Depends on the store you go to, but many of the store employees in that mall in stores such as subway, giant tiger, and especially Dollarama tend to be oddly rude for no reason, but there are exceptions at places like Gino's pizza, and Tim horton's where their customer service is great and I'm typically treated very nicely

This mall has certainly improved over the last decade that I've lived in the area. The addition of the Giant Tiger, Tim Hortons, Winners, and gym are certainly additions I would've never expected. However they've revived this plain mall into something that serves more of a purpose and reason other than banking or grocery shopping.

Ah Westdale. I’ve watched the corner grocery store change from Dominion to Metro to FreshCo. The rise and fall of Zellers and Target. Weeped at the departure of Popeye’s. Today with Winners, Giant Tiger, and Planet Fitness, it’s definitely become a lot livelier. A cute little drabby mall I’m fond of.

This is not a fancy mall by any stretch. It serves it's purpose for value shopping. It's also got Service Ontario inside the mall to do things like renew your license plate stickers/renewal. Bubble tea place there is pretty good.

Very busy. Typically rammed with teens during the lunch hours. Not exactly the cleanest mall, nor the newest. Parking is moderately busy at any given time, but not hard to find a spot. Blarney's Gate has been replaced by Chuck's Roadhouse. Well worth checking out.

It is a small mall but you got everything you need. There are Td bank and Bank of Montreal, Dollarama, Freshco for your groceries. There is Rona which I heard will be closing. Giant Tiger and Fitness club and Winners are the main stores. I go there for Service Ontario location which is one of the best around. Its not that busy during the day but even if it gets busy at least you can take a number and relax on the chair and wait for your turn. The other locations you have to stand in line.

This mall is a little ratchet lol, but it does have a good couple of stores and other businesses. The Winners and Dollarama there are very nice, also the Service Ontario is AMAZING, as well as the Planet Fitness. I have had a nice experience the few times I've been there (: I do recommend it for a quick stop if you're around the area, just keep an eye out for the sketchy people lol.

Great service from the girl who is from Vietnam (didn't speak English but provided better customer service than other ladies who work in the area and speak the language). Unfortunately she's here for a short time working on a visa. I didn't get her name. The other 2 ladies there were great as well; the ones who I seen and dealt with. The services here are affordable and are performed beyond my expectations. I won't pay $60 for a pedicure at Sherwood Spa once again because there is no need to waste money. Also the services are not comparable. They are good at Sherwood just not better than JYL Spa: $25 for a pedicure, $13 for a manicure and $3 for eyebrows threading. Really clean and tiny, cute spa. They treat you well. Although they speak their language to one another which is not polite but I tolerate it. I guess the reasons are acceptable. I just hope some Portuguese women show up when I'm there and we start our own Portuguese hen party... Just kidding - no I'm not. I will return. FYI - when tipping at the end of the experience (if you decide to) make sure your women gets her proper tip because the girl there was sleeping when she tried to help me. I made her aware and everything was fine.

Convenient location. Landlord is doing his best to get better tenants and to clean it up. I love the BMO there. Very friendly staff. My only issue with this mall is that on many occasions, after exiting the bank, there would be a guy near the exit doors of the ATM machines asking if I had any spare change. Not the best place to be standing asking for spare change. A little bit creepy and scary if you ask me. I am coming out of a bank, with money... who knows how much. You shouldn't be here.

It's a new mall now that Planet Fitness, Giant Tiger and Winners have opened. The front parking lot is always full. Dollarama, Winners and Giant Tiger are great places for browsing. Chuck's is a great place for lunch, and dinner too - family friendly.

This mall used to be exactly what I looked for in a mall, but I'm anti-social and hate crowds. So its with some surprise that it seems the mall managers have revived this old beast of a mall and after the target incident have introduced a tiger direct, a decent gym and the freshco is pretty convenient. Looking forward to the Tim's as well, even though Tim's is now terrible and beyond redemption it's better then no coffee. This mall gets a 5 out of 5 because it serves a function as a mall and that is done pretty good.

Lots of stores, food court is very adequate with a lot of choices, very clean place. The customer service from the guest services was great. I was trying to find the bell store and they directed me personally without just giving me blind directions. I would definitely recommend this mall to many of my friends. It is also not so busy which makes shopping so much easier, especially on the busier times of the year like Christmas etc.

Very small mall from inside. More like an indoor plaza strip. You have Freshco there as well with Halal meat options. Usually no line up, and they cut and clean for you as you like it. Great T-bone steak prices. Probably the best I've seen. Service Ontario inside the mall. Big one! Take number from customer service and sit down. Great.

Mall is ok conveniently located. Not impressed with Smart Tech. They told me we keep our customers happy. I bought a recertified phone or refurbished. It had issues they reluctantly exchanged it. When I bought it I asked for good deal on protective case and screen protector. They gave me a rubber case and thin flimsy film for the screen. Basically just a scratch protector. I damaged the phone my fault I understand that. However the keep our customers happy went out the window. Wanted me to pay for the screen replacement then outright buy another phone. So pay them to replace the screen so they get it back whole then I have to buy another phone. Also they tell you if you pay cash no tax. What's that about?

So here I was having the worst day ever with my haircut gone wrong, family moving away, job stress from lack of people wanting to work. I decided to take all my worries away through the comfort of Chuck's roadhouse. They have a wonderful staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel like you're with family. The food and prices are great and there's a tv in every direction you can look, which I loved because it took the focus away from my hair.

A quiet little mall. Not too much going on. A Dollarama, Giant Tiger, FreshCo and Winners are the main stores here. Decent parking, you'll have no trouble finding a spot. A lot of traffic to the mall comes from the FreshCo, Service Ontario, and Planet Fitness. Although I would highly recommend against going to the planet fitness as they make you add your banking information into a tablet. I could literally see all the past entries for the poor people who signed up. Unless you want your banking information stolen, don't go there!

If i could give this location a "0" I would. This place is not only dirty, has rude staff but is pretty much sold out of most of their items. I came here only 2 times and twice they were out of certain items I requested. The staff are not friendly at all and definately don't want to be there. The place is so dirty! Such a shame cause this is a fairly new location and under right management this place could be one of the nicest Tim's considering the area it's in. Keep on going...better location on Mavis/Central Parkway.

Surprisingly great. The mall looks a bit sketchy from the outside but I learned not to judge a book by its cover. There are actually surprisingly decent stores in here! The Dollarama is HUGE and had really cool things and there was an impressive Chinese food/burgers restaurant in here that I would TOTALLY have eaten at if I hadn't already had lunch beforehand. There's also a winners. You can't go wrong with a winners.

Probably the dirtiest Mall/Plaza that I have ever been too. Was better when target was there but maybe now with giant tiger the management will step up the cleanliness of this location. If you are looking for some great pizza while here...check out Gino's pizza at the back of the mall. They have amazing pizza and the customer service is phenomenal. Probably the best part of the mall. Just ask for Raj...he's the best.

Westdale Mall hasn't changed much in the past 45+ years of existence. Many stores have come and gone in that time and it is rather down at the heels. It looks and feels tired. The TD Bank, which had been there since day one, has recently closed up shop. They have even removed their outdoor ATM! This does not bode well for the future of the mall. It appears to be the leading edge of a downward spiral. But, that's just MY opinion.

It is a nice place, many things to buy at one place. You have FreshCo, Dollar store I believe, some food to grab if hungry, Tim Hortons.. so it is great especially for parents if you're with kids and staying longer. I went to the Winners for the first time today and they have nice store but much less to choose from when I compare it to the Winners at the Dixie Mall. So in a case you're looking for more stuff, I would go to the Dixie Mall.
