Lovely Wonder

I love the store but the male employee there was not helpful and rude. I needed a return and even tho I haven't worn the leggings and tags were on he gave me hard time to get a refund I always order from lulu and have never had issue like this with any store. Will not shop here again at this store he was rude.

Moronic youth working there with next to ZERO customer service. Bought a shirt there for a funeral tomorrow ... live over an hour away .. they left this massive security clip on it .. awesome. Asked me if I wanted a bag for $2 .. TWO DOLLARS !!! .. I said no thank you, and walked out with a shirt in ny hands. I'm returning this shirt .. and never buying from them again. Other brands for cheaper and better quality.

The staff here are professional, friendly and knowledgeable! They know their product and how to treat customers well. The selection is great at such a small store footprint and being a pop up! It's a shame that the store isn't permanent. With the mall being renovated and the area growing every year, this mall has to clientele to support it's own' Lululemon store full-time!

I love LULU clothing. I just wish the $ was a little more attainable. If they had a clearance rack, there was no signage. The 2 items I did get, I love. Quality clothing for sure.

Today was blown away by the amazing customer service I received from every employee at the store! Everyone was so professional, kind, and helpful. The girl at the checkout and the manager were dealing with a very difficult customer ahead of me and I was impressed by how they both stayed calm and professional! Great job team!!!

Absolutely love the clothes but their online ordering has been nothing but a nightmare for awhile now. This day and age it shouldn’t take so long from ordering to having it shipped. 5 days isn’t enough time to process an order??

The staff here are incredibly rude. I went in and bought a pair of aligns. They needed to be hemmed since they didn't have the correct length in store. I was told that my receipt would be emailed to me and the pants would be mailed and at my door within 5 days. I never received my receipt so I called them first thing the next morning and also asked that the pants be picked up rather than mailed. I was also told that the hemming should be done in 5 days, not delivered. So whoever told me the delivery date, was wrong. Its now been a week and pants got mailed out... I don't have a receipt. I also haven't received a single email update regarding shipment. When I went into the store to inquire, I was treated horribly. I've never had such awful service. I'm going to stick to Aerie from now on. At least they're friendly.

I always enjoy shopping and going to Lululemon, however this store has poor customer service, especially the employee who helped ring my clothes up at the cashier. She didn't ask for my customer phone number to look up my profile account, and she just threw my clothes and receipt in the bag like a ball. I had to take the clothes out and refold them myself. Smaller selection of clothes and they don't have a lot of sizes available.
