This is a pretty cool little place. It has an interesting vibe to it and it's sort of clever in the way it's laid out. There's lots of little shops and also big chain stores as well. Check it out if you are in the area.

It has most of the things you would usually need and it's all close together so it's less travel. The only issue is the amount of construction around there which would make it harder if you wanted to walk there

The is a newer mall, so it’s still being built up. However, I can already tell it’s going to be one of the best shopping locations around. The quality of shops they are attracting and the layout of the town centre itself is quickly making it a first choice for the locals

I'm not from Langley and was really surprised at how much development has increased in this area! I just popped in to the bank but this was a nice shopping centre with loads of shops, restaurants and other businesses. Great for all the beautiful new homes nearby.

Love my little neighborhood shopping plaza. Lots of local businesses. Hakim's grocery has an amazing deli, takeout, produce and bakery (cakes are art). Great smallish grocery store. Lots of casual eateries, yoga, hair & nail salons, pet supplies, dance and music school, banks, a Notary, Shopper's Drugmart, Post Office. And the sushi place is as good as anywhere. Great service, big fresh chunks of nigiri. And this plaza is expanding.

A great little shopping centre which has an Independent Grocer, Mattu's Coffee, Shoppers Drug Mart, Town Centre liquor store and other shops. It is expanding and will soon add more shops and services. We intend on exploring more of the centre in the future. I highly recommend it.

Houses some great mom and pop stores, but Hakams Independent Grocer is a terrible store. They serve produce that is expired, and constantly try to overcharge for their products (example: we bought grapes for 1.99 a lb, but they rang up as cherries for 3.99 a lb. And this isn't the first time its happened...)

At best a three star used by nearby local residents. The grocery store is terribly expensive and lacks of fresh produce. The Bakery items are canned products with deadly sorbate ingredients. The organic selection is equally poor and very expensive. There are a few niche bistros and a decent deli. The off sale liquor store is also expensive. There are two banks RBC and TD, thankfully and Shoppers Drugs and Dairy Queen that are at least reliable known names. Head to Willowbrook Mall and Superstore just 5 minutes away and the BC Liquor Store to save money, and shop for fair priced quality groceries. Yes, I am tough advocat for value, wholesome food and diversity, but this little outdoor mall has quite a ways to go.

Village is cute and has everything you need right there. Parking and driving in the village is chaotic and will only get more so with new buildings beginning to be finished surrounding it. Half the parking is now pay parking or monthly pay parking. Overall a nice Centre.

Cute shopping mall. It's got everything you would really need - decently sized grocery store, large pharmacy, liquor store, coffee shop, fast food, Sushi restaurant, bank, hair studio (Great Clips), and there's more coming. There is an expansion planned for it, but not likely anytime soon. Keep in mind, the cell phone service is pretty poor, but Mattu's has Wi-Fi and great coffee.

The strip mall is slowly growing. It’s convenient as right now it’s a community mall. They are slowly adding establishments like restaurants that are a good addition. Try Ban Chan, a Korean restaurant and the new Chinese resto, Woking Dragon. Buy your groceries from Hakam or Shoppers Drugmart. Check out Misha Candy Store after having Coffee at Mattu’s.

This shopping center encompasses several blocks. It has a good selection of stores and services available with everything from large brand stores like Shoppers Drug Mart to small private stores and services. I regularly go to my hairdresser at Great Clips here and they are fantastic!!! The two issues I have are that there is limited parking available due to ongoing (never ending) construction and bad roads to access the shopping center. And with all of the construction you are sometimes forced to use paid parking instead of the free 3 hour that is available normally. Hopefully the construction will finish in my lifetime!

I hate the parking lot. Everything else is fine, but the parking lot layout is badly done for the amount of visitors that they get. They also keep taking away parking while at the same time expanding the amount if stores. It makes no sense, where do we park to visit said stores?
