their help desk is also a good resource for information. Overall I'd rate it 5/5

Update 12.27.18 WOW has it changed from my review below. Very nice, Premium style with millions of dollars that have gone into the renovations. For those on the Michigan side the experience is its between 12 oaks mall and Summer Set Mall. Food court has plenty to offer with a slew of new companies and visual design. Coming from the United States side, the small is okay. They're spending quite a bit of time we doing the ceiling and the floors which don't make it terribly dusty but it certainly isn't very attractive for the lat large of a malt. They do carry quite a bit of clothing and technology companies, I think no less than 5 cell phone companies or carriers are in that one mall. I've been there several times and it's a pretty good mall over up. And of course being Canada, there is it Tim Hortons.

Not a lot of places to sit down , which could be troubling for the elderly or families with small children. Otherwise, it is a beautiful, clean, well laid out mall with lots of different stores, and a variety of places to eat at the food court.

After the renovations the mall looks amazing. Such a nice place to shop or just walk around and enjoy. Food court is WAYYYY better than how it used to be. The addition of Mandarin makes it a whole lot better as this famous chinese buffet paired with a newly renovated mall, gives a whole day of shopping, eating & fun. Will definitely recommend this mall over Tecumseh mall or the outlet. Much bigger and better!

The reason for my 3 stars is due to the fact that I was at the end of the Mall near Globo Shoes at the end where Sears used to be. Having to use the restroom.... I had to walk the complete lenghth of the mall to access the restrooms. Please look into having a restroom at each end or in the middle ( the old washrooms are closed ) Hopefully you are renovating those) I am in my 70's and this was terrible and would also be bad for young children as well. I used Stitch It and was very pleased with their work Machue Wok for supper was very tasty.

Nice staff, lots of parking and a huge selection stores to browse such as the food court which has things such as sushi, taco bell and new York fries which believe me you've gotta try. They also have an insane amount of clothing and shoe stores. They even have a store for grad, prom and etc. dresses. They also have some nerd stores ????, like they have a movie store that obviously has movies but it also has some movie merchandise like shirts and plish toys and whatnot. There is also a cool little Spencers near the food shop. Then you also have a huge chapters fit to satisfy any of your bookworm cravings. Throughout this mall they other stores that are pretty cool like a bubble tea store and a chocolate store and lots of jewelry stores that may be nice to browse or buy at. You've also got the cinema which is pretty cool they've got a small arcade there in it and there's always quite a bit of really good movies playing so that's something just to make your time a little better. Now there is probably a lot of other stores but I think that this covers the fact that this is a pretty fun place to spend your afternoon.

Devonshire has seen significant improvements in the last 1-2 years. Their food court is much better, they've added Mandarin and Buffalo Wild Wings, and they've added many new stores for shopping such as Lulu Lemon and Sephora. They are adding more trendy options and there's currently more expansions in progress. I am much more impressed with Devonshire now than I was a few years ago. Devonshire has come a long way in a short time. I look forward to seeing what's next.

Brace yourself the week before Christmas- place is a mad house. You'll come out feeling like you lost a part of your identity there lol. Nice variety of shops, good size for the city. My top places to visit while I'm there include Chapters, New York fries, and H&M.

The mall is big with plenty of stores. There is a lot of renovation taking place. The day I went was very busy with a lot of people. It was a Saturday and very rainy, so everyone must have came to the mall to get out of the rain. There is a large cinema here and a variety of stores. I think 150 or so. Parking lot was full. Not easy to find a space.

Good mall with a large footprint, so bring comfortable shoes. Traffic is terrible at peak periods and seasons. Parking spots are tight..not everyone drives compact vehicles. Windsor has poor infrastructure when it come to moving traffic! 2nd week of January is the best time to shop because the mall is dead...very bad marketing!

I probably dislike this mall because I'm from Toronto and have lived in Edmonton. I have difficulty even considering this a mall. There are malls with food courts that are larger than this mall. It has the usual stores that you find at any mall, but some new stores are coming in and they are renovating. It just doesn't really have anything that makes me want to travel all the way out there by bus. For a person in the east end it's a long bus trip to get there. Maybe if they had a better method for people traveling from the east end than taking the 1c and transferring to the 1a. Or if I drove. Maybe then I would enjoy this mall more. As it stands now I have left unhappy every time I have gone to this mall. I do not recommend it.

This is a large indoor mall - great place to find all the typical Canadian retail shops! Mastercuts, The (Men Only) Barbershop, Threading for eyebrows has a kiosk in the mall and more ....... make it a rainy day outing :) Extensive food court and I enjoy Moxies Restaurant for a quality sit down meal.

Got a lot of cash on you and don't know what to spend it on. Come to Devonshire mall. Great selection of Canadian and American retailers. It is currently going renovations from now till sometime in 2018 in order to expand and offer shoppers an even better experience!!!

I would give it 5 stars if they had more benches to sit on. I am usually with my Mom who needs to rest more, and it's hard to find a bench that's not being used already. There's lots of room for more benches and I would definitely go to the mall more often if it was easier to have those rest stops. Other than that, it's a really good place to shop.

Clsoing the sears has really emlinated a whole lot of parking, the new seating is nice but the whole middlemof the mall being vacant in the old food court area is abysmal. Devonshire needs to add a draw like Tecumseh mall did with skyzone, use that sears for clip and climb or some attraction get people using it again.
