I have bought several pairs of shoes here, and all have turned out to be really good shoes. This store also has a great clearance section with good quality shoes for an affordable price. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I will definitely keep shopping here.

Love this place! Always a huge selection of both new and sale items. The ladies who work here are absolutely fantastic! Always happy and willing to help you find what you need at a price you are comfortable with. They also have a huge selection of Clarks and cob Hill which are my two favorite!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was looking at shoes and despite making eye contact with the clerks repeatedly (and they were just standing there, not helping with customers) no one approached me offer to find sizes - or even just acknowledge my presence in the store. Won't be back.

I was looking for a pair of winter boots so I went into Quarks. I was looking for a wider fit, so I asked the sales clerk who was putting things away if they had a wider fitting boot. She showed me 2 places to look and walked away. Didn't ask me if I wanted to try some on or what size I need. She was not helping anyone else. So I left and went to Urban Trail, got help right away. I bought my boots there. Quarks lost out on $221 because of no customer service.

The helpful & friendly sales person knows All her products! They have great quality shoes and very willing to help to help you find what you are looking for.. And willing to go to sister store or order your size in if necessary! Very impressed!
