This mall just keep getting worse everytime I go there. The only places that motivate me to go there are hart, no frills and Dollarama. Needs so much work and last time I was there, there were so many buckets collecting water from the sealing. Fix this place or shut it down! It's a shame having this place recognized as a "mall".

This mall is falling apart. My daughter wasn't comfortable walking through the mall because of the gaping holes everywhere and there were buckets everywhere because there was water leaking in.

Actually it was very sad walking in that mall.I haven't been there in long time. Very run down an huge holes in ceilings from leaks and many empty places where there used to be stores.I felt bad for the stores that are in there trying to make a go of it.I hope it gets better.

Just went to No Frills. The mall could use some updating and store/restaurant with serious draw. Overall for your basic household/beauty needs and you don't want to go to the other end of Pembroke, it works.

This was one of my favourite places to be as a kid. Now, it's run down, with tarps pouring water into buckets down the main hallway. There are a few stores left, but the only thing worthwhile going to the mall for is No Frills, and it's always sold out of sale items. Needs to be torn down, or properly fixed up.

The parking lot needs work but it is plenty big. Three discount stores on site and a few empty storefronts (2019) one of which is a Nofrills, the other two are Dollarama and Hart. Vendors sometimes set up in the lobby. Food bank donation site also.

I go to the West End Mall for a few different reasons. I go to No Frills to do my grocery shopping I go to Rosie's to do my nails & tanning, I go to Harts to shop and the dollar store regularly. I absolutely love the West End Mall it's very convenient for me

I love that this mall is now upgrading but however i am super disappointed with the new manager. The previous one would always have the secret santa shop a tradition i have started with my children. This year they will not being doing it sadly as they have a new manager. Great disappointment

Never have a issue here. Office staff are always helpful and friendly. The place is always clean. Bathrooms are always as clean as can be with the steady amount of traffic. Wish Pembroke had a bus system for the elderly to use the mall more

Great shopping experience if you want to feel like you're the only one shopping in the mall! Quiet not much business but busy enough. Only thing they need to change is the dark gloomy main hallways comecting all the stores just crappy lighting or something. Makes you feel like you in a zombie apocalypse lol.... Also please join TSC to the main hall that would be so helpful!
