Staff are friendly and helpful but the fantasy section often seems understocked. I like this small store but would be better served with more book selection rather than have doodads and random stuff to look at. I prefer a bookstore for books.

They tend to have books that are sold out at Indigo. Service is good. Covid protocols are good. Only downside is that they're in the mall.
