This is the third terrible experience I have had with the Rogers Miramichi location. I was told by Rogers headquarters to pick up my new upgraded phones at the Miramichi store at no charge the following morning. We arrived at 9 am, a very helpful employee was processing our order. Paula the manager arrived at 9:15 and decided that she would take over. I knew we were in for a ride! She is very rude, unprofessional and very unhelpful. She tried to over charge us 300$ and we had to go for a more expensive plan. Once your in the store she always finds hidden fees and tries to overcharge you. I personally think it's because we buy and shop online and not in store. Over the last 10 years my three times I had to deal with her, have been horrible. I try to avoid this location because of previous experiences. She doesn’t try to help and takes great pleasure in telling you bad news or "go home and call headquarters yourself". Instead of calling them herself to resolve the problem. Why have a store if you have no intention on helping the customer? If you ask any questions or bring in a online deal, save your time and do not go to this location because you will be told no deal, you must pay more. I came home and once again called Rogers and they will be mailing our new phones to us at no charge. They apologized and told me this could have been easily resolved if the store would have called them. I will never set foot in the Miramichi store unless she is gone! Very unhelpful and is bothered by customers.
