Daniel and Joti were very helpful at the Willowbrook Mall location. Daniel, upon entering, greeted us right away and showed us around, made sure we knew where to look. Joti made my sons day by letting us know a shipment of runners just came in and he may have what my son was wanting. Sure enough, they did. Thanks for going the extra mile. We will be back !

Went in, walked for 5-10 mins, but didn’t get any help, but when another person walked in they got help. I bet there are some good workers but not happy. Also it was a so so selection compared to stores such as Guildford or Metrotown.

Went to the Willowbrook (Langley) store with a $350 gift card. Spent some, left $125 on the card. When I went to use the card almost a month later it was empty. Called FL and they told me someone in Quebec had made transactions on the card for the remainder of what was on it. At no point was Foot Locker even remotely helpful - I spent half a day just phoning random numbers getting the runaround, nobody even knew what to do with my situation. In the end I was told that because the card was used in-person, even though it wasn't, I was simply out the money. There's other places to get the brands stocked by Foot Locker and I'd try all of them twice first before shopping with FL again.

Wish sales stuff gave us more attention as husband came in wanting to revamp his closet. The whole time there majority of the staff seem to be hiding in the back. The guy at the door actually had to ask twice for someone to come out to help customers. The highlight of my buying experience was getting called my husbands mom ???? thanks for the laugh. Please improve your service

One of the worst customer service.I went there to return my son's shoes because it was defected piece so the guy gave me a suggestion to go to different location or throw that pair in garbage. I was never expecting that answer. Horrible experience of my life.

The return policy is horrible I bought 175$ shoes and wore them for a couple days and couldn’t return them I only wore them playing basketball for half an hour a day roughly and the front ripped . Service was terrible never buying from here again

Hi there I have been buying basketball shoes for my son for 6 years now and never had any complaint before. But this time the shoes he bought and the employee there told him that if something wrong bring them back and when my son wore them on the court it was slipping alot and took them off right away. So i decided to return them as i dont want my son to get hurt. Here i would like to mention that i bought them from metro town because i was there at the time but when i wanted to return them i went to langley as it was close to me. So i went there the guy who attended me was pretty nice his name is Tyson and he was willing to return them bcoz the shoes were creating problem and i think thats the faulty piece. But then this manager came his name is Keefer at langley location he started arguing that he cannot return it bcoz they are worn and i was keep on telling him that what i told when i came here that my son wore them in the court for half an hour and thats how he came to know its slipping. But then this Keefer guy was keep on arguing that he should have wore them in the house and i told him how is it possible that there is carpet everywhere in the house and how the shoes is gonna slip on the carpet. And he was like i cannot return them im just following store policy. I do understand thats a store policy but when something happen like this i dont want to put my sons life in jeopardy. At ghe end he started making faces which was rude to me and i didnt like it at all. I think Tyson should be the manager there because he was very nice to me. And after that i called customer service and each was listening and then putting me forward that we are not the right person. So who is the right person to talk to. I thought footlocker is quite a big company and this kind of thing happening , i donot expect this kind of behaviour from foot locker with which i was soo much disappointed today. Thanks

They said I could return them for whatever reason I want, then when I did they refused because I had worn them once. Maybe I wouldn't have dropped $300 on a pair of shoes if I knew I couldn't return them if they gave me blisters. I have wide feet.

Very friendly service. I have a very common shoe size, so it was a bit difficult finding something that was available in my size. Eventually found good shoes in my size as the selection is pretty good. The guy that helped me was very friendly and very helpful. I didn't catch his name, but he complemented me on my Russell Wilson Seahawks shirt and is a Seattle Seahawks fan. Thank you.

Went into Willowbrook mall footlocker today and just wanted to say everytime I go in I get exceptional service from the whole sales team. I shop a lot here for my kids who love their clothes and shoes. Prab especially is great! He helped me with all my Xmas shopping I needed to get done for my kids here. Friendly customer care and always happy to help! Thank you!
