With the pandemic, there's still quite a decent amount of customers that come and go inside this iconic tourist destination/mall in downtown Toronto. Conveniently, this mall spans two subway entrances like Dundas Station for the north side and the Queen Station for the south side of the mall. The mall is fairly clean and organized. There's always security roaming around the mall among the five levels of the mall (including Urban Eatery). There are six anchoring stores with some pop-up stores as well. With over 200+ stores and services, it's a great one-stop-shop location for shopping and food. Ensure you have your proof of vaccination if you want to eat inside the Urban Eatery (food court). In the wintertime, they have the big Christmas Tree located in the middle of the mall that spans the height of four levels of mall. They also have their big lit up deers scattered in the mall as well. On the northwest side of the mall, it connects to Trinity Square which occasionally hosts winter lights as well.

Love the mall

Matthew C

The Eaton Centre is a large mall with a vast selection of stores. You can find all the popular name-brand stores selling electronics, clothing, etc. The food court on the lowest level has a pretty good selection of multicultural cuisine. …

2022.02.02 My return to the mall after one year 3 months away. Great to shop at this location.

House of Michelle

a nice mall with many nice stores. Easy to find parkings nearby.

Matt

Good range of stores and the screens around the centre give you routes to the stores you're looking for. Food court has a nice range of options too.

Lynda Pollice

The Christmas tree and decorations were wonderful. The live dj was also a nice touch

chase cohen

my best friend. who also say no word. did the washroom here. left with poo in toilet. very disagreement. sadness ensued. nhordstrom on other hand. very lovely! enjoyed help administered from staff!

Sinthia Nusrat Jahan

Best decor in Christmas...all in one place!

Spiral Tote

Huge mall and super busy; even on Happy Family Day!!

Wendy A. Joseph

Has everything you need in a mall. Great stores to shop, good prices.

EllyO

The only mall in dt Toronto. Very traditional place for shopping and fast food. It is always decorated in the same way during the Christmas, but it's nice.

Patricia Dub

The first Mall that I visited when I came to Toronto, 25 years ago. With the best stores and a stunning architecture, Eaton's Centre never disappoints. The tradicional Christmas tree and decorations are awesome, as usual. A must have to go during the Holidays season and get something special for anybody in the family and friends.

Joey F (J)

Along with yorkdale, this is the best mall in Toronto. It has a bit of everything, and the food court is great.

Geoff Oleszkowicz

Went the the day after boxing day and they were very busy. The supposed deals were just items marked up to mark down. We were hungry and wanted a quick bite to eat and it took us 20 Min to fight for a table and another 10 Min to get 4 chairs. The mall was well decorated and I did feel the holiday spirit with some amazing decorations. The best part of my visit to the Eaton Centre was that my wife didn't buy anything since they were so busy. Would not go again but was good exercise walking from one side to the other.

Monica Trejo

Super busy! But amazing Christmas ???? tree and decorations. It definitely worth to go take a walk to see it.

Angel Abundia

Great mall to visit and shopping but I give just 2 stars because the security is very lousy. There was a lady who just stole few clothes and a handbag, we saw and my husband immediately went to the security and show him the person running and ask him to catch her but the security guard just can't be bothered. Very unprofessional. I'm surprised to see how come this person become security, where they got their training, did they sit for the ministry exam or even training, there is NO awareness or even any action to be taken. He just stands like a ROBOT. There is no safety for the public. ????????

Erwin Sniedzins

It's good to see the Eaton's name still around. The T. Eaton company was founded in 1869. Once a retailer power house across Canada that devolved into the real estate market

Niluxy KS (Galaxy)

It was really nice. They had lovely decorations and lights on. I went with my family for before Christmas. Most of the stores were closed but the mall was open. So, we enjoyed there and we also some took pictures. Thank you:)

Rebecca Iverson

Great mall! Tends to be really busy! Has all the stores you’d probably need. Great food court.

Anita Windisman

THE mall to visit in downtown Toronto which is the middle of everything. If you are a visitor to our lovely city, and need ideas for quality souvenirs, visit the Roots store for clothing and accessories. Love their casual t-shirts and …

Chirag Makkar

Eaton centre is a huge mall with a variety of brands from low range to high end. It’s infrastructure is really good and their Christmas decoration is always beautiful. A very good place for shopping in the city of Toronto.

Cindy Fung

Clean and many nice stores opened. Feel safe as there’s security and police walking around.

Ashlyn

Lots of stores. Kept very clean. Could spend hours or even all day shopping depending on how many stores you actually want to go into. Not an outlet, so we didn’t expect overly great sales, but we’re happy with the variety of stores we don’t have near where we live. Lots of informational booths for if you’re lost or looking for something in particular. Only complaint really is that it was hard to find washrooms. Seem pretty limited for the crowd of people that shop here.

Neil Fernandes

Multi-level mall with three Office towers attached to it. The mall stretches from Queen St on the south side to Dundas St on the north and between Yonge St on the east and Bay St on the west. All major brand names from clothing to electronics. HUGE food court with lots of different cuisines. This is the place to be at Christmas to see the decor and lighting. A happening place for university and college kids. The mall can be extremely crowded during summer and Christmas. Anchor tenants are Nordstrom, Chapters Indigo and Hudson's Bay. The mall now also owns the building that the Bay is in. The Eaton Centre is a landmark in the City of Toronto.

P.

Fun shopping. Huge. Multi levels. The Face Shop is in there! Nice food court. Tons of stores on numerous levels & then more across the street. It can take you all day to shop in there & across the street.

Love

Beautiful architecture, gorgeous luxurious multi level Mall in Toronto downtown, excellent location to reach by subway or car. Giant, classy Mall has everything your heart desires. Very nice ambiance and atmosphere. Many brand name designers, chic, modern, unique, sophisticated stores sell almost everything imaginable in retail. Shopping paradise. Gorgeous displays are so inviting. Excellent food court, wide selection of international food presents Canadian multiculturalism at its best. Definitely worth visiting to treat yourself to very nice fashionable clothing, beautiful shoes and what ever makes you happy. Once on a while we deserve to treat ourselves with uplifting and ultimate shopping to experience luxury at its best at Crown Jewel of T❤️ronto retail. We can’t buy happiness but we can shop at Eaton’s and that’s pretty close ...10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mark Pointon

Security needs to be stepped up big time. This mall does not feel safe to shop in at anytime of the day or night. I avoid

Fernando Torres

It's a nice spot, a bit busy but you can find most of the main stores in here. You can spend good time here by yourself if you like clothing or technology, and among friends and family you also find lots to do. It's perfect to visit by public transportation, they have entrances directly from the metro's stops and it's probably more convenient. You can get in your own car of course and they have many levels for parking, but I can be a bit pricy and you need to watch what level you parked otherwise you'll spend good time looking for your vehicle. To make it to the parking entrance is also a bit of work because it's a busy street and you can enter using one only way. The food court also offers good choices, from the typical MacDonald's too Thai food and some more good options, the dining area is good and the chairs and tables are confortable.

Jonathan Z.

A fancy mall with many levels. Really nice decorations, specially for Christmas time. Not all the stores are super expensive, so they have a balance there.

kishu sagar

Highly recommended. One of the superb malls in downtown Toronto. Must visit place if you want to shop. Wide variety of brands to choose, great place to eat and hangout. Very well connected

murathan biliktü

It’s an alright mall, it has most of the big brands you would need. If it was more spacious I would’ve liked it more tbh

Jennifer Kelly

Always a pleasure to Stroll around the Eaton center. Shops for everyone. decent food court and excellent department stores.

Ella Pettit

VERY big mall with a large variety of shops! There are a lot of good clothing stores for all ages/sizes, along with lots of food and drink choices and other cool shops to check out. The eating area has lots of seating and is cleaned regularly. You could easily spend a day wandering through and checking out all that this place has to offer.

Christopher Tyler

They have found way to good way to segregate by disposable income. I guess that's good. most "Flagship" stores are fairly small. Good location if you live downtown, parking and access is ridiculously expensive.

Munira Doctor

Visited Eaton centre after years. Loved the christmas decorations and the Tree was breathtaking. Clean and well kept. Lots of stores.

Anders Ross

Toronto's first world class retail mall. Management where smart to add Danish Pastry House to the Eaton Center Food Landscape. Urban Marketz is the coolest addition to the Eaton Center ever. You can customize your own apparel with your own media/images.

Mo H

I’ve visited Easton Center last weekend, they took very good care of social distancing. Lost of signs and blockers. Be safe.

Gary Adduono

Very busy for Black Friday weekend. Food court was a little messy and staff couldn’t keep up with cleaning. Stores and experience were good.

christa pinder

Great mall. Loves shopping here. Though my favourite fast place is no more

E - Coli

last time i went, the fire alarm started going off and staff made no effort to evacuate anyone or clarify what was going on/where it was set off. i feel like it should be evacuate customers and staff first, and investigate later.

Kevin Brace

Love this mall! The maps are helpful because no matter how many times I go I don't remember where stores I'm looking for are.

Soph

A cathedral to capitalism, it's by far and away one of the nicest malls in the area with plenty of multi-floor shops and stores, as well as a huge cafeteria. If you're going shopping, this is definitely a great option with lots of transit connections!

Fay Carretta

I love the eaton centre and I really appreciate the safety measures they have taken due to the pandemic. I noticed that some stores like Hot Topic have changed their layout to make it more spread out which also made it more accessible for wheelchair users, so win-win!

Ansham Kumar

The best place in entire GTA region. If one has not visited this place, I don’t think he had enjoyed the beauty of Toronto.

Ashley Tapp

Great mall to visit and the go to place when the city is closed and it's winter and no where else to go inside so you just go to the mall and walk up and down forever until you feel like going home and being alone again

Nicholas Leveille

Nice malls with lots of stores. Downsides include no free parking/lack of expensive paid parking and homeless people eating out of the garbages, especially on the South side.

L A

Had a nice stroll with mom. This place brings back so many memories. Can't wait for the pandemic to be over. At the time I was there, part of the front door was closed due to construction. Great experience non the less. Many of my favorite stores are there ????

Fahad Ahmed

Worst mall in Toronto, dont ever visit . Its not safe as it was before its in area full of druggists, not good for families with kids . You find druggists locked up in washrooms ???? sitting for hours , the washrooms are so dirty . Food court is dangerous some times as there was shooting once

Gabs S

Way too busy on weekends, but you will find everything here. Location is perfect. Food court slaps too.

Alexandre Gareau

Great store selection but over layout of the mall can be tricky to navigate. Parts of the mall remain outdated despite recent refresh.

Mike “Venom Ninja” Hilario

I love the Toronto atmosphere that the Eaton Centre provides. There's so many shops both inside and out. So many places to visit and see. There's even a splash pad park just outside on the main intersection. There's fountains and art work all throughout the inside. Beautiful place to visit all year round!

Razi ur Rahman

Although being at the central place of a major metropolis of the world counts and having worlds leading brands under one roof matters, the factors that make Eaton Centre chic is the thought and effort that has gone into its designing and planning. The building is designed keeping in mind the needs of visitors of all kinds. One feels at home at this place. Shopping here or just spending time is an experience that one longs to have again and again.

JR

I enjoyed the place.

Nikos Giachoudis

There is not much to say you can go there for anything. The stores are very nice and you can pass time walking in the mall, it's beautiful.

Jerome Mitchell

This modern mall hosts a large selection of stores to choose from, along with a big food court, the food court offers a good selection of cuisines to choose from. The atmosphere itself is spacious, clean and offers a variety of modern facilities to find the store you're looking for with ease, such as touch screen monitors. There are staff patrolling around the mall if you there are stores you're uncertain of finding. Definitely a must visit around Christmas time, the tree is one of the biggest displays around the world.

Hassan Awan

Buy everything! :) one stop mall for tourists and locals. Garments, grocery, shoes, food and anything you need can be found in the mall.

Joshua Fung

Pretty nice mall with good selection, but not a extraordinary mall in comparison to the rest. The food court was sectioned off and requires vaccination check which was nice.

Sheela Rao

The most legendary shopping centre of Toronto. I liked the vibe of EATON centre and food court. Finally to be able to go and that lots new stores and collections.

Yash Gandhi

Yeah good place for spending time. This mall has around hundreds of brands in it. As it is located in downtown, Toronto makes it a busiest place whole day. This mall is surrounded by lots of corporate offices and big institutes. It's just walking distance from Ryerson University and University of Toronto. This place also has lots of food options for hungry people. Always filled with young and energetic people. This building has been wonderful architecture with a fountain inside it, makes it more fresh. It has shops starting from kids to adults and from clothes to toys everything. One should definitely visit.

Shawn Power

It was nice to go back to the Eaton Center after 20 years. Wasn't impressed as i though i was going to be but with COVID-19 protocols, i was able to take it all in. NO Real Complaints other than maybe the food court kind of sucked in real selection. it seemed like a lot of the same things and not like other big malls with absolutely amazing selections, like Scarborough Town Center, I Was Impressed with. Anyways, it was nice to see so much change in the area, did not really feel much different in EC.

James Borland

The Toronto Eaton Centre is a high end mall located in the centre of Toronto's Downtown Entertainment District. It is divided into four levels, with the lowest underground floor providing a food court with a wide multicultural variety of fast food venues. Please note that this floor can get very busy during lunch time, so plan ahead and be patient. The first floor provides visitors with middle end stores such as Eddie Bowers, Old Navy, Hot Topic and the Microsoft Store. The second floor provides middle high end stores such as Rockport and Jack Jones. The top floor provides guests with high end stores such as Apple, Harry Rosen, Kate Spade, as well as access to Indigo Books. With access from the street and TTC Subway it a considered one of North America's busiest malls. Its Yonge and Dundas Street entrance is a haven for activity with buskers and protesters, that change on a daily basis. Definitely a place for people to visit when in Downtown Toronto.

PoePerez

There’s just so much variety here that you could spend hours looking. You’ll probably find something nice in here like a jacket and you’ll likely try it on a few dozen times. You’ll probably seek approval from friends or family by sending them pictures from inside the changing room. After 30 minutes of annoying everyone in your life and hogging up a change room you’ll finally make that purchase! Unfortunately the next store you enter you’ll probably find a nicer jacket and bash your head against the wall out of pure frustration

Hanna Jean

Eaton Centre really blew my mind with how much there was to explore! Spent 3 days in Toronto and visited the mall several times and still felt there was more to see. Didnt discover the main food court until late into the trip. Definitely worth a a visit. A lot if unique store from eye glasses and apparel to books and toys!

Madison P

Great mall with tons of stores. Lots of variety ranging from big-ticket and luxury to more affordable items. There is an adequate quantity of public restrooms but many of them were not accessible. Parking is extremely expensive at 20$ for less than 2 hours but it is easily accessible by public transit.

Musaveer Ahmed Mohammed

One of the most iconic and diversified place in the city. You can literally see people from all over the world under the roof of this one shopping mall. I really enjoyed a lot spending time here. Hope you will enjoy too folks.

Katelyn Lee

Eaton Centre is a very big mall full of many stores and a huge food court. The service in all the stores and fast food places are very good and continuously show their enthusiasm throughout the entire day! If I could I would donate $100 tip for every single worker at Eaton Centre. The reason why I rate this place with 4 stars is because it is hard to get to the washrooms since they are placed closer to the ends of the mall. There isn’t a washroom accessible in the center areas of the mall. Overall, this is the best mall in Toronto that I have been to!

johnny five

Not as busy as I thought it would be. Big props to security here helping out shoppers safe and even some directions to help make me find what I needed!

Elliot Schembri

Amazing restaurants and shops. Went to this one pizza place and the pizza was delicious and they had really good deals and service was very friendly. The mall is very clean and I love how they decorated for the Christmas season.

Maize Blanchard

It is a place that I have gone to for years it in the heart of the city of Toronto with all the high end shops, but you can find something to buy from any of the many stores there. It also as a church where the memorial of the homeless is remembered , it is close to all transit systems. Please if you ever visit my beautiful city pay this place a visit . With its food court where you can find the best of the world food, yesterday I was there for my birthday gift and had lunch at the Korean restaurant I had the Salmon lunch is was good and all under 20$ it is open all day so you and your family can shop and eat . One of my favorite shopping malls in Toronto

Urmi Patel

Amazing place to visit .. enjoy food nd shopping at a one time.... owsome decoration nd perfect place for shopping

Soumita Banerjee

Wonderful Christmas decorations. It was crowded but there were enough security staff.

Vivek Sharma

A must visit place.. preferred time of visit is evening..

Manju Shankar

Due to covid restriction the mall has limited entry only for curbside pickup. But the good thing here is different stores have different entry & exit, which makes the mall less crowded. Not to forget this place has both local brands & designers.

Lakienya Frett

This was basically our hangout during our stay in Toronto. This "mall" has pretty much everything. Great shopping. Fine dining. Conveniently located.

Bruno Dirksen Orlandi

Eaton Centre has the perfect location. It congregates multiple stores (from reasonably prices to high end retail) and restaurants. It is accessible to anyone downtown, quite easily by subway, buses or uber, I haven’t seen any parking though. It is also an excellent option for extremely cold days since it is connected underground. It was quite sad to see beggars walking around the place, mostly elderly people. I was somewhat shocked, since I hadn’t expected that in Canada. In general, the experience was positive.

Magali Nieto

I like to visit the stores, it is a clean place, you can find a variety of offers, ????????????????????????????????????????

Daniel Jean-Baptiste

I love this building, in the 80s I was part of an art team who painted a 40' Japanese samurai on silk which hung in the arched foyer.

marya a

This mall is OG they always have everything you need, its never to crazy busy either depending on what day you go. They definitely have a very large variety of shops for literally anything and everything

Jainil Raja

Best place to enjoy and shop

Larry Aucoin

We enjoyed our day in toronto Alot of designer store names im not familiar with. Had alot of fun just checking out the scene I enjoy all the action in a busy city

Heather Saxton

This place is massive, unlike any mall I have ever been to. I'm not into shopping much, but the sights to see alone were worth walking through.

Kaf Danku

Looks like all stores are open now … I love shopping here, right down town next to almost every tourist place around here plus it has most high earn stores

Manal Hussin

It is a beautiful place for tourists. It has international and local brands, and on the ground floor there is an entire floor with restaurants. There is no cinema, only one cafe you can sit in and it is always busy

Naser Vakili

Here is most visited shopping centre in all around Canada, just because its located at the heart of Toronto and at the beautiful intersection of Yonge and Dundas. There are some other shopping centres in Toronto with more variety of brands and more stylish.

Caleb Chung

Swag money uhhhh I got money uhhhhhh sometime people call me the one-by-one mannnn uhhhh o h yahhhhhb. I bought a booster juice from here once and the attwndee called me ugly. Not awesome, not cool I did not appreciate the negative comments and the juice was all warm and gooey.

Steve Rudman

Great place clean very organized. Food court too small. Not many places to sit and eat. Other than that great location lots of stores all access. Parking inside. Lots of security. Comfortable safe atmosphere.

Michael Marwa

Big, luxirous, iconic, beautiful and a true landmark for Toronto. The mall is easy to reach from all corners of Toronto and Missasigaus. The mall is huge and has everything that you will need both cheap and expensive. I loved the food courts which serves all cuisines from all over the world. The mall is well marked for those who will get lost in this big big mall. Best place to have pictures as souvenirs.

Keven Menager

As expected, crowded AF. Great food court; rows and rows of clothing stores, and the usual line-up to get into the Apple store. Best suited for millenials who need yet another pair of tights, shoes, jeans, and another pair of shoes just in case.

E Y

One of the best mall, Nice and Clean, Variety of retail stores.

Don Joseph

How the times have changed, As soon I got to Dundas station all i seen was police running through the station guns drawn. Downtown Toronto has changed too much, don't miss it one bit. But the Shopping mall itself was still nice to be to shop.

Imad Hanna

It’s good mall to shop and to eat there

DurgaVara Prasad Bali

The best and busiest mall in Toronto downtown. Heart of Toronto Eaton Centre connects both the Nathan Philips Square (City Hall) and Dundas Square. One can spend time just by window shopping and watching the bustling city life. This mall lies between Dundas Square and City Hall popular for lot of activities like food festivals. Must visit place in Toronto. Subway stations Dundas and Queen stations connect this mall on line 1

Elizabeth Brown

I attended a event for the charity I work for. The location was easy to find. However I found the elevators slow moving and a bit confusing. Parking was a challenge as well and it was only 10am. The mall is large and had a good selection of stores.

Ajinkya Phatak

Great place for all your shopping deals. Worth a visit. Do go with lot of time in your hands.

Rithul Raphel

If you need to shop or be among the crowd, this is the place to be. Extremely vibrant once sun is down and pretty active. Depending on your priorities, you will need to get down at Dundas or Queen subways station, or you would rather just walk. Loads of options to shop. Food court is fine too. People being responsible has paid off and following the rules has made it much safer.

J Hunt

The place is huge, insanely huge. The complex has 3 shopping levels, and there is so many people shopping and passing through. You would think this place is a mini city. So many stores are here that it's impossible to list. If you have the time you have to check it out.

Aditya Veer

The most amazing mall/megamall in Toronto (or Canada). Have plenty of options to shop and eat, and its well connected to the Financial District and public transport options.

henry Kang

Beautiful shopping mall. But not impressed food area. Recommend food outside and enjoy shopping.

Salvador Escobedo Salas

Eaton Center is a very good mall to spend time and your money too. You will find anything you are looking for; electronics, clothing, beauty supplies, food and more. The most iconic and exclusive brands are available. However, there are brands for more affordable budgets. Thus, if you are in Toronto, definitely you have to visit one of the largest mall of the city and Ontario.

William Bernard

Great shopping mall in downtown Toronto. Facilities such as bathroom are clean despite strong affluence. The mall is very very big but people and electronic maps are there to help navigate through the hundreds of stores. During hot Canadian summer, the Eaton center is perfect to cool off thanks to some very needed A/C. On top of all that, it also is a beautiful building and the central arcade is gigantic! Almost church looking. A metaphor for the temple of shopping maybe?

jeffey markus

The go to place to get anything from fashion to food. It is located right next to Dundas square and at the heart of down town. Eaton center is accessible from the Dundas subway.

Andy B

Large mall spread out over 3 floors, food court is at the basement level offering a variety of food. The mall is modern and clean. There is a good variety of shops. The staff we spoke to are all friendly and helpful.

Charina Clase

I was there, I really like it. Eaton Centre is very elegant and comfortable, you can eat there inside. You can find different kind of stores..

Nowmy S

A great mall to visit, but parking is definitely an issue if you don’t live within walking distance.

Rami Sarieddine

Dirty, dark and badly lit. Claustrophobic with bad signage. Looks and feels old. Badly needs renovation. The shops do a good job at keeping the mall alive. It's a shame to have such a facility in the heart of the largest cities in Canada. The did court is claustrophobic and dark and dirty.

T s

This is probably the biggest mall ever! It's multi level, and underground area connecting 3 stations. Good variety of brands covering the high end labels to the affordable, everyday ones. Don't forget to eat.

Valérie Ouellet

Crowded but it is still worth it, clean place, very well designed, you will find everything you need there since they have almost every store you could think of.

Jonathan Mark

If you're just visiting Toronto and want to go shopping, this is the place. Biggest mall in Toronto with all all stores you could want. Good food court on lowest level. Be prepared to do some walking though, as it is quite large.

Ruel Tria

Very accessible by subway transit system... almost all brands are available in this mall... however, the food court needs to have more choices and seating capacity should be improved as well.. it’s very hard to find a seat after getting your meal specially if your in a rush going back to your office... I like the fact the this mall has a lot of access in every direction.. you can also access it through the PATH...

Pranav Mohite

Best mall to visit just on the dundas st east subways. Good vibes.

cristy caplan

Great mall if you need a large variety of stores. Quite large so you can spend hours waking around.

Osama Daoud

No benches to rest on after walking and shopping. Very uncomfortable. I had to go down to overcrowded food court to sit and rest. I know that this was due to social distance rules but they should have done something to allow shoppers to rest.

Elias Degasperi

It is a great mall, I was wondering to have more places to sit down

Peace B

Huge mall.I guess thus is one of thd biggest malls in Toronto. We could only cover a portion of the mall since it was around Christmas. There were amazing deals going on at the time and the place jam packed with people.Any store we went took us atleast an hour to get to the billing . There are branded stores, food places, grocery store, entertainment section etc literally anything one can think of.We had great time at the mall it was our first time so it was even more exciting.Christmas decor was beautiful an very well lit.

Glen E. Grant

Great city Centre shopping mecca located at one of the most important and well known areas. This vast multi level mall offers you so much shopping experience that it's hard for anyone not to find what you need in here. Connection to the TTC subway line 1 or street cars makes it easy for everyone to get to. Food court and washrooms are currently open and accessible. Protocols in place during these times as well with lots of security details to keep people in check.

Joseph Aron

This is and iconic Mall in downtown Toronto. They have done many Renovations over the years and I would consider this to be a world-class location as far as a shopping experience goes. There is a diverse collection of merchandise that will appeal that any persons of all walks of life. I would strongly encourage anyone visiting downtown Toronto to put this on their to-do list.

Amrinder Bhullar

Great mall in the heart of downtown. It has so many new stores those are recently opened and more are on its way. Also features a large dining area consisting of a lot of restaurants. Christmas decoration is always fun to watch every year. This year there was a decoration outside the trinity square entrance as well. It looked so nice!! Definitely a must place to go if you’re new to downtown.

paul o

It wasn't crowded today. Covid rules are still in place - the food court is open but there is nowhere to eat - security told me to eat my food outside in bonechilling cold. Absurb!

Zara. F

Very nice, wide variety of stores and good environment. There were a few people with no masks on so regulations could be a bit more enforced. Overall 4/5

Linda Mariani

such a nice mall you get a lot of space I come here every week sometimes twice a week

decaf espresso

one thing i appreciated the most is how well kept this mall is inside and out. it’s right in the middle of downtown and yet u don’t see sketchy downtown folks roaming around. felt very safe here

Sahil Saini

This mall is so convenient in summer as well in winter. The christmas decorations are beautiful Great place to eat and shop. This is a beautiful shopping mall with a variety of high-end brands. It may not be the largest but it definitely is the Greatest Mall in the Canada hands down. Every imaginable store possibly found in one location well spaced out and conveniently located.loved walking around this Mall. very clean and I felt safe the whole time. Highly recommended

Hariesh Mathan

Nice place to shopping and roaming, actually it's a big mall which connect 4 street so u can enter from various entrance to the mall and the food court is big ,even you can buy cannabis in the mall because it has Tokyo smoke shop in it ,all time favorite mall from downtown for me

Silvie

It's not as crowded as it should be for the holiday season but that's a good thing. Pretty Christmas decorations are everywhere. Not much has changed between now post pandemic and my pre pandemic visits. Food court is a bit smaller with some places gated off and with the eating area with guarded entrances that check for proof of vax.

Nat Ouellet

Big and spacious mall. All the Big brands are there, of course. Remember that downtown Parking ???? is not cheap. The store has taken steps to manage indoor traffic with marked arrows on the floors to help shoppers keep a safer distance.

Anuj Rao

Great place for shopping. There are hundreds of store's. Literally, anyone can spend the whole day here.

Mat Kay

Toronto's premier mall and a tourist destination in its own right, this huge enclosed shopping mall feels airy and looks modern. Some of the best stores, such as the Apple Store, can be found here, while the ginormous food court is in the basement. Highlights include the shooting fountain and the giant Christmas Tree decorated with Swarovski crystals, but there are also many seasonal decorations such as the pictured flower market. Highly recommended as a great, safe, clean family area with shops for everyone. Parking is a bit tricky though so recommend using the subway to go to Queen Station (and take the north exit).

Elnaz Hamidi

Best example of underground city life. Great for winter time shopping as its connected with 2 subway stations in the 2nd underground floor.

Nora

The mall is clean and very nice. Food court is not very good. The food is not very fresh and usually the staff at the food court are not very clean. I hardly see anyone clean their hands after touching the cash till/register.... I usually get my food from out side the mall a bit more expensive but cleaner ????

Xavier C

It's a big shopping mall. Probably not worth all the hype it gets, but there's nothing wrong about it. It's just... A big shopping mall. :) Probably needs a couple more washroom locations...! But at least the washroom on the lower food court level is huge. You should be able to find most stores here. The upper floors are your more exclusive brands, whilst the lower floors have your more everyday retailers and services.

Narine Harut

Amazing multi-level shopping mall different stores, different restaurants, food court, in my opinion is one of the biggest shopping malls. Beautifully designed, it's so light and pretty it's amazing, probably you can spend whole day over there, we had a great time...

Appy G

Picture perfect place.. Gives you a feel of DT NY. Crazy crowded on weekends. Great brands to go with. It's food court is full of variety multi-cultural cuisines.

Fartab Ahmed

This is one of the most popular, important beautiful and historic mall in the GTA. I just wish that there was proper free parking available. Since I like technology, I really like the Apple Store, the Samsung store, the best buy store, the Microsoft store etc. Lots and lots of great choices for clothing as well. Since I only eat authentic Halal food, I really like the fact that a few of the food places here are authentic Halal. However I would advise that you always reconfirm. During the December holiday period there's very beautiful decorations. The mall is also just a few blocks from many other tourist attractions

Arun

CF Toronto Eaton centre is the most visited malls in Canada. This is a place for all kinds of people. Few famous stores are Swarovski, Apple store , H&M etc. One of the main highlight i like are the food outlets with a wide variety of food options , only problem the restaurants closes around 8-9pm. You have 2-3 clean washrooms at each floor and is very helpful. Nearest subway station is Queen street station. TTC bus stop just outside the mall. It is one of the most happening place in Toronto

Pooya Shirazi

Excellent place to spend a whole afternoon. You can find literally anything here. From clothes to electronics to health and beauty products and food. Give at least half a day to spend in Eaton Center if not more.

Madhu Parmar

This place has all the branded stores. GAP, Best Buy, H&M, Nike, Levis, Zara, Navy, Apple store, Swaroski, They have a huge Christmas tree ! The food court has variety of food to taste. This place is never empty but the its not crowded nowadays and I believe that people have already left the country for vacations !

saad aamir

Honestly love this 5 story mall! It is huge and located in the heart of Toronto which makes it accessible by bus, or by metro! The mall has a gigantic collection of stores varying from shoes to extravagant, designer, luxury brands such as Kate Spade, Coach, Michael Kors, and Zara just to name a few! This store has more stores then you can imagine! Their parking lot almost beats the mall in size since the mall is always packed with people! But don’t take it in the wrong way! There is always parking available and lots of stores offering a wide variety of items! People come 100s of kilometres to visit this famous and beautiful mall! If you haven’t been to Eaton Centre you haven’t been to Toronto! The food court is also a great attraction with lots and lots of restaurants and empty tables to suit your needs! It has a lot of restaurants such as New York Fries! The size of the mall is overwhelming with excitement

Jayveer Parmar

Very great place for shopping. You will find most of the shops here and it has eatery section on the basement. It has decorations on special occasions like Christmas. I like this place so much. I like this place as I can get all shopping items at one place. It is also connected to Subway. I think it is the largest shopping I have ever visited in my life. It has around 300 shops including food area.

Brian Crabtree

The Toronto Eaton Center Is open 7 Days I Week Year Round Depending On Time Of Year An Holiday's Cretan Parts Are Closed You Can Check There Website Online For What Is Open location At Yonge & Dundas In Downtown Toronto Ontario Canada Very Popular Mall ???? ???? I Highly Recommend Seeing This Mall

greeshma ammu

Christmas decorations are quite amazing.. Bit the mall has a huge parking fee (12$ for an hour)

Smitha Muralidharan

You have everything here however I feel the prices are marked up by atleast 10%

Karine Ray

Gift shopping! Haven't been here for ages! and lets just say they did improve this mall a lot. There's so much to do here in the downtown core I'm happy they fit in a huge mall in the middle of downtown!

dhanaji sawant

Eaton Center is one of good shopping malls . Good location and connectivity via TTC and Sub way. Good food options in foot court .

April Chan-Tsui

Eaton Centre definitely has a lot of stores and is a good go-to downtown, but not my favourite, especially given that I have access to other just as good mall options uptown in Toronto. I find Eaton Centre a little too crowded and hard to …

karen liu

Great mall, it’s not large in terms of its base area, however there are many levels. It’s always a great time to go to the Eaton Centre during Christmas, as it’s in downtown Toronto.

John Mark Thajer

Beautiful Shopping Mall.. Everything you need in a well designed space. Great shopping experience

Peyman Lak

I have always been a fan of samsung smartphones/products but samsung care+ is a services that they use to steel peoples money with service that nobody cares about your problems. My phone that should of been fixed by 10 days has not been fixed yeet and it is already 2 months.

Ha Phan Tran

Nice mall, plenty of shopping options. Need to add more bathroom, especially for the size of this mall. Store is not as big as the same one in Yorkdale but consider its downtown location, it’s acceptable. It’s clean and nice.

Julie Geary

I always love visiting the Eaton Centre when in T.O. Unfortunately this time going, due to Covid protocols I'm guessing - we couldn't find any seating and the food options were minimal. I was hoping to find something in the food court, but the food court was shut down????.

Dupe

I love going to Eaton Centre all my life but you can't help but feel Covid has messed up everything that was good and easy way back when... Still it's very organized. You have to show your vaccine passport to sit in the food court. Bummer you can't find a bench to sit on after walking the length of this massive Mall so will be doing online shopping more.

Chester Chow

Christmas decorations, 2019, are good though the tree is a bit bored. Find a good view to have nice pictures. Previous review: One of the largest malls in Toronto. It's situated in downtown Toronto and I hadn't been there for years. Some parking entrance no longer there. Many stores where you can spend a day there. My mobile phone has no good reception there while wifi takes forever after i chevked the agreement. Reception inside some stores from my carrier is better than other locations. Good environment for shopping. Have fun!

Keshob

Large shopping centre with varsities of options. But, the entrances/exits seemed a bit confusing to me. Finding out the businesses in there is not an easy job at all.

Dean “Dyllon” Roach

It's always busy here but the mall has organized the flow of human traffic through the mall very well. It was like shopping in old times!!

Gunjan Arora

Best place to shop and eat. Very lively environment in and out of this mall

Valerie Fox

Located on the S/W corner of Young and Dundas the Eaton Centre is a huge shopping mall visited by tourists and citizens alike. Plenty of stores , resturants and rest areas. From here you can follow the PATH south to the CN tower , RIPLEYs aquarium and SKY DOME with out ever going outside. Also great for a winter time walk.

Jaqui Quil

Large, tall mall with many large company brands to shop from. I personally LOVE how this mall is situated in downtown, so you can actually take a walk around the area, rather than just a huge parking lot to look at. New COVID restrictions have security guards asking for symptoms and masks upon entry, which I feel is appropriate considering the wave of cases Toronto’s been receiving. Janitorial maintenance here is done immaculately as well, every time I’ve used the restroom, it was spot-on clean and never dirty or filthy. Floors are clean and salt free during the winter times. My favourite ahopping centre by far; situated nicely, clean, safe procedures.

Sara Kharal

I absolutely love this mall. I love how it's decorated each year during Christmas. All the stores I need to visit can be found here. I also love the food court! Highly recommend visiting Eaton centre

Meddy Botelho

Huge mall with a ton of stores for everyone! Ugh I already want to come back, originally from Winnipeg, first time in Toronto and had an absolute blast at this mall. 10/10 would recommend as a must go while in Toronto, but that goes without saying.

Hazard Lee

CF Toronto Eaton Centre - it is one of the must go mall when you are visiting GTA. There are many stores and you will most likely spend a whole day in the mall. But don‘t worry, there are food court there, with different food. Transportation is not a problem, there is TTC station. Highly recommend.

Ney Lins

Amazing mall with options for all likes and pockets. Location is pretty convenient with subway connection. Even though it's very spacious, it's always crowded.

Kasia GT

busy busy busy. lots of christopher sales even this early in november. very capitalist vibe here. lots of security guards. no more starbucks here though :( fairly clean bathrooms. lots of different stores. it’s fun to roam around and easy to stay entertained. very noisy.

Good selection of stores, very expensive because it’s a mall but still, good items.

slavonija cro

Love it especially in Christmas time with all nice decorations I always visit mall when I’m in downtown Toronto, lots off stores and retail

xbill work

Always stop here when visiting Toronto. If you are staying in the city try to get a hotel close to a PATH entrance and you can get to the mall without going outside even when it is cold in the winter.

Shhivi Wadhera

I went here for the Christmas tree lighting yesterday n it was beautiful! the whole place was packed with people and the whole vibe was so festive! On other note the mall has Nice collection of all kinds of stores! A great place to shop for anything you could think of! The food court is amazing, you can find all sorts of cuisines available.

Ankit Saini

It is one of the busiest mall in Toronto. Its huge and have all the major brands. For food lovers there is a very big food court in the mall.

Devika Solanki

Amazing place. Best place for shopping.

Google Guide

This is the place to shop if you are looking for an indoor mall. It has always been popular to Toronto residents and tourists alike. It is always improving its shops and design. They have a wide range of stores from high end to general. There is a large food court in the basement level. It is conveniently located on the TTC Subway line. Paid parking onsite in their garage. Masks are mandatory and other covid protocols #let's guide #covid

Ashok Tak

The best mall in downtown with really lovely decorations with the tallest Christmas tree ???? in the Canada ????????

amir ranjbar

I was really pleased with the covid protocols, almost everyone was wearing a mask and kept a reasonable distance from each other. The good thing about Eaton centre is the cheap parking in the middle of the downtown

Umair M

Good place for shopping in downtown although If you can drive and are not in downtown check Yorkdale mall or Vaughn Mills as they are better n have free parking

Tansee Sajawal

I found it way too overcrowded. I mean i literally had to stand and eat in the food court. Other the stores are the same as usual.

Deeyosha

????So many options for your shopping needs and it’s such a huge mall. ????They have so many options for the food as well. Mediterranean, asian, burgers and pizza’s its all in there.

m Neuman

This is very big mall with almost all stores. You will find the stores well stocked with latest items. Parking is a bit issue nearest public parking is $3 per 30 mins. If you can travel on subway it will be very convenient. Well decorated on various occasions. Must visit place if you are in Toronto.

Amarpreet Sran

Eaton centre is always crowded and it’s hard to find parking and it’s expensive to park if you drove there. It’s best to use public transportation. You can definitely find all the big store like Nordstrom Saks fifth avenue. There are good Resturant in the mall to dine in too. It’s good to walk around outside the mall.

Aniket Prajapati

Best example of modern architectural work with all the facilities. One can spend his/her entire day without getting bored in this place. You will get everything such as food, breakfasts and proper refreshment facilities. But, during the festivals this becomes to crowded and because of it food court area becomes noisy place. Overall, one of the best place to visit in this area. I love this place.

Иван Блинов

A lot of stores, you can buy literally everything in meaning of clothes and shoes. Jewelery is also for sale. Awesome!

A Dawn

The only mall in the heart of downtown Toronto. They revamped the mall and it's now even better than before.

John L

Haven't been to Eaton Center in ages....went here two days before the lockdown 2.0 everything was so quite. Some of the food joints in the food court were open but the siting down in the food court is not an option anymore and justifiably so. The Christmas ???? looks just as amazing.

Lorde The First

Shopping and spending time at eaton centre is always a good idea , change of scenery for me and it has both low and high earn stores

Atom Smith

Eaton Centre has always been a great mall. It’s always been a fav of mine to go to. Great open space to walk in and nicely designed. You can find most of your fav retailers here.

Parv Shandilya

A really nice place for shopping and can have fun with family and friends.

Rudra Pandya

Nice variety of Products and Shops in the mall. It can be expensive in comparison to Outlet stores but that’d be expected I guess. Parking starts from $9 from across the mall.

Fernanda Rangel

Big mall to spend some time with friends or just to shopping. You can find everything you want, there's many fashion clothes shops, jewelry, etc. The fast good área is good and there's many options to choose but the tables are never enough!

I Leach Off Everything

Ironic how this mall is the largest mall but barely has any good stores. Come here during christmas with the Christmas tree tho.

Jimmy Awesome

It's a massive shopping mall, right in the centre of all the activity in the city. The Eaton Centre has everything a mall should have and everything anyone would expect a mall to have. Great place to shop.

Simmer Szalai

Mall is okay but not very friendly though security not friendly either aggressive or treat people with chip on their shoulders

E Sayed

This place isa hub for different brands that make you wonder to either shop for clothes or shoes or toys or kids access and even a bakery!!!! There are multiple floors to this and that makes you go crazy Also you can never get bored here especially when it’s open for Christmas the hustle and bustle makes you observe around !!!!

Emerson C

Beautiful indoor space for shopping any time of the day. They have indoor parking garage conveniently attached to the mall. Lots of people on the busy times but always a pleasant experience.

Redonjé Wayde

The Eaton Centre is a good mall, the variety of store options they have provide a good balance to the shopping experience. It can get crowded depending on the time of day, year or season but never excessively. Plus with access to The Path, you are granted access to a unique shopping experience underground.

Rishabh Sheth

This place is probably the biggest complex I have seen in a long long time. 2 to 3 square kilometers of connected shopping, metro, university and more shopping. Best buy, canadian tire, banks , you name and 40 % chance it is in this area. Dundas ttc station connects here as well. There is a cinema / theater place here.

Mehwish Javaid

A very nice mall, many brands and shops. It is also in the main city downtown area, which is very easy to access by public transit. Near most the corporate offices so u could buy things in lunch break or after you finish work.

Paco Archi

One of the oldest and biggest mall in Canada Has hundreds of stores all popular brands are there . A great shopping place they keep changing the Decor of the mall according to seasons it’s location dt toronto next to Dundas square make it a must if you fe visiting Toronto

Midhun Harikumar

Easily one of the largest shopping malls I have ever been to. Nice place to spend some time shopping or hanging out in Toronto. It is located right next to Younge-Dundas square and is a happening place. The mall spans from Dundas subway station to Queens subway station and is always crowded. Lot of quality shops and a large food court is present. The washrooms are not very clean. Some historic places as well as Toronto City Hall are nearby.

Barış Can AYDIN

I get lost in this huge mall. It has a total of 235 stores inside and you can find what ever you are looking. …

Josh Castillo

The Eaton centre is a great mall to visit for a large variety of mens and womens clothing. Located downtown Toronto, there are many stores to choose from including big name luxury brand stores. The mall follows Covid-19 protocols and keeps the mall clean and organized. Definitely recommend coming to shop here!

Luz Cerda (DominicanosEnSaskatchewan)

Huge mall. You can get lost easily. But you will enjoy your time there. A very good place to go with friends and go to different stores. Love the visit there. Highly recommended.

David Wolder

Eaton's Centre is still, in my opinion, one of the finest shopping malls anywhere. Excellent selection of shops, great food courts and great anchor stores.

Seda Gün

The mall is pretty big. It renders a wide range of brand shops. The structure of the building is kind of confusing. So try not to use the elevator and put extra miles on your shoes to do window shopping. There are considerable amount of …

devinder singh

Great place to shopping in Toronto Downtown ????????????????????????

Gabriella Fischer

Downtown shopping mall popular with tourists. Conveniently located with access to two subway stops. Great food court.

Simran Garewal

One of the biggest shopping center in Toronto. Easy accessible location, near union Station. 5level parking, but elevators situation is worst. Only 3 persons allowed at a time. You have to wait 10-15mins for the elevators. Not stroller friendly. The stores are good and well displayed. The food court was too crowded and due to covid only vaccinated people are allowed to sit and eat. All were wearing masks but no proper social distancing at many places.

Kwon

Slightly dated feeling mall. We didn’t experience it in its best moment of course and this we recognize but it wasn’t that exciting. Feels like any other mall you have ever visited. No need to rush back as there are others malls closer to my home.

Katherine K

Love this mall. Worked there for many many years, build my retail management career and can not be more thatnkfullnfor the experience and friendships I have made over the years. TEC always have the best talent and character In GTA. it is not easy to be the best, it takes talent and great customer service! Thank you for whoever supports FC TEC.

Shannon Way

This shopping centre has it wall with a Basement level, a main floor and then 2 floors above that! You have literally every store you could imagine available and lots of food options in the food court with a whole variety. there is something for everyone here and it’s massive so you can get lost easily but it has touchscreen interactive maps to help you find your way which is super helpful!

Kyle Spencer

Extremely fancy shopping center. Parking is insanely hard to find, and everything here is very expensive. Pretty busy inside too. If you know what you're looking for, then this is great, but honestly, overall not that great of a mall. There's some cool architecture and stuff, but go to Yorkdale. It's so much better than this place. All in all, the Eaton Center is: Too Crowded Too Expensive Too Snooty Too Hard to Access That's my honest opinion. (OVO pic for the memes)

Stephen Nurdin

We spent about two hours in the mall and found it to be very good. There is a huge selection of shops and plenty areas to eat. It is in the centre of Toronto and very close to union Street station.

Brian Kapeluch

I was there shopping for +J. The new drop has some great men's pieces. Especially the double face coats. The belts from the first drop are sold out.

Subodh Thallada

Huge place with a ton of shops. Love that everything is underground (almost). Has TTC inside the mall which is great. Elevators are kind of small. Food court is always crowded. Also has a lot of entries and exits. Everything from groceries to clothing to food to movies to public transit. Also has entrance straight to Dundas Square (which is super cool). Only thing bad might be that its too big and complicated to go around but I guess that's what happens when its too big and underground. Also looks cool from the outside.

Christoff Alfonso

The most legendary shopping center of Toronto. Just love the sight of walking in the mall in general. Everybody has the thing for downtown because the Eaton Centre makes that difference ????

Albi Bahar

Literally the best mall in Toronto. Also the biggest! Has everything from shops to so many food court options. Must go here if you are visiting Toronto! Modern, clean and organized.

Shashank Shankar

I always have such a good time at the Eaton Centre ???? It’s a place which holds many precious memories~~ You can also find almost anything and everything you’re looking for, very easily ☺️

Tangenia Nunley

Cool mall!! Wow you can get totally lost in this thing. During the week day it up and going big time but on the weekend everything is closed‼️ I am glad I came in a weekday.

Robert Evans

This was a very good mall to visit. Surprising how very few empty stores there were. We were visiting from the Southern United States where most of our malls are only 70% at best occupied. I was surprised at how similar the mall still looked from when I visited Toronto over 35 years ago.

J A Chen

Beautiful shopping mall, super clean and well maintained, with a great mix of high & low end shops, excellent crowd control at popular stores, not congested at all, food court has a nice variety of choices with fast efficient service!

Ming-Thien Yu

Large shopping mall in downtown Toronto. Pretty much a place you can go to to find anything from clothing to mobile services to an Apple and Microsoft Store. Has a large food court and a broad variety of shops. Walking there is a nice environment. Best part about this if you are in need of some late night shopping. The shops stay open until 21:30 this is a big bonus!

Sahil Singh

You can find everything you are looking for in here, the place is massive with a hugggeee list of brands stores, in addition to stores from different brands you also have malls like Nordstrom amd Hudson Bay for everything under one roof of you didn't consider everything under one roof already.. The indoor decorations are impressive, connection with metros and directions are good... if you are a shopper, its your paradise.

Braden Bisschop

There's a huge variety of stores all the way from affordable all the way up to way out of the price range of most people! It's a very nice mall! It's definitely worth a visit.

Kenneth Kimmes

The mall is very clean and there is always a lot of security to ensure everyone is safe. They have Santa this year on the 3rd level by appointment. Santa's area is very organized to ensure everyone is safe for COVID protocols. In addition the mall has a program to have shoppers do the work for you. Checkout their website for more information. The best time to shop at the mall is weekdays, during ease of getting shopping completed.

Anthony Mercer

Strange place, mostly known for housing a whole foods. Has a weird variety of shops and nobody really present. Kind of a fallout of the Yorkville hype, never really made it to popularity. Great place for private, clean washrooms, which is why we were there in the first place. No complaints but little remarkable about this one. Perhaps given some retail expansion it could fill a shopping niche, although the experience is far from that of the neighboring outdoor storefronts

Aravind K

Fun to roam around, you can get everything from here. I love the place where we find lot of food stores.

SHALU KASHYAP

Union station is the nearest subway. Great place to shop ????

Bill Kwang

Has everything you need, but it is best for cloth shopping. It is well maintained. The price is also great, and is easy to find something of your liking because of the huge selection.

owais swati

It's the main downtown mall and has almost all brands. The food court is nice with some halal options.

Watcher Woman

Every single worker welcomed us with a smile, helped us a lot, quite strict COVID-19 restrictions which made us happy ????

Georges Younes

Eaton Centre is indubitably the shopping centre that is hard to ignore if you're in downtown Toronto. The large number of shops and its geographical location ensure its popularity, especially with those who live in the center of the city. Eaton Centre also acts as a geographical link between the financial centre of Toronto and its more residential areas in the northern part of downtown. If you want to avoid being outside in the freezing temperatures of winter, you can use its vast array of tunnels to get you to where you're going without being exposed to the harsh elements of a Canadian winter.

acı sosu

It is a very big center where you can buy any item you want. Toilets are not clean.

ashwini kapse

Nice place.I have rated this as 4 star as its over crowded. But the live screens feel is really awesome

Ali Prime

I gave my first review for this place about 2 years ago but I just wanted to update it. I've been to this place so many times, especially before COVID. Its been a long while since Ive last been there and it felt really nice to be back here. It feels like Ive got a deep connection to this place as Ive made so many memories in it. So I thought "why not, lets go check it out". So I got up and got here and its just as beautiful as the last day I saw it. Spacious shopping centre, filled with an amazing and wide variety of stores, ranging from restaurants, to clothing shops, to videogames. Eaton Centre has amazing shops and an amazing location, being surronded by cool stores even outside of the centre. I have a truly wonderful experience everytime I come here!

Patrick Walsh

I was there early morning so it wasn't open. Its usually packed with tourists and people traveling from all around the city. Its a great place to be if you are with friends or family since there is so many stores and things to do plus its downtown on Yonge so the possibilities are endless.

Eugenia K

Nice, but very crowded place on the weekend. Half of escalators are not working that makes a challenge to walk with a stroller..

Joyous T Baker

Clean. Lots of retailers. Great food court but some of the places are missing/temp closed?

.

Visited October 26, 2021.... Huge line up at the apple store.... Make an appointment in advance... Avoid after work and peak times.... Saw some people without masks in the Eaton's center....

N T

It's been a while since I've visited and always enjoy the Christmas decorations at this time of the year. Few seem to be following the directions on the ground making it difficult to distance at this time of the year.

ashwini kapse

Nice place.I have rated this as 4 star as its over crowded. But the live screens feel is really awesome You will be able to the big Christmas decorations there

L. Yannick D.

Nice mall, smack downtown with lots of shops. A bit pricey but worth it if you are looking for rare, longterm finds

Trevor Godfrey

Good selection of shops, especially for gift giving. Can be expensive in some of them but some can also have good sales, especially at certain times of the year, like Boxing Day & New Year. You'll need your walking shoes for the multiple levels, and your vaccine passports with ID for the food court. Will only get busier as we head into Xmas & New Year.

Zeyuan L

Just like any other shopping malls with nothing exception, compared to pacific centre in Vancouver, it significantly lacks something…

Uzma Baig

Great experience & you’ll find almost everything under one roof but you have to be very careful due to covid as it is always busy.

Kelly Copeland

Still a great mall. Expect it to be super busy most of the time as this is in the heart of Toronto downtown and serves as a town square as well as a shopping mall...not quite as busy as my photos show as they were taken 2 days before Christmas, but still a very popular location.

slavonija cro

Love it especially in Christmas time with all nice decorations I always visit mall when I’m in downtown Toronto, lots off stores and retail

Biswanath Roy

It is one of the most popular and premium shopping in Toronto. It is a very big mall and well maintained. It has so vast range of stores and variety of brands. It also a food court inside. Well crowded and at a very good location.

Tumpa Moni

One of the best malls in Canada. Must visit place if you are in Toronto.

C M B

One of the best shopping centers I’ve ever been. The food court in the lowest floor is absolutely brilliant.

C M B

One of the best shopping centers I’ve ever been. The food court in the lowest floor is absolutely brilliant.

Remi Onabajo

Great mall. Great nos of stores to visit.... ideal for one stop shopping centre.....

Sheldon Edwards

Excellent shopping experience not too crowded it was unfortunate that there was a fire alarm for the last 10 minutes but other than that it was great

S B

Fantastic, great store selections, most have great customer service. Cleaned often and it’s noticeable. Easy touch screen signage to navigate around and find specific needs

Alan Cook

This is a very good mall. It's always very clean and there are always guards/staff around for questions. There is a good cross-section of stores, including some high-end and some low-end places. The public seating is plentiful. They always do a great job of decorating for holidays and special events. A bright, open space with a big food court. The parking area can contain a significant number of vehicles. The staff were smart and capable. It is highly recommended!

Waqar: Ahmed

A good shopping mall in downtown. Different brands. But looks conjustd.

Shenita Salade

Excellent place to unwind downtown with an impressive collection of restaurants, stalls, and shops. Four levels, with a very impressive food court known as the urban eatery. Find luxury and premium brands alongside familiar favorites.

Biraj Khosla

As good as ever for a large mall. Too bad the provincial/state directive of 50% capacity kicked in the same day. But I was able to go into a number of stores without a wait with the exception of Uniqlo. The mall was still busy but not overcrowded. GREAT selection of stores. If you go please don't be in a rush. It won't work to your advantage esp. with last minute shopping.

Garret Meikle

Visited downtown Toronto with my daughter and we were pleasantly surprised with CF Eaton Centre and how they are managing coronavirus risk. Floor markings, signage, security and hand sanitizer stations everywhere. Almost 100% mask compliance inside the mall and 100% mask compliance inside stores. The mall wasn't pre-Covid19 busy but it wasn't dead either. Most stores seemed to be open with controlled entry as required. It is a huge indoor shopping centre located at the corner of Yonge Street and Dundas Street in downtown Toronto. The mall has direct access to the TTC subway system and the underground PATH system that offers a wide variety of stores and food court options as you walk to your destination, whether it be an office building, restaurant, hotel, Union Station or Scotiabank Arena.

Stephan J. Palma

The Eaton center is a great mall to visit for a large variety of mens and womens clothing. Located downtown Toronto, there are many stores to choose from including big name luxury brand stores.

Alanna Albert

What a great place to shop. Bright and clean. The stores are the same as in most malls but this one is centrally located and completely redone since my last visit some years ago.

GT Company

Lots of variety here. Great opportunity for options if one is looking for different designs and unique items. The layout offers a logical path to follow yet interesting enough to meander if one wants. If shopping is your thing would recommend checking it out.

It is so sad to see how this mall and its retailers have suffered because of Covid. I understand and support Covid restrictions, but yesterday I went shopping here with someone who uses a cane. There is NO seating other than in the food court, so if you need to rest, you are out of luck. I wish there were some benches throughout the mall, so one could sit down if needed. Other malls have them.

Very expansive and easy to navigate. Accessible from the street. The Indigo is large and there is diversity in fashion stores. Food court has many options to choose from. Only warning is that it is difficult to find parking immediately near the mall so if driving try to find a space a little further at a garage or on a side street. Good safety precautions for COVID-19.

Triple Threat

Lots of stores, good food court, clean and festive. Loved coming here and hope to return!

Still one of the best indoor malls in Canada just because the products are so much better to choose from in regards to style...and 1 thing that really stuck out that was something different are random vending machines throughout the mall...the one vending machine that stuck out was by a chef from New Jersey who is selling cakes! The Christmas decor is the biggest displays you'd ever see in Canada as well with a tree that is 108 ft high!

The food at the food court does food sale! When its like 7.30pm, bourbon street grill and one thai restaurant prepack the food they have left and drop the price to like $8.99,shortly before the mall close the drop it to $6.99 and then final sale $6.49. I was shocked to see food that cheap. And it was good food and quantity too. Lots of student in the area which makes it very affordable for all. But I enjoyed the food in the mall. Especially bourbon street's mango salad. Well Eaton centre is a very big shopping mall. Lots of shops snd it is at the intersection of dundas and younge street. There is usually lots of entertainment in front of Eaton centre with a small crowd gathering to watch the entertainment. If i am in the neighbourhood again. I will definitely eat at the food court. Lol

Great mall got tons of stores and the scenery inside is enjoyable.

It's a beautiful mall with a great selection just not the type of place I like tho, it's more of a high end shopping experience.

Nice to finally be able to go to the Eaton Centre again. There really weren't very many people there and EVERYONE was wearing a mask as well as socially distancing. The Apple Store was by far the busiest store.

Lots of big stores and overall big mall. Well maintained and clean always. One of the famous malls in Toronto located in downtown so has a lot to offer. It has a lot of big branded name stores great for every time shopping.

great mall! lots of stores and food options for all types of diets,, very clean and the decorations are nice, occasionally you will find some places you didn't know were there.... also helps during the winter months to get away from the cold and take a shortcut to somewhere.

Never seen such a huge food court. It is a mall layered in multiple floors so it's a bit hard to navigate in addition to narrow walkways. Since it's downtown, it just feels like an alley to walk around. Doesn't have the same feel as Yorkdale though

A great place to be for new visitors. They have many high end international brands. Food court has varied choices along with typical Indian. They need to get an app with the maps in it so you can reach to specific stores easily. Christmas decorations was superb.

It's an amazing place to shop. Crowded most of the times but there are various stores here. You will find everything here for everyone where it be kids, teens or adults. They also have a good court in the mall which has some amazing options too. This place is connected with the underground path which connects to the subway and accessible by buses and street cars.

What's not to love about this mall? Maybe the size, but that's also a benefit. You can definitely do all your shopping here if you're looking for a shopping weekend away in TO. The store selection is unreal. The restaurants are fantastic, direct access to the PATH system and subway. Central location makes it very easy to get to from most downtown hotels, Marriott being the closest though. Beautiful mall, especially at Christmas time. 5/5

One of the most iconic malls of Toronto. Is connected with the Dundas and Queen subway station, so it is really easy to go there. Have many stores to do some shopping. It doesn’t have many restaurants options, like a food court.

Didn't get a chance to check the whole mall fully or in detail . But I think I will like it. My Overall impression is good. Thus mall has many good outlets though I couldn't visit much. But I will still recommend this mall

Showing signs of post-COVID recovery but still a nice day of shopping. I haven't been there since before the pandemic. Many stores & restaurants have closed. Food court was ok. Quite busy and they were checking for vaccine status. They could use a seperate exit from the food court to manage crowding at the entrance. Would recommend checking a recent directory or map before heading to a destination. We headed to a favourite take out at the south end to find it gone. But take a trip to Yonge St. and shop local this season. Still a nice mall to visit in the heart of Toronto and it will get back to it's former glory.

It is about the Time Horton in the food court - Last week, I went there first time after re-open. Ordered a tea with cream and sugar, I noticed the cashier put sweetener on the machine and asked her to correct, she corrected. Ordered an egg sausage muffin, expected it come with cheese. Finally I got a shortened coffee, the height of the cup has about the same diameter of the lip. A 'starving' muffin without cheese. Why not telling customer they are out of cheese and sell the no-cheese muffin for less. The cashier put s-wee-ten-er into the system while I said su-gar is kind of interesting; she thought everybody takes s-wee-ten-er or bcz most customers order coffee with s-wee-ten-er and become her default action?

It was an amazing experience it so big and beautiful ????

What can I say about this place!? But it is AWESOME! In a time where everything is mass manufactured, then frozen, thawed and served - this place is the antithesis. Fresh product. Great Service. Unique stores. Been in all of them and they are all fantastic. BTW not only are the baked goods wonderkid but the coffee is damn good too.

Beautiful shopping mall, super clean and well maintained, with a great mix of high & low end shops, excellent crowd control at popular stores, not congested at all, food court has a nice variety of choices with fast efficient service!

OK Jones

Large mall with accessibility options, signage throughout. Loses a star for no human-manned mall booths. If you have questions you need to bother mall store employees and they're too busy and tired to have to deal with giving directions or answering questions (that they probably dont know answers to.)

Indresh Badri

Perfect place for shopping and to explore on any given day. Excellent connections to public transportation and great collection of shops, restaurants. Explore the PATH and be amazed at it's engineering marvel.

Anita Suhanda

Good place to hang around. But shopping is costly compared to other malls

This was my first time at the Eaton Centre...I dont usually visit malls just because it's so much stimulation and I get anxious, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bathrooms were accessible and clean, and the the staff at all of the stores I visited were super helpful. In particular Victoria secret. I will definitely go back to visit the Samsung and some other stores. I want to give as much business as possible to the area as I know businesses in the area, including the mall are suffering. I love the variety of stores available. Great work! I know the low traffic at the mall made it easier for me to visit, but for sure while the traffic is so low there, I will keep visiting. Perhaps becoming more familiar with the mall during this time will help my anxiety, and I will visit more often.

Because of Covid, there is no place to rest and the food court is closed. But they let people sitting on the floor everywhere in the mall to eat??! It doesn’t look nice, it’s dirty and the security is not doing the job.

Alana Malin

Very lovely experience..I wanted to go to Ray-Ban & Body Shop, both there. Lots of stores to choose from!
