Our stay at the Best Western Liverpool was fantastic. The hot breakfast was the highlight for me as I have Celiac Disease and they actually had quite a few gluten free options and were knowledgeable as to how to keep it safe. The front desk staff were also well informed on other restaurants in town that served gluten free options. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to have a safe and relaxing few days!

I found some of the staff very rude. Had to go out and purchase my own toilet tissue as none was provided. Breakfast food was old and stale. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

We love the hotel. Rooms are nice & clean. Breakfast is included.. it was ok. Continental breakfast. We found the desk clerk when we signed in not friendly or customer oriented. We stay at Best Westerns Plus and normally the front desk is friendly & helpful. We found Elizabeth just the opposite. Maybe she was having a bad day, but we shouldn't be impacted by that. We'd rate her a 1.5 out of 5. Sorry
