Not really an outlet mall in a sense, yes there are cheap stuff but in a sense outlet malls are where you suppose to go for, like way below prices because stuff they're suppose to selling are last years stuff, that didn't do well in the market. But this so called outlet mall, some shop are just all false advertising. Like 50% off, but theres like a super small fine print that says on the second pair, or big 70% off sign, and when you get there they've got just one stuff thats on 70% off because its just an attention grabber! I wonder when will consumer canada rights protection ever get at these false advertising schemes! In the US if something is label wrong or placed on the shelf with the wrong price in front of it, you'll pay the lower price. Im tired of all these scheme's

Basically a mall. Definitely not an "outlet" mall some stores had higher prices than Polo Park stores. It is bright snd clean and new. And the Black Friday promo cards were all gone by the time i came to shop.

Lots of space and good store selection. It's great it's open Saturdays until night. The food court is nice and even when it's packed it's easy to find a spot. There are some restaurants outside the mall but there's no easy way to walk during winter.

A really good collection of stores, some that are unique in the city. It will only get better as more of the vacant spaces get filled. The food court has less options than some other malls, like St. Vital, but the quality seems quite good.

Most of the stores in this mall do not seem to be outlet locations, simply regular locations that you would see in any other mall. The food court is quite small and there are not nearly enough seating areas in the halls. A lot of locations are empty, but most seem to have planned stores for them. The parking lot is atrocious. I do not expect to park on gravel visiting a shopping mall. However I did enjoy my time in the mall.

The absolute best place to go shopping if you’re into fashion and clothing. It's the cleanest, most spacious mall I've been too in Winnipeg. Wide range of brand name stores, to a food court with different varieties of food. Prices are good, there are sales (usually all the time) Overall my experience when going there has been 5/5 every time, they have a diverse food court as well.

It's not really an outlet mall, so much as out of season mall. There are very few actual good deals to be found anywhere here, but most of the stores have less staffing and less organization than the regular mall counterparts. Many of the retail locations are physically larger than their other stores in the older mall around town, but somehow that doesn't really improve the selection. Many of these Outlets have suspiciously lower quality products then at the other malls as well (stitching isn't as tidy, patterned fabrics don't line up correctly etc). Generally a waste of time and effort to even go there.

A Simply Beautiful mall that you can find everything you want at great prices. I feel like I'm in a fancy Mall somewhere in New York. There are many brand name stores with discounted prices. There are a lot of seating places if you need to take a rest. Parking is plentiful and easy to find. The food court has a lot of choices, although there could be more.

Lots of great stores, there’s something for everyone here. There are a lot of good sales. There wasn’t much of a wait for most stores or even getting into the mall, and minimal crowding. The food court is also excellent, with a wide variety of prices and foods.

Not sure why all the hype? Prices were no different then anywhere else. Don't believe me, shop around and see. I fail to see how this place will draw tourists as it is just another mall and as of yet has no surrounding amenities like a theatre. I like the fact that getting to the mall was easy and parking was good.

Pretty neat variety of stores but do NOT expect any answers to any questions as it is an outlet mall where what you see is what you get. Was kind of shocked at the rudeness of the jewelry store employees when asking about what else was available...but otherwise when people were simply taking your monies it was fine. Customer service not available in most stores but variety was good if you could go in, find things for yourself and pay on way out.

The ultimate stop for Winnipeggers. One can find all clothing as well grooming products stores. The food section is very neat and clean.

Lots of shopping options. Just be aware that this is not like an American outlet mall where everything is a ridiculously low price. Some stores have a clearance rack with good deals, but everything else is still regular price. The food court has a lot of good options.

The mall has so many options to offer when it comes to higher end brands. The mall’s manager really cares about the mall, its employees and it is visible in how he interacts with everyone. Really cool mall to check out if you’re tired of what the others have to offer! It’s also a pretty central location from almost every end of the city.

It's a shame this mall is apparently always empty. It's a newly built mall but not a lot of people know about it. Has a good mixture of stores and the prices are quite reasonable. When I visited there was a lot of good sales on so I couldn't complain. The mall is pretty huge and really well decorated. They did a great job with this place and doesn't feel like a typical outlet mall. I will surly come back here when I am visiting Winnipeg again.

Great outlet with great prices and brands. It’s a little complicated to get a taxi from there, as the place is far from everywhere. But if you’re in Winnipeg and have some time to go shopping, this is the place you need to visit. Just remember that you’ll need a few hours to visit all the stores, as the place is really huge.

This is not the best comparing it to the US malls but it's the best and the one and only outlet mall in Winnipeg. Prices are comparable to Polo Park but they offer extra discounts especially on holidays. Speaking of holidays, parking is extremely bad at this area since there are lots of shops around the place and nearby areas.

Many brand factory outlets are in this mall like nike, tommy Hilfiger, Under armour, Adidas and so on. Clean and well maintained. Was crowded on weekend. Good discounts can be found in some stores. Parking facilities are well. Social distancing was maintained inside every stores. Mandatory mask rule was not found there.

Update your hours correctly please, especially during holiday season. I had to put my baby in bed earlier to catch up the last half an hour and been refused to enter the stores, cashier said the mall closes half an hour ago.

There’s nothing worthwhile here. What’s the point? It’s a marketing trap. Same clothes at the same prices as anywhere else. We purchased passes at the VR place in the mall and they shut down before we could use them. I just don’t see the point of shopping here, the “outlet” concept is a lie. Otherwise, it’s a clean new mall with nice bathrooms and ample parking.

This mall is very spacious. A lot of shoes store yes but a good variety. Sales are pretty good for an outlet in Winnipeg. I would say the food court is also spacious. It's a clean mall but still definitely have some empty spots.

Lots of clothing and food selection, but the mall itself seems a bit empty and uninviting. In the halls there isn't much seating and there are few plants, plus everything is lit a bit dark, but those are my only complaints. Everything else is great here!

My favourite mall In Winnipeg for clothing, workout clothes, shoes and handbags. It has pretty much every brand that you need to live a comfortable life and the prices are good. Since Manitoba has a 13% tax (GST+PST) it’s not the same as shopping in Cross Iron Mills outlet in Calgary but I recently shopped in Ottawa at Tanger outlet mall and it was quite similar to Outlet Collection. I like coming here specifically to shop at Hush clothing, a local clothing outlet containing really cute and trendy women’s clothing. The food court is big and has a large variety of food vendors. This mall is great to spend a Saturday or just to pick anything while running errands.

This mall has really stepped up its game in the past year. I remember coming here when the mall first opened for the ”crazy deals” not only back then did they not have the deals that I was looking for but they didn’t really have a good selection and the prices we basically the exact same as all the other stores. Now that I haven’t been there for over a year we did some Christmas shopping here. Not only was it way less crowded then malls like polo park but it has a massive selection that wasn’t super picked over like polo park.! It has very very good deals like 70 percent off at stores that my gf lives and 30 percent off at the Nike store! Great deals ! I will be definitely be coming back here next year to do most if not all of my Christmas shopping.! Great job at this mall you can really tell the effort that have been put in in the last year or so it’s also very clean and great parking!

To be honest the prices are not quite as outlet prices. Pretty expensive mall, you can find better deals in Polo Park or in other regular stores with discounts. I have tried this mall couple of times to find a good deal and just couldn't.

Horrendous food court experience, unlike other malls that verify same household, contact tracing & have time limits and such to ensure safety and adherence to public health orders, we were greatly dismayed at the lack of seating, patrons having to dive for a table without it being cleaned prior due to few cleaning staff on site, and no contact tracing, or request to see IDs to verify same household. We were harassed by security when we decided to eat at a spot away from others due to the lack of seating, and told by security it is not their job to hurry others along even though we pointed out many were not eating, ie one senior lady had her laptop open not eating, and are allowed to stay as long as they like. When we asked for their manager's business card, the security officer gave attitude and offered for us to go into his office. We did not feel safe. Finally he presented us with management business cards but we will never visit this mall again. Neither of these three security guards cared about such, and we find it baffling that while they are lax about who patrons their food court, timeframe and such, but they were most vigilant, rude & confrontational without solutions when it came to non-designated areas. This busy outlet mall could learn from Cadillac Fairview management about how to run a food court properly in order to set visitors up for success and not desperation in trying to get a bite to eat after we and many struggle to find seating in too relaxed an environment for one area but complete harassment in another.

It's ok here. Seems like their improving as time goes by. I was hoping to see ALL the stores that they promised to open up when they did. Lots of hype before the grand opening. Parking is quite the nightmare here depending on which entrance you go through. The deals here are ok. Found some good deals once in awhile. I believe there are empty stores inside last time I went. Not a very good look for a mall with empty retail store space. Definitely room for improvement. Food court seems to have gotten better over time. Worth the visit however to go and check out for yourself !

I really hate the location getting to and from is not fun, the whole mall and various strip-mall-esc buildings around it makes this whole location so confusing so confusing. The mall itself is alright, I get a bit turned around but that might be a me flaw. There's not a ton to really offer in the mall itself that you can't find comparable elsewhere and the vibes are kinda boring. There's some good food in the surrounding area but not really the mall itself. It just kinda gives me a headache to go there and the vibes are boring, that being said it is much cleaner and nicer inside than other malls in the city, I personally just do not think it's worth the hassle for deals and products you can get elsewhere.

Decent mall, a few different stores. If you are going to go shopping there just be aware of prices as some are more expensive then the regular stores. Lots of room for kids and strollers, good food court, very clean and modern. Large parking lot with many entrances, family bathrooms have the small toilets for the kids too!

Brand new, lots of sales, but the majority of them could do better. $5 off a $100 pair of shoes? Get real. Checked online for the same exact pair, and they were 35% off $100, free delivery to your door. Nice place to walk around though, if you're bored or window shopping.

Like the mall, love how wide the hallways as well! The only big downside I find with being a new mom is there is no private place to feed my baby. At St. Vital mall they have a great family room with a nice back area where you can nurse your baby! I find that here you have to walk for a long time before you can find a place to sit. Other than that it's a great change of pace from the other malls in the city.

The Outlet collection is a hard place for me to review. As someone who doesn't buy "designer" or "fancy" clothes or accessories, the mall is a pretty sparse collection of stores that I rarely visit. That said, there are a few wonderful little shops in the mall and the food court is actually surprisingly great! My partner works about 1KM away from this mall, so I end up there from time to time if I'm going to visit her at work. If you enjoy "getting a great deal" and shopping for discount designer clothing and accessories: you'll likely love this mall. If you're into the kinds of hobbies someone like me is, this really isn't the place to be. That said, the VR station is pretty awesome to see!

This mall has a lot of different stores but you can't find anything! I've never had a worse experience with a mall directory system than the extreme frustration generated two days in a row by the "touch type" interface which, at best, got less than 1 in 5 or 6 characters correct! It was impossible to search for anything and even scrolling through their directory was bad because it refused to react consistently to scroll touches. I won't be back if I can possibly avoid it!

Some stores have excellent sales, others not so much. But just because it's an "outlet" doesn't necessarily mean "cheaper" so buyer beware. Sometimes its the same cost, just different materials, or products not sold at regular stores, or are just "out of season". Know your brands, and you can get amazing deals. Food court could be better though. Beautiful mall however, very different from other malls in Winnipeg.

While you would expect to get some stellar deals here, it's not always what you think. You can definitely get some good deals but it's not necessarily a clearance location, more of surplus. What is good however is that the hallways are huge and there's plenty of space so it never feels crowded. Sometimes finding the bathrooms can be a chore.

Good indoor outlet mall, especially for Winnipeg winters. Some of the shops are still regularly priced but offer good clearance/sale collections. The mall is large, lots of room to walk through the halls even when the place is full (as per full- parking lot and full dining hall). It's also very clean but I would like to see how clean they will keep it during our mushy spring weather. Only thing it could use are better store selections. But for now it has a good variety, something for everyone.

Pretty neat variety of stores but do NOT expect any answers to any questions as it is an outlet mall where what you see is what you get. Was kind of shocked at the rudeness of the jewelry store employees when asking about what else was available...but otherwise when people were simply taking your monies it was fine. Customer service not available in most stores but variety was good if you could go in, find things for yourself and pay on way out.

Let me make this perfectly clear: this is NOT, I repeat NOT an outlet mall. It is very nice, and very modern, but the lease rates in this place for the merchants it houses is so expensive that there is absolutely no way in hell a consumer will get "outlet" prices like those seen in traditional outlet malls that are found throughout the U.S. You are dreaming if you think you are going to get any type of "deal" or rock bottom clearance price here lol I wish they wouldn't use such a misleading name for this mall like "outlet" and just call it what it really is: a Tuxedo Luxury Mall...in the WORST area for traffic in all of Winnipeg.

This is the place to be of you're wanting to go shopping. All sorts of stores and a rich and diverse food court. The prices are also very affordable since the stores are all outlets. Definitely a great place for adults and children alike with options for almost every type of consumer. Last but not least, the whole complex is completely new with construction finishing in 2017 so you can expect super modern designs inside and a sleek finish on the outside.

This is one of the better outlets in the country, which is a big statement to make because there are several options. This place is the better option compared to Vaughn and Niagara which get heavy traffic and have a lot of things out of stock. The only other outlet that's better in Ontario is the one in Milton, as it has more designer stores.

It's a pretty nice mall even though the stores there aren't to my taste. The design on the exterior is a little weird - they alternated loading docks and customer entrances, so it's tough to say what the "front" of the mall is, as each face looks half like the back. I'm sure it's much more convenient for the businesses there.

Great shopping choices within, high end, trently, family friendly.

Great mall to walk around since it's new, spacious, and nicely decorated. Good food court and nice that is open Saturday until 9pm. Lots of parking all around the mall and a lot of entrances. Parking lot needs some traffic control around the east section near the hotel.

Outlet mall is a great addition to the Seasons of Tuxedo area. It has something for everybody. The food court good is enormous with a lot of options for everyone in the family from fast food to flame grilled burgers to Greek and freshly squeezed juices. Some major outlets like DSW, Nike, Winners, Bombay and many many more (that I can’t name all) are not only great to shop at but also just to spend some time in. You can find decent deals. Facilities are clean and accessible and there is cleaning staff hard at work keeping the mall in great shape. Plentiful parking. It’s correct too though that in the true sense of an Outlet mall discounts arent always great - something I am sure the outlets are working on but I personally understand that it is a new mall, rents are high and foot traffic is low at this time. Once this mall goes over that hump it will become financially viable for businesses to offer great deals. In the meantime I strongly recommend to see this beautiful mall in Winnipeg which has tons to offer; not just inside the mall but the area around has some great places to visit and eat like Ikea, Popeye’s etc.

Amazing mall and great deals! If you are a bargain shopper but love to shop in a beautiful place, this is the the store for you. This is like most outlet malls in the states. There are regular priced items but lots of sales if you go back to clearance. They usually have extra sales even on the clearance items! Got so much at Roots store for very little. Also, they have all of the nice quality stores, including Roots, banana republic, and more! Had a great time with my family :)

A little bit off the beaten path and difficult to get to if you don't have your own vehicle, the outlet mall is still one of the best malls in the city. It's less crowded than KP or St Vital by far and though the store selection is not as wide, the name brand outlets offer unique deals. The food court is easily the best one in the city, in my opinion, with several of the small counters offering skip the dishes service because they are so unique. The outlet mall is impeccably clean. Staff have always been friendly and parking is remarkably easy. If I had any suggestion for improvement, it is that it is so wide, I wish they had kiosks for wheelchairs or rentable scooters. I often take my disabled mother shopping here and it is difficult for her to move through the whole expanse. Definitely 5/5 for shopping centers in this city.

Mostly clothing related stores. Big and clean and beautiful inside. Can usually find parking fairly close to an entrance. Stroller rental fees are excessively high ($10) in my opinion. Could be cut in half at least. I was there yesterday and got it for free after another shopper was done with it and I offered it to another couple with young children when I was done rather than return it for a dollar.

I enjoy coming here every once in awhile. It’s usually never overly busy which is a nice change in Winnipeg for shopping. It’s quite a large mall so it’s great for indoor exercise as well as just something to kill time. The store selection is okay at best. They do have the cool shops like lulu lemon, Nike and under armour. They claim to be outlets but for some of the stores I’m not sure If that’s true as the prices do not reflect that of an outlet “deal”. They do have better deals around holidays however. My favourite thing is the food court. Some neat new places to eat that aren’t duplicates of everything in the other malls. It’s very clean and well taken care of. It follows trend of all outlet collections I’ve ever been to. Overall enjoyable.

Visited the outlet mall with my mom to do a quick in and out return. When we were parking another vehicle honked at us as we had signaled and parked just before they had got there. Unfortunately, when we returned to the car we discovered that it had been "keyed". When we told security they were very attentive but we are definitely discouraged from shopping here again with that type of behaviour.

Well I would say there's not many deals worth writing home about. Pretty much the same prices for the same products and a few bucks off on older merchandise. Not that many good stores and overpriced for an outlet mall. On boxing day they didn't have any parking attendants to control traffic and it took over an hour to get from the main road to the parking lot. I understand that we live in a city where most people don't know how to drive but that amount of time to get in and out of the mall is completely unacceptable. I would give zero stars but the burrito from the food court was pretty damn tasty.

Definitely a very attractive mall! Great for taking the kids out in the stroller and walking around indoors in this cold season. It does feel like something is missing though. Maybe a Children's Place or Carter's would be a good addition? The Gap store and Old Navy are horrible for pushing a stroller in. Not much else for kids clothes other than Winner's but that selection is horrible. Decent variety for the food court, Za Pizza has a stunning store front. If you need shoes, this is the mall for you! Nordstrom Rack would be an amazing add! This city needs some department stores.

Mall is very spacious and modern. Very attractive for an outlet mall. However most of the stores aren't actually outlet stores. Lots are just regular stores you would find in any other regular shopping mall. You can get some really good deals at some stores which is reason enough to check it out, however you will realize that most stores dont have that great of deals. Another thing is the food court seems big but there is alot fewer places to eat than you would think. They have most of the generic food court places and some more unique ones like a specialty crepe food stand. Overall I was disappointed that they called this an outlet mall with so few actual outlet stores in it.

I had been given as a gift a Black shirt for my birthday at the end of March 2020. I never wore the shirt until Sept/2020.I washed the shirt 1x and it shrank so bad it would not fit.I brought the shirt back( no gift receipt) but having spent thousands of dollars at Tommy Hilfifer stores over the years,I quite exoected the store to exchange the shirt for another..but no go..I was told because of covid they had a 90 day only exchange policy.Ok I get it,but I could have lied about when I got the gift! But I told the truth,only to be turned away. Last time I shop there !!! Doesn't pay to be honest I guess Buyer beware.Next time I will lie !! My mom and I visited this mall over the weekend and we were both extremely disappointed. What mall calls themselves an outlet mall, but yet you still pay full price for all the clothing, accessories, shoes, etc. I saw a handful of stores promoting “Back to School” sales, but even then the sales weren’t that great. When I hear outlet mall, I’m expecting to walk in and see stores that have stock that is marked down at least by 50% all the way to 80-90%. I’d suggest changing the name of the mall as there is nothing “outlet” about it and, in my opinion, it’s very much falsely advertised!

For an outlet mall, I hear that there really are not many bargains. For a person with mobility issues, the layout is not the best. They do offer scooters at guest services but unfortunately that seems to be at the center of this vast mall. It was a long way between seating areas and the seats were all taken. Between the long walk from parking, David's Tea was the only place I got to, before my pain level increased, and I was no where near guest services to get a scooter. I ended up having to leave. I emailed a comment about this to them, but I guess I am not important enough to get a response. They need to post the shortest route from parking to guest services, on their website, and/or have a scooter pickup location near an entrance.

Always love coming to this mall. Although the parking can appear to be very full, don’t let that stop you from going in. The mall is so large and roomy you don’t feel like you’re crowded at all. Noticed a LOT of shoe stores in comparison to clothing stores. Would love to see Cleo’s in there sometime. Very clean, tons of comfortable seating areas throughout the mall and the decor is so tastefully done. Christmas was exceptional, the mall was gorgeous. When I just want to get away from it all, it’s a great way to either shop, grab a coffee and sit in the comfortable seating areas, or mall walk. So thrilled for Winnipeg that we have this beautiful mall!

Based on my experience over the years I would say this is generally quite a great place with a compact variety of shops buttt.. it's very dry and there is no air flow or visible working ac unit or fans you can see or feel During spring summer months which is a very big downside I've been to so many establishments and malls this one is by far the oddest in terms of conditions like air and quality levels of coolness if you can handle that then it's a fine place with great items for retail and decent food court choices

Best place to shop for your shoes! Lots of shoes stores. Better hours than all other malls in Winnipeg. Lots of parking. Clean, big and comfortable! I like this mall management and will support them because they offer good promotions to reward shopper if you sign up as member on their newsletter. It would be even better if they bring in more variety of stores. The only store that I ever had a problem with in this mall was Thai Express, it does not accept gift card from the mall and has the worst service of all their other location. It definitely should reduce rating for the mall and I don’t eat there any more. Anyway i am still giving a good rating to the Collection Outlet mall just a foot note that there is a black sheep in the family.

Seems like there is a lot of good deals but only if your shopping for clothes. Food court is very nice. Free wifi and charging stations all over if you need to charge your phone. Sign up for some spam email to get discounts on your items. Still seems expensive for a so called outlet malls. Lucky jeans are almost $100. I wonder what they cost in a non outlet store.

It's a good place for shopping, good quality brands. However, most of the goods are quite costly. There are sales though which you need to find out. It's good to shop there during boxing day though. The food court is a good place to hang out. Sometimes a band plays. I just hope they add more stores for kids.

The mall itself is very nice and the food court has a nice selection but not a first choice if looking for good deals.
