They got plenty of shops here
Friendly staff and always find what I am looking for.
Everything in one place! Lots of parking. Easy to get from store to store.
Not busy, felt safe with all the covid procedures in place
Good place to serve your car and your satisfaction at the same time. Service quality is outstanding and make you feel special !
Great big...big box stores. Buses are not convenient (not the LTC's fault) poorly laid out. NOT PEDESTRIAN FRIENDLY.
Walmart, Winners, Marshalls, Homesense, CTC, Bulk Barn, dollarstore and dozens more. Tons of free parking and easy access. Dozens of restaurants on site and within a minutes drive. City buses right into the site. Open seven days and extended hours at Walmart.
Great shops & friendly service.
The smartcenter is 40 minutes away from Strathroy but I s always a good time when my wife takes me. This place in kinda of a one stop place you can shop then eat then do some windows and cloths shopping so I feel that is pretty good but... The parking lot is kinda of a crazy waiting of an accident. So just be wary of other drivers because usually they are mom on there cell phones with babies in the back.
Quite a large variety of stores in this center. Pleasantly surprised with the convenience and selection
Good place to shop, ample parking.
You get everything here! Canadian Tire to Walmart. Lots of parking space. Even shoe shopping for the girls! Lots of options including fast food and Bulk Barn. Plenty of parking for new Mom's and Dad's.
Nice and big shopping mall. There are many major shopping sites such as Walmart, Canadian tire, winners, marshalls, sports che ch, golf, bulk barn, roots, justice, dollarama and much more.
I had my winter tyres swapped with regular ones; and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Worst parking lot layout I've ever experienced. Also good stores seem to be going back to masonville. Without Walmart this mall would die
Great selection of stores but the layout is ridiculous. There should be sidewalks so people can walk from location to location more easily.
Malls, so-called ‘strip malls’ ad shopping centres are a dime a dozen. They’re everywhere and they will never stop building them. The population grows so does everything else especially the retail industry. This shopping centre has …
Easy to get in and out of (like most other smart centres) and offers a variety of stores so whether your looking for food, candy, furniture or electronics there is a store within to help you. Parking lots have plenty of space and the traffic throughout isn't bad. 5/5 stars for this location, no complaints from me.
Never really liked this shopping centre and avoid it whenever I can. Stores are too far apart to make walking between them easy, especially in winter. Roads and parking lots are awkwardly designed, which leads to odd intersections where people often don't seem to know who has the right of way, and people cut across the parking areas without following the lanes.
good stores!
Awesome amount of parking. I love the selection of the stores. The new Bulk Barn is clean and fantastic!
It’s small but you can get all your necessities between, shoppers drug mart, food basics and the dollar store. It’s also kept clean.
Great variety of stores, and LTC (bus) accessible, which is awesome. There is more than enough parking, and the only thing I think that could make this place better, is more food options. However, there are new places opened across the street; like the Mandarin!
Very friendly staff but was treated uneducated and assumed I didn't know anything about cars and was repeatedly told that I needed several things replaced and was told it would be unsafe to let me drive away without purchasing their …
Great shopping area with ample parking and lots of shopping choices. From Canadian Tire to Walmart.
Everything you ever need is right here now. Before the smart centre area used to be empty but now is filled with a variety of clothing and apparel stores plus a walmart, marshals, and a canadian tire all in one place along with a Lowes down the road. Your One-Stop-Shop in the north west area
easy to navigate through and very convenient
The design of this place could have been better, shops are all scattered. Over all a good place to do some shopping. There's an assortment of diffrent shops to choose from including a walmart, dollar store, old navy, Canadian tire just to name a few.
It just has really good priced stores that carry wide range of items that u need
There are so many stores here, there is a huge Walmart and other large stores all shoved into a small area with ample parking.
Big place and spacious parkings. Many markets are available here. This is open market so don't forget to bring your umbrella if rains are expected.
Expensive. 28$ for flat tire
Big box centre for all your suburban needs!
This is a pretty good Mall. I don't know where the boundaries truly are as there are so many stores at the shopping center. I come to it once or twice a week especially for the Walmart and Canadian Tire. there's decent fast food, liquor store, place to get your haircut, a place to get an ice cream, a winners, a SportChek, and maybe another 30 stores that I've actually never been to because I just don't know the brands. They always have enough tractors for snow plowing to make sure that the lot as well plowed and otherwise what more could you ask for from a smart centers.
Healthy Planet never disappoints! Lots of Vegan goodies on sale!
Great variety of stores and good parking lot organization (good 4 way stops and lights in and out)
Busy area for moving vehicles. Typical driver first mentality. Pedestrians 2nd.
Always a good place to shop one stop shopping
Always a great shop. This particular smart centre is spread out among many smaller strip malls. They have a Wal-Mart supercenter, Winners, Golf Pro, Old Navy, Bou Claire, La Vie En Rose, Roots, Bulk Barn, Ren Pet Stores, Structure Tube, Baskin Robbins, Canadian Tire, Marshalls/HomeSense, among many other smaller shops. Literally a one stop shop for everything in the general area.
Good variety, parking is generally pretty good for a shopping centre of this size
Nice and spacious here, good way to get some shopping mall without having to go to a mall to do so
Not badgered by workers but if you need help they can help. At Walmart however sometimes they don't know where the products are even though they are stockers, nonetheless it is not overwhelming.
Great place to shop ,, this particular WalMart is one of best I have shopped at,, always clean , stocked and friendly staff,,, aside of that there is a wide and great selection of stores from clothing to sports to home renovation.
For a shopping centre designed from scratch, the parking lots are terrible to get around. Good luck walking between any shops not next door to each other. This applies to all smart centres.
Fabulous fun favorite shopping spot. Lots and lots of parking. Park in one spot and walk to each store. Good verity can not wait for more stores to come in
The layout of the buildings and parking lot is scattered. Better design would have been more efficient for traffic flow, walking distances and parking. Overall I visit maybe 2 stores while there because walking through the parking lot is a mess and there isn't much space for pedestrians to cross safely on the main roads through.
Nice place too.. many more store there and will more new stores too when build there. And walmart there too.
I would call it a big strip mall, with many great store, but if you want to shop there, you should go with car, it is very big. The positive, the parking lot is big enough, but you might have to walk if you want to go to the Walmart. As everywhere else, the Walmart very busy here too.
Very nice if you like concrete and pavement, shopping centers shouldn't be like this any more.
Loads of places to shop from but the down side is having to walk with groceries from Wlamart to the bus stops.
not sure why they developed this area with all separate stores, where you have to go outside to access each store. It is nice on those beautifully perfect summer days, but in the winter it really sucks. I think the stores should have been built together in one very large store; saves on energy usage by the stores which could be a huge savings to the individual store owners.
This has everything you need. Its so big it stretches across Fanshawe but if you have a need, you'll find it here.
Just find out that it's possible to return or exchange items from Winners at Marshal! People on the floor are very nice and helpful. Great store!
Busy place with a large number of stores to shop for what you are looking for from soup to nuts.
Lots of variety in store selection.
We live in fox hollow near this plaza and almost always come here to buy what we need. There are lots of useful and famous business here which were always enough for regular requirements of any family.
I'm not sure why they call these "smart centers". I'm pretty sure the Penguins design them. This one is worst than most for the traffic flow design, it seems like several directions of vehicle traffic are always routed to the same narrow conjested aisles, medians in places where they shouldn't be, and the most bizarre arrangements of stores sizes. It seems more like each store dictates how it wants their entrance and parking area and then that's just mashed into the overall center. Every little thought on how it all fits together and how people get in and out.
No What was saved as draft? nothing there is not much different except they move stuff around
I have shipped at this mall for over five years now, everytime I am in London Ontario. The staff and merchandise at Marshall's,Walmart, and Canadian Tire has always been very cool! I recommend finding product for the perfect prices!!
Great shopping plaza with stores to meet all your needs. Ample parking.
Crazy expensive food items here.
I enjoyed shopping here with their low prices n nice n clean environment to shop in! I do recommend shopping here fun for the whole family!
I enjoy this shopping centre. Lots of stores to choose from. Can get a lot accomplished in one visit. The only draw back is that it's quite the drive to get there and it's not conveniently located for people that use public transit. If you don't mind the drive, there are a lot of great stories to visit and they have a Walmart super center where you can buy beer and groceries.
Super busy parking lot
I found it easy to navigate. The aisles are wide enough for a wheelchair and another person to pass. I found the staff helpful in the pharmacy department.
A all in one place. you will get mostly everything of your daily or occassional needs. walmart, doller store, barbar shop, gas station, auto repair, coffee shop, liquor store, cloth store, sports shop everything is here. lots of places to eat as well including macs, timmys, BR, burrito. Highly recommended.
Favourite shopping area in the north west. All kinds of options around the area. Walmart, Canadian Tire, Old Navy, Rona, Home Sense and SportCheck are some that we go here for. Plenty of parking, not much crowded anytime of the day. Even weekends. There’s options for food too, but limited.
Visited urban barn of course and love this place the tattooed dude was great. However the acne face girl looked perplexed when we bought a ton of stuff at 30 minutes before they closed.
Plenty of parking available. We went to Canadian Tire but all stores seemed accessible. Stores with lineups were well organized even though they weren't built with lineups in mind.
Poor cell phone service inside Walmart. Love that there's wifi in Walmart and not just McDonald's now.
Good selection of big-box stores that you don't always see in SmartCentres (Structube, Sally Beauty etc.). However...the urban planner who designed this plaza seems to me to have been asleep at the wheel. I really dislike the layout of the parking lots and winding roadways in between. Seems odd. Lots of blind corners and u-turns, due to many concrete traffic dividers and several exitways with "no left turn" signage onto Fanshawe Park Rd.
great selections of stores. you can go and get about everything you need from clothes, to pet food to candy and more
The plaza here is huge, which is good for reducing congestion in its parking lot, but makes big distances when it comes to going from one store to another and you'll find yourself driving to the store next door. …
Not bad... good customer service, pretty sticky due to no A/C otherwise cant complain
One of favourite places to shop, lots of selection to meet my different shopping needs! Only 20 minutes from home, and lots of parking, and restaurants near by. A welcome addition to the Hyde Park area!
Very good plaza with number of stores within plaza. Reasonable transportation connection available.
Lots of good stores but parking lots and roadways are a nightmare!
Great selection of stores! Everything you really need in one area plus the Walmart carries food so you don't really need to go far.
Very helpful to assist us with our cats appetite issues to ascertain the cause during COVID via mobile blood testing..And later with an appetite stimulant as well ..
I visited two of my favourite shops on this trip to the mall. Bulk Barn & Healthy Planet. The parking area was debris free and there was lots of parking spots. …
I just found this place recently what a little gem what a great selection for all your candy needs and pop shop pop going back for my Christmas candy soon
Just your typical big box outlet centre. Many offerings and this one spot shop. Kind of outta the way, but being as well serviced makes it worth the drive usually.
It's a busy little Sunter but it has everything I need and the people are always really nice in the stores
This great plaza has it all - Winners, Marshalls, LCBO, Walmart, Canadian Tire and many many more. Love it.
Many stores in one place very convenient
Baby selection at this Walmart sucks. No newborn outfits at all and couldn't find newborn diapers. Spent way too long trying to find what I needed. Also the lady working at pharmacy said she doesn't understand English very well. Why would you hire someone who doesn't speak English and put them in a customer facing role??? This is why people shop online
I found ever since they opened. Not the cleanest, shopping carts spread in neighbourhoods?..should have sensors. Walmart not the same... Most of the problem. Once addressed to manager on the garbage around the store. Not acceptable.
Lot of various stores in the mall. Major brands outlet are nearby. Lot of other franchises in the vicinity. Food options are close by and in walking distance. Easy commute via city transit available.
Best then the rest of
Big and busy place where you can find most stores
Not just a Walmart at this location. There are lots of different outlets to shop in. The Walmart has a good selection of things but the Old Navy at this location usually has everything I am looking for. There are lots of outlets and across the street alot of restaurants to eat at better than a mall by far.
I love the Fresh store great products inside got to go in the morning cuz the parking lot is usually nuts
Very convenient. Lots of parkings. Got 2 big stores, Canadian Tires and Walmart. Dollar store and Bulk Foods store.
Lots good stores. However seems that the panhandling infestation has reached here too.
Shops nice some regular turnover high pedestrian traffic and near popular large stores.
Very clean and classy place. The bathrooms alone are reason to go, but the food.. reason to stay. Its great food, excellent service. I don't often have experiences at restraunts that border on perfect, but this is arguably one of them. It prices are reasonable too. Definitely going to go again.
I love how theres so many different kinds of shops! Lots of parking!
Lots of parking available All stores within walking distance Stores well organized
One of the best plazas in London, the selection of stores here is unmatched by any other plaza and there’s also tons of parking
Very busy but many stores.
Staff was friendly and lots of parking outside. Found what i needed. I would recommend this place.
All the shops you would want. Very convenient.
Stores are cool ... trafficy (because of the time of year .. no its usually bad all year) .. people constantly run through the stop signs ... i usually just visit the walmarts and occasionally go into the other outlets, everyone is usually super nice! Except those that run through the stop sign!
Very busy but staff in all the stores are helpful and friendly. Everyone be nice to them .
Huge plaza. Has many big box stores like Walmart and canadian tire. Has smaller stores such as Winners, Marshal's etc. Plenty of parking available
Pretty much everything you need in one stop. The lay out of this store is ideal.
Very nice ???? place for shopping.Time Saving.Every Brand available under discount. Love to Shop there.
You go to Canadian tire 2 yrs before buy a vacuum cleaner on sale. You need a filter they don't sell them anymore. So I cleaned my filter took 2 hours and now looks brand new. When it's time to toss it out I'll be going elsewhere. The man …
Good customer service & good quality work on wheel changes, tire centering, & wheel alignment!
Needed some clothing showed up. 10 minutes before closing time wasn't allowed in any store. Do you close at 650 or 7pm. Not from the area wasn't overly impressed
Went to Cob Breads and drove into the parking spot I front if ever games and curplunk went my car as it hit a huge pot hole. I ended up splitting the side wall of my front tires and cost me towing and $600 for new tires. Not impressed with the maintenance of the parking lot. As I waited I did take pictures of my tires and the pot holes.
Great stores and shopping experience. Lots of parking.
Everything you want in one place The area is full of different stores
Canadian Tire techs are a joke. Service and management in the automotive section for the shop is also a joke. Don't waste your money or your time, go to a real shop.
Just need to do something with the people that parks by the access doors of walmart. Some are there for over 15 min. I guess if the person those individuals are waiting for were capable to walk inside the store they can walk extra few meters outside and keep our kids safer by not obstructing the view in such access (I do understand that there is some exceptions like wheelchairs etc., but even in those cases it can be a designated area like at the end of the side walk where there is extra space) Thanks, I think that little change will make the smart center a 5 star location.
Great store selection with ample parking
it's kind of hard to navigate the parking lot but the variety of stores is pleasing
Lots of variety for stores and plenty of parking. To bad that a lot of the customers seem to be arrow blind.
lots of parking. good selection of stores
Shopping Plaza has pretty much whatever you want or need. The parking lot isn't the best for layout due to the volume of traffic.
Very good location for all your shopping needs, saves me a lots of driving.
The sheer amount of options you have to pick from to shop here is great. The only draw back is getting here by public transit can be a bit daunting.
This area is not very good for walking between stores. Main stores are located so that you probably will want to move your car as it appears that walking is not encouraged.
We go to the pet store but they are overly priced. We started to go elsewhere.
It was great because we went to a new coffee store there and bought some Balzac's coffee which is a Canadian firm from N.S. and I am sipping a dark roast even as we speak. Also got a box of my favourite Camomint tea. These are all for a Keurig coffee maker.????
It was great at least a week ago wasn't busy like it would be today what that's the place I like going to even though it's on the outskirts of the city thanks for the question and have a good day
Great variety of stores and retailers to choose from.
Pretty good array of stores... A fair amount of food choices.
alot of stores! a few out of business, baskin and robbins open until.10 pm and has a no sugar added flavour.
Everything you need, except for a staples and a guitar shop. Lots of ammeneties to choose from, miles of parking, and across the street from several restaurants, banks, and a Lowe's. One stop shop for nearly everything.
I hope Canadian tire will be open soon!
Went to Walmart for pick up. No wait. Designated parking spots. Delivered to your car.
I love this outlet plaza. It is convenient, with all the stores, I like to shop to. Prices are reasonable and competitive. At times, I come at the surprising time, when prices for good quality items, some branded, are priced too low as if you have shopped at thrift shops. Love this shopping centre. Visit soon...you will not be disappointed!!!
This place has everything you need for your home shopping needs. Lots of parking available.
It was clean. Folks greeting @ doors were really nice. Staff was very friendly/helpful. I am from Sarnia....and was impressed.
Lots of parking and good stores. This centre has a Marshalls ,Homesense and a Winners. There is also a Canadian Tire, Walmart Super Centre and a Roots outlet. Depending on what you are looking for you could probably do all of your Christmas shopping here.
Great shopping plaza on north London, has many stores to fit ur shopping needs. Easy to park
Easy to loose a whole day here. It's hard to go to less than 5 stores every time I'm there
Used to go to this store because it was the closest to my house but not anymore. Brought my car in for an oil change and mechanic decided he wanted to take my car for a 'test drive' driving the car all over the parking lot before bringing in the bay. If ass hat wants to test drive one he can go to the dealership. If you have a nicer car I suggest bringing it to the Canadian tire express downtown if Canadian tire at all at least that one you drive your own car in no chance for lower mechanics to play with your vehicle
We have always enjoyed shopping there. Sad to hear they're closing.
