Given that I'm writing this during covid 19 season my review obviously is going to entail this places response to covid 19. This centre is easy to navigate and provides a mask to those without. Hand sanitizer at almost every business and it also has a limited amount of people in at a time. For most matters within the building an appointment is necessary. All these things under normal circumstances would point to a negative review but I believe this places response to coronavirus has been exquisite. Would recommend 8/10

Had an appointment here to get my son's hearing checked, it was quick and efficient, the building was clean and the lady who performed the exam was very nice. Probably didn't even take ten minutes. About a half hour before the appointment I called to let the receptionist know that I was going to be late, she was disgruntled about it and said she'd see if the doctor would even bother seeing me and said she'd call me back to confirm. I didn't get a phone call back from so I just showed up and waited hoping that I hadn't ventured over there for nothing. Then the doctor called me at the time I said I would be there to escort me into the building personally. I didn't bump into anyone else whilst in the building, the only thing I have to say about the facility is that the rooms are quite cramped.

PSA: the other reviews saying it has a Western store, or is near London drugs, Save on Foods, Canadian Tire, two dollar stores, a gas station, liquor store etc etc are talking about Centre Village Mall just north of the Crowsnest between 13th and Stafford. WHEREAS the Melcor Centre is on 4th Ave almost at Scenic Dr, and is more medical offices, etc, services only. The Bay is the only shopping store attached this mall. Pee before you come; as others have said there don't seem to be washrooms. And set a timer on your watch or phone because it's true the parking is free for only 90 minutes (and you MUST register your license plate at the machine inside).

Easy parking if you're seeing a specialist. Parking is free where we parked and had a parking lot. A security guard assisted us as there were large icy places that could be dangerous. He helped us park where we could walk safely. It's a nice building.

Brought my elderly mother to an appointment to not have any handicap parking stalls available then apparently went through the wrong doors where there is no kiosk to enter your license plate for free parking and I ended up with an $89 ticket when I return back with my elderly mother. When I called 4 minutes after receiving my parking ticket the people on the phone were rude and have no mercy whatsoever. It was a very expensive $89 mistake. I do not recommend ever using a business at this facility. It is not worth risking the fact that you may get a ticket.save your money and go to a different place of business that is not in that Melcor Lethbridge centre .

Not bad for a smaller city. It's becoming harder and harder to shop locally with the convenience of the internet and free shipping, but it is a good place to go try on a few sizes, not find what you are looking for and then go home and buy it to your door in a few days. Good for last minute shopping, odds and ends, and being mistreated and taken advantage of by any one of the cellular communications store staff.

Not sure how to score this one! There are few retail stores in here. I went because I had a course with AHS and that takes up a good portion of the South West corner. Its now more of a business centre than a retail area. The Bay is still in its original spot.

Blood Donation Clinic is the only play I visit in the mall here. Mall seems usually quiet as it's more a medical centre it seems. Always clean, kids love the elevator and the escalator. Blood Clinic is clean, friendly staff although sometimes they can be a bit awkward.

Unless you have a reason to go to a specific store here, there is no real shopping advantage to come here. Nearly the entire second floor are professional offices and hiring agencies. With Park Place mall so close, this mall is currently and needs to change it's purpose.

Hudson bay is one of the stores here. It has an extensive variety of brand name and exotic male & female, adult & children products, including clothings, shoes, home decorations, kitchen wares & utensils and lots more. What's even cool is you can return items bought online to the store. I love Hudson Bay!

There's an Optomotrist on the north side across the street from the court house that is very friendly and helpful. Inside there are several services that can be utilized. There is also a sandwich shop on the lower level past the elevators with good food. There's parking all around the building and you may find it easier to park on the south side entrance at the top level of the parkade.

This is not a shopping mall as described. It is a business mall - eye doctors, dentists, lawyers, Government agencies, AHS, Canadian Blood bank, etc. The Bay is attached for browsing options. They also have a small food Center that offers meals at a cost to the business folk that work in the building. Escalators and elevators are in the building. Family Center is also located here and there are plans to create a new YWCA daycare at this space. Free parking, big most is reserved.

I only go there yo see my eye specialist which is every six months. I always find it clean and with a quiet atmosphere. It's not really a busy place but people are always coming and going to the different offices in there. I stopped once at the cafe(?)to get something to eat. They are not real busy but seem to have a steady streams of customers whom they greet pleasantly (of course I'm sure they know pretty well every one who stops there) and always with a smile.

A quaint, slightly outdated mall with a couple of nice health food shops, a western clothing store, a shoe store, a yarn store, and an attached Canadian Tire. Highly recommended to check out the yarn store if you knit. Very good selection. Washroom is also near the yarn store. It's fairly clean.

Absolutely zero public restrooms. They have visitor parking available on the roof for 90 minutes if you register your vehicle (& if you can find a place to register it). If you fail to register your vehicle you will receive a ticket for $89.25. If you are a couple of minutes over the 90 minutes you will receive a ticket for $89.25. I can't understand why anyone would do business with anyone at this facility. For example if your dentist appointment took a little longer than 90 minutes (which many do), you need to factor in a $90.00 parking fee on top of your appointment. If you think you can find a business outside of this centre with restrooms and free parking it would be a far wiser choice. Definitely not customer friendly!!

registered my vehicle for the free 90 minute parking in their parkade. When I got back to my vehicle I had received an $89.25 parking ticket because i was apparently parked in a very poorly indicated reserved parking stall. Get the signs up in more locations and get the reserved paint on the pavement more visible you crooks!!
