Staff we're all very nice and helpful. I'm a bigger girl and in most stores I've found to be judged on that but they didn't and we're just very helpful and kind.

I'm a guy. This is a diff type of review. Went in w/my girl. They do not pester you and they don't make dudes feel weird. It's odd that Google Analytics would request a review to this very nice ladies store in the first place from me. I have many hundreds of thousands of views on here. They can't get it right? Good store

Decent store, staff are good. However, clothing can be hit or miss. I bought a pair of ripped jeans on sale for $25 three years ago and they're perfectly intact to this day. Not long ago I purchased a pair of baggy sweatpants and they developed a hole quite quickly, which I had to sew back together. Odd as I had bought a similar pair of sweatpants over a year ago and there's been no holes. It mostly depends on the material. Love the camo leggings I own though, and excited to wear the mom shorts I had just purchased. Sizing can run small and sometimes they're out of my size (mostly L). Besides that, the clothing here is better quality than some of the other teenage era clothing stores in the mall and the denim is worth the price. It's good to take advantage of the sales when they're on.

Scene: Today I went to see if I could return a un-used gift. I did not know the return policy. Within minutes the manager and her posse had me cornered. All I could see were dozens of rolling eyes. My ears were full of sarcasm. I felt like simba being surrounded by the hyenas in lion king and make a mad dash for the door. But not before I heard the high pitch laugh of the hungry pack of hyenas in the distance as I leave (all true). I know this is a seemingly funny story. But to be honest it was a really bad experience. They were extremely rude. I understand if they can't accept the exchange, I know they didn't make the policy. But belittling me is not the way to express that to a customer. #Ihategarageandwillnevershopthere. Simba out.

The manager of the nanaimo garage is extremely rude and unwelcoming towards customers. For the past couple years of shopping there I have always noticed she is disgusted and unhappy, often taking it out on customers. Maybe try to hire someone who can hide their disgust towards customers a little better. I even had her tell me that maybe I bought the wrong size when a pair of pants had ripped from one wash. Super unpleasant customer service. Cheers
