Helpful friendly staff and a very good selection of musicl instruments. There is something for everyone. Only issue is a couple steps inside the entrance that may be a challenge for those with disabilities.

I'm sorry but I still like a brick and morter store to touch and feel and try on what I buy and Hudson Bay never disappoints. Name brands and rare perfume and a whole section for the bargain hunters. Reminds me of shopping in New York City.

Willowbrook Mall has almost everything. They have handicapped parking and automated entrances. The mall is showing its age, what I mean by this is, the demographics are growing and the mall needs to expand to draw in the bigger name companies. Langley needs a super mall.

Too crowded tgese days.. Last week someone picked up our stuff by mistake in food court. We complained to the customer service..7 days later they called us to inform that someone has our stuff..called the person and collected our stuff. Thanks for the amazing customer service tgat kept a track of lost items.
