Unreal customers service. Had a 50 dollar gift card that my daughter bought a 5 dollar toy with. I returned to buy boots with the same gift card. The manager proceed to tell me that my gift card was used because the bottom was ripped off. Which confuses me. I did get the card through my airmiles and not the store. She tried to blame my daughter for pull the piece off. I was standing next to my child, she just paid with the gift card. I’m pretty sure the cashier took it, but I can’t be positive. The manager proceeded to give me more attitude when I asked her to fix the situation, and she did not. Don’t trust them.

Marshall's is like a younger version of Winners. Definitely more geared towards younger people, the layout is open and clean and attractively arranged. The tellers are really courteous and helpful.

Selection for clothing is great - tons of name brand items for much less than the brand stores. It's hit or miss with shoes - selection is limited but if you ship here often, you can definitely come across some good deals.

Always has great prices! They have some "no name" lower brands I've never heard of but they do still have brand names at 1/3 of the price you pay elsewhere! Always worth checking out when shopping to see what they have in stock! Staff is normally really helpful and great... to my visit today the lady working the dressing room was probably the best employee at any clothing store I've dealt with!

I can’t get over how similar this is to Winners. Virtually identical. Men’s & women’s wear, footwear, home, electronics, fragrances and more. Located inside Medicine Hat Mall, the food court is just a few meters away.

Seems to always be some sort of deal you can find which is great. Also lots of skin care products from Asia and lots of variety in general which is good to see. Seems a bit disorganized at times and some clearance products can look at but worse for wear but overall a good shopping experience
