Might be called a skateboard shop... but it has nothing like a family run skate shop. Zumiez is a bit of an off-key place. Been inside, packed with way too much stuff it's hard to look around without getting followed by the staff. and when they aren't following, they are sitting around. The few times I needed something skate related, they could not answer my questions, which made me take my money to a different place that had everything I need. If they started changing how the customer's were treated, i'd be back. but after several terrible visits, i'm out.

I just want to share how amazing the staff is at this Zumiez location! Everyone is incredibly helpful, and each time we’ve brought in our 3 year old, they entertain him, and give him stickers as gifts and it makes his whole day every time! Thank you for the great service, this is the only location we ever visit for this reason! ♥️

I was recommended to shop at zumiez for an upgrade to my skateboard. It was first time I had ever wanted to customize my board. Carter was very nice and I could relate to what he was saying. He suggested parts that he used and seemed very passionate about skateboarding.
