Here you will see the reviews of real people who are consuming the products and services of Conestoga Mall (Mall) in Moose Factory (Canada).
At the moment this firm receives a rating of 4.3 stars over 5 and the rating was based on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that the average score it has is really good, and it is founded on a very high number of reviews, so we may think that the score is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to value when they've done well with the business, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to give evaluations when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall corresponds to the category of Shopping mall.
The inside of the mall smells like pure sweat. I could smelled it through my mask. If any is manager is reading this, in my opinion, you guys need to make some changes for ventilation.
Good amount of stores no designer
More options here but pretty upset they got rid of Pink! That was my go to place (and I don’t have many) so that was very disappointing!! Pretty clean. Also love my Bourbon chicken from here!
Big mall with a large variety of stores and food options. American eagle, arie, sephora, aldo, boathouse, sportscheck, indigo and more. Large food court as well as a couple of restaurants. Lots of parking and huge bus station as well as ion light rail out front.
Mall security was making sure that everybody was following proper covet 19 practices. We went to the Apple store and they were very careful. The sanitizer at the front door however was empty so we let them know and they said thanks. They did have a bunch of other sanitizing stations and they were not empty. The new iPhone SE that we picked up is going to be great.
It's always a decent experience, however it would be great to have a little more "enforcement" of the one-way foot traffic rules, particularly when it's busy
Fairly large mall with a great selection of stores and a great design. The stores span all budget types and the decor is wonderful. It's easy to spend half a day here.
Good place to shop. Has cinema as well. Only con is that it closes early
I cannot stand the parking lot design. It makes travelling through this plaza unbelievably slow and tedious. The congestion will surely get worse as the ION starts up and GRT traffic is in full bloom.
It has a lot of shops I like to visit, but went there a week ago with a specific mission to go to HMV, to find it wasn't there any more. Kind of disappointed as there were no apparent signs of them closing and I only got their loyalty card because of the HMV at Conestoga Mall
Newly renovated section which is nicely done. A variety of new stores went in, including Indigo books. Good selection of stores including a grocery store (Zehrs). Upscale mall compared to Kitchener, Cambridge or Guelph.
Good size mall. Well laid out. Really nice food court setup. Lots of natural light from the windows. Lots of parking and easy to navigate to
Nice variety of shops, close to both Laurier and Waterloo campuses and great food places. It's a nice place to visit with friends and spend several hours
It's May 30th/2020 and the best part of this pandemic was NOT shopping at malls. It's been so much nicer to get outside. I've decided that after the pandemic, I will not go in a mall more than once a month. It is stressful in this mall. It was too busy and people are so in your face at those booths, trying to push those products on us while we are shopping and confused about what we even came in there for.
Had the stores that are nessessary not too big of a mall but still was able to get what i wanted
Needs a Forever21, MAC and/or more affordable formal clothing. Clothing stores mainly offer either work apparel or casual t-shirt and jeans, not much in between. Food court could offer more diverse options
This is a nice mall for a quick shopping visit. I've gone here numerous times for various shopping adventures. Food court is abundant with filling fresh options. Mall is always kept clean, parking is never really an issue.
I was at the indigo for just a browse extremely helpful staff that are there but don't make you feel like you have to purchase
Conestoga Mall has improved quite a lot in recent years. Although they've lost a flagship department store (Target), they are working on replacing it with up to 20 new stores, in a newly remodeled section. There are also stores in here that you won't find in Fairview Mall (Apple Store, Winners, LuluLemon, etc).
Cineplex, Apple store, Zehrs, and pretty much everything else that you would expect in a mall. Has the bus terminal and LRT terminal in its parking lot. Speaking of the which, this is always plenty of free parking. Pretty good hours and definitely can handle the population around here with its wide storefronts and hallways. Staff is always friendly. Definitely built with the students AND families in mind. The renovated food court brings in plenty of light. The rest of the architecture feels fresh and modern.
Very far from where I stayed but I was satisfied to find the shop I was looking for.
It's a good shipping mall. The good is actually quite tasty. It's becoming more like Yorkdale with high end shopping so it's nice to know you don't have to drive to Toronto or Mississauga.
The last bus to depart the bus terminal at the Conestoga Mall is 12:05 a.m. The trains are running at regular intervals as well with the last one leaving the mall at approximately 11:30 p.m. "Essential rides" only is still in effect , however, there has been an increase in security as welll as inspec. Maktors boarding sporadically to check fare paymentse sure your payment is made prior to boarding and can be done at any of the stops along the way, bus or train. Tickets and tranfsfer are interchangrable between the two services, with the train being the better of the two, in my personal opinion.
Love the place lots of stores including Apple also the bus bay is close by so need to walk far if you take the bus there
This place has evolved into a huge mall. The variety of products is astounding. When looking for something to eat, try Spring Rolls in the food court. Put on your walking shoes. You’ll need them and have fun while walking and exercising.
Very clean, new mall with lots of new additions all the time!
Good mall for spending time. Good sales during stay holidays. All big stores at one place is very helpful. Stores such as HM. Hudson Bay, old Navy, Gap, sports check, etc etc. Cafeteria is also have good food options.
A relatively good shopping centre with a pretty good variety of stores, but that parking lot is complete chaos at any remotely busy hour, not just because of careless drivers, but mainly the layout which seems to make little sense. If you don't arrive by car though, then you can avoid most of that mess. The ION train stops right there and the bus terminal is located in the parking lot so it's decently convient to take public transit to and from the mall
Ample parking and great selection of stores. Food court has plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. A very conveniently located grocery store within the mall cuts your weekend stops.
Great selection of shops, the food court has a decent variety. The washroom options are great for families. There is a breastfeeding room in the ladies washroom just off the food court as well.
All brand shops you can find here, Food court to eat and watcht he ice hockey while your eat and much more
Lots of retail store has a Winner's and a Zehrs inside it also and it connects with several GRT buses and the ION train
It's a mall. It has food and shops. My only question is if the Cinnabon is part of the food court or not. I mean it sells food, though located somewhere else. So is it like a subsidiary of the food court or what? That is the reason for the four star rating. Too confusing and I have no answer.
Havn't been since lockdown, one evening needed to go to Shopper's Drug Mart and thought it would be open from the mall entrance. As soon as I got in the mall doors the security guard pranced 1 FOOT from my face and started asking questions (where was I going, yada yada). Was sorta off putting but answered him anyways and tried to go on my way, the HE TRIED TO BLOCK MY PATH before abruptly saying "well you cant come in here". If there would've been signage indicating the public cannot go in on the outside door I wouldn't of even gone in, thus preventing interaction with anyone inside, but no. Had to be confronted with a rude security guard that certainly was NOT following 6 ft social distancing. I felt pretty violated at that interaction quite frankly, this mall needs to do better, get rid of the security guards and lock the doors if anybody is so concerned. Last thing anyone needs is rude security trying to enforce rules they cant even follow themselves
It's a mall. It's a good mall - lots of light, wide hallways, decent selection of stores. Maps are not at all entrances, which is a pain. And the parking is a disaster, not matter which side you try. I'm always concerned I'm going to have a (minor) accident in that lot.
Best part of the mall is probably the grocery store and the movie theatre right beside it. It's a 1 story mall with all your basic stores but since the Target closed down, a large sector of the mall has just been forever under construction.
Amazing place mix of all different stores to make it a perfect place to shop. And the design of the mall is 10/10
Would be nice if seating in the food court was open as restaurants can have 10 people in , And should let people who needs the washroom be able to go in instead of having to walk around the food court to get to the washroom.
It’s a spacious and a well maintained mall. Offers a Decent food court. The brands here are a little limited, but you will definitely find something nice!
Clean mall with a good selection of stores. I drove 100 plus kilometers to check it out an I wasn't disappointed. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a road trip. ????????
Good store, very clean and bright. Love the options in the food court and love the new renovations. There is even an interesting museum in behind the food courts.
Decent mall. Best in town that's forsure.
Decent mall. Best in town that's forsure.
Good mall but has so much more potential to attract better, internationally known stores
Fair Weather has amazing winter jacket deals! Winners was also very cheap for good quality items! Overall satisfied, although they were no selection for Halloween costumes. Maybe a Spirit Halloween would be a good investment in the years to come? -GC
I remember about 15...20 years ago this mall use to be sooo tiny and boring the ony thing people really came for was Zellers (R.I.P.) and now look! Its probably the best place to shop in K-W! Beautiful and so clean.
Conestoga shopping mall in Waterloo consisting of places to obtain goods and services desired by its Human clientele. I observed many of them buying items to cover their fragile bodies, as most of them have yet to develop fur, feathers, or scales of any kind. Consumption of other creatures was witnessed in the facilities large dining hall, or what one of them described as a 'food court'. Every time I made my mouth wide and showed my teeth at the Humans here, they did the same in return; it was quite fascinating. What a great place to observe them in their natural habitat! You must try this experience!
Nice clean mall with basic stores and a good court. Plenty of stores to visit, and is a decent mall.
It's a nice shopping center in Waterloo. Free parking and a cinema close to the main building. The food court has good selection of food.
This place showed me a mall could be so much more than a shopping centre. It has curves, mounds, and a personality. I don't think I'll ever be the same.
I come here very often, and everything is great except for the damn kiosks they try to lure you in to buy overpriced lotions. Get rid of them please, nobody enjoys being harassed by them. There have been a few times where "Excuse me, sir!" has been shouted at me only to find out that it wasn't anything important, just a hook to try and trick me into buying their stuff.
Beautiful model great layout lots of awesome stores probably I'd say better than fairway seem busier too which is really nice to see people just having fun
Has some nicer brands, but mall is very spaced out, with old, tired stores in between. Sometimes too many people hanging about. Food court doesn't have many diverse options.
One of the better malls in waterloo region. Always clean, lots of stores and a variety of different food to choose from on the food court. This mall has come along way following the additions and upgrades done a few years ago.
Nice everything you need in one spot
A nice small mall with almost all brands where you can shop around. Few stores like H&M and Suzy are offering good discounts too .
Probably the biggest mall in the area and you will definitely find what you are looking for here. The food court is fair in size and variety. Seasonal events are always a pleasure to see here and the parking lot is big enough for this size of a mall.
I am distressed by my negative encounter with this shopping mall. My sorry tale begins as I'm sure many have begun for you; I erroneously mistook margarine for butter while preparing my habitual midnight soufflé. Realizing I would have to start again and nervous my time-sensitive snack would no longer be punctual, I raced to purchase genuine butter from a fine and reputable source. One of the rare highlights of my visit to the mall was the abundance of vacant parking. Aside from this, the mall did not cordially invite my visit. I first took issue with the stuck exterior doors. They did not budge until I applied extreme force with the help of various tools and, displaying poor craftsmanship, the hinges divorced the door itself! How fragile and shoddy! The dreadful design did not end at the doors, however, as the music chosen for the mall was dissonant and unpleasant. It was extremely repetitive and loud, blaring two alternating tones for the entirety of my stay. At first I took the inoccupancy of till queues to be a good omen, but soon realized it must be a result of patrons deciding to shop elsewhere, and for good reason! When I finally entered the grocery store - necessitating brute force once again! - there were no sales attendants or cashiers willing to process my purchase. It was not until the sun of morning was certain that a sales representative greeted me, not with gratitude or apology, but with scorn and interrogation! He asked whether I was the bandit who, unbeknownst to me, illegally entered the mall during my stay. An improper question to ask a paying customer! The only true enjoyment I experienced upon visiting this establishment was riding the mobility devices. They are shrunken facsimiles of modern cars, and they are cramped but delightfully whimsical. I would say my experience was, but for the parking and mobility devices, entirely dreadful! My soufflé was not prepared until noon, twelve and a half hours after I began my hideous journey. Do not shop here! Sincerely, Jaques Monet (Local critic)
I love going to this mall they have literally anything you could shop for. The mall is spacious so that you don't bump into others while you shop. Washrooms are very clean not dirty like other shopping malls. I would definitely recommend shopping here on a week day when it's not busy, plenty of parking available. However if you are to go during Black Friday or Boxing Day finding a parking spot is a disaster. If you want to go shopping on a special day please go early and find a parking spot!
I love shopping.. and like see cheerful energetic face around me.. And conestoga mall is always crowded.. people loves shopping, eating etc Also Christmas theme is most attractive point to me. I love it..
Very clean and nicely laid out, but not a lot of variety in stores. Since Target left, there is nowhere to buy practical items. Great for clothes and makeup, terrible if you need something like an extension cord.
This is a really great mall, it always seems like there are great stores. The mall is huge! The food court is awesome. Every store seems to have their own Covid poticol but the apple store looks like it's the worst. The store manager, and 3 security guards are out front with a special area to take your temp, and perform some kind of medical assessment It was really weird.
Many nice stores. Lots of options.
It's a good mall in Waterloo that you can go to buy many things. There are various shops, food courts, movie theatre near by as well. It's a good place to go if you have to buy anything in waterloo.
Conestoga has reopened in a conscientious manner. Shoppers can access almost all of the stores knowing that thought has gone in to keeping everyone safe.
Good store selection. Food court could maybe have more variety, as far as vegan and vegetarian options go. The Zehrs is really well stocked. Lots of parking. Lots of modern clothing among stores including lululemon, H&M, Aritzia. There is also an Apple store, The Bay, Bath and Body Works, a games store, and many others.
Decent Mall. Big food court with good selection and plenty of seating. Always busy. Cinema is right beside it (shares the parking lot). Great place to grab a bite at the food court and then a one-minute walk to the cinema
I have always enjoyed this Mall. Nice variety of stores. Great independent bookstore. Never overly crowded.
Nice people. They sold me a ps5
It's a big mall with a lot of big mall stuff. If you're a fan of big malls, this big mall won't disappoint you, as it is a big mall. If you're not (like me), enjoy the windmills on The Bay, then go in and ask the staff why one isn't working. You'll pretty much always get blank stares.
This mall has improved sooo much since the expansion. It would be nice if they were able to get another department store to fill the void of Zellers and Targe but the mall has such a good feeling to it.
Good balance of different kinds of stores like clothing, utility and food. The food court is spacious yet comfortable with a large variety of different restaurants from different countries.
At Conestoga mall you can pay a premium to skip the line for Santa. On principle I will not be that type of parent. What a gong show. It makes the “regular” people wait almost double the time to see Santa because of it. Do not take your kids to this mall if you are going to see Santa.
Conestoga mall is a good place to hangout with friends and family. The environment is pretty good for shopping. Sometimes, the stores are loaded with great deals then be it a clothing store or a mobile outlet. Having a food court inside makes this place complete. Since Covid19 is going on so dine-in is not open yet but the food stores are still serving the customers. Lots of parking space, so no hassle for parking the vehicle. Fully Recommended to shop and hangout.
This Is the best mall in kw area. You have almost all the brands here. Nd food court is also good but I hope to see more food chains here. There is lots of space to walk around.
Great Mall to shop at. Has a wide selection of stores and a really nice modern food court . Also if you are a breastfeeding mom it is wonderful, there is a private room wirh comfy chairs for you to go and feed your baby in peace.
Probably the largest mall in Waterloo with ample options for shopping. They have a food court which serves lots of variety food. Other than that, Pickle Barrel is a yummy restaurant located near the entrance #1 of Conestoga mall. Waterloo museum is also situated inside this mall. Conestoga is well connected by public transport, both GRT Bus as well as Train. Overall a good experience.
It’s a mall! Hard to go wrong with a mall. Lots of recent updates. Great stores. Parking isn’t always easy but if you know where to go it can be okay.
Ample parking, lots of retailer variety, large food court, movie theatre, grocery store. You're going to find what you're looking for here. Modern looking mall with lots of sitting areas for your inner mall-rat. All the retail space is leased so there aren't any dead/empty areas. Very good mall!
Great selection of stores but this mall is pretty irresponsible in terms of covid procedures and it's very busy so anyone worried about covid or with a weaker immune system should steer clear of this mall.
Great place to go shopping. It seems they have just about everything. This Mall has changed SO much since it first opened more than 20 years ago. It surpasses Fairview Mall by leaps.
Beautiful bathrooms, well kept and clean. Cloth hand towels are available as well as paper towels and hand dryers.
Lovely mall, fresh food especially Moroccan or middle eastern food very healthy. All stores are full and new. Food place decor is good.
Area was clean and sanitized, tho closes a bit too early
It is the best mall in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. You will locate most trendy shops in this mall. Close to other amenities such as restaurants, theatres, museum and bus stops.
I come here fairly frequently. The mall has all the basic things you need groceries, clothes, pharmacy. Best place for lunch Imo is Burben Grill, I occasion Eb games and teavana.
A great location to shop in KW area, well organized, staff's are friendly.
Seems pretty nice in here and has a good assortment of stores
FIDO customer service is the worse possible. They have only 2 people serving inside. I was waiting more than 1 hour outside, other 2 people left, I was waiting just because I was first in line. After 1 hour (1:50 pm) the third employee showed up. I don't think I will visit this site again. Looks like they don't care about the business.
Conestoga Mall is a small to medium sized shopping centre offering a variety of popular stores including Indigo, Apple, Sport Check, Starbucks and many more. I have visited this establishment several times in recent months and have always found available parking with ease.
Like any other Mall I guess. But it's convenient to have the Galaxy cinemas right next to it. You can arrive ahead, shop or eat and then proceed to watch a movie. The Mall itself has a giraffes collection of brands.
Obviously this single floor shopping mall doesn't compare to any of the big ones in Toronto but for a small city like Waterloo, this mall has everything you need. The mall is super clean and easy to navigate around.
Great place to shop for your needs and wants
They have electric scooters for us seniors now. No other mall does this we enjoyed several days of shopping there on a recent visit! Thank you management.
I like this mall, but MAN I hate the hours. Saturday is NOT a day to close early. I always find myself not being able to get in because I work until 6PM every day!!
This mall is à relatively quaint mall with some high ènd stores as some more prestige malls have. Interesting If you have time to investigateur. Good for a mall In a university city as it gives student options simular to prestigieus big city malls.
Conestoga mall is a nice and clean mall. Very large with some nice architectural touches with the pillars in the food hall. Wish there were more interactive items in the mall for visitors that would keep them there throughout the day, like how some malls utilize interactive screens, or have giant chess boards. Things that would have people sit and enjoy their time.
Probably one of the biggest mall in the Kitchener Waterloo area (if not the biggest). It's got everything you need with a movie theater and grocery store attached
Eh, its just a mall and very standard. Mostly the generic stores, typically more aimed towards women. Could use a few more unique stores and better options for men as far as clothing stores go.
Good mall. It’s just a Mall. They have good stores and lots of parking
Mall was more crowded than I expected but this was my first back time at the Mall in 7 months. In the food court some stands had closed down while some had been replaced by new entrants. It was business as usual with people still looking down at their phones and not the direction they were walking, long lines in front of shops like Apple Store, etc. Good thing though, almost everyone was wearing a Mask.
The mall is decently big, has The Pickle Barrel right in front of the mall, it has decent stores inside as well as a Zehr's all on one floor. A plus to this is that there's a theatre right beside it so if you want to shop then watch a movie it's all in one area.
Not bad considering the pandemic is not over. Most of the stores are open, well, may be 1/3 to close to 1/2. All the stores now have a capacity limitation up front. You have to line up in front of the stores, you know follow the provincial guidelines, keeping everyone and yourself safe.
Love this mall, great for hanging out with friends and super excited about the new stores added such as Lululemon! Definitely a place to go shop or to chill with friends. Has a nice sized food court. Only store which is missing is a forever 21 but at lease fairview mall has one.
Everything is going with the safety rules with covid 19 manger stores like body and bath works the line up is very very long and miss victoria sercret
This is a pretty good mall. Nice selection of stores, but not as many as a lot of other places. The bus terminal and LRT station are adjacent making it a convenient stop, and there is a grocery store, cinema and good food court. Many stores are boarded waiting new tenants and it's a little busy coming up to Christmas but the latter is to be expected... Didn't spot a Christmas tree though. That's odd.
Good shopping variety. They also have a nursery located in the women's washroom (not in the family washroom) in the food court. It is very clean and the nursing chairs are very comfortable. There are also some toys in the room which is convenient if you have other young children who have to come into the nursing room with you.
Very nice mall, nicest one west of Toronto for sure, it's got all the things
The only decent thing about this place is the fact that Justin Beiber can be spotted here. Other than that the selection of stores is terrible. The only reason I will ever return here again is to spot a glimpse of the Beibs or to drop by the apple store which is significantly less busy than other apple stores.
Nice mall, mid size food court, clean bathrooms, free wifi and a "Google Maps" type of directory on my phone once I connected to the WiFi; this was very handy as this was my first time at the mall. I was able to find where I was and where the stores I wanted are located.
This is one of two big malls in the KW area. This is the bigger mall, of the two. It has lots of stores. It has recently been expanded to include even more stores. The mall is clean and has a good amount of space. Parking is good enough, you won't have to search for too long unless you are picky. There is a bus terminal as well and soon to come light rail terminal. There is a food court, with decent space as well.
Shopping, then it's Conestoga mall. I like to come over here to shop. It was closed early last month. As it's reopened it's good to be back.
This mall has really grown over the years and has pretty much every good store you can think of! Stores we used to have to drive to Toronto for are now in this mall and it’s amazing!
It's layout is almost like someone made a small mall of 6 stores, then expanded in different directions over and over again. Just need straight lines and 90° angles... whats with all these round abouts and 45° turns? We aren't in London.
It's open to walk through, but stores are only open for curbside
Love the Conestoga Mall. The caliber of stores is very good. There is good variety in terms of price points as well. The food court has an amazing selection of choices that range from healthy to better walk around the block a few extra times today. There is something here for everyone. I really appreciate how clean this mall is as well. I especially like that the bathrooms are kept clean.
We always have fun here! I do wish there was a pizza place though! It would be nice to grab a slice of pizza LoL but we always find lot's to eat and enjoy several of the stores!
Santa visit with the kids took some time for sure. They did their best, but either pay for the fast pass (with an appt slot), or, plan a good chunk of time of just standing in line. Lunch at the food court was good though.
Not too much to say here. It's like most malls in the region and has a great selection of stores. The one downside is that parking can get quite annoying at select times of the day.
Can always find what I'm looking for and many store choices for the whole family. Only thing that's gross is the fact that the janitors come too close and start sweeping while you're seated and enjoying a meal
I asked a freshly squeezed associate for directions, and before she could answer a mall security guard offered his help. Great service and polite.
nice mall lots of stores some good finds
Simply said: Fairview Mall is better. It has the stores I want. The only thing I can think that's better is that it has a bigger food court. Stores, store selection, even the movie theatre by Fairview is better. Overall a bit more upscale with it's stores but as I don't need that it's meh.
The mall itself looks nice, but I could not visit it properly. I parked my bike outside, with lock and all that, I asked a woman from the security how safe it was to leave my bike locked there, just outside of the mall, and she told me in a very aggressive way that it was very very unsafe and whatever will happen is not her responsibility. I entered the mall, but I only stayed there 5 minutes, she put on me soo much anxiety that I thought it was just better to leave. This happened today 2nd August at around 4pm, this woman from the security has black hair.
It's a great mall but almost all of the stores close at 5, which for me is super early.
Very nice, modern mall with a great selection of stores. It is clean, bright and easy to navigate with plenty of signs.
It doesn't seem like they try to enforce covid laws... After going today, I saw several groups of people walking around without masks inside. Not particularly safe and I do not advise going
Standard mall. Clean. Open. Good selection of stores. Would be the best and I could give you 5 stars if there was an adult slide or child friendly silde from the second floor down to the first! ????
Big enclosed mall with mix of high and low end stores, bookended with a three story Hudson's Bay and a large movie theatre. Apple Store and Lululemon are usually busy. The mall is generally clean and well maintained. Warning for those that want to avoid crowds: this mall gets very busy on holidays and big shopping days.
With the covid restrictions almost every store, you have to line up if you don't find what are you looking for in one store then line up again at the next store
Good variety of stores & brands, good sanitation & physical distancing measures set in place. Always a good & fun time, even when I don't end up purchasing much.
Really good place to explore and shop with your family and friends, everything is there and the food court is wonderful!
Great atmosphere for shopping. Has a bit of everything which makes it a true one stop shop. Malls in the GTA should learn lessons from this place.
Bathrooms very clean and satisfying hand towels instead of paper towel. The mall is a great place to catch Pokemon or girls whatever you're more into. Lots of great stores like an Eb games and a manchuwok!
All your basic needs - a grocery store, a department store, a discount store, your common selection of personal care (Sephora, first one in Waterloo!), clothing, food court...as well as a few other places great for occasion purchases like Pandora and other jewelers, etc. The token larger mall in Waterloo is a convenient stop for students and others around the community, and is the main public transit hub north of the university campuses. Nothing super fancy, but does the job and has wide common spaces for an indoor stroll and casual mall trip.
The best mall in the area. While a lot of stores have come and go over the pandemic, as a while Conestoga remains my go to mall for the Tri Cities. Notable places to shop here include lulu, apple, indigo, sport check, the bay & h&m
One of the nicest malls one can venture to in this pocket of the south armpit if Ontario. Well accomodated for mobility stressed peeps and just a nice mall. So say I
A mall that has some basic things. Probably one of the better malls in Waterloo. Good parking available on either side, all outdoor.
Always a good experience and some nice renovations have been done.
This is a great mall with a little bit of everything. It's not so big that you feel lost in it. I know where all the stores are and I like that a lot.
Very nice mall, with the new expansion there are a few new stores like an Indigo/Chapters. The food court is pretty standard. Various selection of chinese foods, it has an A&W, Subway and a Tim Hortons. Also a KFC/Taco Bell. There is a Galaxy cinema just outside the food court entrance/exit. Parking on this side of the mall will mean a bit of a walk as this side of the mall parking is shared with the movie theater. Over all store selection is decent and a good place to spend a day shopping.
It's a mall that is taken care of really well. It has all the same typical stores a mall would have and a decent food court.
I'm a student of Conestoga college however it doesn't mean that other people can't go there. Overall, mall is really big with super cool ambience. I visited mountain warehouse, apple shop, Winners and Hudson's bay over there. It was 1 hour away from my place but still I wanted to visit once as I heard it offers good deals for the shopping.
Currently allowing the mall to be open in a pandemic, risking employees health along with their families and the public .. just to be able to make money.. disappointing. Dont think I'll be coming here any more.. who puts the public at risk when every other establishment is closed.
This mall has nice shops, but sometimes it's a pain to get from one end to the other. The paths aren't very direct, so it sometimes takes longer than necessary. If you have an electric vehicle, the charging costs more than a lot of other places and there aren't very many places to charge.
The closest mall to our home and it is not a bad spot at all. Lots of stores to choose from and a great selection in the food court. Best of all, it's right beside the Galaxy Cinemas which I often frequent ????
Decent selection of stores to shop at, there’s also a movie theatre (not accessible from inside the mall) and a Zehrs grocery store. This mall had some additions recently to expand and offer more retail space. Large open food court.
Good selection of stores, very few closed or for lease. Very clean and has a great selection of places to eat. Can't t wait to see what new stores are coming in the renovation!
This mall was renovated and "modernized" a few years ago but it is still way too small and conservative, considering it is the only one serving a rapidly growing city and increasingly younger, urban professional demographic. Also, the stores are very ho-hum and conservative. The mall could use some pizazz, with some thought given to making it a lighter, brighter, greener space, including plants and in-door trees, some areas with solariums (always good in wintery cities), and better eating options, dine-in and food court. If it doesn't shape up soon, it will lose its customers to on-line shopping completely!
A great mall. A great food court. Ample parking. Wide variety of stores including grocery. Very GOOD!
Great place to shopping for students and people living in Waterloo and Kitchener. Hudson's bay has best collection.
Store selection isn't great. Restrooms are OK, although large gaps between the floor and the door which is no fun with a toddler. Parking for the food court is crummy, especially when there are movies playing.
Great selection for a small city like Waterloo. It's wonderful that this is a major bus-stop. I wish there were more places selling healthy food, and some ethical shopping. It would be great if they had events and promotions in the mall from time-to-time. Can't wait for Indigo to open here! Hope to check out the museum in the mall too.
I'm an international student and I was very disappointed when I first came here. I am used to malls being open late into the night on all days, having a wide selection of stores from super fancy to just regular ones and a massive food court with a lot of cuisines. So a word to other international people - don't try to compare it to other malls in countries. In itself, it is a nice, calm and clean place!
Very clean! All stores are open.
I visites this mall for first time on sunday feb 28...with a pandemic still going on it was super busy barley find parking almost like a reg day with out a pandemic lol....anyways i found it to cookie cutter and it was bery busy place i didnt saty very long. I just visited there as my bf is ex mennonite he used to go there years ago before all the new stores were in there.
Is there anything you CANNOT find in this mall? Okay - I'll admit that it is sometimes a challenge to find your way around, but there's no lack of variety here and that is a needed feature to any mall. This is not just about clothes! YAY!
Love the zoom area on rent ..my kid loves it. I miss the rides for lil ones that they had before covid.
A great collection of stores. It looks like the sections where the old Zellers (and Target) was is being turned into more space for small stores. Really looking to that. Although the mall already has a good collection of stores, it it would be great to add more! Unless I'm looking for something very specific, I can usually find everything I need here. Update! The Sportcheck is moving to the area where Target used to be! Looks like it's gonna be much bigger!
Security guards are spreading inequality whole checking vaccination proofs and Photo ID. They are brown and checked my ID because I am brown but didn’t checked the ID of white guys in front of me. Like seriously you guys are so irresponsible during this pandemic.
First time going to this mall. Nice and beautiful different stores you can shop from.
I was at Sport Check (in conestoga mall) July 30, 2020 and that store closed 6PM. I saw many people coming to the store after this only to see closed door. Mall itself is posted to be open till 7PM. In these post shutdown state our province is in, do your mall purchases in the afternoon. Stores run with reduced staff.
Has a good variety of stores and a decent food court. Convenient travel by way of the ion
This mall isn't as upscale as other malls. For people living in Waterloo, especially students, it's perfect. There are many shops in which you can find whatever you need, but there isn't much variety.
Its alright, but I feel its lacking a LOT of good stores I like to call this mall the rich aunt who doesn't care mall? I frequent Fairview because it has way more stores to offer
This place is good, but outlets are less as compared to other places and malls. One can go for the quick shopping.
Great stores... you can spend hours looking at all the things each store has to offer. It's also very clean and they always have new stores to look at.
Smells nice, had a tornado warning though. Go bobcats!
A great collection of famous brands. Nice and bright food court. Convenient access to cinema and grocery store. Also there's a museum next to the food court, interesting!
It's a big enough mall and you can find almost anything in there. It even has a museum and a movie theater attached and that's good enough for me. It's about 30 minutes from downtown to the mall . I would not go there all the time but it's worth going back, that's for sure.
One of my favorite malls for shopping
Good clean mall. Easy store directory.
Great place to shop!! Conestoga Mall has continued to improve more and more as the years go on. I worked there from 2001-2005 and left Ontario. We returned in 2011 and was impressed when I saw the new, more efficient design. I now live near the Mall and have witnessed even more growth, with Shopper's Drug Mart moved and is now accessible from an outside entrance. The addition of extra wings in the Mall has allowed for even more stores! Lindt chocolate, Indigo books, Chatters hair salon and so much more. I only hope that it doesn't become too expensive to shop there and continues to have some affordable stores.
Been to Batteries and Gadgets in the new wing of the mall. The representative there was very helpful. I took a chatr activation there and had no hassle at all. They have a huge selection of mobile cases, tempered glasses, earphones, mobiles and many more. Ps. They are giving free gifts as opening special.
Just your typical shopping mall. Usually clean, and not too busy except for peak holiday times of course. Note that the Zehrs attached to the mall has different times from the mall, and also an outdoor entrance.
Lots of new stores!!
Great mall has everything needed. They keep it very clean and tidy. Has sitting areas all around if you want to rest or wait while your women is shopping. Nice good court to.
Thank you so much for everything that Conestoga Mall had to offer the community! I am amazed at the diverse level of clothing, sports and food outlets and expert service that this mall has to offer.
IMO it is the best mall in the Waterloo Region, Clean, modern and has most all the major stores/brands. Getting in and out of this mall is not ideal though. That aside, great place to shop
The mall was alright at best. The prices are average for a mall, the food court is limited, and other than the major stores there really isn't much.
Has many stores and timings are updated properly
Many stores to chose from. If you need a last minute gift this would be place to go to. You'll end up finding good deals if you take your time. Plus if you get hungry you can visit the food court and have some food.
This is the better mall in the area. Very clean, lots of choices in the food court. Bathrooms are well maintained. Some great diversity in shopping choices as well!
When I was young, this mall was for 2 kinds of people, after school skate punks and old ppl ....now they're trying g to be fancy with all they're renovations and fancy stores, it's like a budget single floor Eaton center minus the fake geese hanging from the ceiling
I find this to be a regular mall that I go to when I need to buy aesthetically pleasing clothes. Some of these clothing places include Hudson's Bay, Bench, Garage, etc. Electronics stores such as Best Buy and EB Games can also be found here. The food court is somewhat large with options such as Tim Hortons, Subway, Bourbon St. Grill. Grocery shopping can be done here too at Zehrs. Overall, this mall has stores for any purpose that you may think of.
Overall a very clean mall with a very trendy looking food court and a convenient located movie theater. The mall is very spread out over a large area so I wouldn't recommend it for people who have a hard time walking, elderly people or small children to do long shopping trips. It's also a central hub for both the LRT trains and many bus lines so it's very easy to get to and from here
It's a small mall but it has all the essential stores necessary to make it a good mall. It's a small Ion ride away from the University of Waterloo and Laurier University which is nice.
Needs more electric car charging stations; only one for a mall of that size is terrible. Everything else about it is great and very modern. They rebounded nicely after loosing Target.
It's just a good mall straight up
Lots of stores to choose from for shopping. Washroom facilities are up to date and quite clean. The food court area has a lot of seating, spacious and some good choices of food, including healthy food.
One of my favorite places to spend time in Waterloo-Kitchener. It has a very nice selection of clothing stores, Zehers food store, Galaxy cinema (I love movies!) and some good options in the food court as well. There's lots of parking spots for people who drive, and bus routes for those who don't (the routes connect to major parts of Waterloo and Kitchener).
For a smaller city mall in Waterloo it still has the main necessities and some great brands to the is no high end brands like Gucci, coach, Holtz, etc but you can make the trip out of your really need that to another place.
This mall has most of the things you need: groceries, a theatre, clothes, a drug store, books, etc. However, beyond that there doesn't seem to be much happening here. I've never seen any events or interesting things here, just pure shopping.
This mall is a very good place to go window or real shopping, and target has been turned into more stores and there is lots of stuff to see. The only thing that I don't like is the Kohler Kingston toilets, they are very tired and have small trap ways, I would highly recommend you replace those. P.S. You can also add more washrooms please!
Ever changing, i never know from one visit to the next what stores are going to be there. There are always sections closed off for rebuilds or renos. And the place is hard to find your way around. They say that it was suppose to resemble a wagon wheel with a central hub but as far as i can tell it has a couple of spokes and possibly 2-3 hubs
We take the bus in which is great no parking problems, the mall is clean spacious and the overall hum of shoppers is freindy and a safe inviroment. Lots of great stores!
Good selection of stores. The mall is also conveniently located right next to the cinema so it is easy to just get a meal before your movie.
Good mall and friendly place full of familiar shops and brands. A fair few locations for rent as businesses have not succeeded in the wake of the pandemic. Hoping to see new tenants!
I like this mall most of the time. I usually go just to walk around and spend some time with my wife. The only thing that annoys me is the people at the booths always bugging us; sometimes interrupting a conversation. The worst are the non-profit booths, they always harass us; I sometimes avoid entire sections of the mall to avoid these booths.
Has most typical mall stores you would expect and a few you might not. Unique and not uniform to other mall layouts and most importantly plenty of places to sit and relax, catch your breath and regroup. I usually avoid malls, but found this one enjoyable to explore. Only downside was that the parking lots were full, making it hard to find parking.
A very clean and organized mall. A very nice and modern layout, a food court with lots of choices, everything you need to buy in one indoor mall, and, of course, and amazing Mr. Pretzel.
That's OK. If you compare with big cities'malls you'd be disappointed.
Literally lost lost of its good stores. A waste of time to go up here besides the indigo and bubble tea. The food court would be nice if it was open but thats it.
Nice big mall. My wife loves it.
It's a go-to place if you want to kill some time shopping or eating around.
I think the stores are pretty good, and usually find something to buy when I go. However, here are my suggestions for improvement: 1) longer hours, particularly on weekends 2) free wi-fi for food court 3) add a link to the movie time on your mobile site (there is one on the desktop version)
CMall has improved a lot over the past decade or so, it's expanded in terms of stores and selection, and also has a great food court with lots of options. It's not Yorkdale-level, but pretty good!
This store is amazing i love the lay out and i am thrilled it is so near where i live. But the most amazing thing is the great service the quickness they can get books for you when you order them. The staff are all first class and always ready to help. I called on Friday nite to ask questions and the girl on the phone from INDIGO was so polite and her voice was clear. This is a great place to shop! I would recommend this store to all of my friends and if i had family over here I would recommend this store to them too. Dawn
Awesome Mall which had soooooo many sales!!!
Got my phone here. It's a great mall, not overwhelmingly big, you can get shopping done in a reasonable amount of time.
Neat and clean mall... Food court has lot of stores (with Halal options)
The cleanliness of the bathrooms have dropped since the renovations happened year ago. They used to be fully stocked with soap, towels etc. Now they are sonewhat clean, but lack supplies. Constantly.
Good mall!! Hard to find parking....some stores have closed indef.
There's a lot of places to shop at. The food court has some good places to choose from. All the employees that I've met that work for the stores and the mall itself are very friendly and helpful.
Awesome,Comfort,Convenience, and Luxury!
The Mall was not very busy, ( covid 19). I love this Mall, just a little unsettling to see people in small lines waiting to get into the stores. It is of course totally what we all have to do to beat covid 19. Just wear your mask and selve distance.
This is a really great mall, it could use a few more stores that are more affordable for those on a budget but other than that it's great. Food prices in the food court are quite expensive (especially in New York Fries), the photo I attached is how I feel about the prices in the food court.????
Movie theaters? Check. Food court? Check (could use a little more variety though). Department stores? Yup. Specialty stores? Yes. An Indigo location, a bank, a restaurant (Pickle Barrel newly opened). And plenty of parking. It's on a bus hub, as well as the new ION.
Hands down the best shopping in Waterloo county, if not further. The upgrades and expansion over the years have added some great touches. The food court has it all!
Always Clean specially with Covid protocol very safe and well managed. Noticed a lot of new stores as well! Kids friendly! The most convenient Mall in KW area!
Great stores but was a bit crowded.
Good mall with plenty of things you need, nice atmosphere too and looks great when it's decorated for Christmas. They clearly put some effort in to making sure you feel welcome
This is one of the nicer high end malls in the KWC area. Decor is updated and appears to be recently renovated. A nice shopping experience.
It's a decent mall in Waterloo area. Not the best it's good .
Large mall, lots of nice stores including a supermarket inside the mall which is fantastic. Decent food court, easy to find your way to different stores inside the mall. Definitely a recommended shipping area.
The boys at T-shirt time are all gentlemen, who helped my take care sweater come to life. They are all very kind and helpful. If you see the boy with the tatted arms you're getting the best service. all love to those lovely men
I love how it's a smaller mall with a big mall feel. A great variety of stores and the guest services features are above and beyond!
I think Conestoga is a lot better than Guelph and Kitchener mall. It was also recently renovated with some new stores. Its also close to st jacobs market which is a plus. Lots of parking. And a cineplex and zhers here too.
Great experience.. lots of hood shops with quality goods.. also some great food outlets..
The are so many stores and the quality is so good. Because of COVID you can’t eat inside.
A lot of retail and Food under one roof. It's clean, bright and pleasant to shop at.
I love Conestoga Mall. It has something for everyone. The Bay is my favourite department store but I also like the boutiques and shops that meet most price ranges. Staff are friendly and helpful.
This is a pretty good mall. I'd recommend Fairview as it's in a better location with better stores near it. That being said, this mall is gorgeous and definitely has money behind it so give it a shot and see if it meets your needs.
Good mall with clean facilities. Large cafeteria and ample of food options. Good selection of stores Convenient bus and Ion light rail just nearby
Great mall loved the pepole that worked there great customer service and great selection of stores wanna kill some time come on down to conestoga mall
I think this mall is two shops closing away from being "that" mall. You know? The one that is still open but you never know why, there are two "Wicker World" locations inside and the only place with any sort of regular customers is the A&W where the seniors like to get coffee... Right now though, it's still nice enough and clean.
This mall is getting better. I lost my daughter and they had 6 security guards looking for her. She was found safely in the food court. I appreciate how professional they were during my stress. Bathrooms are very tidy. I do not recommend eating in the food court until you look up their health inspection certificate.
I went to bikini village for the first time. I needed to get bathing suits and that can be a challenge for someone who is 62. The staff was amazing! They helped me find 2 suits. My top and bottom are different sizes so we needed to work our way through various styles to find what suited me. I am so thankful for their patience and advise. I would never have chosen what she did for me. And she was right! They both were even on sale, which was an added surprise! Thank you ladies, I will be back for sure!❤ No photos this time lol...
Decent mall, limited to size obviously due to the location being in Waterloo. Good selection of stores and food, and right beside the theatre. Easily accessible to students.
clean and has some good stores..currently keeping up very well with covid safety protocols
The expansion into the old target has really given this mall some space. Lots of variety in the shops as well. Food court is excellent.
I always enjoy visiting conestoga mall. This time I was at the cell phone provider Freedom.
A good place to spend your day shopping. It's not that big but has everything you need. The food court is awesome and the staff is friendly. Parking is ample so no issue on a busy day. It has Galaxy Cinemas to enjoy the movies.
If your looking for a great mall to shop at while in KW this is the one. Clean and modern with a wide selection of store vendors to suit most shopping needs. Mall also includes a movie theater and food Court for your enjoyment.
I usually go to Fairview mall. The variety of stores they have is a bit better than Fairview. It’s clean and wasn’t busy at all today. Both malls are the still the best.
Crazy busy even with a red level pandemic - can't social distance and with Christmas around the corner it's a zoo right now. Be careful - COVID is on the prowl at da mall...
Unique fun enjoyable packed shops with lots of clothes food, fun to take a walk and explore their mall space!
It's the third (or second) largest mall in the region of Waterloo. However, nothing impressed expect the only apple store or lululemon in the region. It might be a good place for quick shoppers but not me. I'd rather take a ride to Fairview Park even if Yorkdale.
It's just a few steps away from the 301 ION GRT train and other bus routes going/around Waterloo and Kitchener area. I find their advocacy on bees out-of-the-box as well as a mini museum inside the mall premises. Their rubbish/recycling bins stations are of those that I find interactive and compelling.
Awesome Mall full of surprises sure to please every delight.
Good shopping mall with a lot of great shops. The food court could be improved upon, but do visit if you’re ok with having digestive issues. Nice selection of businesses and super crowded depending on the time.
Waterloo is a small town compare to Toronto so, you will not find so many brands and options available here. But overall it’s really good place for shopping if you are living in waterloo. Cineplex and food court are also near by. Public transit is also available and lot of free parking space available.
Clean, open, airy and great store selection. The Christmas decor is tired! Time to switch it up and get some more current decor. I like the layout and the new renovation. The parking is terrible at holiday time and something needs to be addressed before the next holiday now that all these stores are gaining more traffic. I like that the restrooms have cloths for drying hands, way more hygienic and environmentally friendly.
Liked the mall...spacious and spread out...
Mall. So many stores with a variety of quality in each. Hard to rate a mall but it eats my money so 3.
I usually go to Fairview mall. The variety of stores they have is a bit better than Fairview. It’s clean and wasn’t busy at all today. Both malls are the still the best.
Busy mall but not crowded. Lots of high end stores and plenty of good eats. The bus and now the LRT stop here so lots of options to get here.
Pretty good! I feel that they are handling the Covid situation very well and have everything roped off, security is very diligent and the stores are very up to date in procedures. Apple even had people taking their temperature which I thought was very smart. The only thing I didn't happen to like was how lost you can get going in circles. But other then that it was a nice visit! If you do happen to go, stop by bourbon street grill! It's amazing!
You get what you need at a good price. Recommend Hakim Optical for glasses, it was nice to deal with Rutvi there.
Newly renovated, the mall has finally shed the memory of the empty, old Target department store that has haunted it for years. The mall has a decent selection of mid-price clothing stores (the Bay, Gap, Bench etc.) and novelty shops (Miniso, Mountain Warehouse)
Many stores are now empty, with the majority of the others being very common chains. No major attractions other than the movie theatre. Food court offers decent selection.
It's a mall. A nice one, but a mall. Has some of what you want, too many clothing stores and a pretty good food court. Also that Japaneese dollar store that I keep buying little things from. Not worth driving across town for, but if you live close, it's a mall.
A friendly, well laid out mall that is easy to navigate. Was able to get my grocery shopping done quickly and efficiently at Zehrs. I chose this mall because they had installed an electric car charger. The installed charger was a FLO unit, that was easy to use and worked flawlessly!
Some stores are closed unexpectedly at times but otherwise good experience
Love the ambience of the mall and people. Love the fact they have security guards patrolling inside the mall and getting rid of obnoxious people who are bothersome to others. Do NOT like the Shopper's Drug Mart in the mall because not only was the pharmacist rude, the main cashier was rude as well. Store clerk and pharmacist assistant were really nice.
Just your average Canadian mall, they still haven't found a replacement store for Target. They got free wifi which is nice but the connection is sometimes slow. The food court has great selection as well and they also have plenty of parking space. There's also a cinema close by and a park with a playground for kids.
Good mall with a nice atmosphere. Many of your major retailers here. Food court has good choices, although there is only one actual separate restaurant here. Decent washrooms including a good family one. I'm looking forward to seeing what will go in the big centre where Target used to be.
Drive round the side towards movie theatre for easy access through the food court and loads of parking that you don't have to fight for. As malls go it's clean and good selection of food options.
Conestoga mall is one of my favourite places to shop. Lots of variety and they are adding new stores all the time. I like that they have a grocery store and my favourite store, Winners. Looking forward to seeing the new stores they add with the expansion.
Here is one of the first places that I checked when I came to Waterloo. Most of the great brands are easily found here. I check some specific stores every time I go here and it becomes my routine. It has a great cineplex, museum of Waterloo in one corner, good food court jewelry stores, Zehrs market sportscheck Indigo Starbucks and... in other corners. It's vital for Waterloo and the ion train make here very accessible for those who don't have car. Highly recommended ????
A mall with well-known, mass-market brands, some snacks stations (popcorn, frozen yogurt, cinnabons, smoothies etc). I like that their washrooms are usually clean, they have a water refill station (food court, on the way to the washrooms), and screens with a mall map.
Really nice mall and Journeys is my favorite store!
Better if the kw malls. Something for everyone. Apple store makes it feel high end. Food court is great. Really need to fill in Oliver and bonachinis with another great restaurant. And the space target was in really needs a new store.
I visit here every weekend with my friend just to enjoy foods from KFC, tims, AW, etc etc and not gonna end without a movie.
For a mall situated in a forward thinking region, the brands should reflect sustainability and responsible manufacturing. Additionally, there is EV parking, but it costs $1.50 per hour of charging. This should be free...
Never been to a more unfriendly dressed up place for mindlessly consumers like no money or just get out....
Great mall for shopping. Has all basic needs such as a zehrs grocery store, book store, make up, variety of clothe and shoe stores and much More! Have a variety of food options. Very pleasantasant and clean mall for shopping. Does get busy on weekends and holidays
Food court could use more selection. There's four places that all serve pretty much the same thing. No pizza at all. Mall itself is pretty good.
Great mall, plenty of stores to go into. My shopping cart from Zhers locked up trying to take It to my truck..
This mall is fantastic. Plenty of parking, great stores and a variety of options in the food court. The mall was well maintained. They also offer a nursing room for new mom's I'm the ladies washroom which I really appreciated.
One of my favourite malls in the local area. Conestoga and Stone Road are tops for me. Lots of stores. Nice diversity and selection of stores. Parking can be a bit of an issue especially on the weekends but honestly what mall doesn't have parking issues? They have everything you need for all different sorts of tastes. A large food court area. A Galaxy Cinemas next to the food court and Zehrs grocery shopping as well. One stop shopping all around.
Nice place to some window shopping . ???? food court!! A lot hot ladies walking around, Lol!! Groceries store is very good
Amazing shopping experience here, many many sales
Nice and newer mall in Waterloo Region. Accurate information such as hours of operation and businesses currently operating needs updating on mall website.
Needs better directional signs, as it appears more congested with people, vehicles, buses, roads, especially for someone new to the area
Went Friday morning 10:30 am was not too busy. I had to line up at the Bay cashier with very good deals for 10-15 minutes .
Very large ,nice to see all the different shop, we enjoy walking true.
Mall looks well kept, food court reminds me of Mapleview mall a little bit. Store selection okay but nothing you cannot find in the GTA area. Very lacking in men's store. Decent for the area, but no reason to drive an hour to check out unless you were in the area. In a sense similar to Limeridge for Hamilton but I like Limeridge better.
Great mall - lots of selection. Has a nespresso store if you're into great coffee. They've done a good job of handling COVID guidelines throughout the past couple years. I imagine it's not easy working here every day, so I treat the mall/store workers with extra respect.
Really nice, modern, and recently updated mall. A great selection of stores and one of the nicest food courts I've seen. Washrooms are also really kept organized and clean. Conestoga has also really done a good job in response COVID-19. Seating has been either blocked off or removed to prevent crowding. Also, there is a good amount of signage and stickers to help encourage physical distancing. Some sinks and urinals in the washrooms are also blocked off to help separate customers, Very well done!
God bless this mall
The mall is nice would be nice to have a lush or more stores added! My biggest complaint as a mother with a newborn is there is no nursing room or station for us moms. The family bathroom has no seating for this either. I was forced to nurse my 2 week old on the toilet in the bathroom, the food court was extremely full so A nursing mother may not want to do it in public. I wish they would follow suit like the GTA malls which have amazing nursing-family areas that are secured. Fairview mall in Kitchener has a decent nursing area at least it’s better than a toilet!
Conestoga Mall is one of the biggest shopping centres in all of Waterloo. The place to go if you're looking for clothing or electronic's soap or perfume flowers for your wife.
Excited to see many more interesting stores, offering a myriad of wares for Christmas shopping. Some decent deals on today. Timothy Coffee made me an excellent Hazel Latte ????bravo!
Nice clean mall. There is a good variety of stores.
One of the few (possibly the only?) malls in the city. With stores in a mid-to-high price range, a movie theatre, and a grocery store all in one area it's quite a convenient shopping destination. Especially in the winter when you don't want to travel outdoors from store to store!
I will NOT be returning to this mall. I came in today just to shop, however about five minutes after entering the mall, a white security guard called me out to follow the signs that was posted on the floor. Yes, it's partially my fault for not following the signs; however, there were multiple of other individuals (non people of colour) near me who were not following the signs. The security guy didn't have to humiliate me like that in front of everyone. It's already been tough being a person of colour during these times of covid-19.
This mall has a lot of stores and an open layout. There are wide hallways and you can go through the entire mall, seeing all stores without passing through the same area twice. There is a food court with many options and that is kept clean.
The mall is spacious and clean. The parking lot is pretty huge too, to park the car.
Love the little cars for the kids - $10 is honestly a bit much though, they're only $5 at Fairview mall. Would be nice also if they accepted debit in addition to cash and credit. That aside, this mall has been my favorite for years, it's family rooms alone are amazing and it's overall the best in everyway imo.
Very big mall with a good selection of brands that cover anything from clothing to banking. Fair choices in the food court as well
Not a bad mall. Has good selection for clothing. The food court is decent, but personally, I'm not a big fan of the majority of the food places in it. I like the child animal carts, they're cool.
I have visited this place for number of times in Waterloo & liked it more than fair view mall in Kitchner. If you are looking for cheap & decent clothes then this place is must to visit. Winners in this mall is really big one and has great collection in all categories.
Love how they updated this mall. It feels very nice and spacious. Lots of great shopping. Love the food court as the have a great selection of healthy options as well as your good old fast food standbys. We come here regularily since the renovations. Nice mall to go for a little leisure shopping or a goal focused shopping trip too. Not a huge mall but certainly a nice size for the city.
Busy mall..quite big too.
Great store selection. Parking lot is under construction. Many areas shut down and not accessible. Nice food court. Very clean Public restrooms.
Nice mall with tons of options and stores. The food court is not great with many sanitation issues and poor quality. I would advise against eating here. But the bay is huge, and the new sportChek store is awesome. If you're looking for something you will probably find it here. And there's tons of parking.
Favourite mall of all time. Great Female Clothing stores including Ardene, PINK and Lululemon (my 3 faves). A newly renovated Bath & Body Works, Nice food court that has a decent amount of food options as well as a big Winners. Love the bathrooms, they are so clean and the cloth towels really are such a great idea. I come here usually once a week so I can definitely recommend. Happy Shopping
Started out as a great little mall years ago, then grew into a mid-size mall with all expected amenities and a great food court. Now, there is expansion again as a bunch more stores are set to open in what used to be the Zellers/Target building.
It has a weird layout and shape. However, once you get to know your way around it’s pretty easy to get to where you need to go. Plus, as one of the only malls in Waterloo, it does it’s job.
Mall is sparse, with many empty spots where stores used to be. Mainly containing women and children's clothing and cell phone sales booths. Contains a movie theater and a good food court (as far as mall food courts go)
I love this mall. It improves with each visit and the Management company, Cambridge Ivanhoe is pretty good. Always clean and they have neat events and contests. Parking is usually pretty easy to find.
Everything was accessable easily and was of good quality. Lots of parking space available.
Went to the Apple Store to buy the new updated remote for my 2017 Apple TV 4K streaming device. Nice to see so many more people in the store and the Conestoga Mall too since many pandemic restrictions have been lifted. Staff very accommodating and knowledgeable as I usually find at this location.
It's a good place to shop. A wide variety of stores. With the LRT getting there is easy. For a mall it's pretty good.
Went to that new shirt place and had a couple made up. Came out great, material could have been a bit more quality. But I liked it nonthe less.
Had to wait over an hour to get into Lululemon for a return but the rest of the mall was managing their lineups well.
All good ...but some brands are missing ????
The fact that this mall is staying open , especially with everything going on has been a huge disappointment for me to hear. I can’t understand how a place cares more about money than shutting a place down for a few weeks for things to settle down. I respect the stores that are inside that have closed but my overall look on this will definitely be a reason why I shop somewhere else from now on.
This mall is having everything brand you need. It has Really good food court.
Security staff in particular have been incredibly rude on multiple occasions. Won’t even let you use an outlet to charge your phone which makes travelling difficult. Would not recommend . Ridiculous protocol
Large selection of stores, great food court, ample parking and a bus terminus for the public commuter. Also hosts the (free!) city museum, which displays roughly 150 exhibits amd changes these up every few months, so every visit is new!
This mall is definately superior to Fairview Park mall but I dont really like the hussle bustle of malls. I'd rather shop second hand or from a local small business owner. You can spend a fortune here. There is a good food court and a movie theatre and a couple of upscale restaurants inside.
In general, going to this mall was a decent experience. I was not pleased as much with the young people that were walking around with masks on their mouths only, or around their necks. Saw one woman in her forties with no mask. Maybe she had a medical issue, don't know. I don't want to wear a mask either, just like the rest. But, if we are protecting each other, I'm all for it. Please wear it properly when you aren't eating or drinking around the mall. This review is based solely on the other patrons, the mall employees that I encountered were great!
Very good shopping experience in clothing and food court. Wash rooms were clean. There is a small mesume for free entry.
Very clean mall too bad no one can enjoy it properly during the covid times
clean, clear signs and well lit
Amazing place to stretch. Get a chance to walk while shopping. Wide variety of options to choose.
This mall offers a but more variety with clothing and space. You can pretty much do everything you need to here. They have a zhers, a great food court with variety and many other stores.
Huge mall with many stores. You will certainly find something you like
One of our favourite place to go for shopping. Great environment and some great stores!
Pricier than non-mall stores but mainly comparable. Apple store is so pretentious though, I have to say.
I don't love malls but aa malls go this one is pretty good. A good variety of relevant stores but not so big that its overwhelming.
Today I visited first Fairview Mall in Kitchener and then Conestoga Mall in Waterloo. There difference is night and day. Fairview was quiet and somber and dark. Not welcoming at all. Conestoga was light and busy and bustling. I won't be going back to Fairview.
Lots of parking, and good variety of retailers including a drug store, grocery store and a movie theater. Clean facility with everything you'll need.
This mall is a good mixture of stores, depending on what you're looking for. It's very clean and well maintained. Decent amount of washrooms that are well spread out, with very accommodating family washrooms for those with little ones or special needs. Food court has a few gems in there as well if you're looking for more than a sandwich or burger place. A very convenient location to shop if you take the bus often with a major bus terminal located near the main doors. Other time saving perks of this mall is the TD branch as well as a Zhers ( which is open much later than the mall itself). They have also just open the new Chapters there as well, which I took a moment to take a peek at. It's a very modern and beautiful interior, well organized from what I saw. There's other recent additions as well to the mall. This location does seem to be very heavy on jewelry stores and clothing stores geared towards younger shoppers. Good place to go however for a wide variety of needs.... to pass sometime .. and general " window " shopping.
Love the Charmed Aroma store!
Had bought a burrito to eat at the food court Saturday night and only had two bites when Paragon security came over telling me I had two minutes to eat and then to get out because the mall was closing soon. I kindly replied I would be leaving when done eating and for him to leave me alone. For the duration of my meal, Mr. Rent a cop hovered over me a few feet away while glaring at me. After becoming impatient he told a female Paragon gaurd to again tell me to leave, to which I told her again when I'm done eating. Then the three of them surrounded me in the booth before I said I would be finished in less time to finish eating then it would take them to explain a lawsuit to their boss from myself. The three Paragon staff were east Indian, I'm white, and I did feel some racism from them. I'm sure in their culture it may be fine to eat while walking, it was racist and rude of them to insist I do the same. I wont be Christmas shopping at Conestoga. No need to be in a place where the intrusive, rude and control freak out security guards have me labelled as a problem. Paragon has gaurds with a very serious attitude problem and it has cost the merchants all of my dollars that would otherwise be spent in the mall this Christmas. Best of luck Conestoga.
It's a good mall if you have to go to a mall. Good selection of shops.
Over all a really really good mall. They have all of the main name brand stores and is fairly easy to find your way around! I find they keep it very clean and staff are very kind!
Always find what I need And they follow the COVID protocol perfectly in food court
Our preferred mall to shop at.
Awesome experience at Sportschek, went in to buy one pair shoes and walked out with three! What great service and great help by the polite young salesman. Those computer for shoe sizes have to go, don't need them at that store, plus you are taking jobs away.
Easy to navigate layout, is well lit and has a nice blend of affordable stores, mid and high end stores. Is wheel chair accessible, offers free wifi, and has bus terminal right out front so it is easy to get to. Has some unique stores like: camping/outdoors (it's no MEC but is still well equipped) and Green Earth which is one of my favorite stores when looking for something different then the usual fare. Zehrs grocery is attached which is one of the best grocery chains for local fresh produce. The dining court selection is so, so (Tim Hortons, subway etc) - though they do have a nice little sushi bar with a discount section. Lots of seating, with well maintained bathrooms.
One of best malls in ontario..so many different stores..love Cozy, winnets, old navy soft moc, rocky mountain chocolate...
Good stores. The mall itself engages with customers, for example the occasional mall contests and draws. The mall is constantly improving by adding new stores and expanding. I like the filtered water station they have next to one of their bathrooms. The mall is fairly clean and washrooms are well maintained. Washrooms has the option of cloth hand towels for drying (which you use and throw in the used pile for washing), there's hand sanitizer, and lotion.
Good place to spend time and explore out many brands
Good number of stores and fair price. Good court is of decent size. My major two concerns are the overhead arrows directing to various stores are kind of confusing. A store location map at the centre of the map would be a good, also few more sitting areas around aisle are required.
Nice, clean and modern mall. I like the decorations/events they have from time to time. Big but not huge. I often don't find what I'm looking for there but I'm kind of picky.
Ample amount of parking around the whole mall with multiple entrance, kids zone , super market , drugstore and Hudson Bay and other brands available.
Best Mall I've visited so far. We are over from England and came here to see what it was like. Very impressed. Food mall was nice, had a Thai mixed chicken, loads of it and beautiful to eat.
Very busy place with so many stores to buy amazing things from. One stop for shopping ????️????
My family and I have been going to this Mall for 14 years starting when my first child was born. It became a Christmas tradition for us to travel to the mall each year to see Santa Claus regardless of distance, Santa photos were set up as a 'donation/take your own pic' situation. It really seemed this mall understood the spirit of Christmas. So this year we once again went to visit Santa and we were told by the "helpers" that we were no longer allowed to take our own photo as it appears that this year Conestoga Mall has turned Santa into a product and are hoping to make some $$$$$$ as they are now charging $12 minimum for a photo. Needless to say that the hour long trek we made was a waste of time.
I found exactly what i wanted at the Bay. Love this store
This mall is a package . Every brand under one roof . Mall is so open and beautiful
Nice looking mall, clean, sanitizing stations. Wheelchair accessible.
Tons of stores. Great atmosphere, would come back.
Very nice modern ,one level ,style mall with the regular known stores ,as well as some new ones not usually found in a suburban mall setting. Lots of parking and location is easy to find. Food court is spacious, with restaurant style seating and has a variety of food options to choose from. Washrooms are spacious and they have a"universal " washroom too. Actual hand towels can also be found in the washrooms
Nice place but lacking shops
I really like this mall it's gotten a lot bigger since I started going. The old navy and winners usually has a good plus size selection same with rickis. The food court here is really nice and I like that there is a grocery store and theatre all in one place
Winter Storm make this place more quiet to bad some stores closed. Still clean place, I like this mall.
Very enjoyable place I come here often when I'm in town. Always something to look forward to here. Something for everyone here even if your not looking for it. You can spend the whole day here shopping, eating and playing! There’s a lot to do and will be going back with my family again soon..
Did a remodel making it a bit better, still to many of the same style of stores and same products, more variety would be nice but the time of malls are dying I understand to many people going to online shopping
Was busy , but still managed to get what l was after . Most store seemed to be out of or low on stock
Meh its ok. Could be better but got lost and ended up walking around in the labrynth for 3 hours and 27 minutes. (From 1:06 to 4:33)
Awesome mall. Variety of clothing stores, food court has diverse options from oriental to western. I've already visited this place more than 5 times in 3 weeks.
Great mall. Very clean and bright. Looks newly renovated. Overhead map callouts very helpful and easy to use. The bluenotes location was a bit disappointing. The sale was deceiving and staff unaware of what was 8ncluded in their apparent STOREWIDE sale. Hudson's bay was VERY helpful! Girls found what I was looking for and ordered it online for me and ite. Will be shipped right to our home!! Thank you!
Large mall in the northern section of Waterloo, off the Contestoga Hwy. For the last several years they have done a major overhaul of this mall and I must say they did a nice job, both inside and out. It naturally has a food court with nice selections along with a Cineplex next door to the food court (you have to exit mall and walk 200 metres to the cinema). The mall has all the stores you would want from clothing, shoes, sunglasses, sports, cell phones, Apple Store, newsstand, books, tea shop, The Bay, etc., etc. My only complaint is that is geared for the 40ish and under age groups. Anything above that and good luck. I get it though as Baby-Boomers are past the shopping thing for the most part and companies need to pull in the bucks from the more shopping friendly younger crowed. For myself, I like to grab a paper and eat in the food court with maybe a wonder to around the mall for exercise. Oh, they also have a museum off the food court that looks at the history of this region, in case anyone has any interest.
Parking lot needs some work since it's hard to get into the mall. Once you are in the mall it is a nice environment.
I like this mall. It's not the best but it is fun to go to. It has a lot of good stores and a nice food court. Like I said it's not the Toronto eations center but it is a fun place to go.
From Hudson's Bay to Apple, Conestoga Mall has just what you're looking for while shopping during Christmas and other times of the year. Fairly clean, good food options, new addition to the mall is very nice with new stores and a great pretzel shop! Could use a expansion on the parking lot, as it's always packed. GTR stops there, and is easy to find directions to as it is just off the highway. A must go for people living in or visiting KW.
The Old Navy store was once a great place to go to. Buy I found that there are not much styles for older people and the clothes are somewhat boring. You cannot buy big plus sizes in the store It must be online only. But my main concerns are the employees don't check the reduce clearance section and people throw regular prices items in with the sale section. Thus those who are with vision impairment are disappointed when it's not reduced. The other concern is People keep throwing clothes on the floor making it a HUGE SAFETY ISSUE! Other parts have clothes all messed up on shelves. It feels Like we are looking for bargains at a church clothing drive rather than at a store.
A good place to hang out with friends and family during weekends sometimes. You can find almost every store for clothes, jewelry, shoes etc., as it is a mall, and movie theatre too.
Big mall that seems to be thriving while many others are struggling. Lots of stores, lots of selection.
Good food court, and I really like the fabric towels in the bathrooms, green bins, etc.. However, there are too many clothing & shoe stores, not enough useful places.
Not a very welcoming place. The otherwise wide aisles are filled with small boutique stores. The only bathrooms are in the food court. Everything is clean with little evidence of bad or criminal behaviour. A great place for meeting friends and family as the terminus for buses and LRT.
Nice mall and has changed drastically over the past decade. Now more of a fashion mall than anything else. Only go here for one or two stores and the theatre anymore. Food court is good and it is well maintained but just not a mall for me anymore.
Great local place to go shopping. Newly expanded H&M and Sephora really brings in the crowds. Food court seating is top notch, with booths for top comfort level. On top of the green game, providing towels in the washrooms.
Good mall. The usual places to shop for girls of any age but I personally feel that for guys there's stores for teens and then there's formal stores for men. Not much in between except for maybe H&M. It's a beautiful mall though. Friendly, very clean, lots of food options and there's a full Zehrs grocery store as well that's open for extended hours everyday. Pretty convenient all in all. Would've given more stars but there's a few empty store fronts that make the mall look unappealing and unwanted. Would be great to have more interesting stores too like the Disney Store (would be a huge crowd attractor) for example. The shops there now are available in Fairview too so its not very competitive. So just go to whichever mall is closer to you.
It's one of the biggest shopping mall in Kitchener-Waterloo area. It is spacious with lot's of modern shops and kiosks. The food court is spacious with plenty of tables. Those area are cleaned in every now and then. They also have the information center.
The best mall in Waterloo. While the Fairview mall in Kitchener is bigger, Conestoga Mall does come close to it. It has Cineplex, Sportchek, the Bay, many brand stores, and a large cafeteria. Generally, you can find everything that you may need within the mall kr surrounding area. The mall is clean and well maintained.
It wasa great experience, all the mall is fully decorated, you can really feel the holiday's spirit while you are walking there, the food court is quite big so you can always find a spot to eat, the washrooms were very clean too, which makes me happy, that talks very good about the mall, and guess what! Every wed esday night there is a very kind lady with therapeutic birds that you can pet , great right?
Mall has really improved its look -- it's a HUGE improvement on what it used to be. Would be great to get more stores in here, possibly ZARA (my wife is a huge fan and we have to drive to the GTA to go to that store). It would be great for the Oliver and Bonacini to be replaced with something else --- it's been sitting vacant for at least a year maybe two now. I'd recommend an Aroma cafe (they are all over Toronto) -- that would be a great addition!
This is a very nice mall with all the right kind of stores. It's always clean and pleasant here. Most of all, I can get just about everything I need in this mall as the selection of stores is just excellent. There's even a grocery store (Zehrs) attached to it.
Nice mall, top of the line stores nice layout of mall, very good and easy entry from hwy . Lots parking on site municipal SRT Line stop s at mall .
Nice big malll. Wasn't too crowded.
A pleasant mall with a variety of stores to browse, as well as a food court that follows to the Covid restrictions.
great stores & food court
Great experience ! Would have like more direction inside the mall - hard to find some stores ,but the mall is nice and has lots of stores and options. I like the fact that it has a grocery store as well !
Security guard very rude, power tripping, it is incidents like this that make me want to stay away.
At the food court I had to go all the way around to use the washroom then around again to get the food. If you had the foot traffic go the opposite way it would alleviate the problem.
Love the new renovations that they've done. It's nice to see the old Target space being used again and that they have some different stores that aren't in the other malls.
The parking lot is absolute hell. However, the mall itself has good stores and a good layout. Expect to spend some money at this mall though, tends to be more classy stores.
Best shopping mall in the tri-cities area. Was there yesterday and they are expanding! I can't wait to see what stores will be new, the signs says 20 new stores will be added. Love this mall. It is always clean and has lots of good stores. And as a side note, there is a really lovely nursing room for nursing mothers!
The mall's got a good amount of stores. I had an amazing time shopping here, would definitely recommend.
Arrived at 11 am in the mall and a staff member said it didn't open til noon. Only the bay opened at 11 and had to enter from outside. Went around to Bay entrance only to find out mall entrance was open at 11 as well.
Love this mall, always clean with friendly staff. Wonderful place to take the kids as they have a big family washroom and a place to nurse with a place for older (toddlers) to hang well doing so.
Conestoga Mall is the BEST as everything needed is here! Within close walking distance for a lady in her late seventies!
Great mall, lots of selection for stores, needs more options in the food court, there's like 3 Greek places...
Nice mall with lot of shopping places. Sometimes gets very busy.
All of the people that work at Conestogo Mall are doing great to make sure that their customers are safe and are also able to get what they need.
Visited the Walmart to pick up some quick stuff. The mall was open and relatively quiet.
One of the best malls in the KWC area. Easily accessible by car and buses/ LRT. Great variety of stores. Spacious interior, and now extra clean with touchless hand sanitizing stations at every entrance. Gets busy during the weekend and totally packed during Christmas season. I have been visiting this mall for the last ten years and it is ever evolving to serve customers and their changing needs.
I used to go to this mall fairly often, but I won't be going back anytime soon. Why? Two huge reasons. First, way too many boutiques. A lot of the stores are trendy fashion stores, that to be honest, are just waytoo pricey for me. Second, If you desperately need to see a store that sells cell phones or cell phone accessories every thirty feet, then you will right at home here. I kinda lost count. It was nauseating. Stores AND kiosks. I was trying to buy a Lego set for a little girl. In this mall, you're outta luck. Interesting approach in farm country.
One of my favourite malls. Offers just the right amount of stores and a good variety in the food court. Easy to get around. Lots of parking.
I do not really like this mall as their customer service not really nice with shoppers when it comes with asking questions. Also, many times I got lost in the mall and I asked their security guards about the directions and none of them know anything. They really need to get training on where each store is located inside the mall.
Lots of terrible food, lots of great shops, to the only apple store in the area, i think this should be one of the top 10 malls in Ontario. (By the way the food is just my opinion, I don't like fast food).
Nice clean washrooms which is important for you and the little ones. Every store a person may need for amazing shopping!
Great selection of stores and not too busy like in Toronto…
Worked here at conestoga mall for 10 years - always something new to see and constantly changing to accommodate their guests. They hold a ton of family friendly events and workshops at this mall and on weekends there is always something going on. This mall is always super clean, well kept, has bright lighting and makes for a more enjoyable shopping experience. It’s definitely the best mall in the KW area.
We have been going out to the mall again in the afternoon for tea and a walk. I have been very disappointed about your cleaning staff in the food court. We had to go to 4 tables before we could find a clean one. I looked everywhere for a cleaning person and could not find one. I have also seen some people not wearing masks when they leave the food court. It is very disheartening and I hope things get better or we will not be coming back. I just wish everyone would follow the protocols that are in place, but I guess that is too much to ask for." Very disappointed "
New to the region and love this mall. The closes thing to the Eaton Center in Toronto. Clean, well lit, more than ample parking. Love it.
A smaller mall overall but pretty good for kitchener
I found it to be very pleasant for a single level mall. It's quite diverse
People drive to fast in parking lot very DANGEROUS N PEOPLE DON'T STOP AT THE STOP SIGNS EITHER AGAIN DANGEROUS OTHERWISE STORE IS GOOD
Standard shopping mall. There is a galaxy cinema right next to the food court, but you can't enter from inside the mall. There are many fast food choices, including some healthy options. There are several wireless kiosks (wireless wave, Fido, etc) and a Rogers store to name a few. The Zehrs is accessible from the mall. The great thing about this mall is that there's ample parking the whole way around. Hats off to whoever designed the parking lots. Great job!
Went for my granddaughter birthday gifts, and find out nice and organized. Good job guys!
Love coming to this mall since it's much nicer than Stone Road Mall. There's a decent selection of high quality brand name stores too. They also have Mr. Pretzel which is missing in Guelph so that's a bonus.
This mall has gone through many changes over the years. Today it is a bright clean vibrant mall. The interior was remodeling and updated a few years ago, and recently the space used by Target was changed into smaller retail spaces. The exterior has been updated continuously to keep the looks current and welcoming. It is also the end of the LRT so is easy to get to. A well managed and maintained mall.
As far as malls go, it is okay. The food court selection is good, the store selection is average. Hopefully they fill the old Zellers space with something interesting and sustainable this time !
Lots of dtored closing. Sad to see. Very clesn People polite. Job searching wad difficult in person, not accepting Food court great. Job searching on line. Thx for experience.
Great mall, always head here to hang out with friends(when I have spare time) or if I ever need to go shopping. Never had a problem with the mall and always left with a lot more than I came for and most probably a pretzel. a lot of different shops for anything you need.
I like this mall. It is great. It has a lot of offers, it is not that crowded and it is the best mall in the city. It has a lot of stores and they are organized pretty well. The mall is pretty clean and organized.
Mall itself is really nice and has lots of green initatives. They have composting and recycling and the washrooms have cloths to dry your hands and then washes them. They also have private nursing rooms if desired.
Nice . There are lots of shop.
This mall has been around forever. It's renovated since my high school days when I'd skip class to go there but since the addidition the layout doesn't make sense. Some section circle around while other are dead ends.
Nice mall, it contain most of the high quality brand names
Large clean walkways. Decals on floor explicitly say which way to walk. Stores are clean and washrooms are always immaculate.
Great . I mean some lines for the more popular stores But they move fast . Otherwise .everything is open .
A nice shopping centre, large with a multitude of shops (although several of these are typically empty at any given point in time). A spacious food court with the standard options from Tim Hortons to a couple greek fast food places. It currently lacks a department store which seems atypical for being one of the primary malls of the region, but the new wing is supposedly bringing in numerous smaller stores to compensate.
One of the best malls in the area. Conestoga Mall is a bright, clean, modern facility for window shopping, casual shopping, or last minute gift shopping. There are lots of options and store varieties. The store is kept clean and tidy and they are always looking for ways to improve and make our shopping experience better.
Always an enjoyable time shopping here. Well maintained mall by cleaning staff. Excellent assortment of stores supported by Hudson Bay and Walmart.
Always my go to mall. It's calm and peaceful
Always my go to mall. It's calm and peaceful
Really enjoy going to this mall. Alot of places to see and everything you need regarding presents and even a grocery store in the mall.
Fair Weather has amazing winter jacket deals! Winners was also very cheap for good quality items! Overall satisfied, although they were no selection for Halloween costumes. Maybe a Spirit Halloween would be a good investment in the years to come? -GC
It was well placed out with signs and ways around covid just nobody enforced any rules so I basically was getting walked into , due to ignorant people
Great selection of stores whether you're buying or just window shopping. Excellent food court with plenty of fast-food franchises and a spacious seating (dining) area. Great place to bring family. There's also a cinema that's conveniently located behind the mall.
I hadnt been to this mall in at least 10 years but I was happy to see that it had been very well maintained, has a lot of new shops with a bunch more opening soon in the old KMart / Zellers / Target area.
Lots of good, lots of filler. Not All stores appeal to All people which is in keeping with the concept of a mall. Good mall with plenty variety for everyone.
Very nice mall. All the stores you could want, save for a Disney Store. Very well marked, parking lot was plentiful, and staff respectful.
It's a decent mall. Enough stores for your basic needs. But nothing special. Movie theater is close so that's a huge plus.
Decent atmosphere and layout. I'm not a huge mall fan but this one never seem quite so bad. Includes grocery store and movie theater too.
It's a nice mall.
Great food court, but the mall is obviously stugling to keep its stores filled. Rents are just to high to attract the kind of stores that appeal to the university crowds.
This is a shopping mall. It has many other store located indoors. Take some time to explore the mall and see if any of the stored can help you find what your looking for. It will not be like the movies, you probabaly will not find love, but only way to find out for sure is to do some shopping.
Good mall. Has changed a lot.
It's a standard mall, no complaints, no compliments
Great Mall, plenty of stores to visit. Haven't been here in awhile so it was a whole new experience. It was a very enjoyable day going in and out of the shops. The service from all the different staff members from each store was friendly and helpful. Thank Conestoga Mall we will be back soon.
My daughter loves that caramel apple .fast service
Way better than stone road mall.
Well laid out mall, excellent Guest Services make you feel welcome. The Hudson's Bay, a full service Zehrs and Winners as anchor stores, coupled with a variety of fashion, jewellery, and specialty stores are rounded out with a spacious food court and Galaxy cinemas for your entertainment.
Clean, safely set up to manage covid-19 protocols. A great variety of stores and services.
Conestoga Mall has become quite the destination in the last five years. It now has a lot of the most popular chains (Sephora, Pandora, Old Navy, Bench, Roots, Winners, Aritzia, American Eagle) and its anchor store is The Bay. There is also a Zehrs that you can access from inside the mall, during mall hours, and then from the parking lot after the mall is closed. Very shortly, an Indigo, with a Starbucks will be opening as well. Oh, and the food court options are amazing! Sushi, Thai, Greek, fresh baked pretzels - you will find something you like!
Great mall with lots of parking, nice layout, and it’s really clean!
Great mall, great selection of items at good prices. However, this mall lacks many stores which would make it an amazing mall. The addition of stores would allow for one to get everything done in this mall only instead to visiting many in the area just to get some shopping done.
A great place to spend spare time and shop around in the city. It's a vibe.
Probably one of the largest and best malls in the tri-city. Lots of different shops here. At times, it can get a little busy here but overall a great shopping mall
Free parking. Great variety, numerous stores. Good food court with lots of options. Clean modern bathrooms. Movie theater in the mall.
Very nice mall. Lots of stores to choose from. Nice and bright. Very clean.
A nice mall. The food court could use more options, especially better beverage and/or healthy eating options. Above average selection of stores, but still lacking in some areas.
This mall is a great spot to spend the afternoon and it continues to grow into a better spot. It would be nice to get a lush and another store that is a little more budget friendly like Sirens back. But, love all the new stores they continue to add- the largest shoppers drugmart in Canada is there. Zerhs being attached makes it an easy one stop shop.
This place is really great but can get very busy on weekends and some summer nights.
A great place to buy anything. Great location. Lots of parking available. An ideal place to shop during festive seasons like Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years, Thanksgiving, etc.
It is very nice mall. The wadhrooms are clean . They have reusable towrls neetly folded in the washrooms. You can use them and put them through the chute down. They will wash and bring them nack. Good for the environment! The foodcouet is also nicely kept. Love thr overall experience
If there has one chinese supper store like T&T ,That will be great!
Decent selection of stores. Good layout. It's better than Fairview and Cambridge Center as malls go since it's renovations.
My one nd only spot to go for shopping ????????
One of the biggest mall at Ontario. Reasonable price and quality goods are available.
I’ve lost 2 NOBIS padding jumpers of my children in the mall. I put them on the chair in front of H&M and it disappeared in 20 minutes. If they are stolen, it would be very serious.
Good shopping mall according to standards of Watetloo. You can find brands like H and M, Hudson Bay e.t.c. CONC bank has a branch outside connestoga mall. Best thing about the mall is connectivity. Buses from every corner of the city comes to Connestoga. There is a small bus terminal at the Mall. Beside the mall there is the Galaxy cinema.
Nice mall with wide variety not that many shops
