Didn't have the size we we were looking for. Young lady helped us out and called several other stores and reserved it for us. Had a great attitude during the whole time. Nice to see service still exists sometimes. Well done H&M.

Went to the Langley location yesterday to pick out a dress because I've been loosing weight and feeling good. Found a dress, tried it on, my boyfriend hyped me up. However the person dealing with the fitting room gave me some looks when trying it on. It was a tighter fitting black dress. Ended up buying it, thinking about the way I was looked at by the staff member and came back to return it. This employee was at the register when I came back and helped me with my return. He made some comments "Back so soon?", "I knew you wouldn't like it" and "I get girls in here like you all the time who do this". This is the first time since high school that I've been shamed for being fat. Nice to know that somewhere I would frequently shop will now be a place I will go out of my way to skip even when I do lose all my unwanted weight. Smell ya later H&M yall really dropped the ball hiring this one.

Not only this store but in the other stores, they don't let people to try the clothes...you should buy so many clothes and take them home and try ..ridicules...is it for safety? Really? I tried all the clothes and none are good ..so i have to go back to the store and wates my time to return everything..I'm not gonna buy anything from this store ever.????

99% of my closet is from H&M. Great style ! Great prices. The langley location is no exception, only negative comment I have is that the staff are more engaged in personal conversations than they are with customers.

The other H&M’s that I frequent provide better customer service than this location; a hi and a smile would be nice... I’ve been to this location twice recently, and some of the sales associates weren’t very nice (twice on Saturdays)
