Visited Lunenberg for the first time today and this was my favorite store. First of all it smells inviting and it's filled with well curated crafts, gifts, and home wares that goes beyond usual seaport gift shop offerings. Definitely a with checking out!

I give it 1 star for some local things. They however do not honor refunds. They will give you a credit ( who wants those when you are a tourist) or you can exchange what you want to return. I was not impressed with the how this was handled. Certainly will never recommend or return to this shop.

Whenever my wife and I come to Nova Scotia we always make for Lunenburg for great food, and views. This little store had some amazing pieces by local artists, but sadly most of the store is now full of made in china/usa pieces mass produced. In a province with 1000's of artists of various disciplines it seems counter productive to sell cheap baubles to tourists who want to buy a one of a kind piece made locally.
