Nice place. Great for seniors
Cherryhillmall has some of the best privately owned stores as well as food and the public library, banking drug store .
A nice little local Mall. A bit old style, but it's clean and well kept. Good selection of stores and services including a Passport office and Metro supermarket. The food court has a great selection, not just franchises.
Has the metro, pet store, clothing and shoes, public library, passport services, dollar store, shoppers drug mart and a small food court. The food court has an Indian food stand that is really good. There's also a really good BBQ restaurant.
It may cater for a 65+ clientele, but it has a certain charm regardless. It's generally bright and airy, though its proximity to a vast number of elderly care homes mean it can quickly become full of slow moving people. The layout is refreshingly sane, just one level, two entrances, and one carpark. The food court offers something different from the big chains, which is a nice change. I do wish there were more stores for younger people, though.
Place is big and organized. Great location for picking uo groceries and the like.
A bit of a dead mall, dedicated to an older crowd. Highlights include The Bulk Barrel, and Passport Canada... Everything else is either some sort of clothing store for older women, a shoe store, or a health food store/pharmacy.
It's not like the modern malls around London like Masonville. The outline of the mall and the stores cater to an older crowd but there are some really good food places.
Mall is always clean, well maintained. Just wish Metro was a Freshco or No Frills. Metro a little pricey.
Great little spot especially for all the resents of the Minto Cherryhill plaza
Shoppers has great service. Got passport pictures done. Pictures were great no problems at Government Passport Office. Renewed my passport. Only took 30 minutes including getting pictures at Shoppers.
Needs more stores but the mall business is suffering everywhere
Little old but OK for getting one or two things. Grocery store on site, they need a No Frills for sure. Public library on site which make it nice if you have young children. Lots of parking for all! Clean and staff are friendly in each of the different stores! AC is great on a hot day. People walk in the winter- Nice!
Don't expect this to be mall similar to Masonville or Whiteoaks. it's a different place, much smaller and less selection than other stores. This place is also filled with one-off stores that only exist here, so that makes it one of the reasons to check it out. Don't get me wrong, it's a good place to go and look around, just don't expect it to be the size and scope of other malls.
I'm grateful for the library and shoppers drug mart. But the over priced Metro is in the same vecinity and other expensive clothe and shoe stores. I wish that No Frills/ Food basic or better still Walmart could be added to the mall!
There alot of seniors who hang out at this mall because it is convenient. There is a grocery store, drugstore, library, bank etc. Best of all there is a passport renewal office. Buses run regularly.
Unique mall with lots of interesting stores. Lots of them catering to the older crowd in Cherryhill Village. There is a Metro grocery store and King of the Pigs that I get to a fair bit. It is convenient to have the passport office there too!
Would call this more of a strip mall, not much in there that is of great value or that you can't find within close proximity. Bulk Barn in a horrible location at the back which is often overlooked. Shoppers, metro, dollerstore located within which is convenient at times but again, your better off heading down wonderland for your shopping needs.
This is an interesting mall. The stores mostly provide items to the local seniors who come daily to the mall. it's also convenient
I like this place because is convenient. There is a supermarket, drugstore, bank, shoes, clothes and others stores, and a public library. There are restaurants too. It's small but pretty good.
I always used to see this place when driving by but never had the chance to stop by prior to heading into the attached-Metro for the first time. Personally, I think 'center' fits this establishment better than 'mall' as I didn't quite see the appeal that most malls do. The food court was lackluster along with the interior design running through center. The stores are rather small in size with not-so-many known brands situated.
Very nice cute mall lots of good ambience good place to grab evening coffee and snack and there's a nice camera shop you'd provable find the accessories for your cameras
Not many interesting stores here. On one end there's a Metro (no longer 24 hours) and on the other end there's a Shoppers. There's a Hallmark Cards store, and some OK fast food places. Usually filled with the older crowd since there's a retirement home across the road.
I've just recently been informed that it takes approximately 1600 gallons of water to make on pair of blue jeans so I have started cruise Goodwill, Talize, Mission Store and Salvation Army and find a lot of quality brand names at affordable prices. The Goodwill store which is located at Cherryhill mall is one of the better thrift stores in my opinion.
Always get such a weird vibe and misplaced feeling from this mall. Ill enter and immediately always have judging eyes on me. Only come here to use the bank, nothing more
Cute little mall. Wonderful little seniors hangout. Offers food court, bulk barn, dollar store, groceries store, passport office. Not my personal stop but have been there a few times for convenience when in the area. A little pricey.
Cute little mall with independent shops that see a fair amount of business. Hopefully the loss of the LCBO doesn't set them back. They still have the Metro though, so that will keep a lot of people coming in.
A pleasant indoor mall, with a great food court and lots of seating altho that was pre-covid. Quieter than many other malls perhaps due to the many seniors who shop here, and I can always find someone with whom to chat.Friendly!
quick and easy service for your passport. quick tip, when you get in applications are on the wall, no need to wait in line unless you have questions.
Cute mall, lots of small shops and restaurants/cafes. Its geared towards older people theres a luggage store passport office and i believe what looked to be a travel advisor.
'GOOD FOR U' restaurant booth folks!!! Amazing food! Excellent quality and such a huge selection...if you love traditional Indian / West Indian cuisine you are in for a REAL treat !! Highly recommended!
Lots of parking. Easy to get in and out of
Its a small mall specially arranged for cherryhill community..but there is Scotia bank ,metro,Gino’s pizza,Shoppers drug mart, coffee shops,Indian cuisine available...Good place????
The mall is good for the seniors in the area ... but as for going out of my way to go to this mall... not really much going on there ! If I lived in the area , I suppose the grocery store would be the most interesting store there ...
The Food Court consists of mainly mom and pop food vendors. Our favourite are the Chinese food and soup and sandwich places. (Sorry but I can't remember the names.) They are worth the trip in itself.
Small mall, not greatest selection, but this is a good place to go if you want a barber - they have a great barbershop in there. Lots of elderly people there like to hang out and have coffee & people watch
Mall is okay but most stores are overpriced it seems to hit the seniors who mostly come to the mall. There is a "dollar" store there where he just jacks up the prices of things way more than they are worth. Literally have seen things priced around $45. He's probably the worst out of all the stores. But the food court can be overpriced as well. They used to have much nicer mall staff at night. The newer security guard (older with a white beard) is rude to everyone and just wants to close early. He watched a couple walk the whole way across the mall while he sat at the gate to Metro, then he closed it on them when they got near (at 8:40). Made them walk around the outside of the mall to get to the grocery store and when I told him that was not right, he said he wanted to leave when he wanted and it was their own fault for not turning around sooner even though the mall says closed at 9:00. I have seen him driving away from the mall before 9 pm multiple times. Live nearby and go frequently because it's easier but wish the mall tried harder to have good stores with good prices and nicer security staff. Edit: Pleased to see that the more recent security staff close the doors closer to 9.
It's not a bad place for certain small things that you may need but is not the greatest place for certain age range of people as I would say it is full of quite a number of Elder and the stores in there are not really suited for the younger generation. There does not seem to be any children stores in there and a lot of the materials that are in there are overpriced. However the customer service in each of the stores seems to be above and beyond and I thank them for being so kind.
Well cared for, friendly staff, good selection of stores..some high end and some normal, excellent food court shops, library and passport office.
Nice mall with a good food court. Lots of activities for the elderly in the area. Students also get discounts on groceries on Tuesday with valid student id
Covid screening at entrances and physical distancing created a safe shopping experience
Not my idea of a place to hang out but they have some special shops, easy parking. Ingeborg Shoes is my favourite.
Great little mall with a good mix of stores and services together with a nice food court.
Its aimed at seniors so don't expect much. The metro and shoppers are the anchors. The food court is adequate.
Great place! Great barbershop! Nice Library. Convenient Shoppers Drug Mart and Metro. When I was moving to another part of the city, leaving this place was a big negative. :(
It's a slow moving sea of walkers, canes, and blue hair on the weekends, but it's a nice little local mall. A lot of stores shutting down or renovating currently.
To be honest, nothing for children to 20s is there other than food and the library the shops are not great but in the mall there are tables of items that is hard to find in the other plazas at times
Your small neighbourhood mall. Unless you a senior, might not be interested is much stored in the mall. Still some unique stores and a good selection of restaurants in the food court.
Very handy, with several useful stores inside. Grocery store, drug store, Canada Post, clothes stores, everyday stuff...
Not a very big mall with little selection, but they do have several social services located there, and it has good bus route
I've been shopping here literally since it was a plaza (Westown plaza), then they expanded (Westown plaza mall), and then it switched to "cherryhill". It's always been a great mall, catering mostly to the elderly tenants of the surrounding buildings. It was almost a community center in many ways. In the past 10 years, you can tell they've started to turn against their core clientele, opting for more "progressive" attitudes, trying to appeal to everyone, while actually appealing to no one (definition of progressivism). So now it's a rapidly dying husk of its former self, even though the people are still in the buildings, and would likely still love to shop and hang out at that mall. Last year they didn't even put out Christmas decorations. I've unfortunately made my last trip ever to the mall, there simply is nothing there that isn't done better elsewhere. I would hope that minto would read this and re-think their direction, but I don't hold out much hope.
What in the world is with the prices in this place?! Metro has always been oddly expensive and the "buck or 75" store is a joke IMO. The staff is always really helpful and friendly tho, so I can't say it's all bad..
Just wanted to say they need to update Cherry Hill Village Mall. Bentleys is gone, The LCB0 is no longer there they moved to Wonderland Rd @ Oxford St., new renovation at the public library. The mall is a good place to meet people & chat have coffee & food. Also do your shopping for food & clothing.????
Very convenient for different purposes! The Library, Shoppers and Metro are the most useful places, but the others are also helpful in our area.
Great mall for the seniors who live in the neighborhood. The food court has a variety of tasty foods to enjoy. Shops of various types from shoppers health center to the nail salon and a dollar store too. Don't forget the passport office is there as well.
Quaint little mall with several services including social workers, library, dentist, clothing alterations and more. Great for the senior population nearby.
This place has alot of your shopping needs all in one. There's a metro and shoppers drug mart here along with lots of other stores. It's easily accessible for seniors and all the highrises that are located all around cherry hill mall. This mall isn't a place for expensive clothing stores but the prices are reasonable for people that want good value for their dollar.
Clean, good variety of stores, plenty of parking.
Easy going staff as long as you follow the covid guidelines. Very helpful staff
Its old and smells like moth balls. Just like the ppl inside it. But its got King of the Pigs and desent food court(no fast food).
Decent little plaza mall - a loyal seniors hangout! Has all the key services & retail stores. Could stand to have longer hours open.
The mall itself is ok. The patrons who use the mall not so much. I went with my mom the other day and the amount of glares and disgusting looks we recieved from people at the mall was disgusting and I wont be returning.
Not great for trendy shopping in terms of clothes, but their are useful stores here. Such as the passport office, public library, post office, grocercy store.
I've rated this five stars because it has a metro, shoppers, and public library. It's accessible for elderly customers and people in wheelchairs or motorized scooters. It caters to an older clientele, but is great to pop in and get a few things accomplished. One last notable feature, their food court offers a great little Indian food restaurant called Good for U, that offers authentic yet mild cuisine. For those that love spice, don't hesitate to ask, because they have a lovely hot concoction that can be added to most dishes. Seriously worth the trip to Cherry hill Mall!
A bit hectic at noon.Kinda for seniors. Clothing stores had good quality items.personally I dislike the fast foods there.u got pharmacy, grocery store, shoe and boots and luggage shops.I liked how clean the bathrooms always are..
A good collection of shops in a relatively small mall. Definitely an older crowd here but that's part of it's charm. The barbershop is quite good and there are a lot of great selections in the food court as well.
Convenient for moms with young kids, seniors, and students. Has Passport office, Scotiabank (super friendly tellers) Shoppers Drug Mart, and a great metro Supermarket as well as a public library: something for everyone and a one stop shop!
Great place, friendly staff. They make each visit as painless as possible and succeed every time. I love it.
Love Matt at Cherryhill Optical! The only place I trust with my eyes ♥️
Clean, Public Washroom usually accessible and wheelchair friendly, has food 2-star and dollar store 5-star
Calm cozy little mall good for a lunch or breakfast date
Nice little mall with all the necessities, groceries, pharmacy, bank, medical clinic, clothing stores, etc. The offerings appear to cater largely to the elderly population that lives in close proximity.
This review is for the owner of WESTOWN VARIETY Mini store inside the mall. The Chinese owner in this store is extremely rude and disrespectful. I wish is there is a ZERO START . Greetings, readers Please read it thoroughly. I queued up in front of this store with my two-year-old daughter to buy a lotto ticket. Behind me, a nice man stood patiently waiting his turn. The owner never acknowledged me, never said hi, and never even looked at me before moving on to the next person to assist. The person behind him informed him that she comes first and that you should help her first, and then he said, "Ya go ahead and scan your ticket," without asking what I wanted. I informed him that I would not coming to the store to get my ticket scanned. Thank goodness I have a ticket scanning app on my phone. I came here to buy a lottery ticket I told him, and he said, "ya $6 dollar," with disrespectful attitude. I feel the owner suffers from a serious mental illness.". I read through all of the other reviews, and they are all accurate to a tee. How can you run a business if you don't know how to treat or handle your customers? No matter what, you must treat every consumer equally. Customers are the ones who put money in your bank account. Keep that in mind. Remove the hatred and treat your customers properly, like I instructed you there in front of your face. If you are unable to do so, I strongly advise you to close your store immediately and seek counselling from a mental health provider. We can't take any more of your obnoxious behaviour. I'm hoping you'll be able to improve this in the coming year. You already know me, so I can talk to you face to face if you have any issues.
Everyone DO Not go to the Cherryhill eye exam and optical store in the mall! They refused to provide me PO number so I can buy glasses online, while I paid $80 for the exam. Also they hided negative reviews from their Google page. Very dishonest and sneaky ppl.
It's a nice mall for what it is and often underappreciated, but my family uses it regularly for basic services such as Metro and Shoppers and Bulk Barrel.
It’s boring. It only caters to seniors and the food court has REALLY bad food. 1 star. I don’t recommend wasting your time there.
Good mall for the local residents but not something to go out of your way to visit. Offers essentials, drug store, groceries, clothing etc. There's an LCBO, small food court, and the passport office here as well.
Great location and nice food court. I enjoyed it.
Not the best mall in terms of variety in shopping, but it's a great little mall with a wide range of stores. Lots of charm and the people are generally friendly and inviting all around.
I would say it's a "functional" mall. Food options are fine, a bit expensive considering, but nothing to brag about (Chinese, Indian, BBQ). Generally well suited to the older audience living in the buildings out back. Grocery Store, Pharmacy, Library, Dollar Store, Variety Store, Luggage, Medical things, Passport office, etc. Every bank EXCEPT mine (CIBC). Meh.
This mall attracts an older crowd, but the food court is okay and they have a grocery store and a buck or two store. The mall management keeps the place clean and there is a library.
The building is very old. They have decent shops in there, mostly small private shops. The crowd mostly consists of elderly. It's not very big but it has metro and shoppers, which is a plus point. Decent food court but seating is very limited.
Definitely a senior crowd and has anything you need.
This mall is truly amazing the people are great the stores owners + staff are awesome & the mall is geared as a family community mall! I love watching the the seniors when they play music on Sunday at the end of the month! And the events they bring the mall are truly great!!!! I think this mall truly make a big impact in the community and with the seniors!!!
Cherryhill is a great little mall with a little bit of everything. Groceries and pharmacy, restaurants, passports and luggage, cameras and computers, hair and nails, keys and shoes and clothes, dollar and variety store, library and dentist. A great little gem for this part of the city and lots of services for seniors. Kept clean and continues to improve with renovations and upgrades☺
Very good . Very quiet. Great selection. Nice quality. Some good sales.
Went to renew my passport, very friendly staff and helpfull
We went to register for Passports. Had lunch at one of the small family owned restaurants, fast, friendly and DELICIOUS! Got pictures taken at Shoppers by a very friendly photographer. Passport personnel were very helpful and professional.
Nice little plaza mall. Great for seniors!
the best place to shop it hase a many stores i was at tailors touch and dry cleaning exelant service
Tiny mall, more populated by the later crowd but can still be a nice place to enjoy a Sunday.
Yes ???? is a beautiful mall ???? and to study at library and dollar store which the others stores are good too and the restaurants have delicious food!! Keep it up in the future! Believe that in future ???? it will get better let's not be terrify!! Let's be calm and be tranquility to the environment!!!
Went there for passport renewal, the mall was not busy following the covid rules, the shops were expensive
Getting my passport renewal was smooth as silk. Thank you.
It's a nice little place you can go to for a couple things, even can be used as a place to just take a little break. The prime location for people to hangout is the food court that is in the middle of this small stretch mall. Although, the mall does have benches, chairs and tables throughout the mall. I go to the Shoppers Drug Mart and Metro for groceries. Other than that, biggest attractant for me is the food court, if I'm hungry. Also, there's a dollar store for some random little things on occasion. It seems to be a place that attracts the elders in the area; they like to stop by and hangout. There are also students in the area, but they seem to mainly come for food or groceries. That said, it may be one of the reasons that a good portion of the mall is food and/or healthcare. Biggest downside is that there are no youthful stores (clothes, technology, etc); it seems old and outdated.
This mall is pretty dead, but I like the metro, the little convenience store, the shoppers and the passport office! I didn't see a food court so I will have to take a better look
I went there for Western driving school, they also have service Canada and metro. There is various other shops this includes banks, convenience stores, computer stores, electronics repair stores, jewelry stores, vintage items store and so on. They also host various events in the weekends, alot of people attend those with thier families
Mall is not too big. Only passport office in London. Plenty of parking in front and behind the mall. Suggest parking behind as not everybody is aware it exists, especially for passports. Public transit by 3 or 4 bus routes.
Sleepy little mall, good spot for groceries or the quick trip for small things. Feeling emptier with numerous stores having recently closed.
Seems to be not too busy of a mall. Barber shop in here is decent. There is a library in here, which is sort of strange, and the library is used as a polling station during elections. LCBO is no longer here as it moved just west down the street to the Oxford and Wonderland Plaza.
Major hub for people in the area. Always a busy place with a library branch to boot. What's not to like. Older mall with narrow walkways so can seem crowded at times. They do have a shoppers home healthcare store which is a plus.
There was a side walk sales offering unique items. Inside the mall there is a public library, a grocery super market, restaurants and coffee shops. The mall has pretty much all the daily necessities. The mall is closed to University of Western Ontario.
Went to check out socks at the Shoppers Health care. The young man couldn't help me another gentleman came to my rescue and explained what had to be done. I think the first guy should learn more and stick around what the 2nd man explained to me. He just walked back to the front.
Great mall to run your weekly errands. The mall is quiet and filled with more of an older population. One end there is a Shoppers Drug Mart, and the next there is a giant Metro. Has literally everything you need in a mall. Barber shop, groceries, camera shop, tailor, etc.
Lots of great shopping. Was at the Passport Office. They need more staff. Place was packed. No weekend hours for those of us that work dayshift~
Things were quiet. I was there for specific items so I did not stay long. Everyone wore masks and respected social distancing. I would not hesitate to return.
Go visit the Timothy's and get your coffee on. The plaza is clean and definitely kid friendly. So glad the passport office moved there. Makes parking a breeze.
A lovely shopping place, especially if you're over the age of 105. It is extremely busy during the day because the elderly crowd is cruising this mall. It is absolutely lovely to observe the nice elderlies to hang around. They also have some good options for food. This mail is more functional than you think with it's stores, passport office, shopping places and a bank.
Small Mall with food court and good selection of retailers. Obviously popular with seniors. In one of the nicer parts of London. Plenty of parking
Nice mall. Clean. Friendly people. Food court. Lots of parking front and back. Passport office in mall. Post office in Shoppers. Reasonable eats. Some shops in mall a tad pricey..
This mall is a bustling mall. Lots of patrons and many unique and busy shops. Always nice visiting this mall.
This is a great little mall. A small but good food court. Even a branch of the London Public Library! Very senior friendly.
A mall targeted at an older demographic with an above average food court and some speciality services like a passport center. Highly recommend eating at King of Pigs.
Lots of parking. No complaints
Older folks atmosphere. .a gathering spot..some high and low end outlets Optometrist and beautiful eye wear..fashion health foot wear..food court.pharmacie.grocery store CAN. .PASSPORT CENTER ..LUGGAGE LADIES WEAR..MEN'S CASUAL..JEWELRY TAILORING.PET SHOP..CONVENIENT BANKING HEALTH FOOD SHOP
Got what we went for. They have alot of different items you wouldn't see other places. Good place to go once in awhile. Friendly people.
Not really a mall. This mall is alive for to its location in proximity to the retirement home and apartments closet by. There is a grocery store, Shoppers, library small assorted shops (clothes, cards, jewellery, seamstress, shoes) and a small food court. The dollar store is great though. I go here for all the helium balloons and party supplies needed. This is also where the passport office is in London.
Love the clothing in this mall. Something for everyone and I love the special shoe store too.
This review is for the Chinese food!!! It's the best, good portions at a fair price!! Basically 5 items comes to 14.00 with taxes. That gives me 2 meals or I can share with family. The "mom and pop" are sweethearts. It feels good to support that, as most Chinese food (or anything for that matter) are corporations now. Definitely a must try!
Like this mall it has everything you need.
Good for small trips but it tends to have pricier options (like metro/ingeborg) and given the demographic of the area are often elderly/new immigrants and students who may struggle to travel to other stores this can hurt their budgets.
It caters the seniors. They need to take into consideration that western is very close by and get something for young adults. I would not go out of my way to spend money there.
Clearly only steps away from a retirement complex, it's a great place to go hear about other people's grand children. Also good for getting your passport renewed.
Every one was super friendly. The service at A Buck or Two was great.
Yes they have taken the tables out and there's only five tables @ chairs left way not take all the tables @ chairs out now we have to stay away stay home ????????????
Cherry Hill mall was fine. Checked out buck or two store for my first time. Many items were priced at $12 $14 $20. What's up with that? What the heck happen to buck or two ????????
This mall doesn't have wide appeal or a good food court so it's hard to rate it higher. Plenty of parking, a post office outlet and a few key shops make it useful to pop by for specific things though.
Run by minto so you know it's not going to be held to any standard. Decent shops but not the place for an afternoon out if you want to have any fun
The mall has become very quiet, usually you couldn't find a seat in the food court to save your soul... now you have lots of choices!
This mall is small but mighty. It has pretty much everything you need. The LCBO relocated so no fifth star .:(
